Celebrity as a media person is not a new thing on the context of communication studies. On some various contexts, celebrities are benefited with its added value on popularity. The construction of value that been built by celebrities are also studied, particularly in relation with new media development, through the dynamic of information and communication technology. On the context of celebrity’s consumption on the perspective of cultural function on new media, one of the concepts that appear is celebrity watchers. Consumption type also varied and it needs depth identification on academic studies, one of them is consumption practice that manifested on fandom. Fan typology inside the fandom also been analysed to see the meaning that been interpreted by audiences of the celebrity’s message. By using case study on the context of Agnez Monica’s fanbase (Nez In da Club or NIC), we found out that on the context of NIC Jogja and Jakarta, there are various type of fans, such as enthusiast, cultist, and petty producer.

So far, in implementing school strategies, they tend not to utilize Information and Communication Technology (ICT), despite the availability of ICT resources available. Stages of strategic management are needed to generate the vision, mission, objectives, policy, program, budget, and procedures as well as control and evaluation process as an effort to utilize ICT to improve school quality. Based on the interpretation and the results of the study, it is concluded that schools have organized stages in strategic management that enable schools to have a quality profile. The impact of effective utilization of ICTs for schools is the achievement of effective school management, as per the National Education Standards, which is characterized by effective planning, implementation, control, and evaluation of school ICTs.The purpose of this study is to get a general description, describe, and reveal the Strategic Management of Information and Communication Technology Utilization to Improve the Quality of School Learning in Ciledug Al Musaddadiyah Vocational High School and Garut 1 Vocational High School, both on environmental analysis, strategic formulation, implementation and strategic evaluation. The research method used in this research is the case study method, because the problems studied occur in the place and situation of Ciledug Al Musaddadiyah Vocational School and Vocational High School 1 Garut. The use of case study models in this study is based on the consideration that to provide an overview of the strategic management activities of the use of ICTs carried out at vocational high schools with the ultimate goal of being able to improve the quality of school learning. Based on observations in the field of SMK 1 Garut and SMK Al Musaddadiyah Ciledug Garut is one of the public schools and private schools that have these advantages.

This study aims to describe the use of MAKSI: Information and Communication Technology (ICT) based accounting multimedia in improving students' understanding on bank reconciliation material in Vocational High Schools (SMK). This research is a quantitative-descriptive research with case study method involving 40 students. Data collection techniques used are tests using essay tests, observations, and interviews. The result showed that the average understanding before using MAKSI is 52.18 with the less category, while after using MAKSI the average increases to 76.23 with good category. Before using MAKSI, 65% of students have less understanding, 27.5% have sufficient understanding, while 10% have good understanding. After using MAKSI, the percentage of the the students who have good understanding increases to 40%. In addition, there are 40% of students who have very good understanding. Those who have less understanding are only 7.5% while 12.5% of them have sufficient understanding. Thus, the use of MAKSI in learning in SMK can improve students' understanding.

The purpose of this study is to discuss media convergence as the development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). This study uses a historical perspective which is the first media age with the broadcast pattern and the second media age with interactivity patterns. Results of research Broadcast media that use radio frequency transmission can now be accessed through an Internet connection as streaming media. In conclusion, the public can access radio and television through an internet connection and reduce the need for these devices, using an internet connection when it is available for the network to access broadcasts. Background Information and communication technology (ICT)–based solutions have the potential to support informal caregivers in home care delivery. However, there are many challenges to the deployment of these solutions. Objective The aim of this study was to review literature to explore the challenges of the deployment of ICT-based support solutions for informal caregivers and provide relevant recommendations on how to overcome these challenges. Methods A scoping review methodology was used following the Arksey and O’Malley methodological framework to map the relevant literature. A search was conducted using PubMed, IEEE library, and Scopus. Publication screening and scrutiny were conducted following inclusion criteria based on inductive thematic analysis to gain insight into patterns of challenges rising from deploying ICT-based support solutions for informal caregivers. The analysis took place through an iterative process of combining, categorizing, summarizing, and comparing information across studies. Through this iterative process, relevant information was identified and coded under emergent broader themes as they pertain to each of the research questions. Results The analysis identified 18 common challenges using a coding scheme grouping them under four thematic categories: technology-related, organizational, socioeconomic, and ethical challenges. These range from specific challenges related to the technological component of the ICT-based service such as design and usability of technology, to organizational challenges such as fragmentation of support solutions to socioeconomic challenges such as funding of technology and sustainability of solutions to ethical challenges around autonomy and privacy of data. For each identified challenge, recommendations were created on how to overcome it. The recommendations from this study can provide guidance for the deployment of ICT-based support solutions for informal caregivers. Conclusions Despite a growing interest in the potential offered by ICT solutions for informal caregiving, diverse and overlapping challenges to their deployment still remain. Designers for ICTs for informal caregivers should follow participatory design and involve older informal caregivers in the design process as much as possible. A collaboration between designers and academic researchers is also needed to ensure ICT solutions are designed with the current empirical evidence in mind. Taking actions to build the digital skills of informal caregivers early in the caregiving process is crucial for optimal use of available ICT solutions. Moreover, the lack of awareness of the potential added-value and trust toward ICT-based support solutions requires strategies to raise awareness among all stakeholders—including policy makers, health care professionals, informal caregivers, and care recipients—about support opportunities offered by ICT. On the macro-level, policies to fund ICT solutions that have been shown to be effective at supporting and improving informal caregiver health outcomes via subsidies or other incentives should be considered.

Internet merupakan new media yang digunakan sebagai sarana untuk berkomunikasi dan bertukar informasi bagi individu atau organisasi di era ICT (information and communication technology). Google Drive merupakan salah satu aplikasi layanan berbasis internet yang memungkinkan pengguna (user) dapat menjadikan media penyimpanan (storage) sebagai sumberdaya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengukur efektivitas penggunaan Google Drive sebagai media penyimpanan di kalangan mahasiswa dengan pendekatan model keberhasilan sistem informasi yang terdiri dari Information Quality, System Quality dan Service Quality. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 77 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan perangkat lunas SPSS Version 23.00 melalui analisis statistif deskriptif, uji kualitas instrumen penelitia, uji koefisien determinasi, uji ANNOVA dan uji signifikansi paramater individual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model keberhasilan sistem informasi membuktikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap Satisfaction melalui faktor Information Quality, System Quality dan Service Quality. Service Quality dan System Quality adalah variabel yang paling efektif berpengaruh terhadap Satisfaction dengan nilai koefisien korelasi masing-masing 67,8 persen dan 66,5 persen.

Over the years, the rise of digital economy has confused countries in their efforts to tax foreign companies without physically presence within their jurisdiction. One of the potential tax revenues that have not been optimally digging comes from the digital sector. The digital economy sector has enormous potential along with the rapid development of information and communication technology, especially the internet. This digital economy market is dominated by internet-based services commonly called Over The Top (OTT) services and is filled with global content owned by foreign companies. This article argues the provisions of taxation for foreign OTT lending providers in England, Australia, India, and Japan. This research used a qualitative non-case study approach. This study outlines the strengths and weaknesses of each alternative.

The rapid development of information and communication technology offers solutions in effective and efficient organizational management. The implementation of information technology becomes an important aspect in the competition in the digital arena. This study aims to examine in-depth about how the application of HRIS in STPBI. The research results showed that the implementation of HRIS at STPBI is used as a strategic activity in optimizing HR functions. The transformation and implementation of HRIS has several supporting and inhibiting factors. These supporting and inhibiting factors are combined in the development of HR in line with the theoretical and literary concepts used in this study. Through integrated work synergies in the field of staffing, transparency and availability of information is very helpful in decision making. The implementation of HRIS at STPBI is based on the paradigm of a balance between supporting factors and inhibiting factors.

The purpose of using the new media in the context of dakwah is an essential feature since it is the trigger for dakwah activities and the execution of dakwah is done to its target. As information and communication technology advances, zakat institutions, must capitalise on it for the benefit of Islam. In the face of the Covid-19 outbreak, zakat institutions such as the Federal Territory Zakat Collection Center (PPZ-MAIWP) are heavily using new media to teach zakat to all Malaysians. There are five potentials of using the new media towards inviting the community to pay zakat namely; further expand dakwah delivery activities, facilitate the delivery of zakat dakwah, diversify the methods of dakwah of zakat, dakwah of zakat while studying and entertaining, and defence against zakat cyber warfare. Thus, digital media has enormous potential in terms of facilitating the implementation of zakat dakwah activities in a more structured, appealing, and beautiful manner.
