Background. Russia is the world leader in the number of women who are members of management bodies in top achievements sports. At the same time, the professional motivation of women engaged in boxing activities and its connection with psychological well-being have not yet been object of a special study. However, targeted management of staff motivation could help to increase their professional efficiency, satisfaction with their performance in the professional sphere and, as a result, achieve sustainable psychological well-being. Objective. To study the peculiarities of professional motivation of women who are employees of the Russian Boxing Federation (RBF), and its connection with psychological well-being. Design. The survey involved 39 women aged 23 to 59 who hold positions in the FBF. The tools used were: the Questionnaire of professional motivation by E. Desi and R. Ryan (adapted by Osin E., Ivanovа T., and Gordeevа T.), and the Questionnaire of psychological well-being by K. Riff (adapted and modified by L.V. Zhukovskaya and E.G. Troshikhina). Results of the study made it possible to determine the attractiveness factors of activities in the FBF: the main ones are “interest in activities,” “opportunities for professional development”, and “team”. Internal professional motivation dominates, which is consistent with the data on the attractiveness of the activities performed in the RBF due to interest in it, the possibility of personal development, a sense of psychological well-being from the process and the results of activities. Positive correlation of autonomous professional motivation with psychological well-being has been established. Conclusion. The data obtained made it possible to describe the peculiarities of professional motivation of women-employees of the Russian Boxing Federation and its connection with psychological well-being.

Psychological well-being affects all areas of a person's life, physical health and social well-being. High psychological well - being make a longer human life and provides continuous personal development and self-improvement. As shown by the results of studies, psychological well-being content varies among different ethnic groups and cultures. Thus, despite the accumulated theoretical and empirical material about the research challenges of wealth, not properly applied research results in other countries to a particular country or region, in this case - Latvia and the Latgale region. Socio-economic development in this region have the lowest rates. These facts raise the question of Latgale adverse socio-economic impact on the psychological well-being of its people. In view of these facts, this study aims are to investigate the population of Latgale psychological well-being lewel and content of this phenomenon.

The purpose of present study was to find out correlation between the Adjustment and their Psychological well-being among of Call center employees. The said sample was 240 both males and females in equal numbers was selected through random sampling. Adjustment Inventory &Psychological well-being Inventory are tailor-made instruments, having sufficient reliability and validity. For the purpose of analysis, The Karl-Pearson „r‟ technique was used. Present study reveals the result that there is significant Positive correlation between the Adjustment and Psychological well-being among of Call center employees. The authors suggest that there is a need to explore the rural and the urban correlation in the line of above study.

The aim of the present research was to compare the psychological well being factors among the parents of the mentally retarded children with those of the normal children. the descriptive research is comparative - causative. The statistical population of the present research includes all the parents of the mentally retarded and normal children whose children were studying in the mentally retarded and normal schools in Mahabad in the educational year of 2012-2013. For this, 80 parents of the mentally retarded children were chosen through the random sampling and 80 parents of the normal children were selected through the multistage random sampling. To collect data m, the Ryff psychological well being questionnaire was used. To analyze data, the multivariate variance analysis statistics was applied. The results of the multivariate variance analysis statistics shows that there is a significant relations with regards to the positive relationship with the others, mastering the environment at the alpha level of 0/01 (P < 0/01), and with regards to the self acceptance factors, independence, having purpose in life and personal development at the alpha level of 0/05 (P < 0/05). There is a significant difference between the parents of the normal children and those of the mentally retarded children with regards to the psychological well being factors (positive relationship with the others, mastering the environment, self acceptance factors, independence, having purpose in life, and personal development).

Psychological well-being which is an important concept for individual mental health involves maintaining meaningful aims in life, developing quality relationships with others and struggling with life to ensure personal development. Based on the importance of the concept of psychological well-being, in this study, it is aimed to determine the predictors of psychological well-being of prospective teachers who are expected to make a contribution in the healthy development of students. A total of 378 prospective teachers have participated to the study which was conducted according to the general screening model. Path analysis was used in the analysis of the data to test the predictive roles of unconditional self-acceptance, perfectionistic cognitions and perceived income levels of prospective teachers on their psychological well-being level. Results indicated that psychological well-being has a positive significance but low correlation with unconditional self-acceptance and perfectionistic cognitions. In addition, it was found that of unconditional self-acceptance, perfectionistic cognitions and perceived income level accounted for 16% of the total variance of psychological well-being. It was also determined that female participants’ psychological well-being scores were higher than males’ and psychological well-being levels of participants who perceived their income level as good were higher than those perceived their income level as medium and low.

Relevance of the problem: The concept of lifelong learning is the leading educational and political strategy of the advanced countries around the world. Attracting adults into training helps to cope with life crises, enhances their well-being and health, contributes to their personal development, social activity, and cultural growth. This eventually determines the economic and social well-being of the entire society. But in Ukraine the implementation of this model is not fully effective, which fact entails a scientific discussion. Aim: to analyze the ways of introducing adult education in Ukraine and in the world; to determine the ways of forming professional and life competencies in the qualified psychological community. Methods: analysis of documentation that governs the implementation of the lifelong learning concept in the European Union and in Ukraine; a written survey of psychologists (131 persons with professional experience of 3 to 35 years) concerning specific ways of expanding and deepening of competencies; content analysis, frequency analysis, phenomenological method. Research results. The main mission of the lifelong learning is the expansion and renewal of life prospects in the framework of the transformational social environment. The leading role in these processes belongs to the individuals themselves: their cognitive activity, responsibility for building their own life paths, the ability to learn. Governmental and public institutions create opportunities for education in various forms that are tailored to individual interests and capabilities. In Ukraine, similarly to other countries, adult learning is actively taking place in formal, informal, and independent education, but the form and content, the theoretical and normative substantiation is considerably lagging behind the experience of the advanced countries. The survey of psychologists has demonstrated a steady need for a lifelong learning, which has a professional specificity according to the field of activity. Further education has a beneficial effect on professional career, as well as on psychological well-being and social processes. However, cognitive activity is occurring in a spontaneous, not in a planned way; it is difficult for professionals to find educational offers meeting their needs.

<p>The paper examines the specificity of authoritarian focus in pedagogues’ professional communications, which can be the source of psychological traumatisation, provoke the development of health deviations among the participants of education process, causing the emergence of functional and chronicle diseases. It is observed, that the authoritarian focus under the conditions of stressful professional reality creates “chronicle” psycho-traumatic atmosphere in professional communications of employee and can provoke emergence of negative emotional experiences (psychogeneses). Important aspect of examined problem is the fact, that authoritarian interactions in activities (learning, professional) can be the reason for emergence of children's didactic geneses and development of neuroses. Pedagogue’s sensibility to the demonstrations of authoritarianism points out the undeveloped readiness to build effective professional pedagogical communications, which can become the source of traumatisation and aggravation of pedagogue’s own didactopathy. The results of empirical study of influence of factor “authoritarianism” on the pedagogues’ occupational health with the author’s technique “Occupational health” are presented. The observed correlation tendencies indicate the phenomenon of authoritarian focus in pedagogue’s professional communications, that’s why the authoritarianism syndrome can be the serious barrier for the progressive professional development of the specialist, the ruining factor to the professional communications, which influence the psychological well being and health state of employee. Pedagogue with authoritarian focus of world perception is characterized by the behaviour, which is based on the belief, that using of own status and authority provides the sustaining of hierarchical subordination, control, security and professional stability.</p>

Role victimization shall be understood to mean such a strategy of victim relations, which is based on the individual predisposition to produce a particular playing or social type of victim behavior (playing and social role of the victim) (M.A. Odintsova). The article presents the analysis of psychological well-being of students with different levels of role victimization (N = 82, average age 21 years). "Auto-viktim» (N = 28), "victim» (N = 31), "non-viktim» (N = 23) groups were formed according to the level and nature of manifestations of the role victimization, and a comparative analysis of the level of psychological well-being and perception of the image of the world in these groups was made. The study shows that while level of role victimization increases, psychological well-being of students reduces and negative attitude toward the world forms. "Auto-viktim" students while facing difficulties play the role of victim, and "victim" students use social role. "Non-viktim" students have positive self-esteem, they are optimistic, easy to set goals and reach them. Also the article present an analysis of the peculiarities of the psychological well-being, the perception of image of the world, the level of role victimization in groups of male and female youth.

Abstract Objectives: To understand how and why general practitioners in quality circles (QC) reflect on and improve routine practice over time. To provide practical guidance for participants and facilitators to implement and for policy makers to organise this complex social intervention. Design: A theory-driven mixed method Setting: Primary health care Method: We collected data in four stages to develop and refine the programme theory of QCs: 1) co-inquiry with Swiss and European stakeholders to develop a preliminary programme theory; 2) realist review with systematic searches in MEDLINE, Embase, PsycINFO, and CINHAL (1980-2020) to extend the preliminary programme theory; 3) programme refinement through interviews with participants, facilitators, tutors and managers of quality circles; 4) consolidation through interviews and iterative searches for theories enabling us to strengthen the programme theory. Sources of data: The co-inquiry comprised 3 interviews and 3 focus groups with 50 European experts. From the literature search we included 108 papers to develop the literature-based programme theory. In stage 3, we used data from 40 participants gathered in 6 interviews and 2 focus groups to refine the programme theory. In stage 4, five interviewees from different health care systems consolidated our programme theory. Result: Requirements for successful QCs are governmental trust in GPs abilities to deliver quality improvement, training, access to educational material and performance data, protected time, and financial resources. Group dynamics strongly influence success; facilitators should ensure participants exchange knowledge and generate new concepts in a safe environment. Peer interaction promotes professional development and psychological well-being. With repetition, participants gain confidence to put their new concepts into practice. Conclusion: QCs can improve practice, promote professional development, and psychological well-being given adequate professional and administrative support.

The disease COVID-19, caused by the new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2), was first detected in Wuhan, China in late December 2019, and, due to its high degree of virulence, it has spread rapidly around the world ever since. On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization descried the situation as a pandemic, and in March 2020, a state of emergency was declared in Georgia. To limit the spread of the virus “lockdown” was ordered and, except in emergencies, the population was restricted from leaving home, the learning process in educational institutions was suspended, and all sorts of gatherings and public transport were put off. In these circumstances, as well as the risks associated with deteriorating health and economic problems, students also found themselves in a difficult situation in terms of getting access to education, caused by the transition to distance learning. The social category of students is characterized by an active lifestyle, a wide range of relationships and contacts. In consequence of the social distancing policies and measures implemented across the country to slow the spread of the virus, the reduction in contacts has given rise to feelings of loneliness and depression. The entire situation is likely to negatively affect the psychological well-being of students. It has been proven that high levels of stress among students are associated with low mental wellness, which in turn, may lead to poor academic performance and the emergence of social and psychological problems. Based on the abovestated, the aim of the present paper was to establish a link between the indicators of loneliness, depression and psychological well-being with students in the context of constraints caused by the COVID pandemic. Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-4), Loneliness Scale (UCLA) and Psychological Well-Being Scale (PWBS) were used for the purpose. Analysis of the results revealed that depression, anxiety and loneliness have a negative bearing on psychological well-being. The differences were analyzed in obedience to demographic characteristics.
