In the expressway reconstruction and expansion engineering, the form of rightward zone is increasingly adopted, and its complicated traffic conditions can easily cause traffic accidents. In order to quickly and effectively grasp the traffic risk of the right diversion section, this study employs average speed, the coefficient of variation, the equivalent minimum safety distance, and the deceleration as evaluation indexes of driving risk, and then analyses the influence rules of traffic volume, the proportion of large vehicles, and the length of the transition section on each evaluation index by using Vissim simulation software. On the basis of this, we determine the weight of each evaluation index by the entropy method and establish the driving risk index evaluation model of the work zone with multiple linear regression. The results show that the partial regression coefficients of traffic volume, the proportion of large vehicles, and the length of the transition section to the driving risk index are 0.059, 0.317, and 0.15, respectively. Finally, in this paper, we analyze the traffic risk of example section based on the driving risk evaluation model. The results of evaluation are consistent with the number of measured conflicts. This study proposes a new method for predicting the traffic risk of the expressway reconstruction and extension engineering, which can provide a reference for the development of safety management measures in the rightward zone.

In order to appraise the safety and reliability of bridges effectively, the comprehensive evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process was established. The weight of evaluation index was calculated by using the model, and each evaluation index was given score by experts according to actual circumstances, and, on this basis, safety level of the bridge was obtained. And, afterwards, the model was applied to an engineering example for Huangjiaba Bridge. The results show that the evaluation level of bridge safety is third-level, with serious problems existing in this practical example, and the corresponding measures are proposed, which can provide scientific reference for bridge safety management.

According to the factors involved in safety management process of high-rise construction lift platform, an evaluation index system was established in the paper, which covering five respects such as the management of security preparedness, security use, security monitoring, security organization and security environment. Entropy method was used for weight calculation and grey system theory was used to carry on grey comprehensive evaluation for each evaluation index in this index system, so built safety management model based on entropy method and grey theory. The model could comprehensively reflect the safety management performance of high-rise construction lift platform. Finally, an example of high-rise building construction project was given to evaluate the safety of construction lift platform in the project and put forward the reasonable suggestions according to the evaluation result.

The hidden costs due to the current evaluation model for green building lacks relevance, and therefore this paper, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, From the three major aspects of business, users and social selected 16 indicators of the operational phase of the hidden costs of starting to build a green building implicit operational phase cost evaluation model through structural entropy method will combine objective assignment method and subjective assignment method to determine the evaluation index weights, In order to achieve the operational phase of the project the green building real-time monitoring of hidden costs. The results show that the hidden costs of green building evaluation index for multi-operational phase problem, the method can be more objectively and accurately reflect the size of the extent of its hidden costs.

Aiming at the problems of large evaluation error and low accuracy of determining the key degree of evaluation indicators in the existing evaluation of labor legal effectiveness, this paper designs a labor legal effectiveness evaluation algorithm for affirmative action against gender discrimination. Firstly, using hits degree, the degree of gender discrimination, and social influence, enterprise practice and government supervision and management are determined as the evaluation indexes of labor legal effectiveness in this paper, and on this basis, the labor legal effectiveness evaluation system against gender discrimination is designed. Then, the judgment matrix of the evaluation index of labor legal effectiveness against gender discrimination is constructed. After normalization, the weight of the evaluation index is calculated by entropy method, which lays a foundation for subsequent research. Finally, the tree enhanced Bayesian network is used to classify the labor legal effectiveness evaluation indicators, and the correlation between the indicators is determined through the Spearman rank correlation coefficient. Finally, the labor legal effectiveness evaluation model against gender discrimination is designed through the clustering algorithm, and the labor legal effectiveness evaluation indicators against gender discrimination are input to complete the effective evaluation. The experimental results show that the error of the evaluation algorithm is small, and the accuracy of determining the key degree of the evaluation index is high.

Work zones are prone to traffic accidents. They are considered as dangerous parts of expressways not only for drivers but also for highway construction workers, as they face a higher risk of traffic accidents in work zones. In order to identify the driving risks and to provide guidance to detect traffic risks in work zone, a comprehensive risk assessment method based on cloud model is developed to examine the driving risks in work zones. The proposed model relies on three parameters to determine the driving risks in work zones, namely, coefficient of variation of speed, deceleration, and minimum safety distance. VISSIM simulation software is used as a tool to construct the work zone driving conditions and the reverse cloud model is used to divide the concept and concept jump. The maximum activation intensity is considered as the base factor to determine the core risk level. Other activation intensities are used as a basis to optimize the edge level effect and generate a comprehensive function. The reconstruction area in Anhui Province is used as a case study to assess the driving risks in three expressway work zones. The results revealed that the risk scores of the three work zones 1, 2, and 3 are 48.48, 62.49, and 34.33, respectively. The results obtained by the developed driving risk assessment model are in good agreement with the experimental results. Hence, the model proposed in this paper can accurately assess the driving risks in work zones using a more scientific and intuitive approach, which provides an excellent tool to design safe expressway work zones.

To develop new wood cellulose resources and fast-growing pulpwood plantation fiber sources, it is very important to evaluate their pulping properties. A comprehensive multi-index pulping-suitability evaluation model is investigated in this paper by considering four fast-growing wood species. First, a new evaluation-index system for kraft pulp was developed based on traditional evaluation-index systems. Then, the membership degree of every index was analyzed to obtain a fuzzy matrix. The proportional contribution of each parameter to the main pulping properties could then be determined. Finally, a comprehensive evaluation model of kraft pulp properties was developed. The model is reliable compared with traditional assessment methods. The results confirmed the feasibility and rationality of developing new wood cellulose resources and fast-growing pulpwood plantations using fuzzy comprehensive evaluations.

Effectiveness evaluations are one of the important ways to guide grid investment and to improve investment efficiency. Improving the effectiveness of grid investment evaluations is studied based on the optimization of the investment evaluation index system and the utility evaluation model. The index system is optimized by establishing an evaluation index system of grid investment effectiveness, considering the redundancy between the indices, and constructing an ISM-DEA model. The utility function model was introduced to fully consider the different risk appetites of decision-makers, and a utility evaluation model that takes risk appetite into account was established. An improved weight integration model based on multiobjective optimization was established by considering the minimum deviation and the trend-optimal objective function when setting the index weights. The calculation results show that the feasibility of the index system optimization model and utility evaluation model constructed in this study is verified under the premise of satisfying the assumptions. By adjusting the risk preference coefficient of decision-makers, the dynamic optimization of the grid investment utility evaluation results can be realized.

With the rapid development of the economy, corporate social responsibility (CSR) is receiving increasing attention from companies themselves, but also increasing attention from society as a whole. How to reasonably evaluate the performance of CSR is a current research hotspot. Existing corporate-social-responsibility evaluation methods mostly focus on the static evaluation of enterprises in the industry, and do not take the time factor into account, which cannot reflect the performance of long-term CSR. On this basis, this article proposes a time-based entropy method that can evaluate long-term changes in CSR. Studies have shown that the completion of CSR in a static state does not necessarily reflect the dynamic and increasing trend of CSR in the long term. Therefore, the assessment of CSR should consider both the static and dynamic aspects of a company. In addition, the research provides the focus of different types of forestry enterprises in fulfilling CSR in the long term, and provides a clearer information path for the standard identification and normative constraints of different types of forestry enterprises CSR.

Background: An objective, comprehensive and scientific evaluation of emergency medical rescue capability (EMRC) is of great realistic significance in assisting the health administrative department to grasp the overall response capability of all emergency medical rescue teams, enabling each team to have a full understanding of its own strengths and weakness and improve itself accordingly. At present, the research on the evaluation of EMRC in Hazardous Chemicals Accidents (HCA) is not systematic and in-depth, and the existing research results also have some shortcomings, such as, the lack of strong theoretical support for the evaluation index system, the relatively single function of evaluation methods, and so on. Objectives: The objective of this article is to research the evaluation index system and a new evaluation method of EMRC in HCA to overcome the above shortcomings. Methods: It establishes an emergency medical rescue capability model by employing the competency model and then constructs the evaluation index system on the basis of the analysis of all the factors of emergency medical rescue capability in hazardous chemical accidents and sets up an evaluation model based on the theory of connection numbers and partial connection numbers. It determines the competence ranking of several emergency medical rescue teams and the competence state of an individual emergency medical rescue team by calculating the connection principal value, and it also predicts how the emergency medical rescue capability will develop based on the values of partial connection numbers. Results: The example shows that the calculation process of this model is relatively simple, and its assessment results are objective and authentic, and moreover, its multi-functions can make up for the deficiency of the simplified function of other evaluation models. Conclusion: This method is scientific and rational to some extent and can provide reference for evaluation problems of the same kind.

In order to reduce traffic accidents, achieving safety and harmony of traffic color, a quantitative research on traffic color of urban road were carried. Grounded on modern knowledge of color theory, color psychology, Grey Theory and Back-error Propagation Artificial Neural Network (GT-BPNN), Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm (PSO) and traffic questionnaires, the evaluation index system of traffic color in urban road, the evaluation model of transportation color and the model of color harmony and optimization in urban road were constructed. Assisted by MATLAB and other software, the reliability and validity of models were determined, taking a road in Xuzhou, Jiangsu as a test section. According to the results, some reasonable improvements on traffic safe color were recommended.
