Hospitality Industry has a particular context, it is broadly competitive, and in permanent change. An organizational culture can improve the results of different organizations. This study evaluates the organizational culture research in the field of the hospitality industry to obtain an understanding of its actual situation and future. The study used bibliometric analysis and systematic literature review to examine publications of five journals about hospitality in the Web of Science database, from 1980 to April 2019. Findings indicate that hotels are the main field of research of the hospitality industry, and the quantitative methodology approach is the most used. Moreover, it shows three paths of recent research for future analysis.

Purpose – This paper aims to present a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of studies in Brazil with applications of multivariate control charts indexed in journals on the Web of Science. Design/methodology/approach – The following steps were carried out: a detailed synthesis was performed on the general characteristics of the corpus, co-citation and collaboration networks analyzed; and a co-occurrence of terms in the text corpus was verified. A Systematic Literature Review was carried out using the protocols set out by Biolchini et al. (2007), Kitchenham (2004) and Tranfield, Denyer and Smart (2003). Papers were selected from the Web of Science database, and after applying filters, results for 29 articles were given to compose the corpus. Findings – A tendency was found for an increase in publications, along with more international research on the issue. The journal most used for publication was the Microchemical Journal. This analysis provided relevant authors for research in this area: Harold Hotelling, Douglas Montgomery, and John Frederick MacGregor. Important Brazilian researchers were highlighted who work mainly in the pharmaceutical and biodiesel industry. Originality/value – No articles were found that had carried out a Systematic Literature Review of Brazilian research on multivariate control charts. The main contributions to this manuscript related to an increase in scientific know-how in the area of multivariate and bibliometric analysis. Keywords - Multivariate Control Charts. This paper addresses the field of study relating to ecological values and the production, distribution, and consumption of organic food products, aiming to contribute to the consolidation of scientific knowledge in this area of study. This article refers to a bibliographic review in the Web of Science database. It also involves bibliometric analysis of the results of this bibliographic review using the NVivo program. The main results classify the number of articles published on the basis of the methodology used, the number of countries in the analysis units, the central themes of the study, and the type of organic food considered in the bibliography analyzed. It also classifies the articles with the greatest impact in relation to the number of bibliographic references, in addition to detailing the universities, institutions, and journals with the largest number of contributions in the field of study. The research concludes by identifying that most of the articles apply a quantitative methodology and address generic aspects of organic food. This study identifies a need for further research in relation to specific organic foods, and for articles that introduce comparative analysis at the international level.

Responsible innovation has always been an important issue in discourses addressing the major challenges faced by humankind in terms of natural resource degradation, climate change, economic progress and societal well-being. However, its integration into industry is still in its infancy, and even more so when it comes to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The aim of this research is to use a systematic literature review to develop a conceptual model for responsible innovation and its relationship with SME performance, in connection with sustainable innovation and corporate social responsibility practices. A bibliometric analysis of 102 articles collected between 2000 and April 2020 from the Web of Science database was used, in addition to the systematic literature review using the Gephi and NVivo software. The study presents an overview of the articles, authors, and most influential journals and research clusters identified, and provides a solid conceptual framework to be applied in this field and in the context of SMEs.

This article aims to elaborate a systematic literature review (SLR) on the subject of experiments in behavioral finance, including papers published between 2014 and 2018. Methodology involved the careful selection of articles published in Web of Science and Scopus databases, and bibliometric analysis was applied. Final sample included 60 articles, the Journal of Behavioral Finance was the most productive journal and the majority of the 152 authors worked in the Americas. For cocitation, important authors, such as Kahneman and Tversky and Barber and Odean were among the most cited and with greater relational ties. For bibliographic coupling, Bursztyn et al. and Bigelow et al. were the most cited, whereas Kadous et al. presented more relational ties. The research contribution lies in the application of the SLR to a growing research area, allowing to know the most relevant subjects, articles, journals, authors, and countries in the area nowadays.

This work develops a systematic literature review on the B Corp movement. Fifty articles were identified in the Web of Science and Scopus databases until 2020. Results show that it is an incipient field with great potential. There are two topics repeatedly addressed in the analyzed publications: the motivations of companies to be certified, and the economic and social effects that occur after certification. Sustainability is currently the reference journal in the field, since it has published a total of five articles. Finally, several lines of future work are proposed, such as the contribution of B Corp companies to the SDGs; the development of case studies on the certification process itself; and the development of methods for measuring social impact.

Introduction: This article aims to provide an analysis of the information on scientific research publications of Organizational culture available in the Web of Science. For this, a bibliometric analysis of the publications of the Web of Science Core Collection database on Organizational culture in the category of Management in the research area of Business economics was done.Method: The data obtained from a search of the Web of Science Core Collection database were subjected to a bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer software. The period analyzed was from 1980 to October 18, 2018, the date on which the bibliographic data was downloaded.     Results: In this section is showed the analysis of the data of the publications on Organizational Culture. Tables and network maps, top 25 most productive and cited authors, journals that more articles published, 40 publications most cited and main references most co-cited, is some information obtained in the analysis.Discussion or Conclusion: Our results of the bibliometric analysis showed that Organizational culture is maintained as an interest research subject and it provides a synthesis about of organizational culture research for new researchers.

Superabsorbent polymers (SAP) have gained the attention of the engineering field for applications in cementitious composites. Recently, many studies have addressed using these materials as an alternative to controlling recurrent pathologies, especially retraction in the hardening stage. This study conducted a literature review in the Scopus and Web of Science databases to identify relevant studies for future research in this area. Analyses were performed using the RStudio software program, where data on the number of publications, the main authors and journals, the most used keywords, and most common countries of publication were analyzed. Furthermore, bibliographic coupling and co-citation analyses were carried out. The results indicate that the most published authors were De Belie, Snoeck and Liu J., and the most cited authors were Jensen, Schrofl and Snoeck. Although Brazil is among the fifteen most published countries, it was not among the most cited, showing lacks in studies. In total, 343 articles were found in the Scopus database and 369 in the Web of Science.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to understand a typology of eco-innovation that best characterizes an innovation incubator, with the aim of strengthening the management of this habitat to leverage the development of new eco-innovation technologies. Design/methodology/approach The typologies of 22 studies identified in the Web of Science, Scopus, Scielo and Science Direct databases were analyzed through a theoretical and descriptive study and method of systematic literature review. In the typologies analyzed, none were found that fit directly into the environment of an innovation incubator. Findings The most detailed typology, by Fernando et al. (2015), is characterized as a type of eco-innovation developed in a specific market, but it does not address the characteristics of this innovation habitat, which is the incubator. Practical implications Thus, based on the typologies presented, this paper demonstrates the construction of an instrument that contemplates the authors analyzed, with emphasis on its application in incubators. A systematic literature review (SLR) from 1991 to 2019 is carried out about EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) excellence model in this paper. The aim of the paper is to present state of the art in quantitative research on the EFQM excellence model that will guide future research lines in this field. The articles were searched with the help of six strings and these six strings were executed in three popular databases i.e. Scopus, Web of Science, and Science Direct. Around 584 peer-reviewed articles examined, which are directly linked with the subject of quantitative research on the EFQM excellence model. About 108 papers were chosen finally, then the purpose, data collection, conclusion, contributions, and type of quantitative of the selected papers are discussed and analyzed briefly in this study. Thus, this study identifies the focus areas of the researchers and knowledge gaps in empirical quantitative literature on the EFQM excellence model. This article also presents the lines of future research.
