The purpose of this study is to find empirical evidence of the effect of work stress on turnover intention with social support as a moderating variable on employees The object of this study is Turnover Intention on De vins sky Hotel Seminyak. Data collection method used was a questionnaire method. Data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis, Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of the analysis shows that work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at De vins sky Hotel Seminyak Bali. Social Support has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention at De vins sky Hotel Seminyak Bali. Social support is able to moderate (weaken) the relationship between work stress and turnover intention at De vins sky Hotel Seminyak Bali. Keywords: work stress, social support, turnover intention

This study aims to examine the effect of work stress on employee turnover intention at PT Internusa Jaya Sejahtera Merauke, Papua. This study obtained data from questionnaires distributed to 117 employees of PT Internusa Jaya Sejahtera. The questionnaire used has 14 point statements and uses a 6 point Likert scale. The technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique used to analyze the level of work stress and turnover intention level on employees. Simple linear regression analysis is also used to determine the effect between work stress variables and turnover intention variables. The results showed that work stress had a significant positive effect on turnover intention on employees of PT Internusa Jaya Sejahtera. The coefficient of determination in this study has a value of 0.571 which means that the level of job stress to turnover intention of 57.1%.Keywords : work stress, turnover intention, linear regression ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh stres kerja terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan di PT Internusa Jaya Sejahtera Merauke, Papua. Peneltian ini memperoleh data dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada 117 karyawan PT Internusa Jaya Sejahtera. Kuesioner yang digunakan memiliki 14 butir pernyataan dan menggunakan skala Likert 6 poin. Teknik yang digunakan pada penelitian kali ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif yang digunakan untuk menganalisis tingkat stres kerja dan tingkat turnover intention pada karyawan. Analisis regresi linier sederhana juga digunakan unntuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel stres kerja dan variabel turnover intention. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT Internusa Jaya Sejahtera. Koefisien determinasi pada penelitian ini memiliki nilai 0.571 yang memiliki arti bahwa tingkat stres kerja terhadap turnover intention sebesar 57,1%.Kata kunci : stres kerja, turnover intention, regresi linier.

This study aims to determine the motivation of women in entrepreneurship, especially in the culinary field in Pekanbaru, by using the variables of capital, independence, and education to analyze their influence on entrepreneurial motivation. The population in this study are all women who carry out home-based businesses engaged in home-based culinary businesses in Pekanbaru City whose numbers are not known with certainty, for an unknown population the number of samples in this study using the Wibisono formula and obtained a total sample of 97 people. Data was collected using the questionnaire method, namely by providing a list of statements directly to the respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which is operated through the SPSS 20 for Windows program. The results of the study indicate that either simultaneously or partially, the variables of capital, independence, and education have a significant effect on the motivation of women who are culinary entrepreneurs in Pekanbaru.

This study aims to determine the business performance that has been carried out by women entrepreneurs who were focused on home business in Pekanbaru. The population in this study were women entrepreneurs who were focused on home business in Pekanbaru. For sample obtained of 97 people. Collecting data using the questionnaire method, by distributing a list of statements directly to respondents through the google form application. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which is operated through the SPSS Version20. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of Knowledge Competence (Knowledge), Skills (Skills), Ability (Ability) had a significant effect on the business performance of women home-based business actors in Pekanbaru. Meanwhile, partially for the Ability variable, it does not directly affect the business performance of female home-based business actors in Pekanbaru.

This research was conducted at the Toya Devasya Natural Hot Spring & Camping Resort, located in puri bening road (STA), toya bungkah, kintamani, Bangli, Bali. The number of respondents in this study were 102 contract employees. Data collection in this study is by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 16 indicators. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Turnover intention is the desire of employees to withdraw from where they work. A high turnover intention will have a bad impact on the organization, therefore it must be considered several variables that affect turnover intention. This study aims to 1. ABSTRACT This study to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction and Job Stress on Turnover Intention. The object of this research is PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk Central Jakarta Area. This research is a causal associative research using quantitative approach done to 86 respondents. This study explains the influence and influence of the variables to be studied, using multiple linear regression analysis method. From the results of this study showed that the variable of Job Satisfaction Not Significant To Turnover Intention. This study aims to analyze performance of participants UMKM which was built by Lazismu Pekanbaru, by using motivation and training variables, to analyze its effect on the performance of the participants. The population in this study are all participants of UMKM which amounted to 38 people, and the sample involves the entire population, using the census method. Data collected by questionnaire method is by giving questionnaire directly to the respondents.Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which operated through program SPSS 16 for Windows. The objective of the research to analyze the influence of each tangible varible (X1) empathy (X2), reliability (X3), responsiveness (X4) dan assurance (X5) to customer satisfaction (Y) in JNE Branch Company of Ulak Karang of Padang. Data collection of research through questionnaire method to 80 customers JNE Branch Ulak Karang Padang with purposive sampling method to know the responses of respondents to each - each variable. Quantitative analysis includes the validity and reliability test , descriptive analysis , classic assumption test including normality test , test heterocedasticity , multicollinearity test , hypothesis testing via the T test. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis . Based on this research, obtained regression equation Y = 6.703+ 0.751X1 + 0.342X2 + 0.551X3 + 1.037X4 + 0.916X5 + e, that tangible (X1), empathy (X2), reliability (X3), responsiveness (X4) dan assurance (X5) of significant positive customer satisfaction (Y) in JNE Branch Company of Ulak Karang of Padang.

This research examine to analyze and find out whether the auditor's ethics strengthen the influence of auditor's integrity, independence, and professionalism on the quality of the auditor's work. The population in this research is the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP). The sample in this research is the auditor who has registered and worked at the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency, have a minimum educational background in Bachelor Accounting. The sampling method uses nonprobability with purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires was thirty one questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS version twenty five. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. For moderating analysis were using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). T test results show that integrity, independence, and professionalism have a positive effect on the quality of the work of auditors. Auditor ethics have a positive effect and moderate the relationship between the influence of integrity, independence, and professionalism of auditors.

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of professionalism, independence and auditor training on auditor performance. The location of this research is at the Public Accountant Office (KAP) in Bali Province in 2018 and has been registered with the Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (IAPI). The method of determining the sample used in this study is the saturated sample method. The method of data collection in this study is the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis shows that professionalism, independence and auditor training have a positive effect on auditor performance. This research is expected to provide more in-depth information and understanding, and it is hoped that the auditor can uphold the professionalism and independence when conducting audits, so that the auditor's performance will be good. One of the basic laws that the zakat seems to be ordered is the word of Allah SWT QS. At-Taubah verse 103, The study aims to analyze the effect of  productive Zakat, Infak, Sedekah (ZIS) to the micro-business growth of mustahik of Muhammadiyah Society in Medan City, micro-business growth towards mustahik welfare of Muhammadiyah Society in Medan City, and simultaneously effect of Productive Zakat, Infak, Sedekah (ZIS) and micro-business growth to the mustahik welfare of Muhammadiyah society in Medan City. This research used quantitative descriptive analysis, the sample was selected by using quota sampling, and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between productive Zakat and mustahik welfare, there is a relationship between micro-business growth and mustahik welfare and also simultaneously there is a relationship between productive Zakat and the micro-business growth towards mustahik welfare of Muhammadiyah society in Medan city. The implication of this study is emphasizing the distribution of Zakat that more prioritizing on Productive Zakat.
