Abstrak- Informasi berbasis komputer sangat berpengaruh pesat dalam dunia kerja, begitu juga halnya sistem informasi berbasis web dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana peningkatan informasi. Pemanfaatan tersebut akan mempermudah suatu pekerjaan seperti halnya pe ngolahan data lebih cepat, keputusan yang akan diambil lebih tepat, menghemat waktu dan biaya. Selain itu, sistem informasi yang berbasis web juga dapat menjadi sarana promosi yang efesien dan sumber informasi yang dapat diakses oleh pengguna internet yang semakin lama semakin luas. Pada Fakultas Ilmu Komputer belum adanya media sebagai sarana dalam pengumpulan RPKPS matakuliah sementara penerapan komputer dan internet maupun sumber daya sudah ada, sehingga diktat mata kuliah yang diberikan dosen pengampu terhadap kompetensi program studi tidak sesuai dan untuk pengembangan kompetensi program studi. Adapun metode yang digunakan dengan mengumpulkan data-data yang ada dan menganalisa permasalahan dalam pengumpulan dan penyesuaian RPKPS dengan menyesuaikan dengan kurikulum yang sedang berjalan pada fakultas ilmu komputer. Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini memberi suatu efisiensi atau peningkatan dalam pengolahan data diktat matakuliah dengan meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa terhadap jurusannya, tujuan khususnya untuk membuat sistem informasi berbasis online dalam pengumpulan RPKPS sehingga terintegrasi dengan baik dan disesuaikan dengan kurikulum yang sedang berjalan pada fakultas ilmu komputer, hanya dengan mengakses internet dan mengakses website dengan mudah, tidak memerlukan waktu yang lama. Kata kunci: RPKPS, Sistem Informasi, Program Studi. Pemanfaatan tersebut akan mempermudah suatu pekerjaan seperti halnya pengolahan data lebih cepat, keputusan yang akan diambil lebih tepat, menghemat waktu dan biaya. Selain itu, sistem informasi yang berbasis web juga dapat menjadi sarana promosi yang efesien dan sumber informasi yang dapat diakses oleh pengguna internet yang semakin lama semakin luas. Pada kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Pekanbaru selalu dihadapi dengan kendala antri atau lama dalam pengurusan vaksin keberangkatan calon Jemaah umrah, karena dalam pengurusan vaksin pada kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan pekanbaru belum adanya sistem terkomputerisasi, sehingga hal ini memperlambat kinerja kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan pekanbaru, begitupun bagi calon Jemaah umrah yang selalu tidak puas dalam pelayanan vaksin untuk keberangkatan calon jemaah umrah karena terlalu lama dalam pemprosesan hasil dari analisa vaksin keberangkatan calon Jemaah umrah. Adapun metode yang digunakan dengan mengumpulkan data-data yang ada dan menganalisa permasalahan dalam pengurusan vaksin dengan membangun sebuah sistem berbasis web. Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini memberi suatu efisiensi atau peningkatan dalam pengolahan data yang berbasis web sehingga membantu kegiatan kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Pekanbaru, tujuan khususnya dimana calon jemaah umrah bisa melihat jadwal vaksin nya dan bisa melihat pengumuman yang lebih cepat dan tepat tanpa harus datang ke kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Pekanbaru, hanya dengan mengakses internet dan mengakses website Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan pekanbaru dengan mudah, tidak memerlukan waktu yang lama. Kata kunci: Vaksin, Web, Kesehatan Pelabuhan Pekanbaru. The link and match between the world of education and industry is the key to optimizing the absorption of skilled labor. To answer these challenges, the Information systems undergraduate study program at Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto, SUHU, and T-Lab held a Webinar Series "Link & Match of Information Technology between Academics and Industrial Needs" with the topic of Digital Business Roadmap: Exploring creative digital business ideas. This webinar activity is carried out using a mentoring method as well as sharing new knowledge with participants about Digital Business Transformation and how to explore creative digital business ideas. The result is that participants can understand digital business transformation and then explore creative digital business ideas to be developed in a business proposal.

Abstract: The Information Systems Study Program is one of the study programs at the Open University. The duties and responsibilities of the study program are managing academic and non-academic services. Management of incoming and outgoing mail is one of the tasks that must be carried out so that the service process is maximized. But the management is still manually so that problems occur such as difficulty in finding incoming or outgoing mail because it is still stored in folders, can only be accessed by one person because it is still stored on a computer and it is difficult to classify incoming mail. Therefore there must be a web-based incoming and outgoing mail management application. The purpose of this research is to implement a web-based incoming and outgoing mail application in the Information Systems Study Program. The model used for its development uses the waterfall model, while the testing model uses a black box. The results of this study are knowing the usability of implementing incoming and outgoing letters in the Information Systems Study Program.                  Keywords: Black Boxes; Outgoing Letters; Incoming Letters; Waterfalls; Web Applications.  Abstrak: Program Studi Sistem Informasi merupakan salah satu program studi yang ada di Universitas Terbuka. Tugas dan tanggung jawab program studi adalah mengelola layanan akademik maupun non akademik. Pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar merupakan salah satu tugas yang harus dijalankan agar proses layanan menjadi maksimal. Namun pengelolaannya masih secara manual sehingga terjadi permasalahan seperti sulitnya mencari surat yang masuk atau surat yang keluar karena masih di simpan dalam folder-folder, hanya bisa di akses oleh satu orang karena masih disimpan dalam sebuah komputer dan sulit mengklasifikasikan surat yang masuk. Oleh sebab itu harus ada sebuah aplikasi pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar berbasis web. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengimplementasikan aplikasi surat masuk dan surat keluar berbasis web di Program Studi Sistem Informasi. Model yang digunakan untuk pengembangannya menggunakan model watelfall, sedangkan model pengujiannya menggunakan black box. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui usability dari implementasi surat masuk dan surat keluar di Program Studi Sistem Informasi Kata kunci: Aplikasi Web; Black Box; Surat Keluar; Surat Masuk; Waterfall.

This study aims to create a design of information systems the acquisition and depreciation of web-based fixed assets using php mysql database at PT. Hasil Damai Textile Bandung.  Software development method using waterfall. From the research conducted, it was found the problem that the process of recording and calculating depreciation of fixed assets still uses Microsoft excel so it requires a relatively long time and the calculation results are less accurate, and data storage is less secure and irregular so it is difficult to identify fixed assets that will expire depreciation.

The prediction system for determining the number of prospective new students aims to make decisions and prioritize how many new students will be accepted and as a means of enthusiasts for the most study program trends each year, in making a prediction system, a method for good calculations is needed, so it is necessary method for the prediction system. This prediction system uses the Least Square method for the calculation of prediction results for system design carried out with an object-oriented approach using UML. The computer-based system built is web-based using the programming languages PHP and MySQL. From this research, the Least Sqaure method can be implemented to calculate predictions to determine the number of prospective new student registrations and to help the secretariat staff in the admissions section to find out the most interest in the study program each year.

Pelatihan ini dapat membantu mahasiswa meningkatkan pemahaman dalam menulis artikel ilmiah serta Memberikan pemahaman kepada mahasiwa dalam memilih target jurnal yang akan dituju, sehingga saat membuat artikel bisa menyesuaikan selingkung dari jurnal yang dituju. Metode yang dilakukan dengan ceramah dan sesi tanya jawab serta pratek register dan submit artikel. Hasil Kegiatan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan sesuai dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan peserta sebesar 62,24%.   Abstract: Faculty of Computer Science-Lancang Kuning University was founded in 2006, with two studyprograms, namely the informatics engineering and information systems study program withthe PS establishment SK Number: 2875 / D / T2006, The vision of the computer sciencefaculty is: "To become a superior faculty of computer science in the region of Sumatra basedon the values of Malay culture by 2025", and one of its objectives, namely: Producing qualityscientific works in the field of computers and can be published in scientific journals andseminars. at this dedication carried out by demonstration.
