Many techniques of imaging used to characterize petroleum reservoir rocks are applied to dehydrated specimens. In order to directly study behavior of fines in reservoir rock at conditions similar to those found in-situ these materials need to be characterized in a fluid saturated state.Standard light microscopy can be used on wet specimens but depth of field and focus cannot be obtained; by using the Tandem Scanning Confocal Microscope (TSM) images can be produced from thin focused layers with high contrast and resolution. Optical sectioning and extended focus images are then produced with the microscope. The TSM uses reflected light, bulk specimens, and wet samples as opposed to thin section analysis used in standard light microscopy. The TSM also has additional advantages: the high scan speed, the ability to use a variety of light sources to produce real color images, and the simple, small size scanning system. The TSM has frame rates in excess of normal TV rates with many more lines of resolution. This is accomplished by incorporating a method of parallel image scanning and detection. The parallel scanning in the TSM is accomplished by means of multiple apertures in a disk which is positioned in the intermediate image plane of the objective lens. Thousands of apertures are distributed in an annulus, so that as the disk is spun, the specimen is illuminated simultaneously by a large number of scanning beams with uniform illumination. The high frame speeds greatly simplify the task of image recording since any of the normally used devices such as photographic cameras, normal or low light TV cameras, VCR or optical disks can be used without modification. Any frame store device compatible with a standard TV camera may be used to digitize TSM images.

A knowledge of the distribution of chemical elements in a specimen is often highly useful. In materials science specimens features such as grain boundaries and precipitates generally force a certain order on mental distribution, so that a single profile away from the boundary or precipitate gives a full description of all relevant data. No such simplicity can be assumed in life science specimens, where elements can occur various combinations and in different concentrations in tissue. In the latter case a two-dimensional elemental-distribution image is required to describe the material adequately. X-ray mapping provides such of the distribution of elements. The big disadvantage of x-ray mapping hitherto has been one requirement: the transmission electron microscope must have the scanning function. In cases where the STEM functionality – to record scanning images using a variety of STEM detectors – is not used, but only x-ray mapping is intended, a significant investment must still be made in the scanning system: electronics that drive the beam, detectors for generating the scanning images, and monitors for displaying and recording the images.

The use of Accounting Information System (AIS) is very helpful in accommodating all the information needed to make an accurate decision. Indicators in determining the good and bad performance of an information system can be seen through AIS user satisfaction and usage. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of top management support, system quality and information quality on AIS user satisfaction. The sample selection method used was purposive sampling. The research sample was 147 people consisting of administrators, loan officers and savings at 29 Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) in Ubud Subdistrict. The data in this study is primary data which is the answer from the questionnaire. The regression results show that all variables have a significance of 0,000. It shows that top management support, system quality and information quality have positive influences on Accounting Information System user satisfaction.

The purpose of this study wants to examine the effect of System Quality (SysQua) to Service Quality (ServQua), System Quality (SysQua) to Work Performance (WorkPef), and Service Quality (ServQua) to Work Performance (WorkPef). The object in this research is MYOB accounting software. The data gathers with quesionnaires in 2 types, physicals (paper) and online (using Google form).  From 315 questionnaires distributed consisted of 194 respondents through online, and 116 respondents through paper form. All the questionnaires are returned. The obtained data were analyzed using structural equation modelling. The result of data analysis showed that the System Quality (SysQua) have positive significant effect on the Service Quality (ServQua), Service Quality (ServQua) have positive significant effect on Work Performance (WorkPef), and System Quality (SysQua) have positive significant effect on Work Performance (WorkPef). The overall result indicates that MYOB have a good quality and related to user performance. Specifically, the user refers to basic user, which is university student.

In 2001, the website of the Palace Museum was opened to the public, marking that museum’s first step into the digital era in China. Numerous studies and much research has concentrated on how to employ this new technology in order to digitize the museum and its collection. However, little attention has been paid to research regarding visitor satisfaction’s regarding museum websites in China. This research aims to fill the gap. Consequently, this conceptual model has been proposed, and the Palace Museum website was as the research objective. Empirical methodology has been applied and the online survey was created to gather data, which results in a total of 557 questionnaires being analyzed though the SPSS 20.0. The findings demonstrate that system quality, perceived usefulness, perceived usability, and the museum’s image have a positive impact on visitor satisfaction regarding their continuance intention. Furthermore, managerial implications are proposed for museum practitioners.

It is the most unreliable truth that anybody can get infected by the COVID-19, and nobody can escape from the danger of getting tainted by the virus. Yet, the line of hope is that anyone and everyone can boost their resistance, thus avoid the risk of getting affected by the illness. The immunity of humans pulls down as they grow older. If their immune system is robust, them falling sick is feeble. If their resistance is weak, them getting ill is sound. Several factors affect the immune system and its ability, including its nourishment. A two-way connection between nutrition, infection and immunity presents. Changes in one part will affect the others part in our body that's the nature's rule. Well defined immune system quality which is present between each life phase may influence the type, generality and the degree of infections. At the same time, low nutrition to the body will decrease the immune function and expose the body to the danger of getting infected by infectious diseases. Different quantity of micronutrients is required for increasing the immunity power of our body. Generally the vitamins A,C,D,E,B2,B6,B12, iron, zinc and selenium. The deficiencies of micronutrients are acknowledged as a global health issue, and also low nutrition makes it prone to establishes the infections in the body.

Based on the example of flood warning data provided by EFAS for the territory of Northwestern Administration for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring in 2018-2020, the structure of the systematized issues of the EFAS portal is analyzed. The issues determine a feedback for the year-round monitoring of the accuracy of flood forecasting using the LISFLOOD base model, as well as its calibration. Several most important feedback sections are highlighted, that allow improving significantly a procedure for the quantitative and qualitative differentiated assessment of short- and medium-range flood forecasts. Using the results of the numerical analysis, a general description of the EFAS flood warning system quality and the prospects for the participation of the Russian Federation in it are given. Keywords: flooding, hydrological forecasts, forecast lead time, feedback, forecast accuracy
