Abstract Under the background of ‘mass entrepreneurship and innovation’, Chinese colleges and universities have strengthened students’ entrepreneurial and innovative abilities. The article first analyses the reasons why applied universities should strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship education. On this basis, the evaluation index system of students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability is constructed. The thesis uses the nonlinear structural model to complete the index weight setting. Finally, the paper verifies the effectiveness of the combined evaluation model through the data on innovation and entrepreneurship of college students in an university where applied. At the same time, the article proposes measures for optimising the ecological environment of innovation and entrepreneurship education for colleges and universities.

Abstract The article analyzes why colleges and universities should strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship education based on “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”’ First, we conduct a questionnaire survey on the status of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship attitude and use nonlinear methods to construct an evaluation model of innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities to evaluate students’ innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities quantitatively. Finally, we verify the effectiveness of the combined evaluation model through data on the innovation and entrepreneurship activities of college students. The research results can provide a new idea for appraisal of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability.

The research on the sustainability evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship education for clean energy majors in colleges and universities can not only cultivate more and better innovative and entrepreneurial talents for the development of sustainable energy but also provide a reference for the sustainable development of innovation and entrepreneurship education for other majors. To achieve systematic and comprehensive scientific evaluation, this paper proposes an evaluation model based on SPA-VFS and Chaos bat algorithm to optimize GRNN. Firstly, the sustainability evaluation index system of innovation and entrepreneurship education for clean energy major in colleges and universities is constructed from the four aspects of the environment, investment, process, and results, and the meaning of each evaluation index is explained; Then, combined with variable fuzzy set evaluation theory (VFS) and set pair analysis theory (SPA), the classical evaluation model based on SPA-VFS is constructed, and the entropy weight method and rank method are coupled to obtain the index weight. The basic bat algorithm is improved by using Tent chaotic mapping, and the chaotic bat algorithm (CBA) is proposed. The generalized regression neural network (GRNN) model is optimized by CBA, and the intelligent evaluation model based on CBA-GRNN is obtained to realize fast real-time calculation; finally, a numerical example is used to verify the scientificity and accuracy of the model proposed in this paper. This study is conducive to a comprehensive evaluation of the sustainability of innovation and entrepreneurship education for clean energy major in colleges and universities, and is conducive to the healthy and sustainable development of innovation and entrepreneurship education for clean energy major in colleges and universities, so as to provide more innovative and entrepreneurial talents for the clean energy industry.

In the context of e-commerce boom, network entrepreneurship education carried out by some universities in China plays an important and active role in promoting students’ overall quality cultivation, employment and enterprising, etc. However, researches on the network entrepreneurship education are few and at the initial stage. This paper tried to make an evaluation of universities’ network entrepreneurship education quality and established an evaluation index system from such four dimensions as entrepreneurial spirit, entrepreneurial knowledge and skills, entrepreneurial practice, and social effect. It also built an evaluation model by applying the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Empirical study shows that the established evaluation index system has high validity and the evaluation model is of accuracy and strong operability.

According to the existing insufficiency of researches of enterprise informatization level evaluation, building an evaluation model of enterprise informatization level based on grey whitenization weight cluster analysis. First, based on the existing research, build an evaluation index system of enterprise informatization level. Then, by using grey incidence analysis idea, put forward a method to determine index weight. And then, construt an evaluation model of enterprise informatization level based on grey whitenization weight cluster analysis. Finally, test the validity of the model through the application example.

Mass innovation and entrepreneurship (I&E) is a national campaign in China. In this context, it is important to encourage college students to engage in I&E activities, and this calls for accurate and comprehensive evaluation of their I&E thinking ability. Therefore, this paper proposes an evaluation model for the I&E thinking ability of college students based on neural network (NN). Firstly, a reasonable evaluation index system was created for the I&E thinking ability of college students, and the evaluation indices were preprocessed through fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Then, a fuzzy neural network (FNN) was constructed based on GA rule optimization and the specific steps of the algorithm were given. Moreover, a few representative rules were selected by GA based on uncertain fuzzy knowledge rules, a 4-layer NN model with fuzzy inputs and outputs was established, and the evaluation flow of the I&E thinking ability of college students was proposed. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed model was verified through experiments. The research results of this paper provide a reference for the application of NN in the field of ability evaluation.

Physical education teaching in colleges and universities is a complicated project for systematic optimization with multiple factors. As a vital approach to enhance the quality of physical education teaching in colleges and universities, it is of great importance to have a scientific, accurate and objective evaluation of physical education teaching. The thesis, on the one hand, analyzes the existent problems during the evaluation course of physical education teaching in colleges and universities; and on the other hand, discusses the related improved measures on the aforementioned basis. In order to update the evaluation index system of physical education teaching in colleges and universities, the thesis, based on the multiple intelligence theory, constructs an evaluation index system of physical education from all-round aspects, i.e., teaching step, teaching and learning step as well as managing step. Furthermore, according to the weight of various evaluation indexes on the foundation of AHP method, plus with the involvement of fuzzy evaluation information, the thesis puts forward with a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model of physical education teaching in colleges and universities. This model serves as an attempt to effectively evaluate physical education teaching, the validity of which is proved in the case analysis part.

Under the background of “Internet plus,” the opportunities and challenges that college students face in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship coexist. College students should make full use of the powerful function of the Internet to excavate the huge business opportunities hidden under the background of “Internet plus.” In the context of “Internet plus” of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, the quantitative analysis method is studied in the context of wireless network technology on college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship. This paper proposes a combined weight model and an evaluation model based on genetic fuzzy optimization neural network. This research initially establishes an evaluation index system (EIS) by analyzing the influence factors of wireless network technology on college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship. In addition, EIS is also analyzed by combining the objective weight of each index obtained by the entropy with the subjective weight of each index obtained by the analytic hierarchy process to construct a combined weight model. A genetic algorithm is used to optimize fuzzy optimization neural networks and establish an evaluation index system of wireless network technology based on genetic fuzzy optimization neural network. To minimize the output error, the function of output error is used as the fitness evaluation function to output the score after several iterations. The experimental results show that the evaluation model can determine the importance of the influencing factors of wireless network technology on college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship. It is further evident from the experiments that the proposed model has high accuracy, with the average relative error always less than 1%, which can further improve the effect of quantitative analysis. The proposed model also has a fast convergence speed that can prevent local minima.
