The general purpose of making an ATP (Acceptance Test Procedure) report is to test whether the system that has been worked on is in accordance with the function specifications (validation). The ATP report used by an agency is infrastructure, equipment installation, etc. The manufacture of ATP for BTS installation on telecommunication subcons is manual which can reduce a lot of work time and data discrepancies. Therefore, a web-based ATP report system was designed to be able to perform reports with proper coordinate validation prior to installation and can also save work time. The web-based ATP report can match the important points of BTS installation. System planning starts from data collection and analysis to be used as a web-based report. Data transmission will be accommodated on the server and will be stored in the data base using My SQL. After the design is complete, it can be seen that with the analysis stage of the system design and system design using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), input output design, responses from each each user with the function of each form content. for user engineers there are 97.2% agree from some menu functions, for user documentation there are 97.5% agree with the system, for user owners there are 91.65% agree and also QoS (Quality Of Service) testing is carried out for several cellular operators namely Im3 ooredoo , XL, Telkomsel and also the Polynema wifi network.

Abstract There have been widespread interests in the development and application of World Wide Web (WWW) to support decision-making activities in product design and manufacture. An increasing number of web applications are emerging and a large number of practitioners are keen on trying these web-based decision support systems. In the meanwhile, it becomes increasingly difficult to surf for appropriate web applications on the Internet with general-purpose search engines. This paper describes a web site, WAPIP, that has been developed specifically to support new product introduction activities. It provides databases for software vendors and researchers to register their web applications with the “wapip” search engine. It also provides facilities to support practitioners in product design and manufacture to search rapidly for the right web applications suitable for solving their problems. This paper discusses the various issues regarding the design, development and operation of this “wapip” search engine.

With the rapid advance in Web and multimedia technologies, authoring various types of multimedia content and distributing them on the Web has been very popular for many years. These technologies are applied in e-learning extensively, such as from language learning (e.g., ESL) to professional domain knowledge (e.g., computer science). In contrast, e-learning systems focusing on art domains, especially for kids or teenagers, are few. This is a notable shortcoming, because from a technical viewpoint, current advances in multimedia technology via the Web promise this kind of application. On the other hand, compared with technologies needed for more general-purpose knowledge, cultivating children’s art through e-learning technology needs much more edutainment ingredients – it must be interesting and interactive and offer multimedia. Realizing this kind of e-learning is really a challenge, not only from a pedagogical viewpoint (the first ingredient) but also technical ones (the latter two ingredients).

Web-based problem solving environments provide sharing, execution and monitoring of scientific workflows. Where they depend on general purpose workflow development systems, the workflow notations are likely far too powerful and complex, especially in the area of biology, where programming skills are rare. On the other hand, application specific workflow systems may use special purpose languages and execution engines, suffering from a lack of standards, portability, documentation, stability of investment etc. In both cases, the need to support yet another application on the desk-top places a burden on the system administration of a research lab. In previous research the authors have developed the web based workflow systems Calvin and Hobbes, which enable biologists and computer scientists to approach these problems in collaboration. Both systems use a server-centric Web 2.0 based approach. Calvin is tailored to molecular biology applications, with a simple graphical workflow-language and easy access to existing BioMoby web services. Calvin workflows are compiled to industry standard BPEL workflows, which can be edited and refined in collaboration between researchers and computer scientists using the Hobbes tool. Together, Calvin and Hobbes form our workflow platform MoBiFlow, whose principles, design, and use cases are described in this paper.

We present iCOBRA, a flexible general-purpose web-based application and accompanying R package to evaluate, compare and visualize the performance of methods for estimation or classification when ground truth is available. iCOBRA is interactive, can be run locally or remotely and generates customizable, publication-ready graphics. To facilitate open, reproducible and standardized method comparisons, expanding as new innovations are made, we encourage the community to provide benchmark results in a standard format.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang bagaimana proses implementasi dan pelembagaan web-based learning berlangsung di Jurusan Kurikulum danTeknologi Pendidikan Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Target khusus penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan suatu model pengadopsian suatu inovasi pembelajaran oleh suatu lembaga, dalam hal ini inovasi belajar berbasis jaringan. Tujuan dari suatu implementasi inovasi adalah menjamin penggunaan yang benar oleh individu dalam organisasi. Tujuan pelembagaan adalah mengintegrasikan inovasi tersebut ke dalam struktur dan kehidupan organisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dimana peneliti menyelidiki suatu gejala dalam konteks yang sebenarnya. Seiring dengan itu digunakan juga “Model Keputusan Adopsi Inovasi dalam Organisasi” oleh Everett M. Rogers, dalam rangka memahami tahapan-tahapan proses implemantasi dan pelembagaan. Sumber data dari penelitian ini terdiri dari pemrakarsa dan para pioner web-bali. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa suatu Model Pelembagaan web-based learning indonesia (web-bali) yang meliputi tahap pencanangan agenda, tahap pencocokan, penstrukturan, klarifikasi dan rutinisasi. Rogers) to understand steps of implementation and institutionalization. The sources of information for this research are founders and pioneers of Web-Bali. The product of this research is an Indonesian web-based learning institutionalization model (Web-Bali) which consists of agenda setting, matching, redefining/restructuring, clarifying and routinizing. Abstrak- Informasi berbasis komputer sangat berpengaruh pesat dalam dunia kerja, begitu juga halnya sistem informasi berbasis web dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana peningkatan informasi. Pemanfaatan tersebut akan mempermudah suatu pekerjaan seperti halnya pe ngolahan data lebih cepat, keputusan yang akan diambil lebih tepat, menghemat waktu dan biaya. Selain itu, sistem informasi yang berbasis web juga dapat menjadi sarana promosi yang efesien dan sumber informasi yang dapat diakses oleh pengguna internet yang semakin lama semakin luas. Pada Fakultas Ilmu Komputer belum adanya media sebagai sarana dalam pengumpulan RPKPS matakuliah sementara penerapan komputer dan internet maupun sumber daya sudah ada, sehingga diktat mata kuliah yang diberikan dosen pengampu terhadap kompetensi program studi tidak sesuai dan untuk pengembangan kompetensi program studi. Adapun metode yang digunakan dengan mengumpulkan data-data yang ada dan menganalisa permasalahan dalam pengumpulan dan penyesuaian RPKPS dengan menyesuaikan dengan kurikulum yang sedang berjalan pada fakultas ilmu komputer. Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini memberi suatu efisiensi atau peningkatan dalam pengolahan data diktat matakuliah dengan meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa terhadap jurusannya, tujuan khususnya untuk membuat sistem informasi berbasis online dalam pengumpulan RPKPS sehingga terintegrasi dengan baik dan disesuaikan dengan kurikulum yang sedang berjalan pada fakultas ilmu komputer, hanya dengan mengakses internet dan mengakses website dengan mudah, tidak memerlukan waktu yang lama. Kata kunci: RPKPS, Sistem Informasi, Program Studi. Abstract- Computer-based information is very influential in the world of work, as well as web-based information systems are used as a means of information enhancement. Computer-based information systems are very influential in the world of work, as well as web-based information systems are used as a means of information enhancement. Utilization will facilitate a job as well as faster data processing, the decision to be taken more precisely, saving time and cost. Because the needs of the yellowish university to realize the vision and mission must be in line with the activities undertaken, one of them by producing a paper or a scientific paper lecturer who indexed such as scopus and thompson, so the yellowish university held an international Conference held in cooperation with other universities, both domestic and foreign, this requires a media or information that can be accessed by lecturers in the country and abroad in terms of registration of scientific work to be on international Conference activities with online-based. In the international Conference that will be held university of lancang kuning no media that can be used as a means to promote, because this is considered very important for the achievement of the purpose of international Conference activities to be implemented. The method used by collecting existing data and analyzing problems in the collection and adjustment of Paper International Conference. The general purpose of this research is to build an E-register paper application to make it easier for users to register papers for seminars at youthful university.
