Analysis of the Teaching Quality of College Ideological and Political Education Based on Deep Learning

Education refers to ideologies, traditions, culture, and values that guide education to economics, politics, morals, religions, information, reality, comparative and historical aesthetic, and artistic school knowledge. The challenging characteristics in political education include lack in knowledge sharing, user’s interactive experience, and incentive mechanism has become an essential factor. In this paper, the Deep Learning-Based Innovative Ideological Behavior Education Model (DL-IIBEM ) has been proposed to strengthen the mechanism to promote information exchange, enhance the user’s interactive experience, and make the platform perform efficiently. Knowledge Network Mechanism Analysis is integrated with DL-IIBEM to strengthen user feedback probability, the average probability of completing social media tasks on a popular network, and the predicted utility degree for individual users. The entire platform is dramatically improved. The simulation analysis is performed based on the performance ratio based on data set 1 (98.2%) and 2 (95.3%), skill development ratio (95.3%), accuracy ratio, the teaching methods in ideological and political education, and Students Achievements ratio (98.2%) prove the proposed framework’s reliability.

A social activity that uses certain ideas, concepts, political views, and moral values in a society or social group enriches students’ ideology and allows learners to form ideological and moral qualities that correspond to their social and political establishment. The continuous improvement of their complete quality and technical skills is at the heart of social and economic growth. In ideological and political education, risk factors are widely influenced, including the impact of educational purposes and education providers. In this paper, Deep Learning-Based Innovation Path Optimization Methodology (DL-IPOM) has been proposed to strengthen data awareness, improve the way of thinking in ideological and political education. The political instructional collaborative analysis is integrated with DL-IPOM to boost Ideological and political education excellence. The simulation analysis is conducted at (98.22%). The consistency of the proposed framework is demonstrated by efficiency, high accuracy (98.34%), overshoot index rate (94.2%), political thinking rate (93.6%), knowledge retention rate (80.2%), reliability rate (97.6%), performance (94.37%) when compared to other methods.

With the increasing enrollment of general higher vocational colleges every year, the inconsistency between the knowledge level and ability of the enrolled students and ideological and political education hinders the realization of the teaching purpose of the school to a great extent. Advanced mathematics is a compulsory basic course for college students and an important subject for realizing the teaching purpose. In order to achieve the teaching purpose and improve the teaching quality and level of mathematics in higher vocational colleges, we must deepen the reform of teaching contents in advanced mathematics courses in colleges, and integrate mathematical knowledge with ideological and political education organically, giving full play to the teaching characteristics of advanced mathematics courses while fulfilling the ideological and political education for students. Moreover, ideological and political education is also combined with interactive advantages by means of interactive teaching. This paper briefly discusses how to integrate advanced mathematics course with ideological and political education. By analyzing the actual teaching cases of ideological and political education and advanced mathematics courses, the content of classroom teaching is discussed.

The reform of ideological and political education in science and engineering courses continues to deepen, and the establishment of a practical teaching evaluation system is the main goal. Combining the relevant requirements of the ideological and political education in science and engineering courses, establishing a teaching evaluation system needs to follow the corresponding principles to ensure that the teaching content is reasonable and the teaching objectives are clear. The selected teaching method is flexible and effective, which facilitates the improvement of teaching quality and feedback of teaching situation. In this regard, the paper mainly analyzes the principles and standards of ideological and political teaching evaluation for science and engineering courses, and chooses reasonable and operable measures in-line with actual requirements to apply them in practice, and strive to serve as a reference for subsequent related research.

Analyzing and learning students' behavior states in classroom plays a positive role in understanding and improving the teaching effectiveness. Meanwhile, the application of lightweight network to pattern recognition has become a trend with the development of mobile networks. In order to improve the recognition accuracy of the lightweight network model MobileNetV2 and reduce the computational cost and delay caused by extracting rich features, an improved lightweight network model based on MobileNetV2 is proposed, in which an improved reverse residual module (C-Inverted residual block) is applied to replace the traditional module. In the improved reverse residual module, channel split operation is added to reduce MAC, and channel shuffle operations are used to promote information exchange and channel fusion. Experiments were carried out on Pascal VOC 2007 detection data set to test the general performance of the proposed improved model. Under the operation limits of 140 MFLOPS, 40 MFLOPS and 20 MFLOPS, mean average precision (mAP) of the improved MobileNetV2 algorithm increased by 1.2%, 2.2% and 4.3% compared with MobileNetV2. While the recognition accuracy of the proposed network model on self-made dataset of student classroom behavior states is 4.6% and 3.7% higher than that of MobileNetV1 and MobileNetV2 respectively, and the average recognition rate of students' classroom behavior states can be up to 92.7%. The results of this research combined with mobile networks would be expected to be used to evaluate teaching and learning effects and promote teaching quality improvement.

Ideological and political education plays an important role in supporting social talent input. However, the current evaluation effect of ideological and political education is difficult to quantify. Therefore, in order to improve the evaluation effect of ideological and political education, based on artificial intelligence algorithms, this study combines machine learning ideas and the current status of ideological and political education to build a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process model of the of ideological and political teaching quality based on machine learning and artificial intelligence. Moreover, this study uses a three-tier structure to build a model network structure, and based on the characteristics of fuzzy evaluation, this study uses the expert system to conduct data management, operation and control of model evaluation, and build a corresponding database to update the data in real time. In addition, in order to verify the effect of the model, this study sets simulation experiments to analyze the model performance. From the point of view of running effect and running speed, this research model meets the actual needs of the system, so it can be applied to the evaluation process of ideological and political teaching quality in colleges and universities.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the current situation of ideological and political education and psychological education of college students, and explore the challenges faced by these two kinds of education in the information age. First, different research methods, such as literature research, questionnaire survey, and interdisciplinary research, are used to investigate and study the current situation of ideological and political education and psychological education of college students. Second, the survey data are analyzed to reveal the challenges they have encountered. The results show that there are many problems in ideological and political education, which need to be improved and strengthened. The Internet has a strong attraction for college students, but the purpose of getting online of many college students is not clear. Although it plays an important role in improving teaching quality by helping college students establish correct attitudes toward their study, values, life, and society, ideological and political education lack strong pertinence and effectiveness due to the professionalism of the teachers. And the negative impact of network information on ideological and political education of college students is also obvious. About 11.4% of the respondents believe that network information affects their physical and mental health. About 8.4% of the respondents believe that harmful information on the network is easy to induce students to behave wrongly. About 41% believe that computer games distract them from learning, which indicates that the negative impact of network information on college students cannot be underestimated, and it is imperative to strengthen the ideological and political education of college students. The research provides a useful reference for the ideological and political and psychological education in the information environment and helps to solve the problem in the ideological and political education and psychological education of college students.

The teaching of ideological and political theory courses and daily ideological and political education are two important parts of education for college students. With the iterative update of information technology, the individualized development of students, and the reform and innovation of ideological and political education, higher goals and requirements have been put forward for ideological and political education. Some universities have developed new paths in the teaching model, but they have not considered the evaluation module and paid little attention to their own development. They only paid attention to the fact that it injected fresh blood into the reform of education model and ideological education but ignored the improvement of their own quality. Therefore, with these limitations, the learning effect is not satisfactory. Keeping in view these issues, this article defines the concept of deep learning and ideological and political education of college students as the starting point and then analyzes the new precise and personalized concepts, new forms of intelligent teaching and evaluation, and new models of intelligent learning that deep learning brings to college students’ ideological and political education. This is a new path of intelligent linkage with the subject, object, and mediator. It can deepen the reform of the education and teaching mode of individualization, accuracy, interactivity, and vividness of college students’ ideological and political education and improve the evaluation and management of college students’ ideological and political education. The experimental results of the study showed the effectiveness of the proposed study.
