The functional state of the visual system of higher school students in conditions of stable intensification (technical, informational, social) is advisable, provided that its effectiveness is achieved. It reflects not so much the efficiency of the functional system of the organism, which characterizes the achievement of the consequence, expressed in a specific result, as the property of the system itself to fulfill the set goal under the given conditions with the required quality. The problem of the state of the visual system of students as a common resource of the visual analyzer is transferred to the field of psychophysiology and pedagogy. Indicators of the effectiveness of the state of the visual system of students characterize the degree of adaptability of the system to the performance of the assigned tasks and are generalizing indicators of the optimal functioning of the visual system. In psychophysiological research of an applied nature, such indicators are considered to be the functional level of the system, the stability of the reaction and the level of its functional capabilities as predictors of the sensory state. A particularly productive area of psychophysiological research of vision in this regard can be the study of the distribution physiological conditions of the visual system. In general, scientific research of the visual system as a resource for information processing is developing similarly to the research of the visual analyzer. In the models of the selection education system, the concept of the visual process as a filtering mechanism for the selection of information has not been sufficiently studied. In resource models, the theories of the resources of the visual system as sensory perception have come to replace the common nonspecific resources.

Abstract: The functional state of the central nervous system was determined by the method of variational chronoreflexometry. The calculated criteria for assessing the functional level of the nervous system (FLS, conventional units), the stability of the nervous reaction (SR, conventional units), the level of functional capabilities of the formed functional system (LFC, conventional units) were analyzed. The observation group was made up of medical workers of PCR laboratories during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results were processed by the variational-statistical method with the calculation of average values (M), representativeness errors (±m), the reliability of differences was determined by the Student's t-test using applied statistical packages Statistica 6.0. It was found that the functional state of the central nervous system in PCR laboratory workers is characterized by the development of significant fatigue and depletion of the functional reserves of the central nervous system, as evidenced by a significant decrease in the level of the formed functional system (FSL) from 2.40±0.04 to 2.13±0.095 units, the stability of the reaction (SR) to 66.25-74.54%. The ability of the central nervous system to form and maintain an adaptive functional system of adaptation to environmental factors significantly decreased by the end of the shift in the observation group by 43.12%- 48.01%. The identified features of the functional state of the central nervous system and the working capacity of medical workers in PCR laboratories during the COVID-19 pandemic will be used for further causation of changes in their health status in difficult working conditions.

The state of the visual system is part of the health of an individual. One of the most important aspects of the educational process at the university, along with obtaining a quality education, is the preservation of the health of students. Indicators of the effectiveness of the state of the visual system of students characterize the degree of adaptability of the system to the performance of the assigned tasks and are generalizing indicators of the optimal functioning of the visual system. In general, scientific studies of the visual system as a resource for information processing are developing similarly to studies of the visual analyzer. “Student health” refers to objective indicators and a subjective feeling of a complex state and harmony, characterized by good health, social well-being, and high working capacity. A survey was conducted to assess the awareness of the prevalence and knowledge of common eye diseases among the student population in the city of Kyzylorda. The results of a questionnaire survey on eye hygiene and major eye diseases are presented. Revealed the percentage of students' awareness and the state of eye health. Conclusions and recommendations are provided for solving awareness problems among students in terms of visual indicators. Today, one of the ways to increase the level of knowledge about the functioning of the visual analyzer, eye diseases and preventive measures is to promote health information programs, develop an elective course in the physiology of human sensory systems in the subject of Human Physiology.

Introduction.Performing complex design operations on the screen of personal computers (PC) makes serious demands on the state of the visual system of users, which determined the need to study the impact of intense activity on the function of vision. The aim of the studyis to study the impact of activities from the PC on the functional state of the visual analyzer in persons performing intense visual work in the dynamics of the working day.Materials and methods.A group of professional PC users performing design work, including the solution of complex and important tasks, is examined. We studied the nature of the work of employees in terms of interest of the visual analyzer. Measurements of lighting parameters at workplaces of PC users were carried out. Dynamic observations of the state of the functions of the visual organ of the examined persons were made.Results.PC users performed accurate visual work, solved complex tasks, the time of work with the screen was more than 7 hours during the working day. The organization of lighting and lighting indicators in the workplace meet the standards. The study of the functions of the visual analyzer showed an extension of the simple sensorimotor reaction time in the first half of the working day by 11.1%, by the end of the work — by 25.0%. Visual performance according to the Landolt test by the number of viewed signs and errors significantly decreased during the working day. The decrease in color sensitivity in the dynamics of the working day extended to all the colors presented, there was no complete restoration of color differentiation during the lunch break. By the end of the work, the increase in color separation thresholds was 33.5–39.0%. The change in the condition of visual functions according achromatic disperarii and sensorimotor reactions depending on the duration of the work. After the first hour of work develops eyestrain, increasing the duration of work with the PC leads to a further change in the functions of vision, increasing fatigue. Correlation analysis showed a direct relationship between the duration of work and the deterioration of functions.Conclusions.The results of the study show the development of visual fatigue, reduced color sensitivity, change in the speed of processingof visual information. An important role for the preservation of visual and overall performance is the organization of labor: theintroduction of breaks after each hour of work will reduce the rapid development of vision fatigue. Periodic medical examinations playan important role in the prevention of morbidity. Awareness of users about the adverse factors of working conditions and workflowwhen using a PC is alsorelevant.

The state of the second remained tube after the- tubal pregnancy operation in 16 patients is studied by kymographic tubal insufflation. Salpingectomy is performed in 14 patients and linear salpingotomy of the only uterine tube is performed in 2 patients. The other tube is removed during the first tubal pregnancy operation. It is found that in all patients the remained tubes are permeable as this takes place permeability, contractile activity and contraction rate decrease in 7 patients (in 5 patients after salpingectomy, in 2 patients after salpingotomy). Kymographic tubal insufflation is the information investigation method of the state of the remained uterine tube after the tubal pregnancy operation.

In domestic and foreign practice, a great deal of experience has been accumulated in the creation of means for monitoring the functional state of the human body. The existing complexes mainly analyze the electrocardiogram, blood pressure and a number of other physiological parameters. Diagnostics is often based on formal statistical data which are not always correct due to the nonstationarity of bioprocesses and without taking into account their physical nature. An urgent task of monitoring the state of the cardiovascular system is the creation of effective algorithms for computer technologies to process biosignals based on nonlinear dynamic models of body systems since biosystems and bioprocesses have a nonlinear nature and fractal structure. The nervous and muscular systems of the heart, the vascular and bronchial systems of the human body are examples of such structures. The connection of body systems with their organization in the form of self-similar fractal structures with scaling close to the “golden ratio” makes it possible to diagnose them topically. It is possible to obtain detailed information about the state of the human body’s bio-networks for topical diagnostics on the basis of the wavelet analysis of biosignals (the so-called wavelet-introscopy). With the help of wavelet transform, it is possible to reveal the structure of biosystems and bioprocesses, as a picture of the lines of local extrema of wavelet diagrams of biosignals. Mathematical models and software for wavelet introscopy make it possible to extract additional information from biosignals about the state of biosystems. Early detection of latent forms of diseases using wavelet introscopy can shorten the cure time and reduce the consequences of disorders of the functional state of the body (FSO), and reduce the risk of disability. Taking into account the factors of organizing the body’s biosystems in the form of self-similar fractal structures with a scaling close to the “golden ratio” makes it possible to create a technique for topical diagnostics of the most important biosystems of the human body.

Recognition of Kazakh language as the state language of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, adoption of ‘State programme of functioning and development of languages for 2011–2020’, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan ‘On languages of the Republic of Kazakhstan’, ‘The State programme on education and science development for 2016–2020’ allowed our native language to develop and prosper. Nowadays, special attention is paid to the problem of teaching the Kazakh language. In today's organised pedagogical environment, it is not fully examined the need for the development of communication skills of elementary school students and scientifically-based and practical communication to solve this problem via audio and graphic tools. Therefore, this article focuses on the need to teach elementary school students to work with audio and graphic materials and technology issues on the use of practical materials. Provided that the theoretical foundations for the development of communication skills of elementary school students through audio-visual aids hold true, the structural-substantial model will allow the development of each student’s individual abilities and creativity. Taking into account the foregoing, we have set up a positive outline of the effectiveness of the work with audio equipment through the organisation of practical work, practice-assemblage, research, diagnostics, practical work in elementary school teachers through specially organised thematic seminars

While national surveillance studies have stratified high school students’ health behavior outcomes, few ecological data sets have been explored, collected, and analyzed on the unique health problems of minority children. An area for which limited data on minority youth has been collected is Franklin County, home of the state capital of Kentucky. In the current study, we use baseline data collected in 2015 from students attending two high schools that were sites for Kentucky State University’s Youth Empowerment Project. We hypothesize that youth who reside in Franklin County would report lower maladjusted behaviors than their national and statewide counterparts in the same year of observation. Data analyses confirm that compared to their national- and state-level counterparts, Franklin County high school students were less likely to report riding with a driver who had been drinking alcohol, engaging in sexual intercourse, drinking alcohol before sexual intercourse, and experiencing non-condom use when engaged in sexual intercourse, forced sexual intercourse, dating violence, cyber bullying, suicidal ideation, and drug use. These findings suggest that Franklin County high school students may be exposed to environmental variables that may be preventive to maladjusted behaviors.

The lecture provides information on approaches to the assessment of fetal cardiotocography during pregnancy and childbirth. Assessment of the functional state of the fetus during pregnancy and childbirth remains one of the most difficult tasks of perinatology and obstetrics. The question of the state of the intrauterine fetus has been of interest to obstetricians for a long time. For the first time, the possibility of auscultation of fetal heart sounds was reported in 1818.
