Objective - This study was conducted to determine the effect of brand image, price and awareness toward brand loyalty through customer satisfaction. In this study, 260 questionnaires were distributed to Samsung smartphone holders. Methodology/Technique - This research was conducted in Indonesia with the object of the research being the Samsung brands in relation to smartphones. The criteria of the respondents used was consumers who have used Samsung smartphones at least twice. In this study, as many as 260 questionnaires were distributed. Findings - The results use multiple linear regression analysis, indicating that brand image and brand awareness significantly effect brand loyalty, while price does not have a significant effect on brand loyalty. Further, brand image significantly effects customer satisfaction. The study also found that customer satisfaction mediates the effect of brand image on brand loyalty. Bali is one of the popular destinations in Indonesia. It is not only popular for the international tourists, but also for domestic tourist. One large segment of Bali domestic tourist is from Jakarta. This segment like to buy food souvenir from Bali, even though the food do not presenting Balinese local food. The purpose of this research is to determine the degree of influence from brand image, brand awareness and dimension of food souvenirs from Bali towards buying decisions of Tourist from Jakarta when they are in Bali. Usually, product with good brand image and good brand awareness could attract people to buy the products.This research uses descriptive quantitative approach, where the data is collected through questionnaire and observations. To analyze the data, multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS program was applied. The result will determine if the brand awareness and brand image of food souvenirs really influence buying decision of tourist from Jakarta or not. The benefit of this research is expected that it will be a beneficial insight for the tourism industry in Bali in making a strategy for increasing tourist expenditure, from the food souvenirs sector.

This study aimed to test the effect of the brand image, brand trust, and customer satisfaction on brand loyalty NIKE shoes in Surabaya. This quantitative study used SPSS version 16.00 for the data analysis, with the population of Nike shoes in Surabaya. The data were collected using questionnaires towards 80 respondents. They were selected based on the method of purposive sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis was also for analyzing the data. The results showed that (1) there is a significant difference between the variables of brand image on brand loyalty Nike shoes in Surabaya, (2) there is also a significant difference between the variables of confidence in the brand to brand loyalty Nike shoes in Surabaya (3) a significant difference between the variables customer satisfaction on brand loyalty Nike shoes in Surabaya.

The bank as a service company places great importance on satisfaction through services and products. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, namely bank customers who live and have bank accounts in the Cibubur area. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The study found that service quality did not affect customer satisfaction, while product quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of brand awareness (X1), brand loyalty (X2) and price (X3) on Customer Satisfaction (Y). The method used is the interactive-associative research. This research population is all of the PT. Jico Agung’s customer in East Jakarta. The sampling technique is done by purposive sampling with certain criteria. The sample of the research are 30 respondents (PT. Jico Agung’s customer who live in RT.013 and 014, RW.07, North Utan Kayu, East Jakarta. Data collection is using observation, interviews and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is quantitative analysis, including correlation analysis, determination analysis and multiple linear regression analysis (simultaneously), and hypothesis testing using t-test and F-test. The results of data processing performed with SPSS 25.0 for windows. The value of correlation coefficient (R) is 0,848. The value of determination coefficient (R2) is 0,687. It means that 68,7% variation of dependent variable (Customer Satisfaction) could be predicted from the combination of variables (brand awareness, brand loyalty and price) and the remaining 31,3% is influenced by other factors. The regression equation was obtained Ŷ = 0,26 + 0,360 X1+ 0,397X2 + 0,234X3. For the F test obtained F value is calculated at 22.266, greater than F-table (2,98) with α = 5%, so the conclusion: reject Ho and Ha is accepted. It means there is significant influence of brand awareness (X1), brand loyalty (X2) and price (X3) together on Customer Satisfaction (Y).

The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of lifestyle and brand image simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency. The research framework used in this research is causal quantitative. The sample used in this research determined through accidental sampling. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The research instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique done by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research are: 1) lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency, 2) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency, and 3) Lifestyle and brand image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency.

This study aims to determine the effect of location, price, and product quality on  customer satisfaction of Hanna Kebab Kebumen. The problems raised in this study are the Analysis of the Influence of Location, price, and product quality on customer satisfaction of Hanna Kebab Kebumen, with the aim of knowing how much the influence of Location, Price, and Product Quality on Hanna Kebab Kebumen consumer satisfaction partially or simultaneously Sample data taken in this study are Hanna Kebab Kebumen consumers, amounting to 100 consumers as respondents. Instruments or data collection tools in this study were using questionnaires / questionnaires.  The data analysis tool used in this study is using multiple linear regression analysis. Data analysis techniques used include qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis consisting of validity test, reliability test, t test, F test, multiple linear regression analysis (Likert scale). ) Data were analyzed with the help of SPSS Release 22 for Windows.  From the results of the proof of the first hypothesis that the location partially has a significant effect on satisfaction. From the results of the second hypothesis that prices partially have a significant effect on satisfaction. From the results of the third hypothesis proving that product quality partially has a significant effect on satisfaction. From the results of the fourth hypothesis Location, Price, and Quality of Products simultaneously have a significant effect on satisfaction.  R Square determination coefficient value obtained 0.246 means that 24.6% satisfaction is influenced by the location variable, price, and product quality while the remaining 75.4% (100% -24.6%) is caused by other variables.

The main purpose of this research is to identify the influence of product quality (X1) and service quality (X2) towards King Cake’s customer satisfaction (Y). The population of this research is King Cake’s customers. The sample size is 63 respondents. Respondents are selected using non-probability sampling, which is Purposive Sampling. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The validity and reliability testing to each indicator is taken before performing the multiple linear regression analysis. The research shows that  product quality (X1) and service quality (X2) significantly influences King Cake’s customer satisfaction (Y). The finding shows that service quality (X2) gives more significant value towards customer satisfaction (Y) than product quality (X1) does.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of physical evidence, reliability, response, assurance and empathy on customer satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative research. The object of this research is PT. BRI Painan Branch Tapan Unit. The sampling method used is incidental sampling and the data is processed by multiple linear regression analysis, test the validity, reliability and hypothesis testing with the t test and test f. The results of the physical evidence research t count> t table so that the physical evidence has an effect on customer satisfaction, the results of reliability research t count> t table so that reliability has an effect on customer satisfaction, the results of the research t count> t table so that the responses affect the customer satisfaction, the results of the research guarantee t count> t table so that shows that collateral affects customer satisfaction, the results of empirical research t count > t table so that it shows empathy affects customer satisfaction and the results of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. f count > f table so that it shows physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy that have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Method used in this research was explanatory survey. It was a quantitative research with service, product appeal, and customer satisfaction as the object. The research population was Eka Bumi Arta Bank Metro City customers with a total sample of 80 customers taken by accidental sampling technique. The decision making of the analysis-based research result was using multiple linear regression analysis. The research is to analyze the effect of service and product appeal on satisfaction of general credit customers at Eka Bumi Artha Bank Metro City. It was a descriptive qualitative research, a research procedure that produces descriptive data based on the result of quantitative analysis of research variables. Data collection techniques used were interview, documentation, and questionnaire. Analytical tool used was data quality analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion is that the service analysis result has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product appeal has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. In addition, Service and Product Appeal simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. It can be said that the independent variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction based on these results. Keywords : Service, Product Appeal, Customer Satisfaction.
