The purpose of the study is to analyze the influence of relationships with customers and suppliers, reputation, and location to the success of the business of Online Shop in DKI Jakarta. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a type of causal research. The population in this study are all entrepreneurs who run an online shop business in DKI Jakarta. Determination of the number of samples is done using probability sampling method with probability sampling technique. The sample in this study was 65 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple regression analysis using the help of SPSS 24 program. The results show that partially variable relationships with customers and suppliers, reputation, and location have an influence on the success of online shop businesses in DKI Jakarta. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh relationships with customers and suppliers, reputation, dan location terhadap kesuksesan usaha Online Shop di DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian sebab akibat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh wirausaha yang menjalankan usaha online shop di DKI Jakarta. Penentuan jumlah sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan teknik probability sampling. Adapun yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 65 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel relationships with customers and suppliers, reputation, dan location memiliki pengaruh terhadap kesuksesan usaha online shop di DKI Jakarta.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, career development and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Tunggal Mitra Plantation Manggala 2. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires carried out on 50 employees of the production department at PT Perkebunan Tunggal Mitra Plantation Manggala 2. Data analysis in this study used SPSS Version 22. The sampling technique used was the saturation sampling method and Data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis). Based on the results of the study, obtained the following regression equation: Y = 9,944 + 0.390X1 + 0.115X2 + 0.267X3 + ei means that the F Test shows that compensation, career development, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and the variables are reliable. Partially (t test) shows that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (tcount 4.223> t table 1.675 and a significant level of 0.000 t table 1.675 and a significant level of 0.010 t table 1.675 and a significant level of 0.042

This study aims to determine the effect of time budget pressure (TBP) and professionalism on audit quality with auditor experience and job satisfaction as moderating in KAP in Bali. The population in this study were all auditors who worked in KAP in Bali, amounting to 77 auditors. Determination of samples in this study using non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The sample amounted to 42 auditors. The results of this research questionnaire were measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that time budget pressure has a negative and significant effect on audit quality; professionalism has a positive and significant effect on audit quality; auditor experience weakens the effect of time budget pressure on audit quality, and strengthens the influence of professionalism on audit quality; and job satisfaction weakens the effect of time budget pressure on audit quality, and strengthens the influence of professionalism on audit quality. This study aims to determine how much influence the market segmentation and positioning to purchase decision of the simcard Axis in Padang city. This type of research is causative. The population in this study were peoples in Padag city. The sample were takrn using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique used is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 24.00. This study aims to determine the effect of the competence of human resources, communication and infrastructure on the readiness of local governments in implementing “PP No. 12 of 2019” in the local government of Rokan Hulu district. The population and sample in this study amounted to 45 OPD or 180 respondents. Sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling, and the data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that the competence of human resources, communication and infrastructure has a significant effect on the readiness of local governments in implementing Government Regulation “No. 12 of 2019”.

The objectives to be achieved by the research are to analyze the effect of product design on purchasing decisions, analyze the effect of price on purchasing decisions, and analyze the influence of promotions on purchasing decisions. The object of this research is the home business of Viktoria Flower Bouquet in Ambon City with the type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were consumers of the Victoria Flower Bouquet Shop in Ambon City. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique using a convenience sampling technique using a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple regression analysis with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 application and the IBM SPSS ver application. 22. Based on the results of data analysis, the overall hypothesis proposed can be accepted.   Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dapat penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh desain produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, menganalisis pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan menganalisis pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian. Objek penelitian ini adalah usaha rumahan Buket Bunga Viktoria di Kota Ambon dengan jenis penelitian yag digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Toko Buket Bunga Victoria di Kota Ambon. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik non probability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0 dan aplikasi IBM SPSS ver. 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, maka secara keseluruhan hipotesis yang diusulkan dapat diterima.

The research data used a questionnaire which distributed to respondents and sample was used in this research, using a random sampling technique with a total sample of 65 people. The data analysis method was used in this research with simple and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that training and work discipline had a positive and significant effect to performance of employees at PT. Emsonic Indonesia, The training variable has a more dominant influence than the work discipline variable in influencing the performance of the employees at PT. Emsonic Indonesia.</em>

This research aims to determine the effect of relationship marketing and competitive advantage on marketing performance partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire. The sample technique used is purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study illustrate that relationship marketing partially has a positive and significant impact on marketing performance. Furthermore, partial competitive advantage has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. Determination of the sample in this study using a sampling technique with nonprobability sampling method, especially the purposive sampling method. This research was conducted on all LPDs in Denpasar City. The number of samples taken were 35 LPDs with 105 observations. Data collection is done by questionnaire instrument. The results of this questionnaire were measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the effectiveness variables of the use of SIA, SIA training, and internal LOC have a positive effect on the performance of LPD employees in Denpasar City. This shows that the use of SIA that is more effective, routine in conducting training accompanied by confidence in individual users will provide convenience and benefits for employees who have an influence on improving the performance of LPD employees in Denpasar City. The population in this study consumer uda fes kuliner’s branch Juanda in Padang City with the sampling technique used perposive sampling. The samples were taken using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 21.00. Abstract:Product and price are several factors which are affected consumer consideration in purchasing decision. A qualify product with affordable price will attract people’s interest. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of product and price toward purchasing decision in Morning Bakery Batam. Total sample in this research were 186 people and used non probability sampling technique, which is purposive sampling by choosing the most visited outlet:Windsor branch.  Multiple Regression analysis used as data technique analysis andwas assisted by SPSS 20 software.The result shows product and price have positive and significant impact toward purchasing decision.Based on data analysis in this research, the variabels are valid and reliable. On the classic asumption testing with normal distribution, there were no heteros- kedastisitas and multikolinearitas which were happened. The reretion value for product is 61,7% besides 37,9%for the price. Key words : Price, Product, Purchasing Decision
