PERANAN SALES SECRETARY DALAM MENDUKUNG KELANCARAN MANAJEMEN SALES DI KUTA PARADISO HOTEL

The role of a secretary is required in assiting to complete the whole works. As a secretary, the most important skill is managing time and choosing work priorities so that the main work can be completed on time. At the same time, there are a number of jobs beside of the main jobs should be completed. It affects the load of secretary’s jobs were fulled. This study aims to find out how the roles and responsibilities of the sales secretary who are concurrently as sales admins, as well as what are the obstacles faced in carrying out the tasks. Data was collected through observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study showed descriptively that the sales secretary is very instrumental in supporting the management system of sales at Kuta Paradiso Hotel, Bali. The problems was encountered by a secretary was lack of communication skills, lack of human resources that affect the load of secretry’s responsibilities was over.

This study aimed to find out and describe the struggle of an older sister to her younger siblings. Struggle was to progress with difficulty or to make a strenuous effort. Effort and struggle were directed towards the achieving of an end which was realized as one’s ideal. Struggle meant everything that was done to achieve a goal. Effort and hard work had to be achieved as the key to success. All of that were an attempt to achieve something expected for the sake of glory and kindness. The data analysis technique used was descriptive qualitative analysis. The descriptive research attempted to describe, explain and interpret conditions of the present or descriptive research sought to provide an accurate description of observations of a phenomenon. The results of the study showed that struggle in the novel was concerned with: (1) to earn a better living, (2) to give proper education, (3) to save life.

The purpose of this research is to find out the ability of the Indonesian nation to respond to globalization: readiness to respond to the negative and positive aspects of the impact of globalization. This type of research is Library Research, namely research through literature or literature studies. Sources of data in this study are primary data, namely books that directly discuss the ability of the Indonesian nation to respond to globalization. The data analysis technique used to obtain conclusions is descriptive qualitative by emphasizing deductive conclusions, namely how to draw conclusions from general to specific things. The conclusion of this paper is that the final conclusion in this study is that the Indonesian nation in responding to the negative and positive aspects of the impact of globalization, should be addressed proportionally because this is a good attitude as a reflection of moderate Islam. Meanwhile, the hard efforts to face the era of globalization must be that the Indonesian nation must be able to produce quality human resources, and have the ability that includes behavior, hard work, discipline, trustworthy responsibility and the like guided by the teachings of AI-Qur'an and Hadith

This study aims to analyze and categorize the type of yakuwarigo or role language on the Anime of Gintama. Role language, or known as Yakuwarigo in Japanese, is a set of language features associated with a particular type of character in the virtual world. The characteristic of these languages variation such as vocabulary, grammar, intonation, and accent patterns. (Kinsui, 2003). This study also investigates the function of these language variation types focusing on the yakuwarigo types in Anime Gintama. The data collection technique that was used is the note technique. The data analysis technique used in this study was the reading markah analysis technique followed by a descriptive qualitative data analysis technique to present the results of the data analysis. The results show that the type of Yakuwarigo found in Anime Gintama shows the variation of the character itself. Seven types of yakuwarigo seen from 10 Gintama anime characters, namely, aruyo kotoba, hakase go, onee kotoba, joseigo, danseigo, chara gobi, and Osaka ben. And the particular type of the yakuwarigo’s characteristics was shujoshi and specific types of expression used by these characters.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pelaksanaan pelayanan prima di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Kediri, serta mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis faktor yang mendukung atau menghambat pelaksanaan pelayanan prima di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Kediri. Fokus dalam penelitian ini meliputi sikap (attitude), kemampuan (ability), perhatian (attention), tindakan (action), tanggung jawab (accountability), dan penampilan (appearance). Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi wawancara dan observasi yang ditulis dalam catatan lapangan. Keabsahan data dikaji dengan 2 metode yakni trianggulasi dan ketekunan pengamatan. Sementara itu, teknik analisis data mengacu pada Miles dan Huberman (2018). Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik yaitu pelaksanaan pelayanan prima di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Kediri belum sepenuhnya 100% baik , masih ada beberapa yang perlu diperbaiki dan dievaluasi. Hambatan yang ditemui adalah sumber daya manusia yang tidak sebanding dengan pemohon dan sarana dan prasarana. Kata Kunci: Pelayanan Prima, Disdukcapil, Hambatan, Sikap, Penampilan Abstract This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of excellent service at the Kediri Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, as well as describe and analyze the factors that support or hinder the implementation of excellent service at the Kediri Regency Population and Civil Registry Office. The focus in this study includes attitude, ability, attention, action, accountability, and appearance. The approach used in this study is qualitative. Data collection techniques in this study include interviews and observations written in field notes. The validity of the data was assessed by 2 methods, namely triangulation, and persistence of observation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique refers to Miles and Huberman (2018). The conclusion that can be drawn is that the implementation of excellent service at the Kediri Regency Population and Civil Registry Office is not yet 100% good, there are still some that need to be improved and evaluated. The obstacles encountered are human resources that are not comparable to the applicant and facilities and infrastructure. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan buku petunjuk pratikum pada pokok bahasan gelombang dan bunyi untuk meningkatkan motivasi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development (R & D). Sebagai subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa MAN 2 Model Mataram Kelas XI. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Dick & Carey yang terdiri dari 10 langkah yang harus diikuti untuk menghasilkan produk berupa buku petunjuk pratikum. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengukur motivasi belajar siswa. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to develop a pratikum manual on the subject of waves and sounds to improve student motivation. This research uses research and development (R & D) method. As subject in this research is student MAN 2 Model Mataram Class XI. The development model used is Dick & Carey which consists of 10 steps that must be followed to produce the product in the form of manual pratikum. Data obtained through interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative to measure student's learning motivation.

Human resources play an important role in every organization or institution. But there was a decrease in employee performance at Nusantara PGRI Kediri University recently, this case becomes concideration to conduct this research. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work dicipline and compensation on the employee’s performance at Nusantara PGRI Kediri University. The approach of this study is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study used all populations as a sample consisting of 73 employees. The technique of collecting data used a questionnaire with a Likert scale that contains of questions related to work discipline, compensation and employee performance. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression which was processed using the SPSS program to measure the effect of work dicipline and compensation on employee’s performance. The results of hypothesis testing showed that partially, there was a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance and there was also significant effect of compensation on employee performance at Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. While the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing proved that work discipline and compensation give significant effect for employee performance. It can be seen that coefficient dtermination value (R Square) was 0.676. Thus, it can be interpreted that work dicipline and compensation can effect on employee’s performance 67.6% while the remaining 32.4% was effected by other variables outside of this study.

The purpose of this research is to analysis the factors which affecting the implementation of the SAKIP in Government of North Sulawesi, the contain is factor awareness on the laws and regulation (X1), factor organizational commitment (X2) and factor role of APIP (X3) toward implementation of SAKIP (Y). Method that use in this research are quantitative method. The data analysis technique has been done by using the multiple linear regressions analysis. Result of the research according the partial test show that awareness on the laws and regulation no significantly effect to the implementation of SAKIP, whereas the organizatoinal commitment and role of APIP has significantly effect to the implementation of SAKIP. The value from coefficient of determination test amount of 43,7% has been effect by awareness on the laws and regulation, organizatoinal commitment, role of APIP, whereas the remaining 56,3% is influenced by other factors outside this research. This study analyzes borrowing on Arabic in Angkola language. The purpose of this study is to classify the process of borrowing Arabic in Angkola language from the tradition of aqiqah, this is the same as the body. It is done as an effort to inventory the description of forms, rules, and use of borrowing Arabic language. This research is descriptive qualitative with the technique refer and note. The data analysis technique uses domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, compound analysis, and analysis of cultural themes. The results show that the emergence of adaptation is more often compared to the emergence of adoption while the hybrid and translation uptake are not found. Thus, the use of borrowing Arabic in the event aqiqah daganak tubu does not cause a shift in the language of Angkola into araba-araban, precisely the borrowing of Arabic is very helpful in completing the lexicon of the Angkola language specifically for the use of religious terms in communication in the community.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menganalisis borrowing bahasa Arab pada bahasa Angkola. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengklasifikasi proses borrowing bahasa Arab pada bahasa Angkola dari tradisi aqiqah ni daganak tubu. Hal ini dilakukan sebagai salah satu upaya untuk menginventarisasikan pendeskripsian bentuk, kaidah, dan penggunaan borrowing bahasa Arab. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik simak dan catat. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis domain, analisis taksonomi, analisis komponensial, dan analisis tema budaya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kemunculan adaptasi yang lebih sering dibandingkan dengan kemunculan adopsi sedangkan hibrida dan serapan terjemahan tidak ditemukan. Dengan demikian, maka penggunaan borrowing bahasa Arab dalam acara aqiqah ni daganak tubu tidak menyebabkan terjadinya pergeseran pada bahasa Angkola menjadi kearab-araban, justru borrowing bahasa Arab sangat membantu guna melengkapi leksikon bahasa Angkola khususnya untuk penggunaan istilah keagamaan dalam komunikasi di masyarakat Angkola.

This research is a qualitative research with the intention of obtaining a description of the evaluation of the working effectiveness of the DPRD in the distribution of social assistance funds to the community in Denpasar City. The data analysis technique used is by collecting data, compiling data, presenting data, drawing conclusions and suggestions. Finding the best conclusions is subsequently realized as input.The research allocation is at the Denpasar City DPRD office which is located at Jalan Melati Denpasar - Bali. With the following considerations: the number of problems that arise because the DPRD is where the people's voice is accommodated. DPRD is the supervisor of the performance of the executive. Because executives have the duty to channel grants and social assistance funds to the community. Human resources are championed and there are many there. The results of the study indicate that good cooperation between the executive and the legislature is very necessary.Because after all the fate of the community is in the hands of these two institutions. All obstacles must be found out because the problem is that social assistance is a very sensitive issue. Many problems often arise from channeling social assistance funds.
