The role of a secretary is required in assiting to complete the whole works. As a secretary, the most important skill is managing time and choosing work priorities so that the main work can be completed on time. At the same time, there are a number of jobs beside of the main jobs should be completed. It affects the load of secretary’s jobs were fulled. This study aims to find out how the roles and responsibilities of the sales secretary who are concurrently as sales admins, as well as what are the obstacles faced in carrying out the tasks. Data was collected through observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study showed descriptively that the sales secretary is very instrumental in supporting the management system of sales at Kuta Paradiso Hotel, Bali. The problems was encountered by a secretary was lack of communication skills, lack of human resources that affect the load of secretry’s responsibilities was over.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat keefektifan, kendala yang dihadapi, dan solusi sekolah untuk mengatasi kendala dalam implementasi Sistem Manajemen Mutu (SMM) ISO 9001: 2008 di SMA Negeri Kabupaten Sleman. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi model Discrepancy Provus dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket  dan pedoman wawancara. Validitas instrumen berupa validitas logis dan empiris. Validitas empiris dihitung dengan teknik Point Biserial,  reliabilitasnya dihitung dengan teknik Kuder-Richardson (KR.20). Teknik analisis data adalah persentase. Hasil penelitian: (1) Keefektifan implementasi SMM ISO 9001: 2008 di SMA Negeri Kabupaten Sleman mencapai 85,89% dan kesenjangan 14,11% dengan kriteria “Efektif”. (2) Kendala implementasi: keterbatasan dana; pola pikir dan etos kerja yang rendah; lemahnya komitmen dan respon guru; penyimpanan dan penomoran dokumen yang belum efektif; perbedaan format dokumen. (3) Solusi sekolah: penetapan skala prioritas; meningkatkan kesiapan QMR; meningkatkan pelatihan awareness ISO; meningkatkan peran pengendalian dokumen; menyederhanakan penomoran dokumen; bekerjasama dengan tim.Kata Kunci: keefektifan, Sistem Manajemen Mutu (SMM) ISO 9001: 2008 THE EFFECTIVENESS OF IMPLEMENTATION ISO 9001:2008 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (QMS) IN SMA NEGERI KABUPATEN SLEMANAbstractThis study aims to determine the level of effectiveness, obstacles encountered, and school solution to overcome the obstacles in the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001: 2008 in SMA Sleman. It is an evaluation research with Discrepancy Provus model with quantitative approach. The instruments of data collection were the questionnaire and interview guides. The validity of the instruments was logical and empirical. Empirical validity was measured by Point Biserial in which the reliability was measured by Kuder-Richardson. The data analysis technique was the percentage. The results: (1) The effectiveness of implementing ISO 9001: 2008 QMS in SMA Negeri Kabupaten Sleman is 85.89% and the discrepancy is 14.11 % with criteria of “Effective. (2)  The obstacles: limited funds; the lake of mindset and work ethic; weak commitment and response of the teachers; ineffective document storage and numbering; different document format. Abstract The purpose of the paper is to analyse and demonstrate the trends in the scope of data concerning the number of ISO 9001 certificates incorporated in companies around the world with consideration of market division into 39 sectors. The study utilised the desk research method for analysing the available sources of data for the studied problem, especially covering their compilation, mutual verification, processing and reasoning. Then, multi-dimensional comparative analyses were conducted for the obtained results within a time framework of 1998-2017. As result of the conducted analyses, leading sectors in particular countries in terms of the number of incorporated ISO 9001 series standards were established. This enabled identifying the tendencies and determining the further directions of change. The paper is original in that it is based on analysing data within an industry framework in the period of nine years, identifying existing trends and establishing specific cases (countries and industries) for which the ISO 9001 standards are common and for which they are a niche.

This study aimed to describe the implementation of management system of employee performance at Laga Ligo Bua Airport, Luwu regency. The type of the research is descriptive qualitative which involved 10 emplyees as respondent. The teehnique of data analysis used is qualitative-descriptive wich is presented in question, responses and interpretations gained from direct observation and interviev. The results of the research reveal that the implementation of the employec performance management system at Laga Ligo Bua Airport Luwu regerency generally was not effective. It can be identified from the indicators: a) the commitment and policies are implemented properly, b) the plan operaetes well, c) implementation is optimal, d) the inhibiting factors are not in accordance with the indicators that have been set, and e) the supporting factors operates well. Keywords: management, performance  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan bagaimana Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Kinerja Pegawai Di Bandar Udara Laga Ligo Bua Kabupaten Luwu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan 10 responden. Tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui obsevasi dan wawancara. Teknis analisis data yakni analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang dinyatakan dalam bentuk-bentuk pertanyaan, tanggapan-tanggapan serta tafsiran yang diperoleh dari observasi dan wawancara langsung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bawah secara umum belum berjalan dengan efektif. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari indikator (a) komitmen dan kebijakan berjalan dengan lancar, (b) perencanaan berjalan dengan baik, (c) penerapan berjalan dengan baik,(d) faktor penghambat tidak berjalan sesuai indikator yang telah di tetapkan serta (e) faktor pendukung berjalan dengan baik.Kata kunci: Manajemen, Kinerja
