This study aimed to test the effect of the brand image, brand trust, and customer satisfaction on brand loyalty NIKE shoes in Surabaya. This quantitative study used SPSS version 16.00 for the data analysis, with the population of Nike shoes in Surabaya. The data were collected using questionnaires towards 80 respondents. They were selected based on the method of purposive sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis was also for analyzing the data. The results showed that (1) there is a significant difference between the variables of brand image on brand loyalty Nike shoes in Surabaya, (2) there is also a significant difference between the variables of confidence in the brand to brand loyalty Nike shoes in Surabaya (3) a significant difference between the variables customer satisfaction on brand loyalty Nike shoes in Surabaya.

Objective - This study was conducted to determine the effect of brand image, price and awareness toward brand loyalty through customer satisfaction. In this study, 260 questionnaires were distributed to Samsung smartphone holders. Methodology/Technique - This research was conducted in Indonesia with the object of the research being the Samsung brands in relation to smartphones. The criteria of the respondents used was consumers who have used Samsung smartphones at least twice. In this study, as many as 260 questionnaires were distributed. Findings - The results use multiple linear regression analysis, indicating that brand image and brand awareness significantly effect brand loyalty, while price does not have a significant effect on brand loyalty. Further, brand image significantly effects customer satisfaction. The study also found that customer satisfaction mediates the effect of brand image on brand loyalty. Novelty - The study uses original data to identify influences on brand loyalty. Type of Paper - Empirical Keywords: Brand Awareness; Brand Image; Brand Loyalty; Customer Satisfaction; Price.

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, product quality and price on purchasing decisions on Vaseline hand and body lotion products. The population is female students of University Samudra who use these products. Because the number is not known with certainty, a sample of 96 people was determined using the Cochran formula. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that partially, brand image, product quality and price had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Vaseline hand and body lotion products. In addition, the results of the study stated that the brand image, product quality and price simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions on the product.

The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of lifestyle and brand image simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency. The research framework used in this research is causal quantitative. The sample used in this research determined through accidental sampling. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The research instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique done by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research are: 1) lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency, 2) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency, and 3) Lifestyle and brand image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency.

This study aims to determine the effect of location, price, and product quality on  customer satisfaction of Hanna Kebab Kebumen. The problems raised in this study are the Analysis of the Influence of Location, price, and product quality on customer satisfaction of Hanna Kebab Kebumen, with the aim of knowing how much the influence of Location, Price, and Product Quality on Hanna Kebab Kebumen consumer satisfaction partially or simultaneously Sample data taken in this study are Hanna Kebab Kebumen consumers, amounting to 100 consumers as respondents. Instruments or data collection tools in this study were using questionnaires / questionnaires.  The data analysis tool used in this study is using multiple linear regression analysis. Data analysis techniques used include qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis consisting of validity test, reliability test, t test, F test, multiple linear regression analysis (Likert scale). ) Data were analyzed with the help of SPSS Release 22 for Windows.  From the results of the proof of the first hypothesis that the location partially has a significant effect on satisfaction. From the results of the second hypothesis that prices partially have a significant effect on satisfaction. From the results of the third hypothesis proving that product quality partially has a significant effect on satisfaction. From the results of the fourth hypothesis Location, Price, and Quality of Products simultaneously have a significant effect on satisfaction.  R Square determination coefficient value obtained 0.246 means that 24.6% satisfaction is influenced by the location variable, price, and product quality while the remaining 75.4% (100% -24.6%) is caused by other variables.

This study aims to find out the influence of atmosphere, food quality, and perception of value on customer satisfaction. This research uses a type of Quantitative Associative research. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, namely customers at Sumbawa Goa Restaurant. Sampling techniques using non probability sampling and purposive sampling. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the three free variables namely atmosphere, food quality and value perception have a positive and significant influence on restaurant customer satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality (direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and concern) on the satisfaction of prepaid electricity customers at PT PLN (Persero) Gresik, case study: Ngipik Village, Gresik District. This study uses a quantitative approach. the subject of this study was prepaid electricity customers of PT. PLN (Persero) Gresik, with 120 samples. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis. The regression results obtained t count of 3.571 while the t table amounted to 1.980 which means direct evidence has an effect on customer satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Gresik. Reliability variable has t count of 2.856 while t table is 1.980, therefore the reliability variable influences customer satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Gresik. The responsiveness variable has a t count of 2.696 while the t table is 1.980 so the responsiveness variable influences customer satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Gresik. The guarantee variable has a t count of 3.039 while the t table is 1.980 so the guarantee variable influences customer satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Gresik. Concern variables have t arithmetic of 3.410 while t table is 1.980 so that the variables of concern affect customer satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Gresik. direct evidence variables, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and concern have a simultaneous and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Service quality, price, and atmosphere influence customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, price, and atmosphere on customer satisfaction at Bakso Boedjangan Bintara. The study population was customers of Bakso Boedjangan Bintara and samples taken by 100 people. The data analysis method of this research is multiple linear regression analysis previously tested with the classic assumption test. The test results show that service quality, price, and atmosphere have an effect on customer satisfaction Bakso Boedjangan Bintara.Keywords: Service quality, price, and atmosphere influence customer satisfaction ABSTRAKKualitas pelayanan, harga dan suasana berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze how important the perceived value of Elsirestore's products is on customer loyalty, to test and analyze how much satisfaction increases with customer loyalty at Elsirestore, and to test and analyze perceived value of customer loyalty to Elsirestore's products with customer satisfaction. The method of data collection using a questionnaire conducted on respondents, namely consumers of Elsirestore. Data analysis techniques in testing the hypothesis of this study used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results show that the Perceived Value variable has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, as evidenced by the p value = 0.037 (p <0.05), which means there is a significant effect, where the better the Perceived Value, the better the Customer Loyalty. Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty as evidenced by the p value = 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, where the better customer satisfaction, the better Customer Loyalty. Customer satisfaction moderates the effect of perceived value on customer loyalty at Elsirestore. This is indicated by the value of p value = <0.001 (p<0.05).
