This research proposes a wireless communication between two dancer robots using zigbee to overcome the differences in movement between the robots in order to dance in harmony. The robotic music processor uses Audio Analyzer V2.0 which functions to get 7 frequency values for the music being played. The frequency will be processed by Arduino to determine the condition of the music on and off which will be sent to each robot via the XBee S2C module using the Zigbee method, namely with 1 master and 2 routers. The result is that the music processing system becomes more robust because it uses the Zigbee method. By using the Zigbee method, robot 1 and robot 2 can also communicate with each other because with this method, fellow routers can exchange data. The robot produced by this study can already distinguish the conditions when music is playing or muted, and between robot 1 and robot 2 can communicate with each other. Communication between robots functions so that when one of the robots is late in getting data, the other robots will wait until the late robot completes its movements so that robot 1 and robot 2 are back in sync.

Smart grid endpoints need to use two environments within a processing system (PS), one with a Linux-type operating system (OS) using the Arm Cortex-A53 cores for management tasks, and the other with a standalone execution or a real-time OS using the Arm Cortex-R5 cores. The Xen hypervisor and the OpenAMP framework allow this, but they may introduce a delay in the system, and some messages in the smart grid need a latency lower than 3 ms. In this paper, the Linux thread latencies are characterized by the Cyclictest tool. It is shown that when Xen hypervisor is used, this scenario is not suitable for the smart grid as it does not meet the 3 ms timing constraint. Then, standalone execution as the real-time part is evaluated, measuring the delay to handle an interrupt created in programmable logic (PL). The standalone application was run in A53 and R5 cores, with Xen hypervisor and OpenAMP framework. These scenarios all met the 3 ms constraint. The main contribution of the present work is the detailed characterization of each real-time execution, in order to facilitate selecting the most suitable one for each application.

In this paper, a six-channel microstrip diplexer is designed and fabricated. It operates at 0.75/0.85/1/1.25/1.6/1.8 GHz for multi-service wireless communication systems. It consists of two stub-loaded resonators, which are integrated by coupled lines. The channels are close together, which makes the proposed diplexer suitable for frequency division duplex (FDD) schemes. The proposed structure has a compact size of 0.025 λg2 where λg is the guided wavelength calculated at 0.75 GHz. The other advantages of the introduced multi-channel diplexer are the low insertion losses of 1.62/1.27/0.43/0.53/1.26 and 1 dB, as well as good return losses of 26/26/25/25/21.7 and 22 dB at 0.75/0.85/1/1.25/1.6/1.8 GHz respectively. A good isolation of less than 22 dB is obtained between the channels. In order to design the presented diplexer a designing technique is used which is based on the proposing of an equivalent approximated LC model and calculating the inductors and capacitors. To confirm the simulation results, the introduced diplexer is fabricated and measured.

There have been developed a children’s smart clothing prototype reacting to microclimate changes by signalling with the help of an optical fibre fabric output interface and a mother’s purse receiving the given data via wireless communication and displaying it on an LCD screen. During the research, the optical fibre fabric was tested in order to determine its reaction to external stimuli and define its layout within clothes. Child jacket’s logic was based on Arduino LilyPad. On the other hand, AVR microcontroller was used in pursue, which yielded a more economical and compact solution, although it was not as developer-friendly as LilyPad.

AbstractThe objective of the paper was to show various options of using by author an automated stand with computer image analysis for control of plant germination on the example of cauliflower Brassica oleracea L. ‘Pionier” variety. The developed system consisted of a mobile platform equipped with the acquisition and image processing system based on Raspberry PL processor. Germination of cauliflower seeds was the object of observation, which in one case were sown to soil after dressing them with plant extracts (sweet flag Acorus calamus L., great burdock roots Arctium lappa L.). In the other case, undressed seeds were sown in the place of previous application of the above-mentioned extracts. The use of a robot for monitoring plant germination enabled the automated analysis of the investigated material with higher frequency than it has been possible so far. Simultaneously, higher germination was reported when seeds were treated with macerates and extracts from great burdock roots.

This paper proposes an efficient monitoring system for toddlers, with wireless communication based on IoT technology. A prototype is developed which gives a reliable and efficient toddler monitoring system that can play an important role in providing better toddler care. This structural set-up monitors and display the essential parameters such as range of temperature and humidity content and heart pulse range in bpm also the movement of a toddler and this information is conveyed to their parents. The main reason for choosing this kind of system for their toddler is to give a comfort and contentment to the loved ones when they are away from their toddler as they can get update status of their well beings. The whole prototype will be working on the basis of a single controller which controls the entire system to provide the precise output extended its advancements to the cloud storage which provides easy access and increased memory and efficiency. The other advantageousness is the scheduling of alarm conditions can take the edge off any imprecision through a conventional sensor. Communication is done by cyberspace which is need and uncomplicated accessible thing.

Language and action share a common processing system, namely the sensorimotor system. Sensorimotor activity is associated with action prediction and action-verb processing already early during verb acquisition. Action verbs can have a positive effect on action prediction, if the action verb matches the subsequently perceived action. However, it is yet unclear if semantic congruence between the action verb and the action drives this effect, or rather effector-limb congruence (i.e., both the action verb and the action imply an action that is, for instance, performed with the hand). The current study investigated whether semantic congruence between an action verb and an action, compared to semantic incongruence, has different effects on action perception. We presented two-year-olds with sentences comprising action verbs, which either corresponded semantically to a subsequently observed action or not. To assess sensorimotor activity we measured the suppression of the mu and the beta rhythm by means of electroencephalography (EEG). Results are mixed. On the one hand semantic congruence did not affect mu suppression during action perception in toddlers who had all action verbs in their expressive vocabulary. On the other hand, the group of toddlers who did not have all action verbs in their expressive vocabulary did show a difference in mu suppression. In contrast to the mu band, the beta band revealed a power difference during action perception for toddlers who had all action verbs in their expressive vocabulary, but not for the other group.

Using a phone call to morale of others seeking money as voice phishing. When receiving these fraudulent calls are easily embarrassed, and if they get embarrassed, become more easily be cheated. These voice phishing techniques are evolving to be more intelligent and more diverse. Accordingly, the amount of damage and the victim reality is increasing. The phone call, only the minimum data necessary to transfer the information contained is passed to the other party through the wired or wireless communication networks. In the voice of phone call, It is because the communication system mainly conveys the voice and does not convey the facial expression, environmental situation, and psychological state of the other person. Therefore, it is difficult to judge the authenticity in speech of voice phishing over the telephone network, and it is easy to fall into the deceitful deceit of evolving fraud. In this paper, we analyze the characteristics of voice phishing voices, examine their characteristics, and use them to reduce fraud damage. The voices recorded by victims of actual telephone fraud were analyzed and the characteristics were summarized.

A system data sharing protocol of mobile WSN named synchronous dynamic multihop data sharing protocol (S-DMDS) is presented for automated guided vehicle (AGV) system. It is a cross-layer protocol designed from route layer to MAC layer. By adopting a concept of system data sharing, it is possible to make each node exchange the data timely with all the other nodes. It is also a topology-agnostic protocol which has no knowledge of neighbors, routes, or next hops. From the results of the 16-nodes simulation, S-DMDS protocol is proved to be efficient exchange data timely between the devices of AGV system in mobile multihop situation. Moreover, it also shows that S-DMDS significantly outperforms NST-AODV with investing about 41.6% system sharing delay as well as 80% RAM consumption. At last, 5-node experiment indicates that S-DMDS can work well in real environment.

The notion of data and information being different in kind is based on the Foundationalist thesis that there exist raw, brute, facts which constitute the data that form the basis for information, and, ultimately, of knowledge. Foun dationalism fails, however, because if these data are really different in kind from information and knowledge, then no comparisons are possible between the former and the latter, and the notion of data (in the sense of raw, brute, fact) becomes useless. If, on the other hand, comparisons can be made between data and information or knowledge, the data would have to be of the same kind as the latter. Given that an Information Processing System (IPS) cannot process data except in terms of whatever representational language is inherent to it, data could not even be apprehended by an IPS without becoming representational in nature, and thus losing their status of being raw, brute, facts. The representational language of the IPS provides the categories in terms of which the IPS 'views' reality, and thus this language will define what constitutes reality for the IPS in question. Consequently, this language will define what constitutes signals, signs, and information for the IPS, as well. Any definition of information must therefore be relative to a given IPS, and, in the case of a human IPS, what is regarded in common sense terms as linguistically encoded information cannot be independently characterized in purely physical terms.
