<span>Learning class is a collection of several students in an educational institution. Every beginning of the school year the educational institution conducts a grouping class test. However, sometimes class grouping is not in accordance with the ability of students. For this reason, a system is needed to be able to see the ability of students according to the desired parameters. Determination of the weight of test scores is done using the K-Means method as a grouping method. Iteration or repetition process in the K-Means method is very important because the weight value is still very possible to change. Therefore, the repetition process is carried out to produce a value that does not change and is used to determine the ability level of students. The results of the class grouping test scores affect the ability of students. Application of K-Means method is used in building an information system grouping student admissions in an educational institution. Acceptance of students will be grouped into 3 groups of learning classes. The results of testing the system that applies K-Means method and based on data on the admission of prospective students from educational institutions have very high accuracy with an error rate of 0.074. </span>

Website saat ini telah digunakan diberbagai jenis instansi termasuk instansi pendidikan seperti Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah. Saat ini website Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah menjadi tulang punggung dalam penyebaran informasi terkain pondok pesantren kepada wali santri, alumni, calon santri dan masyarakat luas. Mengingat pentingnya website bagi Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah maka perlu untuk dilakukan evaluasi apakah informasi yang diberikan dan website yang ada telah memiliki nilai kebergunaan bagi pengguna atau tidak. Untuk itu di dalam penelitian ini dilakukan evaluasi untuk melihat perspektif pengguna terhadap website. Prose evaluasi dilakukan dengan system usability scale dengan sepuluh instrumen sebagai pernyataan evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa website Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah mendapatkan nilai akhir 88. Nilai 88 berarti website Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah mendapatkan adjective rating yang excellence, grade scale tergolong kelompok B dan tingkat acceptability termasuk acceptable. The website is currently used in various types of institutions including educational institutions such as Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School. Currently the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School website is the backbone in the dissemination of information about Islamic boarding schools to the guardians of students, alumni, prospective students and the wider community. Considering the importance of the website for the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School, it is necessary to evaluate whether the information provided, and the existing website have a useful value for the user or not. For this reason, in this study an evaluation was conducted to see the user's perspective on the website. The evaluation process is carried out with a system usability scale with ten instruments as evaluation statements. Evaluation results show that the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School website gets a final score of 88. A value of 88 means that the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School website gets an adjective rating that excellence, grade scale belongs to group B and the level of acceptability is acceptable

Admission of New Students is a routine activity organized by the Educational Institution. Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is included in out-of-school education in the age range of two to five years, the goal is to help improve physical and spiritual growth and development so that children have the readiness to enter further education. Admission of New Students to Al-Qudwah is still done using prospective students visiting Al-Qudwah and filling out the registration form with paper. New Student Admission Application at Al Quwah aims to promote the school to the community at large and can also be registered without parents of prospective students visiting educational institutions. This application makes it easy for parents of prospective students to find out the facilities and infrastructure and the information available on Al Quwah. We built this application using HTML and PHP programming languages with the PHP MySQL database and using the waterfall method.

Visual Communication Design as a Promotion Tool is a project that tries to describe a process of media design to inform a message regarding the promotion of an institution that is engaged in education that is STKIP Pasundan. Selection STKIP Pasundan is based on the consideration that this educational institution has great potential to compete with other similar educational institutions engaged in the field of College of Teacher Training and Education. Almost all educational institutions engaged in teacher training have the same facilities make the competition more difficult. Educational institutions that have long standing really have to be clever in attracting students to stay active and prospective students increase along with the many educational institutions that stand. Visual Communication Design is an appropriate means of promotion in building the identity of STKIP Pasundan to be able to compete and have a good image among the community. The basic design concept used is the simplicity / simplicity with the green color identity that is always applied in every design design. This concept is a simple concept that is able to attract attention. Seeing the conditions and problems, designed a visual communication design that can function effectively and variably that can convey information about STKIP Pasundan profile in detail and creative until the community and work relations image STKIP Pasundan Cimahi can be a positive recognition

The paper substantiates the importance of educating personal qualities of an employee of the penal system (PS) that meet universal and professional moral standards and outlines the role of a departmental university in educating a cadets personality. It is argued that the educational environment of a departmental university is one of the central means of shaping and developing a cadets personality - a prospective PS employee as a person and a professional. The analysis of the concept environment in the context of different levels of education (school, university) is carried out. The paper summarizes scientific ideas about the educational environment of the departmental university, which is a set of circumstances, conditions specific to the departmental higher education institution, which affect the cadet, contributing to the formation of his personality as a prospective specialist. The list of organizational and pedagogical conditions for development of the educational environment of a departmental higher educational institution in relation to the educational environment of higher educational institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia is supplemented - filling the educational environment with values that, penetrating into the value sphere of cadets consciousness and becoming its integral part, create a value barrier that cannot be overcome by the anti-values of the criminal world. Approaches to formation, development, formation of the educational environment of a departmental university are indicated: molecular, factorial, synergetic, competence, culturological, axiological, ethnopedagogical, individually creative, dialogical, which are complemented by an environmental approach. The importance of the environmental approach in organizing the educational environment of a departmental university is substantiated. The content of the basic concepts of the environmental approach is revealed: niche; element; lifestyle; personality as an object and a subject of education; environment-forming action. The specificity of the implementation of the environmental approach to the organization of the educational environment of the departmental higher educational institution of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia is revealed.

The right to data portability applies only to personal data provided to the controller by the data subject himself, and only if the processing was initially based on the consent of the user or on the basis of a contract. Most cases when students or their parents submits their personal data to educational institution are cases covered by this right, moreover, in most cases, those are sensitive personal data.In the context of the right to data portability, data subjects directly transmit data from one data controller to another where technically possible. The regulation does not specify what is meant by “technically feasible”. The wording indicates that this should be addressed on a case-by-case basis and a dynamic interpretation of the term "technically feasible" should be ensured. This is limited because the Regulation does not oblige data controllers to accept or maintain compatible processing systems. In case with educational institutions and students’ opportunities to change the study place including mid-school year it’s important to identify problems with data portability and facilitate the transition process to get student into the new study environment and system faster and more effective.For this purpose, the author identifies main problems and challenges that educational institutions can face when they act as a data controllers. The subject of the research is the relationship between the data subject (students) and the data controller (educational institution), implementing the right to data portability.

Aim: to evaluate the level of knowledge about dental trauma injury and first aid skills among teachers of educational institutions by means of a survey in Moscow, Russia. Materials and methods: A questionnaire, consisting of 4 parts and including 20 questions, including questions from the category of own experience in working with this problem, awareness of the problem of complete dislocation of the tooth, first aid skills and motivation for training. Several questions have multiple answers. The survey accepted 56 people from 1 educational institution. Results: the study indicated the knowledge level of teachers to be quite low. Early help reduces the risk of complications. The priority treatment provided within the educational institution will seriously affect the increase in the number of positive outcomes. Timely assistance, which can be provided by teachers from among the teachers of educational institutions, significantly reduces the risk of developing complications that can negatively affect the psychoemotional health of the child in adolescence. Early diagnosis, prophylaxis or treatment of dentate abnormalities at an early age help to avoid further progression of pathologies, save material means and time. Conclusions: the authors identified a lack of first aid skills in working with children who received an acute tooth injury, as a result of this, the need was revealed to train teachers of school educational institutions in theoretical and practical foundations for this group of pathologies, to conduct further clinical studies that will improve the epidemic situation around the world and in Russia in particular.

The article considers the main aspects of F. Nietzsche’s philosophy concerning the issues of conceptualizing the values, content and principles of modern education. The idea of the relationship between universal education and culture is essential in the work of the philosopher. It reflects the function of education both in a universal aspect as a translator of culture and culture-making mechanism, and in an individual dimension, taking into account the purpose of an educated person to be a link in the chain of culture, to be a cultural microcosm which is isomorphic to the cultural “macrocosm” that is to be the heritage of different eras. The idea of the spiritual unity of educational institutions with cultural heritage is in harmony with the pedagogical principle of cultural conformity that is the correspondence of education to culture and the history of the nation. The concept of superhuman implies the principles of continuity of education and self-education, integrity and succession, humanization as a value self-determination of an individual and recognition of his rights to be independent. The ideas of the philosopher correlate with values of creative type pedagogical culture and with “integrative” line of pedagogical knowledge formation. The philosopher treated utilitarianism, narrow empiricism and specialization in education and scientific knowledge to be barriers for the development of creativity, freedom and energy potential. Thus, Nietzsche’s philosophy is relevant for understanding the content of a number of principles for reforming modern education, specifically humanitarian ization, individualization, cultureconformity, continuity of education and self-education, integrative and succession, integrativity and creativity.

Humans need vitamin A and obtain essential vitamin A by conversion of plant foods rich in provitamin A and/or absorption of preformed vitamin A from foods of animal origin. The determination of the vitamin A value of plant foods rich in provitamin A is important but has challenges. The aim of this paper is to review the progress over last 80 years following the discovery on the conversion of β-carotene to vitamin A and the various techniques including stable isotope technologies that have been developed to determine vitamin A values of plant provitamin A (mainly β-carotene). These include applications from using radioactive β-carotene and vitamin A, depletion-repletion with vitamin A and β-carotene, and measuring postprandial chylomicron fractions after feeding a β-carotene rich diet, to using stable isotopes as tracers to follow the absorption and conversion of plant food provitamin A carotenoids (mainly β-carotene) in humans. These approaches have greatly promoted our understanding of the absorption and conversion of β-carotene to vitamin A. Stable isotope labeled plant foods are useful for determining the overall bioavailability of provitamin A carotenoids from specific foods. Locally obtained plant foods can provide vitamin A and prevent deficiency of vitamin A, a remaining worldwide concern.

Meunasah is one of the basic levels of traditional Islamic educational institutions in Aceh. Which to date continues to be vehement with recitation and other civic activities. aims to find out the origins and the development of meunasah as a basic traditional Islamic educational institution in Aceh. This research applied a literature study by collecting various references. The results showed that meunasah had existed since the formation of the Islamic community in Aceh. The development of meunasah as a traditional Aceh Islamic education institution was only discovered during the period of Sultan Iskandar Muda (1607-1636).

SQL Server Reporting Services is a way to analyze data, create reports using the indicators and gauges. Indicators are minimal gauges that convey the state of a single data value at a glance, and most are used to represent the state of Key Performance Indicators. Manage and harmonize the performance of an institution's educational institutions, especially universities with the performance of individuals or resources, no doubt is one of the essential elements for the success of an entity of the institution. Integrate the performance of an educational institution with individual performance is not an easy process, and therefore required a systematic approach to manage it. Implementation of a strategic management system based Balanced Scorecard can be used as a performance measurement system that will continuously monitor the successful implementation of the strategy of any public educational institution and measure the performance of its resources in a comprehensive and balanced, not the quantity but the emphasis is more concerned with the quality, so the performance of educational institutions at any time can be known clearly. Contribution of Key Performance Indicators to manage and harmonize the performance of any public institution is a solution in providing information to realize the extent of work that has set targets, identify and monitor measures of success, of course, with performance indicators show a clear, specific and measurable.
