With the rapid development of the Internet of Things, 5G, and communication technologies, the growth of various types of data has shown an exponential trend. Edge computing technology provides users with almost unlimited computing power through a large number of high-performance servers in the data center. It is one of the important solutions for big data analysis and processing. Volleyball has caused a great wave in China as early as the 1960s, but people pay little attention to the physical quality of volleyball players. At the same time, in the medical field, it is difficult to give a clear value to the athlete’s protein requirement. Therefore, this article aims to observe the specific values of protein metabolism in volleyball at different levels of protein nutrition. By designing controlled experiments, then these rats under three nutrient levels of protein were observed and protein metabolism was analyzed after volleyball. The results of the study show that volleyball exercise can reduce the nitrogen balance and gastrocnemius nitrogen content. The nitrogen balance of the 17% group decreased from 388 mg/day before exercise to 336 mg/day, and the gastrocnemius nitrogen content decreased by up to 5.2%; serum urea nitrogen concentration and liver nitrogen content are increased, indicating the enhancement of protein catabolism. Different protein nutrition levels have different effects on protein metabolism during volleyball. The protein intake level of 17% is more conducive to resist the protein decomposition caused by volleyball. It can be seen that, based on edge computing technology, the influence factors of protein nutrition level on protein metabolism during volleyball sports can be well explored, and the research results are also very valuable.

Reliability engineering is relatively new scientific discipline which develops in close connection with computers. Rapid development of computer technology recently requires adequate novelties of source codes and appropriate software. New parallel computing technology based on HPC (high performance computing) for availability calculation will be demonstrated in this paper. The technology is particularly effective in context with simulation methods; nevertheless, analytical methods are taken into account as well. In general, basic algorithms for reliability calculations must be appropriately modified and improved to achieve better computation efficiency. Parallel processing is executed by two ways, firstly by the use of the MATLAB function parfor and secondly by the use of the CUDA technology. The computation efficiency was significantly improved which is clearly demonstrated in numerical experiments performed on selected testing examples as well as on industrial example. Scalability graphs are used to demonstrate reduction of computation time caused by parallel computing.

With the popularization of mobile terminals and the rapid development of mobile communication technology, many PC-based services have placed high demands on data processing and storage functions. Cloud laptops that transfer data processing tasks to the cloud cannot meet the needs of users due to low latency and high-quality services. In view of this, some researchers have proposed the concept of mobile edge computing. Mobile edge computing (MEC) is based on the 5G evolution architecture. By deploying multiple service servers on the base station side near the edge of the user’s mobile core network, it provides nearby computing and processing services for user business. This article is aimed at studying the use of caching and MEC processing functions to design an effective caching and distribution mechanism across the network edge and apply it to civil aviation express marketing. This paper proposes to focus on mobile edge computing technology, combining it with data warehouse technology, clustering algorithm, and other methods to build an experimental model of MEC-based caching mechanism applied to civil aviation express marketing. The experimental results in this paper show that when the cache space and the number of service contents are constant, the LECC mechanism among the five cache mechanisms is more effective than LENC, LRU, and RR in cache hit rate, average content transmission delay, and transmission overhead. For example, with the same cache space, ATC under the LECC mechanism is about 4%~9%, 8%~13%, and 18%~22% lower than that of LENC, LRU, and RR, respectively.

Background: Chromatographic techniques such as TLC basically and, HPLC, GC, HPTLC equipped with various detectors are most frequently used for the qualitative and quantitative examination of herbals. Method: An overview of the recent literature concerning the usage of HPTLC for the analysis of medicinal plants has been reviewed. Results: During the last decade/s, HPTLC, a modern, sophisticated and automatized TLC technique with better and advanced separation efficiency, detection limit, data acquisition and processing, has been used for the analysis of herbal materials and preparations since the rapid development of technology in chromatography world. HPTLC with various detectors is a powerful analytical tool especially for the phytochemical applications such as herbal drug quantification and fingerprint analysis. Conclusion: In this review, a latest perspective has been established and some of the previous studies were summarized for the usage of HPTLC in the analysis of herbal remedies, dietary supplements and nutraceuticals.

Through Silicon Via (TSV) technology is capable meeting effective, compact, high density, high integration, and high-performance requirements. In high-frequency applications, with the rapid development of 5G and millimeter-wave radar, the TSV interposer will become a competitive choice for radio frequency system-in-package (RF SIP) substrates. This paper presents a redundant TSV interconnect design for high resistivity Si interposers for millimeter-wave applications. To verify its feasibility, a set of test structures capable of working at millimeter waves are designed, which are composed of three pieces of CPW (coplanar waveguide) lines connected by single TSV, dual redundant TSV, and quad redundant TSV interconnects. First, HFSS software is used for modeling and simulation, then, a modified equivalent circuit model is established to analysis the effect of the redundant TSVs on the high-frequency transmission performance to solidify the HFSS based simulation. At the same time, a failure simulation was carried out and results prove that redundant TSV can still work normally at 44 GHz frequency when failure occurs. Using the developed TSV process, the sample is then fabricated and tested. Using L-2L de-embedding method to extract S-parameters of the TSV interconnection. The insertion loss of dual and quad redundant TSVs are 0.19 dB and 0.46 dB at 40 GHz, respectively.

The major challenges of operating data-intensive of Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) are (1) to reach consensus on the main chain as a set of validators cast public votes to decide on which blocks to finalize and (2) scalability on how to increase the number of chains which will be running in parallel. In this paper, we introduce a new proximal algorithm that scales DLT in a large-scale Internet of Things (IoT) devices network. We discuss how the algorithm benefits the integrating DLT in IoT by using edge computing technology, taking the scalability and heterogeneous capability of IoT devices into consideration. IoT devices are clustered dynamically into groups based on proximity context information. A cluster head is used to bridge the IoT devices with the DLT network where a smart contract is deployed. In this way, the security of the IoT is improved and the scalability and latency are solved. We elaborate on our mechanism and discuss issues that should be considered and implemented when using the proposed algorithm, we even show how it behaves with varying parameters like latency or when clustering.
