With the continuous development of information technology, real-time audio and video communication is becoming more and more important in people's daily life. At present, there are a lot of software with audio and video communication function in the market, such as Tencent QQ software, wechat, nailing, etc. these software are developed with C / S architecture, and can not achieve cross platform and cross terminal. Users need to download the software to carry out audio and video communication. In view of this, this paper uses webrtc technology based on ice framework to realize the design of remote audio and video communication system, completes the internal network penetration, establishes the communication process between clients, designs room server and signaling server for conversation, and completes the design of remote network audio and video communication system.

Abstract Linux operating system provides a good platform for the research on computer science due to its characteristics of open source, stability and efficiency. The teaching platform based on Linux has many advantages over that of Windows operating system. To promote the application of Linux and develop domestic software with independent intellectual property rights, the author studies and analyzes the feasibility of Linux teaching platform which can adapt to the current cross platform teaching of information technology in Colleges and universities and meet the requirements of computer grade examination. The author proposes to build an information technology teaching platform based on Linux operating system, and realize the cross platform of mainstream application software through Wine, and meanwhile use virtual machine to support Windows operating system environment. The author puts forward suggestions and measures in the application process, and verifies the feasibility of platform implementation, and proposes the preliminary scheme of platform construction.

Useful information system to support of business process an organization/company with no eception immigration authority. Business process that so far has been implemented have not use information technology maximally resulted in a fall in the passer the limits for the low service quality to the unfixed data storage and difficulty for finding data and produce reports. The purpose of the research are to design a cross platform information system architecture to support the business process carried out by the immigration authorities on three (3) Integrated Cross Border Posts (PLBN) under the control of the Class II Immigration Office of Atambua, East Nusa Tenggara. For the purposes of the architecture planning was using the framework of TOGAF ADM based on mapped problems, while the design of the information system is based on the PIECES framework. Information systems that proposed aims to solve the problems faced by and to support policy and the government's national strategies in the management of the border region. It is expected that the design of cross platform information system applied to linking immigration offices, immigration officers in PLBN and the passer. The results of this research are expected to be implemented in support of the business process on the immigration authorities with linking immigration offices, immigration officers in PLBN and the passer and also to improve the services of the immigration officer.

At this time, the monitoring (patrol) carried out by the Sanitation and Gardening Office of Palembang City is carried out every working day. The patrol's targets include environmental cleanliness and the beauty of landscaping, and always maintaining landscaping so that it looks beautiful throughout the city of Palembang. Realizing a different reporting concept certainly requires a development, so that the reporting objectives can be achieved, and the results of cleaning and gardening reporting also increase. development of reporting that is tailored to the needs and cleanliness of the park, so that it leads to the satisfaction of employees who wish to report quickly and accurately. Development of monitoring software and reporting of landscaping cleanliness in the city of Palembang using cross platform android technology which can be implemented on Android, IOS and Windows based cellphones. Teknologi Informasi (TI), atau dalam bahasa Inggris dikenal dengan istilah Information technology (IT) adalah istilah umum untuk teknologi apa pun yang membantu manusia dalam membuat, mengubah, menyimpan, mengomunikasikan dan/atau menyebarkan informasi. Di era modern ini tentunya persaingan dalam segala bidang sangat ketat, maka dari itu kebutuhan akan informasi yang sangat penting untuk mendukung aktivitas seseorang sangat dibutuhkan. Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Palembang merupakan perangkat daerah sebagai unsur pelaksana penyelenggaraan pemerintah daerah yang mempunyai tugas pokok melaksanakan sebagaian urusan dibidang kebersihan dan pertamanan. Pada saat ini proses monitoring (patroli) yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Palembang dilaksanakan setiap hari kerja. Sasaran patroli meliputi kebersihan lingkungan dan keindahan pertamanan selalu terjaga dan tata pertamanan agar terlihat asri di seluruh area kota Palembang. Dalam mewujudkan konsep pelaporan yang berbeda tentu membutuhkan suatu pengembangan, sehingga tujuan pelaporan dapat tercapai dan hasil pelaporan kebersihan dan pertamanan ikut meningkat. pengembangan pelaporan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan kebersihan pertamanan, sehingga hal tersebut berujung pada kepuasaan pegawai yang ingin melakukakn pelaporan secara cepat dan tepat. Pengembangan perangkat lunak monitoring dan pelaporan kebersihan pertamanan di kota palembang dengan menggunakan teknologi android cross platform yang dapat diimplementasikan pada handhone berbasis android, IOS dan Windows.

As mobile devices become prevalent, there is always a need for apps.  How hard is it to develop an app especially a cross-platform app? The paper shares an experience in a project involved the development of a student services web app that can be run on cross-platform mobile devices.  The paper first describes the background of the project, the clients, and the proposed solution.  Then, it focuses on the step-by-step development processes and provides the illustration of written codes and techniques used.  The goal is for readers to gain an understanding on how to develop a mobile-friendly web app.  The paper concludes with teaching implications and offers thoughts for further development.   A revised version of this paper was published in the journal Journal of Information Technology Education: Innovations in Practice, Volume 14, 2015
