<p>This paper deals with the design of a battery operated Mobile Robot and development of various modes of its control. The Mobile Robot can be operated in three different modes, namely Dual Tone Multi Frequency (DTMF), Radio Frequency (RF) and ZigBee thereby enabling a multi- dimensional control system. The Mobile Robot is a single seated carrier. It can also be used to transport substantial amount of physical load for short distances. It is a prototype of a multi-use robot having a wide range of applicability according to the requirement after suitable modifications. Thus it can be easily applied inside a hospital to carry patients, as a wheel chair for physically challenged people, to carry goods in large shopping malls, as golf cars, can also be used for industrial purposes with adequate modifications. It can also be used as cleaning machine at railway stations, airports, museums, large halls. It uses a DC power source and not any conventional energy sources. Hence it is ecofriendly and this Mobile Robot can be termed as an advancing step in the field of battery operated vehicles.</p>

Many people all around are having problems by carrying heavy weights on their shoulders and travelling around with trolleys. In busy airports, shopping malls and many other places people often face difficulty with this issue. Housekeeping robots that localize on walking person and follow the path of the user can stand as an advantage to the posed problem. The robotic cart proposed here focuses on reducing the load the user carries. It develops a platform for sending and receiving a signal that would provide a simple and practical means for the robot to determine a path by following the user and avoiding obstacles using ultrasonic sensors and also the ability to self-localize. This reduces the tiring experience faced by people and makes them tension free. The key of the design is to use the Wi-Fi technology to transmit the location of the user to the cart and LoRa technology to give the location of the cart. Meanwhile, together with both the technologies, the proposed design achieves the high feasibility and flexibility of the controllable distance as it follows the user. As a result, the proposed system shows efficiency up to 88%. A follower robot application can be extended to a wide range of fields as in the case of porters at railway stations, loading and unloading goods at factories (civil and industrial fields) and as a helping hand for elderly people thus allowing them to avoid the goods they have to carry along.

Due to its widely tunable mechanical property and incompatibility with most solders, Ni-Mn alloy can become a viable candidate in the fabrication of testing probe for microelectronic devices. In this study, the electrodeposition of Ni-Mn alloy in nickel sulphamate electrolyte with the addition of manganese sulphate was investigated under direct current (DC) power source. The effects of current density and Mn2+concentration in the electrolyte on the coating composition, cathodic efficiency, microstructure and mechanical properties were explored. The results showed that the raise of the Mn2+concentration in the electrolyte alone did not effectively increase the Mn content in the coating but reduce the cathodic efficiency. On the other hand, increasing the current density facilitated the codeposition of the Mn and rendered the crystallite from coarse columnar grain to the refined one. Thus, both hardness and internal stress of the coating increased. The fabrication of testing probes at 1 A/dm2was shown to satisfy the high hardness, low internal stress, reasonable fatigue life, and nonsticking requirements for this microelectronic application.

Using energy-harvesting technology can make the work scope of passive radio frequency identification tag to achieve the maximum .The study put forward to collecting light from the solar cell share tag antenna area, that provides the power source except from the reader receive to electromagnetic power ,which to activate the label circuit. In order to make solar cell to the influence of the tag antenna to minimum ,so optimize it with electromagnetic simulation on its position .The collected dc power could convert into the radio frequency with the efficient E-class oscillator , as well as it could flow into the radio frequency identification tag terminal with the aid of the proper designed coupled circuit .The oscillation frequency is selected on the principle of not affecting the operation of label back scattering .The presented oscillator is showed in the simulations .The E-class oscillator is used together with other forms of collection technology ,such as thermoelectric collect machine.

The article considers modern condition and development perspectives of transport at whole and the transport infrastructure of Ukraine. The basis of the country transport complex makes up its infrastructure, it joins manufacturing, users, suppliers and partners. Developed infrastructure affects not only effective and timely delivery of the products, but provides for decreased transport expenses. The beneficial geographical position of Ukraine, crossing the main transit ways between Europe and Asia, presence of active Black Sea ports, developed network of railroads, car roads and pipelines throughout the latitudinal and meridian directions create all predispositions for the transport branch development. The studies of the Ukrainian transport infrastructure and transport condition during last years evidence about non-stable dynamics, which is mainly related to economical and geopolitical crisis in the country as well as the COVID 19 consequences. Analysis of the freight transport by transport kinds shows increased volumes of car transport with decreased railway transport. The rise of the car transport share is connected to its advantages: mobility, possibility of delivery exactly to the destination, high speed of delivery, flexibility of the route choice, wide range of the shipment as well as provision of logistic services by cars. Exacerbation in the East has considerably decreased number of contracts between Ukrainian shipping companies and international partners related to the international transportation. First of all, the situation provides for decreased transportation volumes on the territory of Ukraine. The level of transport services to economic system and population of Ukraine is significantly lower than that one in the developed countries of the world. According to the car road characteristics, Ukraine has long been behind not only the countries of Western Europe, but many post-Soviet countries. A necessary condition of the effective development and managing crisis in the transport branch, particularly that caused by the COVID 19 pandemics, is development and modernizing transport infrastructure of Ukraine according to the modern technological requirements. This will provide for uniform development of all regions of Ukraine, improved population life quality, development of trade and tourism as well as creation of new economic opportunities by attracting foreign investment.

As the usage of the Android smart phones has been considerably increasing, a lot of applications have been developed for the benefits of mobile users. In the past, many applications have been designed aiming to help physically disabled persons. This paper presents an android application which providers several options for controlling the movement of wheelchairs effectively. The proposed application enables People with Disabilities (PWDs) to operate the wheel chair with minimum effort. Apart from voice commands, the proposed application detects and measures the tilt change, and moves the wheelchair based on the degree of the tilt. It also provides a soft joystick as in mobile games to ease the operation of the wheelchairs. Furthermore, sensors that are fixed in the wheelchair can detect and avoid obstacles when the chair is on the move. Hence, it ensures the safety while using the wheelchairs. The proposed application will help both physically challenged persons and elders to operate the wheelchairs more comfortably.

Studies of preparations that decrease oxidative stress and, as a consequence, that can prevent or reduce the development of alcoholic liver disease are relevant. A wide range of drugs, the bioprotective effect of which is studied, in its action is associated with natural antioxidant systems. Therefore, the study of the features of these systems is necessary for the effective development of bio protectors. The aim is to analyze changes in the quantitative and qualitative composition of amino acids involved in antioxidant mechanisms in the presence of alcohol-induced stress in rats. In the presence of alcohol-induced oxidative stress, there are changes in the quantitative and qualitative composition of amino acids (methionine, serine, taurine), which are involved in the mechanisms of antioxidant protection - cycles of S-adenosylmethionine and glutathione. A slight increase in methionine levels in the blood serum of animals of the experimental group and disruption of the recovery cycle of methionine under alcohol-induced oxidative stress are arguments for the ineffectiveness of S-adenosylmethionine as a bioprotective substance. The same decrease in the level of serine (by 15%) and taurine (by 13%), and analysis of literature data, may be indicate the "secondary" nature of glutathione as an antioxidant compared to taurine.
