Mapping and Development Strategy of Small and Medium Food Industry in the Province of Jakarta

The growth of small and medium industries in Indonesia has generally been predicted to be decreased. Almost all the Small and Medium Industry sector as well as the SME’s Food in the DKI Jakarta Province. However, the SME’s Food development program still seems to be not optimal, the competitiveness of SME’s Food in DKI Jakarta is still relatively weak if it is to be compared to SME’s Food in other Regions or Countries. One of the problems is the lack of mapping and strategies that still exists in the development of the food SME’s in DKI Jakarta. This mapping must be done internally and externally so that it can describe the right strategy to develop food SME’s in DKI Jakarta. The purpose of this study was to carry out mapping and strategy for the development of SME’s Food in DKI Jakarta. The data used includes primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from the results of field surveys through interviews, observations, questionnaires and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Both of the Central and DKI Jakarta Provinces were both at the Central and DKI Jakarta. The strategy for developing SME’s Food in DKI Jakarta was developed using the SWOT method. The results of the analysis show that supporting the aggressive growth policy (Strength Oriented Strategy) where Strengths are the scale of the business of SME’s with the support of capital access for the Food Industry in DKI Jakarta.

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influence and the right strategy in developing the Wonosalam durian agro-tourism area. The location of the study was carried out in the village of Wonosalam, Wonosalam District, Jombang City.   This research was conducted for   (two) months, namely between February - March 2019.   The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data taken directly from the research location of the Durian Wonosalam agrotourism area through direct observation at the site, interviews with the government, community shops, and filling out questionnaires.    Respondents were selected by 20 people to fill out the research questionnaire as follows: Government (3 people), namely the Head of the device and the Office of Tourism Staff of Jombang (2 people) Community Stores (2 people), Tourist managers (3 people). And Visitors (10 people).  Secondary data is data obtained through agencies related to this research, both tabulation and descriptive.   The analytical methods used are SWOT and QSPM analysis.   Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the alternative strategy for developing the right durian Wonosalam agro-tourism area is the   SO Strategy, namely the strategy of agro-tourism development by maintaining the existing tourism power and development strategy by increasing  promotion to related parties and outside regions through   seminar seminars or utilizing technological developments the highest value of attraction is found in strategy 1 (SO) with total attractiveness (TAS) of 6.164. by exploring the potential and actions of tourism preservation that exist as a characteristic possessed by the Wonosalam region with a variety of attractions that are owned, Optimizing the superiority of tourism remains quality so as to attract tourists.

This study aims to find out how the development strategy of Lembang Dano situ in Village of Cipada, and to get the right strategy for the development of Lembang Dano tourist attractions. The data has taken of primary data and secondary data, where primary data is obtained from questionnaires and interviews to predetermined sources and secondary data obtained from agencies and agencies related to this study. The analytical tool used the SWOT analysis method the results of the research show that the development strategy needs to first determine the factors that are strengths and weaknesses (internal environment) ourism potential in Lembang Dano Cipada Village, then combines with the opportunities and threats from outside (external environment). The last decade and half has seen a remarkable growth in the manufacture of convenience food industry in India and the non-working women are not left far behind in selecting such products for their family. She always ponders about the right kind of preparations that she needs to make for her family be it any time or any meal of the day. In this process she has to keep take the choices of her family members into account and try to strike a right equilibrium in her food preparation. This study aims at finding out about the use of convenience food by non-working women and of their need to choose, the type of convenience food they generally prefer and what benefits they see by using such a convenient products in their home. The primary data for this study has been collected through questionnaire from non-working women from different areas in Pune city and the same has been presented in graphical form for clear understanding while the secondary data has been collected through literature review of various research papers, articles and books. The non-working women are the forerunners to try out these convenience foods in their kitchens. This study has its focus to understand the benefits these working women would obtain through utilization of convenience foods.

This requires an organization to be able to compete by always paying attention to the user's condition. Development strategy is one way to find out competitiveness in each of its power lines. To deal with user competition, especially in the face of global users, an organization must be able to establish a method as the basic foundation for the formulation of development strategies by increasing the value of competitiveness for its output or services. This strategy needs to be involved using the SWOT method as the main method to increase output, internal and external factors become the initial steps to carry out strategies to optimize business to achieve success. The use of an effective SWOT analysis can play an important role in determining the development strategy, in order to know the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by the company in maintaining the survival and continuity of the organization. The problem that the answer in this research is looking for is whether the SWOT analysis is the right strategy to increase output in the organization and how the development strategy applied by the organization in overcoming global friendships. In connection with these problems the following hypothesis is proposed: It is suspected that using a SWOT analysis can increase output so that the organization experiences a profit (surplus). This study uses primary data by providing questionnaires and secondary data to obtain archives or documents. In line with the problem and the research hypothesis, this study was conducted using the IFAS analysis method to analyze internal factors, EFAS analysis for external factors, then, included in the quantitative model, namely the SWOT matrix. The results of the analysis show that, using IFAS and EFAS analysis and using SWOT analysis shows the position of the organization in cell 2, the strategy chosen to support the achievement of the objectives of the organization is ST strategy.Keywords: SWOT, Strategy, Product Marketing, Business.

This study aims to evaluate the condition of tourist areas in Likupang, to know the internal factors and external factors Likupang tourist location development and its strategies of development. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative. Selection of sample research used purposive sampling method. The data collections in this research are primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected through interviews, observations and discussions and documentation. The interview was based on the questionnaire. The discussion was conducted by conducting Focus Group Discussion (FGD) Activities. While secondary data collected from various agencies, among others, Central Bureau of Statistics and North Minahasa District Office. Data were analyzed using SWOT analysis and Development Strategy. The result of research shows that the development strategy of Likupang tourism area based on SWOT analysis result lies in position of Quadrant I which is located between external opportunity and internal strength where the result of analysis obtained by total score of IFAS (Internal Strategic Factor Summary Analysis) is 3,498 and EFAS (External Strategic Factor Summary Analysis) is 3,854. The research concludes that Likupang tourism area development strategy can be done by maintaining panorama and sustainability of beach and Marine Park and also trying to complete infrastructure facilities especially the availability of electricity, water and internet network. Further accelerate the construction of new connecting road from the airport to Likupang so as to shorten the distance and travel time and also set up tourist information center for tourists.

Procurement is a means by which an organization acquires goods, works & services based on law. In Ethiopia, the monopoly of telecom services rendered by Ethio telecommunication as a Government owned enterprises. More than two third of Ethio telecom northeast region’s annual budget is spent to procurement. The negligence of the procurement unit has a direct impact on the performance of all departments in terms of additional costs. This paper is to identify the Perception of employees and Problems (Performance) of Procurement practices in the Ethio telecom. The research takes a form of explanatory research and primary data were used to collect data through questionnaires from a sample of 133 employees of the organization, interviews from procurement department head, focus group discussion from purchasing committee and the secondary data were collected from the organization’s procurement department documents. The data collected was analyzed using descriptive statistics. The major finding indicates that, the performance of the procurement department is low in terms of procurement of the right quality, time & source due to long work flow process flow of the new revised Works Procurement Policies and Procedures (WPPP), bureaucratic nature, lack of delegation, problem of planning in supplier’s selection. Hence, the management of ethio telecom should give adequate emphasis on effective implementation of the Procurement manual, follow procurement principles, attention to user’s complaints, prearranged mechanism to manage purchase documents and strong relationships with competent suppliers are desirable to uplift the telecommunications into a profitable service.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan merumuskan strategi yang tepat bagi pengembangan BUM Desa dalam kerangka kawasan pariwisata terpadu di Desa Karang Tengah, Kecamatan Babakan Madang, Kabupaten Bogor. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan tujuan memperoleh jawaban terhadap pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang menyangkut permasalahan dalam objek penelitian. Sumber data diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder yaitu dari literatur dan hasil Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Data diolah dan dikategorikan menggunakan NVivo. Hasil penelitian ini mengidentifikasi beberapa strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan kawasan wisata, salah satunya adalah dengan difersifikasi lini usaha dan pembangunan infrastruktur penunjang wisata. Strategi yang berbentuk strategi BMC (Business Model Canvas) diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi BUM Desa untuk meningkatkan daya saing usahanya serta menjadi percontohan bagi BUM Desa lain dengan unit usaha yang sejenis. Abstract: This study aims to identify and formulate the right strategy for the development of BUM Desa within the framework of an integrated tourism area in Karang Tengah Village, Babakan Madang District, Bogor Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative with the aim of obtaining answers to questions concerning the problems in the research object. Sources of data obtained from primary data and secondary data, namely the literature and the results of Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The data is processed and categorized using NVivo. The results of this study identify several strategies that can be used to develop tourist areas, one of which is to diversify business lines and develop tourism supporting infrastructure. The strategy in the form of a BMC (Business Model Canvas) strategy is expected to be a reference for BUM Desa to improve its business competitiveness and become a model for other BUM Desa with similar business units.

This research discusses the Strategic Plan for the Development of the RS Bersalin Grha Mutiara in 2019-2023, using the theory of Strategic Planning to observe and evaluate external environmental opportunities and threats as well as the internal strengths and weaknesses of the hospital, to determine the right strategic plan. This study is a qualitative research using primary data, in-depth interviews with informants, observation and decision making with CDMG (Consensus Decision Making Group), and secondary data obtained from the BPS (Central Bureau of Statistics), Dinas Kesehatan Subang (District Health Office) Profile, Profile and Financial Report of RS Bersalin Grha Mutiara. From this study, the position of RS Bersalin Grha Mutiara, according to IE Matrix, is in Cell V (Hold and Maintain) and SWOT Matrix in Quadrant II (Internal Fixed It Quadrant). The matching stage resulted in a Product Development strategy, which, through the QSPM matrix, determine that the chosen strategy would be the development of HCU / NICU / PICU. This plan then elaborated in the implementation plan using the Balanced Scorecard.

This research aims to identify local government strategies in developing MSMEs. A qualitative method with observation techniques, in-depth interviews (depth interviews) and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) was applied to obtain primary data. The result was that IFE analysis with a score of 3.02 shows the internal conditions in a good category (the first rank was the marketing factor followed by production and information system factors). The result of the analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats shows that the strategy lied in quadrant I. The right strategy in this quadrant is the aggressive strategy which in this case MSME players could take advantage of opportunities that are supported by internal strengths owned, oriented towards growth strategies. The total EFE matrix score is 3.15. which shows the external conditions are in a good category were in the first rank was the government's partisanship, the business world towards MSMEs, the separation of MSMEs and SMISs, and the availability of capital. The disadvantage is the high level of social and security vulnerability. Based on the QSPM and IFE Matrix, 2 cumulative alternative strategies were obtained with the TAS value of the Product Development Strategy of 2.54 and the TAS value of the Market Development Strategy of 2.78, as the main alternative that should be chosen. Based on QSPM and EFE, the TAS value of the Product Development strategy is 2.3 and the TAS value of the Market Development Strategy is 2.82, becoming the main alternative that should be chosen.

<p><em>Suspects have the right to obtain legal assistance, especially for suspects who are classified as economically disadvantaged in accordance with Article 56 of the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP). The facts show that there are many irregularities in the implementation of legal aid, therefore it is necessary to know about the implementation of free legal aid for suspects who are incapacitated at the level of investigation and the factors that become obstacles in the implementation of legal aid. This legal research is an empirical legal research and this research is descriptive in nature. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The techniques used to collect data were document study techniques and interview techniques. Inhibiting factors affecting the implementation of free legal aid for suspects who are unable at the level of investigation can be classified and differentiated into 3 factors, namely, legal substance, legal structure, and legal culture).</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>Legal Aid, Criminal Cases</em></p>
