The progress of the internet has become the best means to start a property business and it has been proven to be an effective and effective media of information from the internet to disseminate information that is fully accessible to anyone,anytime and anywhere. The great effect on the property business is caused through the internet because only by accessing it from smartphone device and computers at home or in the office of prospective buyers can see property add information.In today’s digital era property sales are mostly done on social media. Social media has many users. But social media has the disadvantages of having to pay if you want to advertise sales, consumers are only users of social media, sales posts quickly sink. In this research, a web-based property sales and leasing information system will be built to cover the shortage.

Abstrak Peran teknologi informasi saat ini sangat dibutuhkan baik oleh instansi, perusahaan maupun organisasi. Sebagai salah satu contohnya dengan penggunaan komputerisasi pada perusahaan sebagai alat bantu untuk menyimpan dan mengolah segala bentuk data secara cepat, tepat, dan akurat. Pada era digital membuat hampir semua industri terdisrupsi tanpa terkecuali industri media massa, baik cetak, radio maupun televisi. Radio menjadi salah satu media yang sangat efektif untuk mempublikasikan barang atau jasanya kepada masyarakat. Pada umumnya cara memesan iklan di radio masih menggunakan sistem manual. Untuk mempermudah dan memperluas jangkauan, maka yang dibutuhkan adalah aplikasi yang dapat memanajemen data melalui komputer dan terhubung ke jaringan internet guna mempermudah proses pemesanan iklan. Pada penelitian ini, dirancang sebuah aplikasi berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode Waterfall dan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta terintegrasi dengan database MySQL pada Radio Yasika Fm Purwokerto. Hasil penelitian berupa aplikasi berbasis web yang diharapkan mampu mengatasi berbagai kebutuhan dari pengiklan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai periklanan.               Kata kunci: Radio, Pengiklan, Metode Waterfall, Manajemen, Website Abstract The role of information technology today is needed by agencies, companies and organizations. As one example with the use of computerization in the company as a tool to store and process all forms of data quickly, precisely, and accurately. In the digital era, almost all industries are disrupted without exception the mass media industry, both print, radio and television. Radio becomes one of the most effective media to publish its goods or services to the public. Generally, the way to order ads on the radio is still using a manual system. To simplify and expand the reach, the application is needed that can manage data through a computer and connect to the internet network to facilitate the process of ordering ads. In this research, a web-based application was designed using Waterfall method and PHP programming language and integrated with MySQL database on Radio Yasika Fm Purwokerto. In this digital era, the internet, and Social Media (SM) has had a radical impact on the shopping behavior of “costumers” The SM provides a platform where “costumers” are exposed to the best product with the best price along with reviews and opinions about the merchandise. So, we can turn our heads and look at a brand in a way as if the brand is speaking to us. This study was an attempt to explore the Social Media Marketing Activities (SMMA) that are being used for the marketing of fashionable products like apparel and to what level the SMMA activities of brands truly strengthen the relationship with customers and motivate purchase intention. Moreover, SMMA has a robust application in developing a marketing strategy for business. It has become a significant tool that collaborates with businesses and people. It is concluded that the “costumer”-brand relationship does have a positive and statistically significant impact on consumers’ purchase intention through SM.

This introduction explores the consequences of the digital revolution on the production, distribution, dissemination, and study of Shakespeare on screen. Since the end of the 20th century, the rise (and fall) of the DVD, the digitalisation of sounds and images allowing us to experience and store films on our computers, the spreading of easy filming/editing tools, the live broadcasts of theatre performances in cinemas or on the Internet, the development of online archives and social media, as well as the globalisation of production and distribution have definitely changed the ways Shakespeare on screen is (re)created, consumed, shared, and examined.

Information systems built in the form of social media and the internet make us able to carry out various activities without having to meet face to face. Social media is currently the main attraction for people to communicate and find information quickly. This is a great opportunity for companies to reach and expand their market. With an information system built in the form of social media and the internet, all obstacles, both distance and high costs, can be suppressed and communication can be carried out effectively. So far, PT. Red Eye Utama conducts marketing through radio advertisements, newspapers / billboards, this is what causes problems, due to limited space and time, as well as high costs to carry out all these processes. The negotiation process between the company and the customer is one of the obstacles that affects the company's service to customers. Therefore, one solution to the problems in this system is to build a Social Media Advertise Maintenance Information System. By using PIECES method analysis for improvements based on performance indicators, indicator information, economic indicators, control indicators, efficiency indicators and service indicators. To design the new system, object-oriented modeling is used, namely UML (Unified Modeling Language) which is the right tool to use in describing the system design that will be made according to User needs.

The development of services has developed into the internet media, to make it easier for customers and employees in managing a job. In the problem of Lucky Photo, which covers services including printing, sales, stock of goods, purchases, and reports are not effective properly. The researcher aims to develop a service system entitled Service Information Systems at Lucky Photo. By building a web-based application, a waterfall method is needed to become a benchmark for the creation of a service information system, so the results will be obtained on a web-based application system to demand progress in a company, including services that become easier, easier customer service in conduct transactions, generate reports, and process customer data. So it can be concluded that with the construction of a new Service Information System it will be easier to make transactions, make it easier for customers, create reports, and process customer data that is embedded in the Mysql database which will become a well-systemized report.

Information technology has opened up digital economic opportunities in Indonesia. A number of applications of information technology are the internet, websites and social media. The internet has become a medium of data and information traffic with very large capacities and very high speeds. Website can be used as virtual places for various purposes. Social media can be used as an online social media. Small and medium businesses are one of the pillars of national economic growth. But with the existing limitations, the small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) actors/officers are still constrained by the promotion of their products. All the facilities and advances in information technology need to be packaged in such a way that they can be utilized by SMEs in running their business. This research will design a Palembang culinary information system website. The method used is web engineering which consists of 5 (five) phases: communication, planning, modeling, construction, and dissemination. The results of this study are in the form of web prototype Palembang's culinary information system that can provide information about Palembang's culinary products for social media-based SMEs.

In this digital era, young people are very vulnerable to negative things, therefore Islam as a religion which is rahmatan lil alamin, must take appropriate and fast actions to save young generations of Islam from getting lost in the darkness of cyberspace life. This article is prepared with a library research approach by conducting a literature review and collecting data from various sources and subsequently, the data is analyzed descriptively by presenting facts or findings which are then theoretically reviewed. Therefore da’wah of digital era really must use the media, especially new media. The development of communication technology has changed the way people communicate and interact. Nowadays, almost everyone uses the internet to send, search, and read information. Therefore, the Qur’an Surah An-Nahl: 125 offering da'wah methods of digital era have to be able to attract sympathetic Millennials, presenting representative, interactive and innovative da'wah methods through social media is the best way to save the young generations of Islam in the future.

Indonesian’s Millennials are estimated to reach 70% of the productive population in 2020-2030 (BPS 2018), who cannot be separated from the internet and social media (Harahap 2017). Due to this fact, (Hsu 2018) and (Benini 2018) claim that millennials are afraid of being left behind by ephemeral content which will disappear within 24 hours so that many social media platforms are equipped with these temporary content features and companies are using temporary content strategies to reach more consumers. SMEs on the other hand have low knowledge of ephemeral content, even though 84% of millennials buy products due to the influence of social media, where ephemeral content lies within (Boen 2016). In the other hand, word-of-mouth has a significant impact on customer purchasing decisions until now. Along with the change to the digital era, word-of-mouth is being accelerated with the help of the internet, it called e-WOM, where many businesses use social media or other online platforms to promote business. The results showed that the two variables of ephemeral content and word-of-mouth with the help of the internet had a significant effect on customer purchase intentions, especially the millennial customer for SMEs in Surabaya City. In the future, by implementing ephemeral content in SMEs media social will increases their customer’s e-WOM.

Technological advancements have shaped and reshaped the marketing landscape from time to time. The digital revolution in particular has given rise to a new digital era that has changed this marketing landscape, perhaps permanently. One of the core technologies involved in defining this digital era is the Internet. The Internet has not only empowered the people by creating and disseminating information like never before but also has affected the way we conduct our businesses. Various business usages of the Internet in search engines, email, mobile, and social media have given rise to new ways of conducting marketing activities such as affiliate marketing, display advertisement, email marketing, search marketing, and social media marketing among others. The significance and the relevance of online social media marketing have made this particular digital channel a topical subject of the digital era. The effects of social media have been felt in influencing both seller and buyer behaviors. However, the focus of this chapter is to address two important aspects of consumer behaviors in an online digital social media environment. First, the authors propose a conceptual framework of consumers' social media participation. Second, the chapter discusses how this participation affects consumers' behaviors including their purchases. Finally, the authors present a few econometric challenges associated with modeling consumers' social media participation and quantifying its impact on their behaviors.
