This study was conducted to analyze how self-monitoring affects impulse buying of hand sanitizers during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as investigating what self-monitoring factors affect impulse buying of hand sanitizers during the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses an independent variable, namely self-monitoring. The dependent variable is impulse buying with consumer trust as an intervention variable. This study uses a descriptive causal research method with a quantitative approach. Sampling technique used in research. We use a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling type, with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of descriptive analysis, there is a mediating effect between the relationship between consumer confidence with impulsive buying decisions.

Cianjur Regency is the central rice producer in Indonesia which has abundant natural resource potential. But the realization of public consumption is still less in meeting economic needs. This study aims to describe how much the adoption of innovations in the use of new high yielding varieties (VUB), analyze what factors influence the adoption of innovations, and formulate strategies to increase the adoption of innovative uses of new high yielding varieties. This research was carried out in the Chavi Subdistrict of Cianjur Regency on March 7 to June 30, 2020. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling Jumlahing 70 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and Kendall's W analysis. The results showed that the adoption of innovations in the use of new high yielding lowland rice in the Chavi District of Cianjur included in the medium category with presentations (72.86%), so it is necessary an increase in the use of new high yielding rice varieties. Factors that influence the adoption of innovation are the level of education, the role of extension workers, farmer group meetings, and infrastructure. The strategy to increase innovation adoption is by conducting extension activities, demonstration demonstration plots to farmers.

The purpose of this study was to find the influence of personal interst and self-control on investment interest in generation z students in Bandung. The method used in this research is quantitative method with descriptive and causal research types. The population in this study were students of generation z in Bandung. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling method with sub-sampling purposive sampling technique with a total of 270 respondents. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS ver 22 software. The results of the study concluded that from the results of the t test, personal interest and self control had a positive and significant effect on investment interest in z generation students in Bandung. Based on the results of the F test, personal interest and self control together have an influence on investment interest in generation z students in Bandung.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and advertising on the repurchase interest of shampoo rejoice. This type of research is descriptive research. The study population was students of Padang State University who had used Sampo Rejoice with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inductive analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) There was a significant influence of product quality on repurchase intention, seen from sig 0,000 <0.05, (2) There was a significant effect of advertising on repurchase intention, seen from sig 0.018 <0.05, (3 ) there is a significant influence on product quality and advertising on repurchase intention, as seen from sig 0,000 <0.05. The contribution of product quality and advertising to repurchase interest amounted to 37.7%, while the remaining 62.3% was contributed by other factors not examined in this study.Keywords: product quality, advertising, repurchase interests

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the effect of product display and store atmosphere on impulsive purchase at Minimarket Rafa Mart Padang. The population in this study were Minimarket consumers Rafa Mart Padang in January to June 2017 as many as 8,100 people. Sampling technique used is quota sampling, while the number of samples in this study is 100 people. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression. As for hypothesis testing using statistical T test. In this study there are two independent variables, namely product display and store atmosphere. The results showed that store atmosphere variables significantly influence the impulsive purchase in Minimarket Rafa Mart Padang. While the variable display of the product does not affect the impulse purchase at Minimarket Rafa Mart Padang. For the value of determination coefficient in this study was found at 0.244. The result shows that the impulse buying variable is influenced by the independent variable that is product display and store atmosphere is 24,4%. While the remaining 75.6% impulsive purchases influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study such as emotions, consumer tastes, the availability of time and money, pleasure in shopping, and others. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it is found that product display variable negatively affect impulse buying and store atmosphere have positive effect on impulsive buying at Minimarket Rafa Mart Padang. This research provides practical recommendations for the owner / owner of Minimarket Rafa Mart Padang for the future to keep trying to improve the atmosphere of his shop and also re-evaluate the product display. This is because the atmosphere of the store has an influence on impulsive purchases and product displays have no effect on consumer impulse purchases in Minimarket Rafa Mart Padang.

Impulsive buying is a behavior that is consumer buying behavior that is formed before entering a store and is carried out unplanned beforehand. The factors that can be considered by the company in the event of impulsive buying to increase sales are sales promotion, visual merchandising, outlet atmosphere towards impulsive purchases at Matahari Duta Plaza Denpasar. The sample size used was 108 respondents of Matahari Duta Plaza Denpasar customers with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires through Google Forms. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results that (1) sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on impussive buying (2) visual merchandising has a positive and significant effect on impussive buying (3) store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on impussive buying. Based on these results, it is concluded that sales promotion, visual merchandising, good outlet atmosphere will influence the impulsive buying behavior of Matahari Duta Plaza Denpasar customers.

The research population is all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2014 to 2017 that issued sustainability reports. The sample is determined by purposive sampling technique with criteria that do not include financial companies and companies that publish sustainability reports for the 2014-2017 period in a row to obtain a sample of 15 companies. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the analysis show that there is no influence between the relationship between the intensity of disclosure in the sustainability report on stock returns while. Tests on the second hypothesis get the result that there is an influence between the relationship of return on assets to the stock returns that the company will receive. Investors in investing in the capital market are expected to pay attention to conditions in the company such as ROA in order to get the desired stock return. This research is motivated by the increasingly rapid business growth in the city of Padang, especially in the culinary field. The development of restaurants that continues to increase makes business competition in the city of Padang quite competitive. With intense competition, culinary business people are required to think creatively in carrying out the right strategy to attract the attention of consumers. This study aims to determine and analyze the price and quality of service on consumer purchasing decisions at the Aroma Kitchen Restaurant in Padang City and their influence. The research method used in this research is quantitative with descriptive analysis and causality with the consumer population of Aroma Kitchen Restaurant. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling type and the number of respondents is 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis of the variables of price, service quality and purchasing decisions are in good category. The results of this study indicate that based on the variables measured simultaneously, namely price and service quality, it has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. While the partially measured variables, namely price and service quality affect purchasing decisions.

The purpose of this study is to find empirical evidence of the effect of work stress on turnover intention with social support as a moderating variable on employees The object of this study is Turnover Intention on De vins sky Hotel Seminyak. Data collection method used was a questionnaire method. Data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis, Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of the analysis shows that work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at De vins sky Hotel Seminyak Bali. Social Support has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention at De vins sky Hotel Seminyak Bali. Social support is able to moderate (weaken) the relationship between work stress and turnover intention at De vins sky Hotel Seminyak Bali. Keywords: work stress, social support, turnover intention

This research has a purpose to know whether relationship marketing and service quality have positive influence to loyalty of customer of saving sikoci at Bank of Nagari branch of Simpang Empat either partially or simultaneously and know which variable is more dominant. The data collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire. The sample used is 100 customer, with sampling technique using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis technique in this research use multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study are as follows: (1) Trust has positive effect (944) &lt;(1,984) and not significant (0,348)&gt; (0,05) to loyalty. (2)) Commitment has positive (8,218)&gt; (1,984) and significant (0,000) &lt;(0,05) effect on loyalty. (3) Tangibles has negative (-2,430)&gt; (1,984) and significant (0,017) &lt;(0,05) effect on loyalty. (4) Reliability negatively (-1.570) &lt;(1,984) and insignificant 0, 120&gt; 0.05 to loyalty. (5) Responsiveness has positive effect (5,922)&gt; t table (1,984) and significant (0,000) &lt;(0,05) to loyalty. (6) Warranty has positive effect (1,199) &lt;(1,984) and insignificant 0, 234&gt; 0,05 to loyalty. (7) Empathy has positive effect (186) &lt;(1,984) and insignificant 0, 853&gt; 0,05 to loyalty. From the value of Adjusted R Squere simultaneously produced 566. It means that 56.6% of loyalty variables are influenced by independent variables and the remaining 43.4% is influenced by othervariables.
