The course of male hypogonadism is analyzed in the dynamic functional system including gametogenesis and the endocrine hypothalamo-pituitary-gonadal cycle. Gametogenesis was assessed by the results of cytomorphological analysis of the ejaculate. The hypothalamo-pituitary-gonadal cycle was assessed by measuring FSH, LH, testosterone, and prolactin in the blood. A total of 343 men were examined, 314 of these with spermatogenesis disorders. The continuity of changes in the gametogenesis hypothalamopituitary-gonadal cycle system in the pathogenesis of hypogonadal and primary testicular insufficiency is determined.

The aim of the work was to conduct a comparative assessment of the quality of grilled cheese (halloumi) obtained from the milk of two different breeds of cows. Cheese was prepared accord-ing to the Cypriot halloumi technology, but instead of sheep or goat milk, cattle milk was used. The milk of the red-mottled breed cows differed from the Simmental milk with a higher content of skimmed milk residue, protein, fat and somatic cells. Grilled cheese using hallumi technology from the milk of both breeds of cows meets the requirements of the state standard R 52686-2006 and is bold (according to the Simmental breed) or fat (according to the red-mottled). Grilled cheese using hallumi technology from red-mottled milk has a 7.2% higher yield, 8.1% less mois-ture, is more saturated with lactic acid, but 1.3 times less dense than cheese from Simmental milk. Grilled cheese according to hallumi technology from milk of both breeds of cows is suitable for frying within 6 days from the moment of manufacture.

Purpose. The purpose of this article is to establish the role of state regulation and management in the field of forest relations in order to ensure effective protection, proper protection, rational use and reproduction of forests. Define the powers of state bodies through which the state manages forest resources. Identify forest management functions. To analyze the main tasks of state regulation and management in the field of forest relations. Method. The methodology includes a comprehensive analysis and generalization of available scientific and theoretical material and the formulation of relevant conclusions and recommendations. The following methods of scientific cognition were used during the research: terminological, logical-semantic, functional, system-structural, logical-normative. Results. As a result of the study, it was found that in our country there is a very extensive system of control of government agencies over activities in the forest sector. But its effectiveness is low, because illegal deforestation is carried out en masse, and the authorities that are supposed to monitor it do not seem to notice anything, or officials who depend on the solution of a particular issue decide them in their favor, not in favor of the state. Such cases are not uncommon - mostly mass. Therefore, we need to change and improve this control system - otherwise we may be left without forests. This in turn affects the ecological environment of citizens and their lives and health. Scientific novelty. In the course of the research it was established that the system of state management of forest resources is inefficient and needs to be improved. Practical significance. The results of the study can be used in law-making and law enforcement activities during the implementation of measures for the protection, use and reproduction of forests.

Appropriate concentration of androgens is necessary for general men’s health, especially for development and maintain reproductive and sexual function, as well as metabolic balance. The state  of deficiency of testosterone or its inadequate action, as well as inability to produce good quality semen is called hypogonadism. Depending on the function of the testicles, production of androgens and sperm is also conditioned on hypothalamus-pituitary axis, metabolic status and age of the individual. Considering that, hypogonadism of primary, secondary, functional or late-onset origin may be recognised. As it concerns susceptible matter of sexual and reproductive health, it requires special interest of differently clinicians, i.e. endocrinologists, andrologists or urologists.

The functional state of the visual system of higher school students in conditions of stable intensification (technical, informational, social) is advisable, provided that its effectiveness is achieved. It reflects not so much the efficiency of the functional system of the organism, which characterizes the achievement of the consequence, expressed in a specific result, as the property of the system itself to fulfill the set goal under the given conditions with the required quality. The problem of the state of the visual system of students as a common resource of the visual analyzer is transferred to the field of psychophysiology and pedagogy. Indicators of the effectiveness of the state of the visual system of students characterize the degree of adaptability of the system to the performance of the assigned tasks and are generalizing indicators of the optimal functioning of the visual system. In psychophysiological research of an applied nature, such indicators are considered to be the functional level of the system, the stability of the reaction and the level of its functional capabilities as predictors of the sensory state. A particularly productive area of psychophysiological research of vision in this regard can be the study of the distribution physiological conditions of the visual system. In general, scientific research of the visual system as a resource for information processing is developing similarly to the research of the visual analyzer. In the models of the selection education system, the concept of the visual process as a filtering mechanism for the selection of information has not been sufficiently studied. In resource models, the theories of the resources of the visual system as sensory perception have come to replace the common nonspecific resources.

This chapter examines why resegregation was never prevented by the state of California. It asks, why did California, the world's greatest urban project during the first three quarters of the twentieth century, decide that it no longer needed to collectively invest in its urban future? Why did it not develop a more functional system of urban and regional politics that could have dealt with the sins of the postwar era? Why could it not wean itself from an overreliance on certain forms of infrastructure without constructing an entirely new map of inequality? A common recent explanation for this inaction reaches beyond development politics to basic governance. A second set of reasons for inaction fits squarely within the focus on neoliberalism and Reaganite revanchism.

Linear elements in the agricultural landscape, particularly windbreaks, reduce the wind speed and improve the microclimate in the protected zone. They offer many direct effects on agricultural production with maximum benefits of ecosystem biodiversity. Despite the indisputable advantages and favourable effects of permanent linear vegetation elements, their representation in the agricultural landscape is not as frequent as it used to be. Moreover, the formerly planted elements do not fulfil their original function due to the overgrowth and neglected maintenance. The optimum spatial and functional organisation of the newly proposed linear elements requires evaluation of the existing linear vegetation, its functional parameters and involvement in the landscape ecological network. Our report presents methods for the evaluation of the linear elements, both from the aspect of their internal structure and species composition (category A) and their involvement in the functional system (category B). The evaluation is based on seven established criteria and results in a point scoring system that reflects the characteristics of the reference criteria. In five selected localities, we tested the linear elements as individuals by the A method and their integrity by the B method of evaluation. In one locality only, the state of windbreaks was assessed as functional; at two localities, they were found as conditionally functional, and at two other localities, the state of the windbreaks was assessed as non-functional. An example of the evaluation of individual windbreaks (category A) is demonstrated in model localities in South Moravia, Czech Republic. The results of the evaluation of the model localities thus point out an unsatisfactory state of the linear elements in the region of South Moravia and the need to accord them increased care and to establish new plantations under professional supervision. Their building can be sped up by using the tools of land consolidation.

Abstract The article presents a semiotic model of “aircraft conditions” in flight and multilevel structures of an aircraft. The hierarchical structure of abstract models is divided into blocks and levels that make them more compact by applying a mathematical apparatus corresponding to the goals sated. The above models were tested on the basis of statistical data on TU-154 aircraft failures for 10 years. Various aircraft functional system failures in flight were examined. The state of the aircraft is identified by normative indicators recorded in the “Aircraft Technical Operation Manual”.

Various authors have emphasized the spatial information resident in an electron micrograph taken with adequately coherent radiation. In view of the completion of at least one such instrument, this opportunity is taken to summarize the state of the art of processing such micrographs. We use the usual symbols for the aberration coefficients, and supplement these with £ and 6 for the transverse coherence length and the fractional energy spread respectively. He also assume a weak, biologically interesting sample, with principal interest lying in the molecular skeleton remaining after obvious hydrogen loss and other radiation damage has occurred.
