Human resource management system with the Western scientific model raises tension and scientific disparity. Many people then conceptualize new models in managing human resources to be more in line with the Islamic concept. However, this would only add to the debate at the theoretical level. Amid the theoretical debate process, Pamella Supermarket and Woreong Steak & Shake applied the human resource management model in an applicable manner to their employees. Based on this, this research seeks to reveal the management carried out by the two companies so that it can be conceptualized in the management of human resource management based on Islamic principles. To get this picture, this study uses a descriptive-qualitative method with a data analysis model using a phenomenological approach. The results showed that both Waroeng Steak & Shake and Pamella Supermarket involved religious aspects in managing human resources with different criteria. These differences are found in the procurement and development process. In the procurement process, Waroeng Steak & Shake emphasizes religious criteria such as the ability to read the Koran, while Pamella emphasizes politeness. In training & development, Waroeng Steak & Shake conducts religious and employment training while Pamella does not hold training activities. In compensation, maintenance and dismissal, both Waroeng Grop and Pamella Supermarket have the same criteria.Sistem pelololaan sumberdaya manusia dengan model keilmuan Barat memunculkan ketegangan dan disparitas keilmuan. Banyak kalangan kemudian mengkonsepsi model-model baru dalam pengelolaan sumberdaya manusia agar lebih sesuai dengan konsep Islam. Akan tetapi hal tersebut justru menambah perdebatan dalam tataran teoritis. Ditengah proses perdebatan teoritis, Pamella Supermarket dan Woreong Steak & Shake justru menerapkan model pengelolaan sumberdaya manusia secara aplikatif kepada karywan-karyawannya. Atas dasar hal tersebut, penelitian ini berusaha mengungkapkan pengelolaan yang dilakukan oleh kedua perusaan sehingga dapat terkonsep secara jelas manajemen pengelolaan sumberdaya manusia berdasarkan prinsip ke-Islaman. Untuk mendapatkan gambaran tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-kualitatif dengan model analisis data menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik Waroeng Steak & Shake maupun Pamella Supermarket melibatkan aspek-aspek agama dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dengan kriteria yang berbeda. Perbedaan tersebut terdapat pada proses pengadaan dan pengembangan. Pada proses pengadaan, Waroeng Steak & Shake menekankan kriteria agama seperti kemampuan Baca Tulis AlQuran, sedangkan Pamella menekankan pada kesopanan. Pada pelatihan & pengembangan, Waroeng Steak & Shake mengadakan pelatihan agama dan pekerjaan sedangkan Pamella tidak menyelenggarkan kegiatan pelatihan. Pada kompensasi, pemeliharaan dan pemberhentian, baik Waroeng Grop maupun Pamella Supermarket memiliki kriteria yang sama.

The article is devoted to the problem of human resource management in organizations. We consider a system of personnel management as the main condition of increase of efficiency of management of human resources in the organization. On the example of construction organizations the main results of the monitoring practices of human resource management are presented. Human resource management system based on the perspective of the tool – controlling staff is proposed.


Annotation. Human resources management is currently carried out at all levels: from structural units of the organization to government levels. The main recommendations in the field of human resource management were developed by the International Labor Organization. The main provisions of the ILO are aimed at creating relationships between various parties of the labor process, maintaining normal and safe working conditions in the workplace. In any state has its own system of government bodies dealing with social policy, employment management and labor relations. In the Republic of Uzbekistan, at present, the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations functions as part of the Government. The article presents the formation of an effective human resource management system. Currently, in science and in the practice of human resource management, various concepts are distinguished to denote the participation of people in the labor process, such as labor resources, labor force, human resources, labor potential, and human resources. Due to the fact that the development of theoretical and practical knowledge about managing people is of an evolutionary nature, the system of views on methods and methods of management was formed as society’s perception of the values and needs of people developed.

One of the important resources in management  is human  resources. The importance of human resources needs to be realized by all levels of management. However advanced technology is today, the human factor still plays an important role for the success of a Puskesmas. The study aims to evaluate the HR management system in planning, organizing, directing, and contolling the work placement of officers at Puskesmas Malingping. The type of research used in the research is qualitative fenomenology research, namely observation, in-depth  interviews and documentation. The resuls showed that the Puskesmas Malingping reports the shortage to the health office by looking at the vacancies in the health center. Health workers, midwives and nurses who do not have competence in the fields of management, UKP Pharmachy and laboratory analysis are forced to fill the vacancies in these sections due to a lack of manpower. The conclusion of this researcher shows that the human resource management system at the puskesmas Malingping four aspects, namely planning, organizing, directing and controlling and its evaluation shows that the human resource management system in work placements at the puskesmas Malingping has not been maximized due to the lack of health works resulting in placement work that is not in accordance with the disiplince of science

This article attempts to analyze how the relevance of international human resource management and the demands of the world of work through an in-depth study of the evidence findings from the studies of global HR governance and employment experts. In short, we search the literature utilizing an online search. Our analysis involves coding, evaluating, interpreting systems under a phenomenological approach to obtain correct, valid, and reliable answers. So the results of our study can conclude that there is a relevance between international human resource management and the needs of the world of work between countries. The use of international-level human resources to achieve business targets without national borders is known as international human resource management. Thus this input is an addition to the parties involved in the world of international human resources management.

Human resource management (HRM) is a recognition of the importance of human labor as vital resources that contribute to the goals of the organization, and utilization of multiple functions and activities to ensure that they are used effectively and fairly for the benefit of individuals, organizations, and society. Now human resource management has a unique and timely opportunity to improve productivity. Eventhough, productivity improvement does not means only increase the output. In addition, the evaluation of program responsibles and meets the special needs of employees with efficient cost. It is a very effective manner that very important, as organizations are tempted to cut costs and improve quality in their company. Without evaluation, it is very difficult to demonstrate that the development is the reason for the improvement. Human Resources Development can maintain and support productivity, as well as company isolate of lack of expertise of the human resources for the current job and future. The results are used in evaluating development programs include participant satisfaction with the training and development program development, learning knowledge or skills, the use of knowledge and skills on the job, and the results such as sale, productivity, or the prevention of accidents. Evaluation can also compare costs against benefits that receive development (return on investment).

Green HRM is the latest footstep in the organization. Human resource management is the major part of all organizations. So whatever the changes we need obviously we go with the human resource force. Human resource management is an important faction of management that deals with the most valuable assets of an organization which is Human Resource. “Customer is the king” is an age old business mantra accentuating the importance of customers in every business. Customer is only a part of success in the business field. For the survival of market in the present scenario we mainly focus on human resource- USP, and their environment –G HRM. This paper is an attempt to disclose, the ecstatic and stimulated working environment and unique potentiality of each human resource to enable the organization to be successful in the competitive corporate world there by enabling attainment of profit by the shareholders. Only through proper motivation and stimulus can we bring forth the integral potentiality- Passion Quotient, of the human resources for the success of the business. Thus this paper focuses on how these green practices enable to bring out innate potential and develop a powerful social conscience and a green sense of responsibility through the human resource for the success of the business.

Human resources are an important asset in the entire company operations activity. A human resources management support system should be provided to improve performance in  accordance with the company target. The purpose of this study is to design a model of operational and human resource management support systems that can integrate employee performance data, simplify management of employee data, and generate reports in the form of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Binusian Level. Methodology used in this study is using literature study, design, and test a model to make operational and human resource management information system.
