Computer-based information systems are very influential in the world of work, as well as web-based information systems are used as a means of information enhancement. Utilization will facilitate a job as well as faster data processing, the decision to be taken more precisely, saving time and cost. Because the needs of the yellowish university to realize the vision and mission must be in line with the activities undertaken, one of them by producing a paper or a scientific paper lecturer who indexed such as scopus and thompson, so the yellowish university held an international Conference held in cooperation with other universities, both domestic and foreign, this requires a media or information that can be accessed by lecturers in the country and abroad in terms of registration of scientific work to be on international Conference activities with online-based. In the international Conference that will be held university of lancang kuning no media that can be used as a means to promote, because this is considered very important for the achievement of the purpose of international Conference activities to be implemented. The method used by collecting existing data and analyzing problems in the collection and adjustment of Paper International Conference. The general purpose of this research is to build an E-register paper application to make it easier for users to register papers for seminars at youthful university.

Abstrak- Informasi berbasis komputer sangat berpengaruh pesat dalam dunia kerja, begitu juga halnya sistem informasi berbasis web dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana peningkatan informasi. Pemanfaatan tersebut akan mempermudah suatu pekerjaan seperti halnya pe ngolahan data lebih cepat, keputusan yang akan diambil lebih tepat, menghemat waktu dan biaya. Selain itu, sistem informasi yang berbasis web juga dapat menjadi sarana promosi yang efesien dan sumber informasi yang dapat diakses oleh pengguna internet yang semakin lama semakin luas. Pada Fakultas Ilmu Komputer belum adanya media sebagai sarana dalam pengumpulan RPKPS matakuliah sementara penerapan komputer dan internet maupun sumber daya sudah ada, sehingga diktat mata kuliah yang diberikan dosen pengampu terhadap kompetensi program studi tidak sesuai dan untuk pengembangan kompetensi program studi. Adapun metode yang digunakan dengan mengumpulkan data-data yang ada dan menganalisa permasalahan dalam pengumpulan dan penyesuaian RPKPS dengan menyesuaikan dengan kurikulum yang sedang berjalan pada fakultas ilmu komputer. Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini memberi suatu efisiensi atau peningkatan dalam pengolahan data diktat matakuliah dengan meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa terhadap jurusannya, tujuan khususnya untuk membuat sistem informasi berbasis online dalam pengumpulan RPKPS sehingga terintegrasi dengan baik dan disesuaikan dengan kurikulum yang sedang berjalan pada fakultas ilmu komputer, hanya dengan mengakses internet dan mengakses website dengan mudah, tidak memerlukan waktu yang lama. Kata kunci: RPKPS, Sistem Informasi, Program Studi. Abstract: In this era of globalization, information technology is speeding up. In managing the information required good technology because the information has a greatvalue for a company. And computer technology today with its increasingly sophisticated processing speed has enabled the development of computer-based information systems. Problems that exist in Kauman Apothecary is about the data processing that is still done manually, ranging from the admission process of incoming drugs, drugs out, often the absence of matching stock between the data with the original drug, as well as in making reports that still use microsoft excel. The design of the system is described by UML modeling, drug sales information system on web-based pharmacy kauman intranet this is the best solution, can improve the quality of data processing drugs in pharmacies kauman. And with the creation of this information system, can help simplify data processing moreleverage, while keeping data safe and minimize the data kerangkapan. Dan teknologi komputer sekarang ini dengan kecepatan prosesnya yang semakin canggih telah memungkinkan pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis komputer. Masalah yang ada pada Apotek Kauman yaitu mengenai pengolahan data-datanya yang masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari proses penerimaan obat masuk, obat keluar, sering tidak adanya kecocokan stok antara data dengan obat aslinya, serta dalam membuat laporan yang masih menggunakan microsoft excel. Perancangan sistem digambarkan dengan pemodelan UML, sistem informasi penjualan obat pada apotek kauman berbasis web intranet ini merupakan solusi yang terbaik, dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengolahan data obat di apotek kauman. Dan dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi ini, dapat membantu mempermudah pengolahan data lebih maksimal, sekaligus menjaga data tetap aman dan meminimalisir adanya kerangkapan data. Perancangan sistem informasi penjualan obat berbasis web ini dibuat menggunakan PHP dan MySQLKata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Penjualan, Apotek Kauman.

Gaharu (Aquilaria malaccencis) is the most expensive crop of non-wood forest products(HHBK) Indonesia. Aromatic substances of gaharu make this commodity has a high valuein the world. Gaharu is a multifunctional plant that is rich in benefits, including for healthneeds, beauty industry, and ritual. PT. Gaharu Wood Indonesia declared West Sumatera in1985 once scored history as a producer of the best gaharu commodity in the world.However, the high selling value of gaharu encourages people to exploit gaharu plantsregardless of their sustainability, so that the gaharu plant population is decreasing. Thisdoes not support the implementation of Law no. 39 of 2014 on the development, revocationand processing of plantations. Therefore, prevention efforts need to be done withconservation measures, namely through the program On Bill Gates Entrepreneurship (OneBillion Gaharu for One Village Program) as an Effort to Optimalize Integrated EstateEstate Community Through Gaharu Cultivation In Kenagarian Barulak, West Sumatera toAchieve SDG's 2030 On Bill Gates is intended as a form of attention of the younggeneration in preserving the potential of gaharu plants in improving the economic value ofthe community and realizing a global competitive farming business. Examination and repetition of activities such as midterm tests, semester tests and class increase examinations at SMK Wira Buana 1  Bogor are still manual, namely using paper, this is felt to be less effective because it takes a lot of costs, time, place and personnel in its implementation and still exists cheating students in carrying out the exam. In addition, the development of information technology and systems in the world of education is increasing, one example is the Computer Based National Examination (UNBK) also called the Computer Based Test (CBT), which is a system of implementing national examinations using computers as a test medium. This is the background of the author to make a web-based school exam information system there is SMK Wira Buana 1 Bogor. The method used in designing this web-based examination system is the waterfall method which is expected to be one of the breakthroughs in the running of the School Examination, both the Mid-Semester Examination and the Semester Final Examination which can reduce the operational costs of activities. The School Examination Information System becomes a medium for students to practice computer-based exams that can be accessed by all students of Bogor Wira Buana 1 Vocational School so that they can improve readiness and familiarize students in facing Computer-Based National Exams and provide convenience for schools in conducting examinations and providing speed in getting the test result score.

The rapid development of computer technology and information greatly helps work in storing, accessing to data processing becomes faster and easier, this has triggered various fields in utilizing this with the use of computer-based information systems, especially for intelligence units in western security police. The following text presents the author's four plane reflections in relation to modern accounting as a scientific discipline. This science is becoming increasingly significant in the world at present, which is due to the fact that: (1) the accounting science (scientific discipline) is an applied science, i.e. the one that considerably enriches the accounting practice, important not only for the company which deals with accounting, (2) its research spectrum is presently extraordinarily comprehensive as it focuses on many aspects, including the social and behavioural ones, which are important for accounting. Bearing in mind that accounting in real terms in the context of the worldwide standardisation trend in the author's opinion is one of the most original systems and the one which demands exceptional professionalism from among all the information systems related to human activity, the author shares her reflections with reader on the tasks of the scientific discipline dealing with this kind of accounting in a methodical and scientific way. The planes of deliberations have been determined by: (1) unlimited data processing revolution, (2) the imperative of opposition to the traditional perception of accounting, (3) commercialisation of scientific research results, (4) ethics in scientific research.

Over the last four decades, information technology (IT) has permeated almost every aspect of our lives. From its origins in the data processing (DP) departments of large organisations, where bureaucratic operations were automated on mainframe computers, IT has penetrated ever further into all kinds of organisational activity, largely due to the accessibility of the personal computer (PC) in the 1980s and the 1990s. Beyond that, IT is also involved in many aspects of our everyday lives, such as education, leisure and entertainment, now that the boundaries between traditional telecommunications technologies and computer-based systems effectively no longer exist. This permeation has meant that the range of people now closely involved with IT on a regular basis has expanded far beyond the white-coated experts in the early DP departments, with terms such as ‘the information society’ in common parlance. It is therefore hardly surprising that the discipline of information systems (IS) emerged and is now evolving to meet the challenge of analysis and design in this complex and dynamic social environment. Nor is it surprising that IS is moving on from its early emphasis on highly structured formal methods of analysis and design, designed to cope with the machine-like preoccupations of the data processing world, to a far softer, human-centred focus. There is clearly an agenda for improvement for IS; although the notions of success and failure may be problematic in themselves, we hear of IS ‘failures’ which make the evening news at depressingly regular intervals — Y2K, the UK air traffic control project at West Drayton, the recent Passport Agency fiasco, for example. More generally, a wide-ranging (14,000 organisations) survey in the UK carried out by the Economic and Social Research Council and the Department of Trade and Industry (OASIG, 1996) concerning the outcomes of IT investments makes worrying reading, reporting that:

Computers as human aids have advantages including speed, accuracy, and efficiency in data processing compared to manual systems. Computers have spread in various fields, both in the world of education and the world of work, including in the field of sales. Adibah Boutique has problems in terms of, among others, the irregularity of the management system, especially profit and loss, sales calculations (transaction activities), data collection of goods and preparation of sales reports still using manuals, cashier operators still use worksheet applications to complete each work activity, thus providing the impression of an impact that is less effective and efficient in terms of time and energy generated every day. Another problem in terms of the goods coding system and the absence of evidence between the seller and the buyer after the transaction raises a very basic problem, one solution is to use a desktop-based application that can manage sales information systems more easily thereby reducing the problems that occur in The Adibah Boutique. This application can be used as a commercial medium by the owner or staff of Adibah Boutique to make it easier to make sales transactions to consumers.
