Sales made to foreigners by SMEs in Sarp border region are an important commercial activity. A large number of entrepreneurs continue to increase their activities in order to benefit from the advantages of the border region. The purpose of this research is to examine the effects of marketing strategy, entrepreneurship, market attractiveness and foreign trade barriers on sales in terms of export performance. The research data were collected from SMEs operating around Sarp border gate in Hopa/Artvin at Turkey-Georgian border by using convenience sampling method with face to face interview. SPSS and PLS structural equation modelling were used in analyzing the data. According to the findings of the study; marketing strategy, entrepreneurship and market attractiveness were found positively significant on sales performance. But, the effect of the defined barriers on sales performance was not found significant. This study examines the sales at the border region and offers valuable information to the parties interested in the topic. ÖzetSarp sınır bölgesindeki KOBİ’lerin yabancılara yaptığı satışlar önemli bir ticari faaliyettir. Çok sayıda girişimci bölgenin avantajından yararlanabilmek için bu sınır bölgesinde faaliyetlerini arttırarak devam ettirmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı pazarlama stratejisi, girişimcilik, pazar çekiciliği ve dış ticaret engellerinin satışlara ihracat performansı açısından etkilerini incelemektedir. Araştırma için oluşturulan modelinin verileri kolayda örnekleme yöntemiyle Türkiye-Gürcistan sınırındaki Hopa/Artvin Sarp bölgesindeki işletmelerle yüz yüze yapılan anketlerden elde edilmiştir. Verilerin analiz edilmesinde SPSS ve PLS yapısal eşitlik modellemesi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre; pazarlama stratejisi, girişimcilik ve pazar çekiciliğin satış performansını olumlu yönde etkilediği bulunmuştur. Ancak, tanımlanan engellerin satış performansı üzerindeki etkisi anlamlı bulunmamıştır. Bu çalışma sınır bölgesindeki satışları incelemekte ve konuyla ilgilenen taraflara değerli bilgiler sunmaktadır.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of prestige sensitivity on mobile phone customer’s price acceptance in Vietnam and the mediating role of product knowledge and price mavenism on this relationship. We used the convenience sampling method for data collection via questionnaires with a sample of 605 consumers who purchased mobile phones. The collected data was analysed by applying a structural equation modelling method. The result indicates that prestige sensitivity has both direct and indirect effects on price acceptance via product knowledge and price mavenism. The findings suggest that prestige sensitivity can be used as a market segmentation criterion for mobile phones when making price decisions and providing customers with adequate information could improve price acceptance.

This study was conducted to determine the reasons behind the students’ preferring an activity that would teach them how to perform and teach Zumba effectively and safely as a leisure activity and to what extent the activity met their expectations. The Subjects:This qualitative research consisted of 22 face to face interviews with students of the Rumeli University Faculty of Sport Sciences, Coaching Education, Sports Management and Recreation departments. Materials and Method:The participants were selected with the convenience sampling method and consisted of 16 women and 6 men between the ages of 18-22 years. The Zumba event included 8 one hour Zumba classes given by a specialist in this area. The data was coded separately by two researchers and the consistency rate was found to be 75 percent. Descriptive and content analysis was used and transferred to NVIVO 10 software for data analysis. The themes of reasons for participating in and expectations of students from the Zumba classes that resulted from the interviews conducted prior to and following the event were collected and evaluated. Conclusions: As a result of the data analysis prior to the event, the desire to become a specialist, adding another dimension to their specialty, being ready to branch out, importance future planning, increased financial expectation and popularity of Zumbaemerged as the leading themes in choosing Zumba. The participant’s thoughts after the event were that their initial expectations were met and extra themes of health protection and entertainment were added as gains from the event.

The purpose of this research is to examine whether 1) brand image can predict loyalty intention 2) brand credibility can predict loyalty intention 3) brand credibility can predict brand commitment 4) brand commitment can predict loyalty intention 5) brand commitment mediates the effect of brand credibility on loyalty intention. Sample was selected using convenience sampling method amounted to 173 respondents. Data processing techniques using structural equation modeling what helped by Smart PLS 3.2.7 program. The result of this study shows that brand credibility, and brand commitment have significant effect to predict loyalty intention, but brand image doesn’t, brand credibility has significant effect to predict brand commitment, and brand commitment mediates the effect of brand credibility on loyalty intention.

Penelitian inibertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris tentang pengaruh konseling, pengawasan, dan pemeriksaan pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam memenuhi kewajiban perpajakannya dan dampaknya terhadap penerimaan negara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para Wajib Pajak yang ada di wilayah Jakarta. Metode pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode convenience sampling.Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 200wajib pajak dan yang layak untuk diuji sebanyak 197 kuesioner. Pengujian hopotesis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan konseling dan pemeriksaan pajak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam memenuhi kewajiban perpajakannya, sedangkan pengawasan tidak memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Temuan lainnya, kepatuhan wajib pajak dapat memediasi pengaruh parsial variabel konseling, pengawasan, dan pemeriksaan terhadap penerimaan negaraThe purposes of this study to analyze the influence of counselling, supervision, and the tax examination, on the tax compliance and it’s impact on country revenue.The population of this research is Corporate Taxpayers. Primary data used in this study collected by the questionnaire in Jakarta Area. Convenience sampling method used in this study. There are any 197 from 200 questionnaires are feasible to analyzed. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) used to test the hyphotesis. The result of this study showed that the variable of counselling and variable of the tax examination positively influence on the tax compliance, while the supervision variable have no effect.Other findings that variable of tax compliance can mediate the influence of counselling, supervision, tax examination variebles on country revenue

India’s leading passenger car exporter which is Hyundai Motors India Limited has a market share of India’s total car exports about 26 % in 2019. The term strategy is intended a lot for all business entities in today's competitive marketplace. When a company has a distinctive and distinct benefit, it must be inventive with its marketing strategy. Hyundai has introduced and embraced numerous strategies for securing the overall demand for brand placement. This study attempts to investigate traditional and digital advertising conducted by Hyundai Motors Company which will enhance the success of the company in terms of creating the brand and facilitating user engagement. Close-ended questionnaire is used to collect the data for this study. The data was collected from individuals with different income ranges in India through a non-probability purposive convenience sampling method. The result of this study showed that generation nowadays know more about the products through broadcast advertising such as TV and digital media rather than print media such as newspaper and magazine. Therefore, Hyundai Motors should invest more marketing strategy in broadcast and digital advertising.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of taxation socialization, tax service quality and tax rates on individual taxpayer compliance at the Padang Satu Primary Tax Office. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all individual taxpayers registered at the Padang Satu Primary Tax Office. Sampling was done using the Convenience Sampling method, with the Yamane formula calculation and a sample of 100 taxpayers was obtained. The data collection method used is using a questionnaire, and the analysis used is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 16. The results of the study show that: (1) Tax socialization has a positive significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance, (2) Service quality tax does not affect the compliance of individual taxpayers, (3) Tax rates do not affect individual taxpayer compliance.Keywords: Taxation Socialization, Tax Service Quality, Tax Rates and Individual Taxpayer Compliance.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Level of Education, Financial Experience, Financial Attitude, Financial Knowledge and Locus of Control on Financial Behavior. The subjects of this research are work force in Jakarta. Sample was selected using convenience sampling method amounted to 100 respondents. Data processing techniques using structural equation modeling what helped by SmartPLS.3.0 program. The result of this study reveals that Level of Education, Financial Experience, Financial Attitude and Financial Knowledge do affect significantly on Financial Behavior, while Locus of Control does not affect significantly on Financial Behavior. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis adanya pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan, Pengalaman Keuangan, Sikap Keuangan, Pengetahuan Keuangan dan Lokus Kendali terhadap Perilaku Keuangan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah angkatan kerja di Jakarta. Sampel dipilih menggunakan metode convenience sampling berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan pemodelan persamaan struktural yang dibantu oleh program SmartPLS.3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Tingkat Pendidikan, Pengalaman Keuangan, Sikap Keuangan, Pengetahuan Keuangan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Perilaku Keuangan, sedangkan Lokus Kendali tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perilaku Keuangan.

The purpose of this research is toexamine the effect of Financial Behavior, Financial Attitude and Financial Satisfaction. The samples of this study is the people of Riau who are already working. The sample was selected by convenience sampling method amounted to 165 respondent with an online questionnaire help by Google form. The data analysis technique used is structural equation modeling assisted bu the SmartPLS program. The result of this study show that there is an influence of Financial Behavior, Financial Attitude, and Financial Capability on Financial Satisfaction. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Financial Behavior, Financial Attitude terhadap Financial Satisfaction. Sampel penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Riau yang sudah bekerja. Sampel dipilih dengan metode convenience sampling berjumlah 165 responden dengan bantuan kuisioner online bantuan Google Form. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural equation modelling yang dibantu program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Financial Behavior, Financial Attitude, dan Financial Capability terhadap Financial Satisfaction.
