Considering the problem that the process quality state is difficult to analyze and monitor under manufacturing big data, this paper proposed a data cloud model similarity-based quality fluctuation monitoring method in data-driven production process. Firstly, the randomness of state fluctuation is characterized by entropy and hyperentropy features. Then, the cloud pool drive model between quality fluctuation monitoring parameters is built. On this basis, cloud model similarity degree from the perspective of maximum fluctuation border is defined and calculated to realize the process state analysis and monitoring. Finally, the experiment is conducted to verify the adaptability and performance of the cloud model similarity-based quality control approach, and the results indicate that the proposed approach is a feasible and acceptable method to solve the process fluctuation monitoring and quality stability analysis in the production process.

The main factor to achieve business success in the era of globalization is quality. Quality control is key in maintaining customer loyalty. In the company's production process is still found the resulting product does not comply with the specified specifications. This study aims to determine the value of sigma and factors causing damage to the production process of bagging section For companies with quality control is expected to achieve corporate goals. In this study, the methods used is Six Sigma with define, measure, analyze, improve. Six Sigma result is measurement of company performance baseline at measurement stage that is company at condition 5,1 sigma with DPMO equal to 162,4532. The factors causing the disability of sugar packing are lack of research and skill of the operator, instability of conveyor speeds and jet engine position, machine hygiene condition, lack of weighing machine, and ineffective treatment, and control method.

Abstract Resina colophonium is a product that is produced from the processing of pine sap. This product is widely used for adhesives, additives for beauty products and mixtures of paints and varnishes. One of the companies engaged in the production of resina colophonium is Company X. Production process is an important aspect of the company, so any problems must be avoided to eliminate product defects. One way that can be done to avoid problems in the production process is to carry out proper quality control. The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality control of the production process at Company X. The quality control method used is the integration of the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method to determine the frequency of problems and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) to complete identification by looking for the causes of these problems so that problem did not repeat. Based on the results of the quality control analysis, it is found that the most serious problem that affects the quality of the production process lies in the labor aspect with a value number is 38.46% and the root of the potential cause is the number of workers who are not following the current work.

Ensuring the quality of hydrological data has become a key issue in the field of hydrology. Based on the characteristics of hydrological data, this paper proposes a data-driven quality control method for hydrological data. For continuous hydrological time series data, two combined forecasting models and one statistical control model are constructed from horizontal, vertical, and statistical perspectives and the three models provide three confidence intervals. Set the suspicious level based on the number of confidence intervals for data violations, control the data, and provide suggested values for suspicious and missing data. For the discrete hydrological data with large time-space difference, the similar weight topological map between the neighboring stations is established centering on the hydrological station under the test and it is adjusted continuously with the seasonal changes. Lastly, a spatial interpolation model is established to detect the data. The experimental results show that the quality control method proposed in this paper can effectively detect and control the data, find suspicious and erroneous data, and provide suggested values.

Robot manipulators play important roles in helping people do repetitive dull jobs marvelously, with taking advantage of redundancy and flexibility. Two-link manipulators are one kind of basic manipulators and are applied in industrial and medical fields. In many application scenarios, external disturbances and time-varying mass loads may appear to have negative vibration effects on motion control for manipulators, and control algorithms that can eliminate such effects are urgently required. This paper proposes a novel control approach for accurate control of two-link manipulator with disturbance joint torques and time-variant mass loads. The proposed control algorithm can make the joint angle error to sustain in a limited bound under disturbances. Meanwhile, the proposed control method is able to make the two joints of the manipulator globally converge to zero if disturbances disappear. Simulation results show the efficiency of the proposed control approach for control of the two-link manipulator with disturbance torques and time-varying mass loads, and performance comparisons with other conventional control methods demonstrate its superiority.

Quality control becomes an important key for companies in suppressing the number of defective produced products. Six Sigma is a quality control method that aims to minimize defective products to the lowest point or achieve operational performance with a sigma value of 6 with only yielding 3.4 defective products of 1 million product. Stages of Six Sigma method starts from the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) stages that help the company in improving quality and continuous improvement. Based on the results of research on baby clothes products, data in March 2018 the percentage of defective products produced reached 1.4% exceeding 1% tolerance limit, with a Sigma value of 4.14 meaning a possible defect product of 4033.39 opportunities per million products. In the pareto diagram there were 5 types of CTQ (Critical to Quality) such as oblique obras, blobor screen printing, there is a fabric / head cloth code on the final product, hollow fabric / thin fabric fiber, and dirty cloth. The factors caused quality problems such as Manpower, Materials, Environtment, and Machine. Suggestion for consideration of company improvement was continuous improvement on every existing quality problem like in Manpower factor namely improving comprehension, awareness of employees in producing quality product and improve employee's accuracy, Strength Quality Control and give break time. Materials by making the method of cutting the fabric head, the Machine by scheduling machine maintenance and the provision of needle containers at each employees desk sewing and better environtment by installing exhaust fan and renovating the production room.

As technology advances at this time, players in business are aware of the importance of product quality in the increasingly fierce competition in the industrial world due to the emergence of many similar companies. Therefore, companies must be able to compete to meet customer desires and try to retain customers. To maintain customers and their marketing areas, companies must have high competitiveness in order to survive by prioritizing quality improvement, increasing efficiency and increasing productivity to improve quality because by increasing quality, products can be accepted among consumers so that company goals can be fulfilled. Therefore, the company must carry out effective quality control which will result in high productivity, lower overall cost of making goods and the factors that cause production failure to be minimized. To improve quality, use the six sigma method, DMAIC and seven tools so that it can be known the cause of the damage and what actions are taken so that there needs to be a controversy to stabilize the processes of the production process so that we can know what percentage of damage and what factors cause damage, therefore there must be measurements and recommendations for improvement and control to reduce the causes From the analysis, it was found that the dent cup was 20.36%, the lid was 21.36% less dense, the lid was damaged in the finished product 18.72%, the cup was 19.28% less thick, the packaging was flexible 20.55%Seiring kemajuan teknologi pada saat ini pelaku di bisnis menyadari akan pentingnya kualitas produk dalam persaingan dunia industri yang semakin ketat karena banyak bermunculan perusahaan-perusahaan sejenis. Oleh sebab itu perusahaan harus dapat bersaing untuk memenuhi keinginan  pelanggan dan berusaha dapat mempertahankan pelanggan. Untuk mempertahankan pelangan dan wilayah pemasaranya perusahaan-perusahaan harus mempunyai daya saing yang tinggi untuk dapat bertahan dengan mengutamakan peningkatan mutu, peningkatan efisiensi dan peningkatan produktivitas untuk meningkatkan kualitas karena dengan peningkatan kualitas, produk dapat diterima di kalangan konsumen sehingga tujuan perusahaan dapat terpenuhi. Maka dari itu perusahaan harus melakukan pengendalian kualitas yang efektif akan menghasilkan produktivitas yang tinggi, biaya pembuatan barang keseluruhan yang lebih  rendah serta  faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kegagalan produksi akan dapat ditekan sekecil mungkin. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas mengunakan metode six sigma, DMAIC dan seven tools agar dapat diketahui penyebab  kerusakan  dan  tindakan  apa  saja  yang dilakukan sehingga perlu ada kontror untuk menstabilkan  peoses proses produksi sehinga dapat di ketahui berapa persen  kerusakan dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan  kerusakan maka dari itu harus ada pengukuran dan  rekomendasi perbaikan serta melakukan kontrol untuk mengurangi penyebab kerusakan. Dari hasil analisis  di ketahui cup  penyok 20,36%, lid kurang  rapat  21,36%, lid  rusak  pada produk jadi 18,72%,cup kurang tebal 19,28 %kemasan lentur 20,55%
