The probability ranking conclusion is an extension of the absolute form evaluation conclusion. Firstly, the random simulation evaluation model is introduced; then, the general idea of converting the traditional evaluation method to the random simulation evaluation model is analyzed; on this basis, based on the rule of “further ensuring the stability of the ranking chain on the basis of increasing the possibility of the ranking chain,” two methods of solving the probability ranking conclusion are given. Based on the rule of “further guaranteeing the stability of the ranking chain on the basis of improving the likelihood of the ranking chain,” two methods are given to solve the likelihood conclusion. This paper argues that this absolute form of conclusion hinders the approximation of the theory to the essence of the actual problem and is an important reason for the problem of “non-consistency of multi-evaluation conclusions.” To address this problem, a stochastic simulation-based comprehensive evaluation solution algorithm based on the idea of “Monte Carlo simulation” is proposed, and the corresponding ranking method is investigated, which is characterized by generating evaluation conclusions with probability (reliability) information, and thus has more advantages than the absolute conclusion form in terms of problem interpretability. Because of the independence of the stochastic simulation solution method, it is applied to the “bottom-up” evaluation model as an example, and a novel autonomous evaluation method is constructed. Finally, the application of the stochastic simulation evaluation model is illustrated by an example and compared with the absolute form evaluation. The evaluation model is an extension of the traditional evaluation model, which can further broaden the practical application of comprehensive evaluation theory.

The key issues in the theory of interval number fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are discussed in this paper, which includes weight interval calculation, quantitative index dimensionless method and etc. Due to the deficiency of “line method” for interval number formation, one improved method is given to increase the stability of interval number. Then the existing problems of several initial evaluation models are discussed, and the probability theory is introduced to improve evaluation model combined with coefficient of variable weight method. This improved interval number fuzzy evaluation method is adopted on one concrete cable-stayed bridge to general evaluate its safety and durability. The result shows that this improved fuzzy evaluation method can well reflect the general working status of the bridge and have good feasibility and practicality.

The measurement performance of road vehicle automatic weighing instrument installed on highways is directly related to the safety of roads and bridges. The fuzzy number indicates that the uncertain quantization problem has obvious advantages. By analyzing the factors affecting the metrological performance of the road vehicle automatic weighing instrument, combined with the fuzzy mathematics theory, the weight evaluation model of the dynamic performance evaluation of the road vehicle automatic weighing instrument is proposed. The factors of measurement performance are summarized and calculated, and the comprehensive evaluation standard of the metering performance of the weighing equipment is obtained, so as to realize the quantifiable analysis and evaluation of the metering performance of the dynamic road vehicle automatic weighing instrument in use, and provide data reference for adopting a more scientific measurement supervision method.

Abstract Background: We aim to explore the realization of 16 quality control indices of neonatal disease screening in neonatal disease management information system, and to establish the multi-center management evaluation model under the framework of the whole province. Methods: Based on the network management system for neonatal screening originally used in our province, the quality management module of neonatal disease was developed and applied according to the quality control index. A quantitative evaluation method was established for the quality of all maternal and child health care institutions involved in neonatal disease screening related to neonatal disease screening, specimen collection and recall of suspected cases. Results: The quality management information was shared by all neonatal screening agencies. Comprehensive evaluation was given to the multi-center quality management measurements. Comprehensive evaluation was performed to quality among different medical institutions. Evaluation of applicability and timeliness of quality in practical work was conducted accordingly. Conclusions: The timeliness of self-improvement in centers and medical institutions were improved. The application of neonatal disease screening quality management index improved the requirements for neonatal screening management. The quality management module was adopted to conduct dynamic management of the whole management process, which greatly improved the overall management level of neonatal screening.

According to the subjectivity, randomness and fatigue of the satisfaction selection of online teaching evaluation indicators for the students, the level of teachers teaching can not truly measure by the evaluation results. This paper introduces the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to deal with the evaluation data, and Practice has proved that this method produced results more equitable to reflect on teaching level. Which help teachers to promptly improve and improve teaching, the variable quality of teaching time control for process control, change the static management for dynamic management.

With the fierce competition under the background of knowledge-based economy, tourism enterprises are increasingly aware that they must turn their focus from traditional products to customers for the sake of survival and development. Integrating the customer relationship management and knowledge management, the customer knowledge management (CKM) has aroused higher attention from the tourism enterprises. As for how to determine the factors influencing the Customer knowledge management competence (CKMC) of tourism enterprises and their weights, an index system was established for evaluating CKMC of tourism enterprises based on the balanced score card (BSC) and knowledge management process, the weight design and consistency check of the indexes were implemented using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the overall evaluation value and concrete index scores at all levels were obtained via the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. In the end, the scientificity and operability of the evaluation model were verified through an empirical analysis of China Youth Travel Service (CYTS). The results show that: (1) The business process, customer communication, system support, and market performance are important level I indexes used to measure the CKMC; (2) The key Level II factors influencing the CKMC of enterprises include customer knowledge sharing mechanism, timeliness of customer communication, degree of importance attached by senior leadership, and customer acquisition rate; (3) The evaluation model based on AHP and fuzzy evaluation method can objectively describe the overall up-to-standard degree of enterprises’ CKMC, and clearly identify the strengths and weaknesses. This research shows that the combination of AHP and fuzzy evaluation-based method is capable of more scientific and complete evaluation of CKMC, compensates for the deficiencies of single evaluation model, and provides a new method for the effective improvement of enterprises’ CKMC.

To solve the problem of third-party logistics (3PL) evaluation and selection, a hybrid method with AHP and gray theory is proposed. First, the literature review about the 3PL evaluation method and technology is introduced. Furthermore, TPL comprehensive service capability evaluation system is established from aspects of service, time, cost and enterprise qualification. Besides, a comprehensive evaluation model process with gray entropy and AHP is introduced. Finally, a detailed evaluation process of 3PL supplier service capability in F company is introduced by an example, and the results show that the evaluation method in the paper is helpful to choose the TPL for logistics outsourcing.

To solve the rehabilitation evaluation problem of rehabilitation training, a rehabilitation evaluation method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was presented for 6-DOF wearable lower limb rehabilitation robot. Relative degradation degree was introduced to represent the transformation of the actual state of rehabilitation training and the very poor rehabilitation. On the basis, Rehabilitation evaluation model was built based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, each layer of which was evaluated respectively, and suggests rehabilitation evaluation results of a lower limb rehabilitation robot. The instance analysis shows that the method is reasonable and effective.

With respect to airport damage assessment problem, the analysis method is proposed. The airport damage is assessed according to the secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Then the evaluation method of target damage level is given by the compare methods of interval numbers. Finally, the example calculations are given to demonstrating the effectiveness of this method.

According to the characteristics of resource allocation for engineering construction programme, the comprehensive evaluation model of resource allocation rationality for programme is established with the combination of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The rationality of resource allocation for programme is evaluated objectively based on the assessment of correlation degree between monomer project and the programme and the evaluation of resource allocation rationality for monomer projects. And the evaluation results have been analyzed and sorted through the principle of weighted average.

In order to improve the objectivity of urban public transport network evaluation and achieve the sub-file of quality level of preliminary scheme, a comprehensive evaluation method for urban public transport network was proposed based on TOPSIS, and then constructed the evaluation model of urban public transport network. This method was applied to Xian urban public transport network planning, which obeyed the basic theory of scheme evaluation and some related requirements. The result showed that planning-5 was the best one among the five urban public transport network planning in Xian and consistent with the passenger flow prediction. The evaluation model for urban public transport network based on TOPSIS was objective, which involved few parameters, simple operation, scientific evaluation and provided a basis for urban public transport network planning decision.
