Collaborative Filtering algorithms are frequently employed in e-commerce. However, this kind of algorithms can also be useful in other domains. In an information system thousands of bytes are sent through the network every second. Analyzing this data can require too much time and many resources, but it is necessary for ensuring the right operation of the network. Results are used for profiling, security analysis, traffic engineering and many other purposes. Nowadays, as a complement to a deep inspection of the data, it is more and more common to monitor packet flows, since it consumes less resources and it allows to react faster to any network situation. In a typical ow monitoring system, flows are exported to a collector, which stores the information before being analyzed. However, many collectors work based on time slots, so they do not analyze the flows when they are just received, generating a delay. In this work we demonstrate how Collaborative Filtering algorithms can be applied to this new domain. In particular, using information about past flows, these algorithms can anticipate future flows before being captured. This way, time required for detecting and responding to different network situations is reduced.

Procurement of government goods and services carried out through e-catalog applications can make government procurement of goods and services efficient, the time required is shorter, the administration process also becomes simple. The procurement of goods through the E-Catalog application at the Inspectorate of East Java Province still faces problems in the implementation process. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques were collected using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of research on the application of the principles of procurement of goods and services namely, Efficient, Procurement of goods through the e-catalog application can save the budget. Effective, the results of the procurement of goods carried out through the e-catalog application for all processes have been carried out with a fast time. Transparent, General Procurement Plan displayed on General Procurement Plan Information System contains all procurement information. Open, procurement of goods has been announced through General Procurement Plan Information System accessible to all the general public. Competing, Procurement of motorized land transportation equipment in the Inspectorate of East Java Province conducted through the e-catalog application, there is no competition between providers of goods and services. Fair, Procurement of motorized land transportation equipment is only provided by PT. ASTRA INTERNASIONAL, Tbk. –TSO as an official distributor of Toyota cars. Accountable, Procurement of goods and services in the Inspectorate of East Java Province is in accordance with regulations and results of procurement of goods can be accounted for.

Information systems built in the form of social media and the internet make us able to carry out various activities without having to meet face to face. Social media is currently the main attraction for people to communicate and find information quickly. This is a great opportunity for companies to reach and expand their market. With an information system built in the form of social media and the internet, all obstacles, both distance and high costs, can be suppressed and communication can be carried out effectively. So far, PT. Red Eye Utama conducts marketing through radio advertisements, newspapers / billboards, this is what causes problems, due to limited space and time, as well as high costs to carry out all these processes. The negotiation process between the company and the customer is one of the obstacles that affects the company's service to customers. Therefore, one solution to the problems in this system is to build a Social Media Advertise Maintenance Information System. By using PIECES method analysis for improvements based on performance indicators, indicator information, economic indicators, control indicators, efficiency indicators and service indicators. To design the new system, object-oriented modeling is used, namely UML (Unified Modeling Language) which is the right tool to use in describing the system design that will be made according to User needs.

Abstract Background Ankle-subtalar joint complex instability is not uncommonly presented in the clinic, but symptoms and signs similar to other conditions can easily lead to its misdiagnosis. Due to the lack of appropriate animal models, research on ankle-subtalar joint complex instability is limited. The aims of the present study were to establish an animal model of ankle-subtalar joint complex instability in mice and to explore its relationship with post-traumatic osteoarthritis (PTOA). Methods Twenty-one male C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into three groups: SHAM group (sham surgery group), transected cervical ligament + anterior talofibular ligament (CL+ATFL) group, and transected cervical ligament + deltoid ligament (CL+DL) group. Two weeks after surgery, all mice underwent cage running training. Balance beam and gait tests were used to evaluate the changes in self-movement in the mice after ankle-subtalar ligament injury. Micro-CT and histological staining were used to evaluate the progress of PTOA. Results Compared with the SHAM group, balance and gait were affected in the ligament transection group. Twelve weeks after surgery, the time required to cross the balance beam in the CL+ATFL group was 35.1% longer and the mice slipped 3.6-fold more often than before surgery, and the mean step length on the right side was 7.2% smaller than that in the SHAM group. The time required to cross the balance beam in the CL+DL group was 32.1% longer and the mice slipped 3-fold more often than prior to surgery, and the average step length on the right side was 5.6% smaller than that in the SHAM group. CT images indicated that 28.6% of the mice in the CL+DL group displayed dislocation of the talus. Tissue staining suggested that articular cartilage degeneration occurred in mice with ligament transection 12 weeks after surgery. Conclusions Transected mice in the CL+ATFL and CL+DL groups displayed mechanical instability of the ankle-subtalar joint complex, and some mice in the CL+DL group also suffered from talus dislocation due to ligament injury leading to loss of stability of the bone structure. In addition, as time progressed, the articular cartilage displayed degenerative changes, which affected the ability of animals to move normally.

The business development is driven by information system and digitalization, globalization and futurization. The fast growing of information system make consumers are faced by many informations of brand. The purposes of this research are what factors are making to exist a brand for consumers mind dominating and market dominating and how.) is Kratingdaeng strategy for consumers mind dominating and market dominating in energy drink industries. The result of this research show that: (1) all brand try to get place in the mind of consumers. Only the brand that have the right positioning is having a special place in the consumers mind. Positioning have supported by differentiation. Interaction between positioning and differentiation will be created a strong brand. All of those are dominating consumers mind and for dominating market through it's strong marketing mix as product, price, place and promotion and (2)Kratingdaeng changes perception of market from medical to energy drink by educating the market. In educating the market, Kratingdaeng uses TV program especially sport program so brand value Kratingdaeng increase 10.4%' from 304.2 (2005) to be 315.4 (2006) and gam index 21.3. Kratingdaeng is not compete in packaging or pricing hut to give satisfaction to customers (Kratingdaeng has receipt ICSA since 1999) and distribute to all outlet and all area by PT. This study aims to produce a preeclampsia diagnostic system online and to determine the difference in the speed of time required to diagnose preeclampsia using a web-based information system with a manual system. This research method is to arrange a framework with a quasi experimental research design with a post test only with control group. This research was conducted at the Community Health Center. The results showed that the majority of respondents were healthy pregnant women namely in the intervention group of 20 pregnant women (30.30%) and in the control group of 15 pregnant women (22.73%). The smallest number of diagnoses is in the case of superimposed preeclampsia. Web-based information systems are also able to increase diagnostic speeds to 7.21%. Statistical test results using the Independent T-Test obtained a P-value of 0.041 <0.05 (α). Conclusion, there is a difference in the time of diagnosis of preeclampsia using a web-based information system with a manual system.   Keywords: Diagnosis, Preeclampsia, Information Systems, Web
