Information Technology (IT), or in English known as Information technology (IT) is a general term for any technology that helps humans create, change, store, communicate and / or disseminate information. In this modern era, competition in all fields is very fierce, therefore the need for very important information to support one's activities is very much needed. The Sanitation and Gardening Service of Palembang City is a regional apparatus as an implementing element for regional government administration which has the main task of carrying out part of the affairs in the field of cleanliness and gardening. At this time, the monitoring (patrol) carried out by the Sanitation and Gardening Office of Palembang City is carried out every working day. The patrol's targets include environmental cleanliness and the beauty of landscaping, and always maintaining landscaping so that it looks beautiful throughout the city of Palembang. Realizing a different reporting concept certainly requires a development, so that the reporting objectives can be achieved, and the results of cleaning and gardening reporting also increase. development of reporting that is tailored to the needs and cleanliness of the park, so that it leads to the satisfaction of employees who wish to report quickly and accurately. Development of monitoring software and reporting of landscaping cleanliness in the city of Palembang using cross platform android technology which can be implemented on Android, IOS and Windows based cellphones. Teknologi Informasi (TI), atau dalam bahasa Inggris dikenal dengan istilah Information technology (IT) adalah istilah umum untuk teknologi apa pun yang membantu manusia dalam membuat, mengubah, menyimpan, mengomunikasikan dan/atau menyebarkan informasi. Di era modern ini tentunya persaingan dalam segala bidang sangat ketat, maka dari itu kebutuhan akan informasi yang sangat penting untuk mendukung aktivitas seseorang sangat dibutuhkan. Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Palembang merupakan perangkat daerah sebagai unsur pelaksana penyelenggaraan pemerintah daerah yang mempunyai tugas pokok melaksanakan sebagaian urusan dibidang kebersihan dan pertamanan. Pada saat ini proses monitoring (patroli) yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Palembang dilaksanakan setiap hari kerja. Sasaran patroli meliputi kebersihan lingkungan dan keindahan pertamanan selalu terjaga dan tata pertamanan agar terlihat asri di seluruh area kota Palembang. Dalam mewujudkan konsep pelaporan yang berbeda tentu membutuhkan suatu pengembangan, sehingga tujuan pelaporan dapat tercapai dan hasil pelaporan kebersihan dan pertamanan ikut meningkat. pengembangan pelaporan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan kebersihan pertamanan, sehingga hal tersebut berujung pada kepuasaan pegawai yang ingin melakukakn pelaporan secara cepat dan tepat. Pengembangan perangkat lunak monitoring dan pelaporan kebersihan pertamanan di kota palembang dengan menggunakan teknologi android cross platform yang dapat diimplementasikan pada handhone berbasis android, IOS dan Windows.

The focus of the this research is to examine the duties and responsibilities of FKUB in realizing a tolerant life as a capital for community resilience. The basic thing is that Indonesia is a diverse country, as well as the conditions in the city of Bandar Lampung. Therefore, FKUB in this city has a strategy in foresting tolerance between religious communities. The theory used is the theory of symbolic interactionism with the character John Dewey and C.H. Cooley, as well as the deconfessionalization theory proposed by C.A.O. Van Niuwenhuijz. This research is a type of field research which is descriptive with qualitative analysis. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the strategy carried out by the Bandar Lampung FKUB in fostering interfaith tolerance was in addition to being based on the main task, also making youth (adolescents and students) the targets of the work program because they would later become leaders. The supporting factors are the solidity of the management, financial support from the Government, and the participation of the religious community. While the inhibiting factors come from internal as well as external. Internal factors where the management has their own busyness, while external inhibiting factors include the conflict of interest between the FKUB and the Regional Government, this happens because of different points of view in seeing an activity.

Abstract:Electronic ticketing system is an alternative in a renewable system that is effective in implementing tickets to motorists who violate traffic. Electronic tickets are still not on target, because there are still many Indonesian people who are not ready for the progress of the system and technology. Therefore, this study intends to analyze the effectiveness of the application of the electronic ticketing system in the city of Surabaya. The application of the electronic ticket system has advantages, namely the service is simpler, faster, and easier than conventional ticketing. The result of the research shows that with the electronic ticket system there is transparency to the apparatus related to government administration activities, besides making a better police image in the eyes of the public.Keywords: Electronic Ticket, Traffic, Legal Protection Abstrak:Sistem tilang elektronik adalah sebuah alternatif dalam suatu sistem terbarukan yang efektif dalam pelaksanaan tilang kepada pengendara yang melanggar lalu lintas. Tilang elektronik masih belum tepat sasaran, karena  masih banyak masyarakat Indonesia yang belum siap akan kemajuan sistem dan teknologi tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisa efektivitas penerapan sistem tilang elektronik di Kota Surabaya. Penerapan sistem Tilang elektronik ini memiliki kelebihan, yaitu pelayanannya lebih sederhana, cepat, dan mudah dibandingkan tilang secara konvensional. Hasi penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan sistem tilang elektronik terdapat adanya transparansi kepada aparat terkait kegiatan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan, selain membuat citra kepolisian yang lebih baik di mata masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Tilang Elektronik, Lalu Lintas, Perlindungan Hukum

In line with the rapid development of the times and the increasingly complex problems faced by the state, there has also been a development in government administration which has been marked by a shift in the paradigm of governance from Rule Governance. This situation makes the bureaucracy rigid, in an environment that is only limited to flowing the instructions or following instructions. The district government in an Asologaima District has the main task of carrying out part of the authority delegated by the district head in the fields of government, economy, and development, society, peace, and order as well as coordination.The method is sed is descriptive method. Bureaucrats as providers of public services must be able to provide quality services, the quality of service of bureaucrats to society is closely related to customer satisfaction or consumer satisfaction as the recipient of the service itself.

This study aims to use information technology, uncertainty or moderation duties and interactions between task uncertainty with the use of information technology to end user computing satisfaction. In this study used 70 respondents who actively use computers and working with several companies banking on the city of Padang. The data used are the primary data obtained through questionnaires. The study used three types of variables, the first is the independent variable, namely the utilization of information technology, both moderating variables, namely the uncertainty of the task, the third is the dependent variable is satisfaction of end user computing. The stages of hypothesis testing is done by using a regression model of moderating and statistical t-test. Based on the results of testing the first hypothesis (HI) was found to significantly influence the utilization of information technology to the satisfaction of end user computing. The second hypothesis (H2) testing results found that task uncertainty did not significantly influence the end user computing satisfaction. The third hypothesis (H3) testing found that the interaction or moderation between the use of technology with task uncertainty no significant effect on end user computing satisfaction.

The history of lexicography in Iran dates back to more than 2,000 years ago, to the time of the compilation of bilingual and monolingual lexicons for the Middle Persian language. After a review of the long and rich tradition of Persian lexicography, the chapter gives an account of the state of the art in the modern era by describing recent advances and developments in this field. During the last three or four decades, in line with the advancements in western countries, Iranian lexicography evolved from its traditional state into a modern professional and academic activity trying to improve the form and content of dictionaries by implementing the following factors: the latest achievements in theoretical and applied linguistics related to lexicography; and the computer techniques and information technology and corpus-based approach to lexicography.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) peran DUDI dalam mendorong produk kebijakan pendidikan Pemda Kota Mataram dalam mengembangkan SMK berbasis kearifan lokal; (2) implementasi penyelenggaraan kebijakan pendidikan SMK yang sesuai dengan kearifan lokal; dan (3) peran DUDI dalam pengembangan SMK. Informan kunci pada penelitian adalah Kepala Dinas Dikmen sub-bagian kepala seksi kurikulum, Kepala Sekolah, Wakasek Humas Industri, Pembimbing Industri, dan Siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) peran DUDI dalam mendorong kebijakan Pemda terkait pengembangan SMK berbasis kearifan lokal belum memadai; (2) implementasi kebijakan Pemda, antara lain: (a) monitoring dan evaluasi, (b) menyediakan unit gedung baru, (c) membuka kompetensi keahlian baru, (d) pemberian dana, (e) mengadakan Gebyar SMK se-Kota Mataram; dan (3) peran DUDI dalam pengembangan SMK antara lain: (a) penyelenggaraan prakerin siswa berjalan dengan baik. b) industri sebagai tempat pemagangan guru, c) industri terlibat dalam uji kompetensi siswa tingkat akhir dan tempat menyalurkan lulusan, d) belum ada kerja sama terkait penyediaan sarana dan prasarana, dan e) pengembangan kurikulum dalam bentuk workshop kurikulum. Kata kunci: peran DUDI, penyelenggaraan SMK, kearifan lokal THE ROLE OF BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL (VHS) BASED ON LOCAL WISDOM IN THE CITY OF MATARAM Abstract This research aims to know: (1) the role of business and industry in encouraging the product education policy of the local government in Mataram City for developing vocaational high school (VHS) based on local wisdom; (2) the implementation of VHS education policy with an appropriate local wisdom; and (3) the role of business and industry in developing VHS. The key informants in this research were the Head of Secondary Education Curriculum Sub-section, Principal, Vice Principal of Industry Public Relations, Industry Counsellors, and students. The data were collected by observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique included data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: (1) the role of business and industry in encouraging the regional government policy related to VHS development based on local wisdom had not been adequate; (2) the implementation of regional government policy were among others: (a) monitoring and evaluation, (b) providing a new building unit, (c) opening new expertise competencies, (d) providing funds, (e) conducting Gebyar SMK in the city of Mataram; and (3) the roles of business and industry in the development of VHS were among others: (a) the implementation of the students’ industrial practice ran well, (b) the industry as the place for teachers’ apprenticeship, (c) the industry was involved in students’ competency test at the end of the students’ study and as an institute which would recruit the graduates, d) there had not been any cooperation related to the provision of facilities and infrastructure, and e) curriculum development in the form of a curriculum workshop. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of smart governance and the strengthening of city resources in order to support Smart Governance in the city of Balikpapan. This research adopts qualitative descriptive method using interview and observation techniques, and data were then analyzed. Results found that the application of smart governance in the city of Balikpapan was not yet well implemented so it was necessary to strengthen local government resources that include institutions, budgets, and IT (information technology) tools, in the dimensions of local government, and increase community participation and community use for the application in the community dimension.

Karona Cahya Susena; The purpose of this study was to determine the potential revenue projections Land and Building Tax (PBB) in the city of Bengkulu years 2014-2016. This type of research used in this research is quantitative. The benefits of this research are as information material to the Regional Government of Bengkulu in policy making and management of land and building tax (PBB) in 2014 up to 2016. This study suggests that projected revenue potential land and building tax (PBB) in the city of Bengkulu experience increase from 2014 to 2016. The amount of potential revenue Land and Building Tax (PBB) in the city of Bengkulu year in a row from 2014 to 2016 as follows: 2014 by Rp12.285.612.144, 2015 by Rp12.852.211.071, 2016 by Rp.13.418.809.999, increased revenue potential land and building tax (PBB) will lead to greater realization of the UN acceptance for the city of Bengkulu in the next three years.Key words: Land and Building Tax
