This study aims to examine the effect of work environment and self-efficacy on employee performance. The object of this research is a historical and tourism site in the Semarang City, namely the Sam Poo Kong Temple and Lawang Sewu. The research was conducted in quantitative method by distributing questionnaire to the employee in the both locations. The sampling method that purposive sampling technique with the criteria of respondents are employee has been working for at least one year. Based on the data collection, a sample of 107 employees was obtained to be analyzed. The data were analyzed using regression analysis method. The results of the study strengthen the findings of previous studies that work environment and self-efficacy have a positive effect on employee performance.

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress, workload and work environment on employee performance at PT. Jocelyn Anugrah Jaya. This research was conducted with a probability sampling method with a simple random sampling type. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 100 employees of PT Jocelyn Anugrah Jaya. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS ver. 25. The results of the analysis concluded that work stress has a significant negative effect on employee performance while the workload and work environment have a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Jocelyn Anugrah JayaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Jocelyn Anugrah Jaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 karyawan PT Jocelyn Anugrah Jaya. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi ganda dengan bantu SPSS ver. 25. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Jocelyn Anugrah Jaya

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of organizational culture, work environment and compensation on employee performance at the Srinadi Klungkung Market Cooperative. This research was conducted at the Srinadi Klungkung Market Cooperative. The number of samples taken as many as 50 employees accounting and finance section, with non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done through a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that organizational culture, work environment and compensation had a positive effect on employee performance. This shows that with a good organizational culture and environment, and giving compensation to employees, employee performance will increase. The results of this study can provide additional information in empirical studies regarding the influence of organizational culture, work environment and compensation on employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on performance through job satisfaction of non ASN employees of the Jember Regency Government. The population in this study was all non ASN employees of Jember Regency Government working period 2020. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling method that is the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. The number of samples in this assessment was 52 respondents from the Regional Secretariat and all Agencies in the Jember Regency Government. This research uses primary data in the form of questionnaire. Data analysis method used in this study is the path analysis method. Based on the results of research and discussion shows that compensation has an effect on job satisfaction, work environment has an effect on job satisfaction, compensation has an effect on performance, the work environment has an effect on performance, and the work environment has an effect on Job Satisfaction

This study was conducted to determine the effect of the work environment, coordination, and work culture on the effectiveness of employees' work in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic at the Yogyakarta Special Region of Youth and Sports Education. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a sample of 95 respondents. Based on the multiple linear analysis method, it was found that the work environment has no significant effect on work effectiveness because the t-count value is 1.577 < 1.986, the decision shows that the work environment is not always importantto improve the quality of employee performance. Coordination has a positive effect on work effectiveness with a t value of 2.807 > 1.986. Work culture has a positive effect on the effectiveness of employees' work as evidenced by the t value of 5.988 > 1.986. Simultaneously work environment, coordination, and work culture have a significant positive effect on employee work effectiveness with Fcount of 81.861 > 0.020.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the influence of relationships with customers and suppliers, reputation, and location to the success of the business of Online Shop in DKI Jakarta. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a type of causal research. The population in this study are all entrepreneurs who run an online shop business in DKI Jakarta. Determination of the number of samples is done using probability sampling method with probability sampling technique. The sample in this study was 65 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple regression analysis using the help of SPSS 24 program. The results show that partially variable relationships with customers and suppliers, reputation, and location have an influence on the success of online shop businesses in DKI Jakarta. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh relationships with customers and suppliers, reputation, dan location terhadap kesuksesan usaha Online Shop di DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian sebab akibat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh wirausaha yang menjalankan usaha online shop di DKI Jakarta. Penentuan jumlah sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan teknik probability sampling. Adapun yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 65 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel relationships with customers and suppliers, reputation, dan location memiliki pengaruh terhadap kesuksesan usaha online shop di DKI Jakarta.

Determination of the sample in this study using a sampling technique with nonprobability sampling method, especially the purposive sampling method. This research was conducted on all LPDs in Denpasar City. The number of samples taken were 35 LPDs with 105 observations. Data collection is done by questionnaire instrument. The results of this questionnaire were measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the effectiveness variables of the use of SIA, SIA training, and internal LOC have a positive effect on the performance of LPD employees in Denpasar City. This shows that the use of SIA that is more effective, routine in conducting training accompanied by confidence in individual users will provide convenience and benefits for employees who have an influence on improving the performance of LPD employees in Denpasar City. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, career development and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Tunggal Mitra Plantation Manggala 2. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires carried out on 50 employees of the production department at PT Perkebunan Tunggal Mitra Plantation Manggala 2. Data analysis in this study used SPSS Version 22. The sampling technique used was the saturation sampling method and Data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis). Based on the results of the study, obtained the following regression equation: Y = 9,944 + 0.390X1 + 0.115X2 + 0.267X3 + ei means that the F Test shows that compensation, career development, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and the variables are reliable. Partially (t test) shows that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (tcount 4.223> t table 1.675 and a significant level of 0.000 t table 1.675 and a significant level of 0.010 t table 1.675 and a significant level of 0.042

Taxes are the largest source of state revenue in Indonesia. Compliance is an important factor in increasing tax revenue because tax compliance is the attitude of compliance, compliance, submission, and application of tax provisions. This research was conducted at KPP Pratama Tabanan using a sample of 390 non-employee taxpayers who were determined using the nonprobability sampling method with accidental sampling technique. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results found that, e-SPT, sanctions, socialization, tax knowledge, and morality had a positive effect on the tax compliance of non-employee individuals registered at the KPP Pratama Tabanan.
