The current evaluation method does not consider the coordination and overall situation of various practical skills, which affects the evaluation contact degree and leads to hidden dangers of production safety. Therefore, an evaluation method of chemical technology safety practical operation ability based on a stochastic model is proposed. Using association rules to design the feature mining algorithm of practical operation ability, combined with crosslayer coding strategy, the mapping relationship between safety accidents and practical operation ability is established. The chemical safety practical operation skills are simulated by a random model, and the practical operation skills are classified and coordinated according to the simulation predictive control results. According to the coordination results, the evaluation index system is constructed, the index weight is determined, and the evaluation model of chemical technology safety operation ability is constructed. The experimental results show that the maximum connection degree of the evaluation method designed in this paper is 88.06%, and the evaluation results are more accurate, which is helpful to improve the production safety of chemical enterprises.

Usability is the basic properties of the product, and it is the overall evaluation to the product usability. In this paper, firstly, establish a usability evaluation index system of the welding clamp. Then, use the improved fuzzy synthetic evaluation method to assess the usability of welding clamp. In an improved fuzzy synthetic evaluation model, the index weight which is identified by using AHP method is amended objectively by using entropy technology, the resolution ratio is improved by classifying the differences between qualitative indexes and quantitative indexes. Finally, get the evaluation results of the usability of a welding clamp according to the method above.

Background: An objective, comprehensive and scientific evaluation of emergency medical rescue capability (EMRC) is of great realistic significance in assisting the health administrative department to grasp the overall response capability of all emergency medical rescue teams, enabling each team to have a full understanding of its own strengths and weakness and improve itself accordingly. At present, the research on the evaluation of EMRC in Hazardous Chemicals Accidents (HCA) is not systematic and in-depth, and the existing research results also have some shortcomings, such as, the lack of strong theoretical support for the evaluation index system, the relatively single function of evaluation methods, and so on. Objectives: The objective of this article is to research the evaluation index system and a new evaluation method of EMRC in HCA to overcome the above shortcomings. Methods: It establishes an emergency medical rescue capability model by employing the competency model and then constructs the evaluation index system on the basis of the analysis of all the factors of emergency medical rescue capability in hazardous chemical accidents and sets up an evaluation model based on the theory of connection numbers and partial connection numbers. It determines the competence ranking of several emergency medical rescue teams and the competence state of an individual emergency medical rescue team by calculating the connection principal value, and it also predicts how the emergency medical rescue capability will develop based on the values of partial connection numbers. Results: The example shows that the calculation process of this model is relatively simple, and its assessment results are objective and authentic, and moreover, its multi-functions can make up for the deficiency of the simplified function of other evaluation models. Conclusion: This method is scientific and rational to some extent and can provide reference for evaluation problems of the same kind.

According to the existing insufficiency of researches of enterprise informatization level evaluation, building an evaluation model of enterprise informatization level based on grey whitenization weight cluster analysis. First, based on the existing research, build an evaluation index system of enterprise informatization level. Then, by using grey incidence analysis idea, put forward a method to determine index weight. And then, construt an evaluation model of enterprise informatization level based on grey whitenization weight cluster analysis. Finally, test the validity of the model through the application example.

Dam breach has catastrophic consequences for human lives and economy. In previous studies, empirical models are often, to a limited extent, due to the inadequacy of historical dam breach events. Physical models, which focus on simulating human behavior during floods, are not suitable for fast analysis of a large number of dams due to the complexities of many key parameters. Therefore, this paper proposes a method for fast evaluation of potential consequences of dam breach. Eight main indices, i.e., capacity of reservoir (CR), dam height (HD), population at risk (PR), economy at risk (ER), understanding of dam breach (UB), industry type (TI), warning time (TW), and building vulnerability (VB), are selected to establish an evaluation index system. A catastrophe evaluation method is introduced to establish an evaluation model for potential consequences of dam breach based on the indices which are divided into five grades according to the relevant standards and guidelines. Validation of the method by twelve historical dam breach events shows a good accuracy. The method is applied to evaluate potential consequences of dam breach of Jiangang Reservoir in Henan Province, China. It is estimated that loss of life in the worst scenario is between that of Hengjiang Reservoir and that of Shimantan Reservoir dam breach, of which fatalities are 941 and 2717, respectively, showing that risk management measures should be taken to reduce the risk of potential loss of life.

In order to improve the rationality and validity of the physical protection system effectiveness evaluation in prison, this paper discusses the main factors that affect the system performance in the prison security system construction process and explores the key points in evaluating the effectiveness of searching system. The author of this paper has constructed an evaluation index system that accurately reflects the physical protection system in prison and comes up with an evaluation model and algorithm based on the gray level analysis by verifying the rationality of effectiveness evaluation model of prison physical protection system and the validity of the evaluation method.

In order to solve the financial risks of electric power enterprises analysis problem, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used in this paper. By constructing evaluation index system and calculating index weights, the model can reasonably evaluate the financial risks of electric power enterprises. For illustration, an electric power enterprise example is utilized to show the feasibility of the model in solving the problem Results show that financial risk of the electric power enterprise is general. The paper provides a new way for financial risks of electric power enterprises analysis, and makes its research further perfected. Thus, electric power enterprises can control and prevent financial risks better.

In the current digital information age, logistics is no longer the isolated transportation and storage of enterprises, nor is it the appendage of enterprise production and sales. This paper studies the logistics informatization of industrial enterprises and its application in industrial supply chain management under the background of big data. By analyzing the formation mechanism and covering modules of logistics informatization, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of logistics enterprise informatization. Based on the fuzzy evaluation method and the specific data of logistics information modernization of Chinese enterprises, this paper gives an application example of the evaluation model. Finally, this paper puts forward a reasonable analysis of the information construction of China's logistics enterprises in the future. The results show that this method can improve the efficiency of logistics informatization and supply chain management of industrial enterprises, and has certain reference significance for the research of logistics intelligence of industrial enterprises.

Abstract Under the background of ‘mass entrepreneurship and innovation’, Chinese colleges and universities have strengthened students’ entrepreneurial and innovative abilities. The article first analyses the reasons why applied universities should strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship education. On this basis, the evaluation index system of students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability is constructed. The thesis uses the nonlinear structural model to complete the index weight setting. Finally, the paper verifies the effectiveness of the combined evaluation model through the data on innovation and entrepreneurship of college students in an university where applied. At the same time, the article proposes measures for optimising the ecological environment of innovation and entrepreneurship education for colleges and universities.

According to the characteristics of engineering project demolition, the whole paper will concentrate on the analysis of crisis management in the new trend of research projects in the field of research and practice. The basic framework of the outline of the crisis management process of modern engineering project in China demolition system has been created from several aspects, the Balanced Scorecard theory construction project the evaluation index system of crisis management units on the performance. And establishes the evaluation model of crisis management organization project demolition performance through the use of AHP multi-level fuzzy evaluation method, evaluation index of factors related were quantified in the example analysis after application. We expect that accurate grasp and evaluation of engineering project crisis management can be used to deal with pollution emergency management level, and provide a useful reference for the formulation of strategies and measures of rational and efficient.
