With the continuous development of school teaching quality, the measurement of the current teaching ability level has become a concern of people. This research mainly discusses the comprehensive evaluation of the teaching ability level based on the network communication environment. This study uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to comprehensively evaluate the system. First, obtain the representative evaluation standards of education informatization and a series of indicators related to informatization teaching at home and abroad; secondly, conduct a comprehensive analysis of the various evaluation standards and related indicators of informatization teaching that have been obtained; finally, the process in each indicator is discussed and revised by experts and relevant information technology teachers, and a number of schools are selected to conduct small-scale experimental evaluation experiments to form information-based teaching evaluation indicators. In this study, the proportion method is used to calculate the membership degree of each observation index based on the recovered data and establish the fuzzy relationship matrix of each evaluation factor. Paying attention to the level of index weights can guide the development direction of informatization teaching and promote the healthy development of informatization teaching. Therefore, this article uses the expert scoring method combined with the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights in the evaluation index system. There is a significant difference between teachers in urban areas and teachers in rural areas ( p < 0.05 ). The ratio of each grade of the teacher’s informatization teaching ability comment collection is “bad 0.5%,” “relatively poor 5.7%,” “normal 35.3%,” “good 53.1%,” and “excellent 5.3%.” This research will help promote the improvement of school teaching quality.

The growing popularity of art majors is overshadowed by the difficulty for art graduates to find a decent job. The teaching and research (T&R) performance of art majors should be evaluated comprehensively, such as to optimize resource allocation and improve teaching quality. Based on performance evaluation theory and input-output theory, this paper summarizes the features, problems and problem causes of performance evaluation for art majors. From the dimensions of teaching and research, a comprehensive index system was designed for T&R performance evaluation of art majors. On this basis, a performance evaluation model was constructed for art majors through principal component analysis (PCA). Finally, single-factor evaluation and comprehensive evaluation were conducted by our model on the T&R performance of the school of art design and school of industrial design in a university. The results show that: The performance evaluation of art majors is a small-scale yet complex and professional task, but the current evaluation methods lack sufficient attention, professionality, and targeted indices. The school of art design had a slightly higher ratio of excellent theses than the school of industrial design, reflecting the difference between the two schools in teaching results and quality. The school of industrial design invested much more than the school of art design. Both schools had improved the T&R outputs and comprehensive performance score since 2011, and the school of industrial design made the greater improvement in the comprehensive performance score. The research sheds new light on comprehensive evaluation of T&R performance in art majors.

Antioxidants are recommended to prevent and treat oxidative stress diseases. Plants are a balanced source of natural antioxidants, but the poor solubility of plant active molecules in aqueous media can be a problem for the formulation of pharmaceutical products. The potential of PlantCrystal technology is known to improve the extraction efficacy and antioxidant capacity (AOC) of different plants. However, it is not yet proved for plant waste. Black tea (BT) infusion is consumed worldwide and thus a huge amount of waste occurs as a result. Therefore, BT waste was recycled into PlantCrystals using small-scale bead milling. Their characteristics were compared with the bulk-materials and tea infusion, including particle size and antioxidant capacity (AOC) in-vitro. Waste PlantCrystals possessed a size of about 280 nm. Their AOC increased with decreasing size according to the DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) and ORAC (oxygen radical absorbance capacity) assays. The AOC of the waste increased about nine-fold upon nanonization, leading to a significantly higher AOC than the bulk-waste and showed no significant difference to the infusion and the used standard according to DPPH assay. Based on the results, it is confirmed that the PlantCrystal technology represents a natural, cost-effective plant-waste recycling method and presents an alternative source of antioxidant phenolic compounds.

Background Minimally invasive surgery is a rising trend in colorectal surgery and is on its way to becoming the gold standard due to the benefits it provides for patients. This study aims to test the efficacy for educational purposes by evaluating the videos published on YouTube ( www.youtube.com ) channel for low anterior resection procedure in rectum surgery. Methods We searched YouTube on October 17, 2020 to choose video clips that included relevant information about laparoscopic low anterior resection (LAR) for rectal cancer. Results We included 25 academics and 75 individual videos in this study. The teaching quality of the videos was evaluated according to academic and individual videos, and it was seen that the teaching quality scores of academic videos were higher and this result was statistically significant ( P = .03). The modified Laparoscopic Surgery Video Educational Guidelines (LAP-VEGaS) criteria were found that the score was higher in individual videos ( P = .014). The median Video Power Index (VPI) value was 1.50 (range .05-347) and the mean ratio was 7.01 ± 3.52. There was no statistically significant difference between the 2 groups ( P = .443). Discussion Video-based surgical learning is an effective method for surgical education. Our study showed that the video quality and educational content of most of the videos about the low anterior resection procedure on YouTube were low. The videos of academic origin seem more valuable than individual videos. As far as video popularity is concerned, YouTube viewers are not selective. For this reason, training videos to be used for educational purposes must be passed through a standardized evaluation filter.

Agriculture is the main sources of income for humans. Likewise, agriculture is the backbone of the Indian economy. In India, Tamil Nadu regional state has a wide range of possibilities to produce all varieties of organic products due to its diverse agro-climatic condition. This research aimed to identify the economics and efficiency of organic farming, and the possibilities to reduce farmers’ suicides in the Tamil Nadu region through the organic agriculture concept. The emphasis was on farmers, producers, researchers, and marketers entering the sustainable economy through organic farming by reducing input cost and high profit in cultivation. A survey was conducted to gather data. One way analysis of variance (ANOVA) has been used to test the hypothesis regards the cost and profit of rice production. The results showed that there was a significant difference in profitability between organic and conventional farming methods. It is very transparent that organic farming is the leading concept of sustainable agricultural development with better organic manures that can improve soil fertility, better yield, less input cost and better return than conventional farming. The study suggests that by reducing the cost of cultivation and get a marginal return through organic farming method to poor and small scale farmers will reduce socio-economic problems such as farmers’ suicides in the future of Indian agriculture.

A randomized clinical trial tested the hypothesis that a flexible, case formulation–based, individual treatment approach integrating motivational interviewing strategies with cognitive-behavioral therapy (ICBT) is more efficacious than a standardized group cognitive-behavioral approach (GCBT) for perpetrators of intimate partner violence (IPV). Forty-two men presenting for services at a community domestic violence agency were randomized to receive 20 sessions of ICBT or a 20-week group cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) program. Participants and their relationship partners completed assessments of relationship abuse and relationship functioning at baseline and quarterly follow-ups for 1 year. Treatment uptake and session attendance were significantly higher in ICBT than GCBT. However, contrary to the study hypothesis, GCBT produced consistently equivalent or greater benefits than ICBT. Participant self-reports revealed significant reductions in abusive behavior and injuries across conditions with no differential benefits between conditions. Victim partner reports revealed more favorable outcomes for group treatment, including a statistically significant difference in psychological aggression, and differences exceeding a medium effect size for physical assault, emotional abuse, and partner relationship adjustment. In response to hypothetical relationship scenarios, GCBT was associated with greater reductions than ICBT (exceeding a medium effect) in articulated cognitive distortions and aggressive intentions. Treatment competence ratings suggest that flexible, individualized administration of CBT creates challenges in session agenda setting, homework implementation, and formal aspects of relationship skills training. Although caution is needed in generalizing findings from this small-scale trial, the results suggest that the mutual support and positive social influence available in group intervention may be particularly helpful for IPV perpetrators.

AbstractThe high plateaus of eastern Morocco are already suffering from the adverse impacts of climate change (CC), as the local populations’ livelihoods depend mainly on extensive sheep farming and therefore on natural resources. This research identifies breeders’ perceptions about CC, examines whether they correspond to the recorded climate data and analyses endogenous adaptation practices taking into account the agroecological characteristics of the studied sites and the difference between breeders’ categories based on the size of owned sheep herd. Data on perceptions and adaptation were analyzed using the Chi-square independence and Kruskal-Wallis tests. Climate data were investigated through Mann-Kendall, Pettitt and Buishand tests.Herders’ perceptions are in line with the climate analysis in term of nature and direction of observed climate variations (downward trend in rainfall and upward in temperature). In addition, there is a significant difference in the adoption frequency of adaptive strategies between the studied agroecological sub-zones (χ2 = 14.525, p <.05) due to their contrasting biophysical and socioeconomic conditions, as well as among breeders’ categories (χ2 = 10.568, p < .05) which attributed mainly to the size of sheep flock. Policy options aimed to enhance local-level adaptation should formulate site-specific adaptation programs and prioritise the small-scale herders.

The experiment which lasted for seventy (70) days was conducted to determine the effects of various dietary levels of sunflower seed meal (SSM) on the performance of growing rabbits. Thirty- two (32) indigenous breeds of rabbits obtained from small-scale producers were used in study. They were individually weighed and randomly assigned to the four (4) dietary treatments, in which 0,10, 20 and 30% of the groundnut cake was replaced by SSM, respectively. The diets contained 2391.76, 2387.44, 2383.12 and 2378.80 Kcal ME/kg for diets 1,2,3 and 4, respectively. The crude protein (CP) was approximately 14.0% for the four (4) experimental diets. The diets, in mash form were fed to the rabbits ad libitum. There was no significant difference (P > 0.05) amongst the treatments in all the parameters examined. However, he incorporation of SSM resulted in a considerable decrease in feed cost with increasing levels of SSM. Thc. results of this Study therefore suggest that 30% or more of the GNC could be replaced by SSM in the diets of growing rabbits without deleterious effect on performance.
