Background: May is recognized as Stroke Awareness month and many stroke programs design public awareness campaigns to provide education about the signs and symptoms of stroke and modifiable risk factors. An essential element of any stroke program includes the education of the community about stroke prevention, recognition, and early activation. Prior to 2016, community education consisted of blood pressure and risk factor screening by in various community settings. In 2016, the health system incorporated internet and social media components to education and community outreach during Stroke Awareness Month. Purpose: The purpose of this project was to analyze the added impact of incorporating interactive internet education and risk factor identification during Stroke Awareness Month. Methods: In 2016 we conducted a stroke awareness campaign of traditional screening and education events in the community. At these events, persons were offered a blood pressure measurement, asked about risk factors, and educated on the signs of stroke. Persons were also directed to a stroke risk profiler on the health system stroke center page that stratified their risk and possible interventions to reduce risk. Additional outreach and education efforts included an internet campaign directing persons to the risk profiler via internal health system media and social media. Paid social media, search and display ads for stroke signs and stroke risk also directed persons to the stroke risk profiler. Results: Traditional methods of education and screening yielded contact with 193 community members requiring approximately 50 hours of volunteer time. During May the web-based, interactive stroke risk assessment profiler was visited by 6,010 persons, and 1,570 fully completed the profiler. In subsequent months following the web-based community outreach campaign, traffic on the health system stroke center webpage remained at the high level of activity during May, and over 200% higher than traffic the previous year. Conclusions: Stroke awareness education and risk assessment is feasible and efficient via the internet and using social media. Using the internet and social media expands the size and increases the interaction of the community reached during Stroke Awareness Month.

In accordance with the technological advances of web-based information delivery via the internet has more value, because the information can be delivered easily, quickly,  spacious and interactive. Because this way, information is simply inserted into the web and within seconds the information can be accessed globally.  Submission of this information has not been used in Ngebruk Islamic Junior High School, Sumberpucung District, Malang Regency. Submission of the information in these schools still use manual way, such as by mail, bulletin boards, or orally. Surely this way less effective and efficient, since it requires a lot of expenses such as the purchase of paper, printing machine and maintenance, ink, and its scope was limited to the scope of the school. To reduce the above problems, the delivery of information in this school need to use web media created with the PHP programming language and MySQL. PHP is a programming language that is used to allow users to process information on the web, while MySQL is the software used to store the information on the web. Once the web is run online, the school entered information to the web, can be accessed via intenet by anyone without the limited space and time

The authors discuss issues relating to the feasibility of a Web-based database for facilitating communications between university researchers and industry. They have constructed an experimental Web-based Technology Bank that provides examples of university research which might be of interest to manufacturing companies. They are using this database as a focus of discussion on the usefulness of electronic communications for technology dissemination. The portfolio of research products, and the Web site on which it is housed, are currently being presented in a series of workshops for senior executives in small and medium sized manufacturing companies. Views are also being gathered from technology intermediaries. Analysis of the data so far has highlighted potential problems in disseminating information on the Internet and has also enabled the authors to identify and understand users' profiles.

The progress of the internet has become the best means to start a property business and it has been proven to be an effective and effective media of information from the internet to disseminate information that is fully accessible to anyone, anytime and anywhere. The great effect on the property business is caused through the internet because only by accessing it from smartphone device and computers at home or in the office of prospective buyers can see property add information. In today’s digital era property sales are mostly done on social media. Social media has many users. But social media has the disadvantages of having to pay if you want to advertise sales, consumers are only users of social media, sales posts quickly sink. In this research, a web-based property sales and leasing information system will be built to cover the shortage.

Despite the widespread embrace of the Internet and the second nature way we each turn to Google for information, to social media to see our friends, to netporn and Netflix for recreation, film and television tells a very different story. On screen, a character dating online, gaming online or shopping online, invariably serves as a clue that they’re somewhat troubled: they may be a socially excluded nerd at one end of the spectrum, through to being a paedophile or homicidal maniac seeking prey at the other. On screen, the Internet is frequently presented as a clue, a risk factor and a rationale for a character’s deviance or danger. While the Internet has come to play a significant role in screen narratives, an undercurrent of many depictions – in varying degrees of fervour – is that the Web is complicated, elusive and potentially even hazardous. This paper draws from research conducted for my book Cyberbullies, Cyberactivists, Cyberpredators: Film, TV, and Internet Stereotypes (Rosewarne, 2016). While that volume provided an analysis of the denizens of the Internet through the examination of over 500 film and television examples – profiling screen stereotypes such as netgeeks, neckbeards, and netaddicts – this paper focuses on some of the recurring themes in portrayals of the Internet, shedding light on the how, and perhaps most importantly why, the fear of the technology is so common. This paper presents a series of themes used to frame the Internet as negative on screen including dehumanisation, the Internet as a badlands, the Web as possessing inherent vulnerabilities and the cyberbogeyman.

In the present era, the internet and new technologies are changing the information behavior of news reader .Instead of reading a copy of the local newspaper or watching the scheduledevening news, people increasingly turn to the internet for daily news updates. A Multi-Lingual news feed application is aimed at developing a web based application named multilingual news feed app. This Application deals with the user who wants to read news from the web application. User can select different countries in which a user is interested, the latest news will be fetched from the selected country. The news will be fetched and displayed based on the country selected in its own national language & the news is categorized into 7 different categories. A user can select any category which they are looking for. When you are done selecting the country & category, then the page will automatically refresh and the news will be displayed on MultiLingual news feed application. This application also supports translation and the news can be translated into any language. This application is fully responsive and has a good-looking user interface. The users will find this application much interesting for reading the news articles.

Wales is the “land of the poets so soothing to me,” according to its national anthem. The political and economic landscape does not on the whole provide for the many creative people that are in Welsh communities. Social media Websites like MySpace and YouTube as well as Websites like MTV.com, eJay, and PeopleSound, whilst providing space for artists to share their works, but do not usually consider the needs of local markets, such as in relation to Welsh language provision through to acknowledgement of Welsh place names and Wales's status as a country. The chapter finds that there are distinct issues in relation to presenting information via the Web- or Tablet-based devises and suggests some of the considerations needed when designing multi-platform environments.

The Chapter discusses the need and the problems associated with WEB based cooperative activities in which several team members work in parallel on a common task. Models for software systems supporting such cooperative activities are discussed. Our models describe structure of the cooperation object, cooperation modes and the network message synchronization, that are of prime importance when the system members work at different places and communicate over the Internet. We introduce and describe a component requirements graph and show how to translate it into an interaction graph. The state diagrams and the design graphs are the basis for the WEB software design. The discussion of software architecture for implementing cooperative activities over the Web is also provided.
