With the accelerating process of world industrialization, countries pay more attention to industrial modernization. In order to solve the problems of traditional control technology and system with low accuracy, high energy consumption, and high delay in industrial automation control and the difficulty in adapting to the new industrial production process, the new industrial automation control system is discussed and studied. The industrial automation control is studied, and a new monitoring system is designed for automation control by using ZigBee wireless communication technology. The design of the system data communication scheme is completed by the in-depth study and summary of ZigBee wireless communication technology. The hardware structure and software structure of ZigBee wireless communication module are designed, and the wireless monitoring system using ZigBee is established. Taking the production workshop of a pharmaceutical factory as the monitoring object, the working stability and data transmission efficiency of the model are tested. The experiment shows that the ZigBee wireless transmission model has lower temperature and better stability than the wired transmission system in the working process. Compared with the traditional wired control system, the temperature of ZigBee wireless control system is lower when it works. The difference between the highest temperature and the lowest temperature is 0.1°C. In the overall work flow, the system temperature is lower than that of the wired control. ZigBee wireless control has good stability. Subsequently, the method of manually setting obstacles is used to test the effectiveness of data transmission. The experiment found that in the absence of barrier, the maximum effective transmission distance was 40 meters, and the packet loss rate was very low, which could ensure the timeliness of data. Therefore, this system can be applied to industrial automation control. The research results can provide some reference for the design of new control systems in other industrial control fields. The improved system can also be applied to other industries. ZigBee is a short-range technology for wireless sensor networks, and it is a two-way communication technology with low power consumption, low data rate, and low cost. It can be applied to automatic control and remote control. This provides a platform for wireless networking and control of small and cheap devices. ZigBee will not compete with connection technologies such as Wi-Fi. Meanwhile, it will greatly stimulate the progress of the industrial market.

A set of monitoring system is designed aiming at preventing the derailment of the Rail vehicles. The system uses the eddy-current transducer to monitor whether the carriage is in orbit. Zigbee wireless communication technology is used for data transmission. PLC and host computer are used for data processing and display of the system status. Derailment alarm and control interlock will be made in a timely manner to effectively prevent the occurrence of the carriage derailment.

The system has advantage of wiring easily and networking conveniently, and has wide market prospects.

With the development of wireless communication technology and mechanical technology, the combination application of the two technologies to agricultural production has become the inevitable trend of agricultural development. Using Nx5883 wireless remote control terminal, a greenhouse environment monitoring system based on GPRS has been designed. It introduces the composition of hardware and working process of the system. The system can monitor the change of temperature and humidity in environment and soil, soil’s PH, and illumination timely. It transmits the signals and dates to the data terminal though wireless network, then the terminal can make the corresponding feedback. This system can real-time monitor and control the greenhouse environment.

A wireless control system for pointolite on the light pen based on TMS320DM642 and CC2530 is introduced in this paper, in order to solve the problem that only pointolite's switch values could be controlled on the light pen in light-pen CMMs, but not lightening time values and brightness values. Through wireless networks of Zigbee, not only pointolite could be switched on or off separately, but also lightening time values and brightness values could be changed by TMS320DM642. Protocols of wired and wireless communication, multipoint answer and error reporting are also given, to improve anti-jamming capability of the system. The experimental result demonstrates that the control success rate could reach 96%, as the wireless modules of TMS320DM642 and the light pen within 8m. So the developed system has high anti-interference capability and could meet expected requirements.

The ZigBee which was adopted low-power wireless communication technology was used to design a multi-parameters monitoring system according to agricultural monitoring characteristics. Following the design concepts of generalization and modularization, the sensors and functional modules could be combined configuration, thus the system was versatility, flexible and convenient. Low-power communication protocol and solar charging technology were adopted to extend the life of power supply. This system could be widely used for automatic monitoring in facility agriculture and other agricultural places.

The paper considers the list of functions to be implemented in the special software of the artillery control automation control system of the self-propelled artillery division of the airborne forces to ensure the reliability of operation. The principles implemented in the control subsystem for the control of the operation of the artillery control automation control system developed by the Rubin research and production enterprise are described. They make it possible to significantly reduce the load on network and computing resources by eliminating parallel streams of requests for duplicate data from simultaneously performed special software tasks. Solutions are proposed for automating the operation of the communication and data transmission subsystem, providing reliable data transmission, automatic selection of the communication channel having the highest throughput, automatic retransmission route construction, providing the maximum capacity with the minimum number of relay nodes during the movement of control machines and self-propelled artillery pieces. The analysis of the transport level protocols is carried out and the choice of the optimal protocol - SCTP is proved. The analysis of routing protocols is made and the choice of the optimal protocol - AODV is justified.
