Project managers’ leadership has a direct and an indirect effect on project success. Extant literature has established that transformational leadership style positively affects project success in a major way. The main aim of this research is to understand the variables that positively affects transformational leadership development and their interrelationships in megaprojects. The Total Interpretive Structural Model (TISM) methodology is adopted to propose a framework, and Impact Matrix Cross-Reference Multiplication Applied to a Classification (MICMAC) approach is used to examine the strategic nature of the enablers. The research shows that there exists a group of enablers having a high driving power and low dependence, requiring maximum attention and of strategic importance, while another group consists of those variables that have high dependence and are resultant actions. Furthermore, the model explains the relationships among each pair of variables. Organisations dealing in megaprojects would be the major beneficiaries of this study. Policy makers in these organisations would explicitly understand the variables and their interrelationships that needs attention for transformational leadership development. This would help them to prioritize their efforts and implement suitable strategies to focus on the most important variables for developing transformational leaders ultimately leading to project success.

<p>E-commerce has a rapid development with the advent of the Internet era, the era of “Internet +” also let many industries to find new opportunities. Now online shopping has become a mainstream to meet the needs of people’s life, especially in the developed cities, more and more people are willing to buy all sorts of goods in e - Bay, Amazon, Sunning, JD and other large e-commerce enterprises. Business enterprise needs to deliver intact goods quickly to customers to improve customers’ intention of purchasing. So the development of e-commerce and express industry is closely linked. The end of the city logistics needs to contact with consumers directly as the last part of the whole process in normal logistics distribution, which may occur some problems about the damage of goods, slow information feedback, service quality and other issues will reduce the satisfaction of consumers and affect reputation of companies. This article use ISM technology to analyze the influencing factors of the logistics of the ecommerce enterprise from the perspective of consumers, and divide all of the factors into three levels, each level contains different meanings which make a reference for the trend of development of the end of city logistics distribution. </p>

After almost 20 years of absence from research agendas, interest in the vertical axis wind turbine (VAWT) technology is presently increasing again, after the research stalled in the mid 90's in favor of horizontal axis wind turbines (HAWTs). However, due to the lack of research in past years, there are a significantly lower number of design and certification tools available, many of which are underdeveloped if compared to the corresponding tools for HAWTs. To partially fulfill this gap, a structural finite element analysis (FEA) model, based on the Open Source multiphysics library PROJECT::CHRONO, was recently integrated with the lifting line free vortex wake (LLFVW) method inside the Open Source wind turbine simulation code QBlade and validated against numerical and experimental data of the SANDIA 34 m rotor. In this work, some details about the newly implemented nonlinear structural model and its coupling to the aerodynamic solver are first given. Then, in a continuous effort to assess its accuracy, the code capabilities were here tested on a small-scale, fast-spinning (up to 450 rpm) VAWT. The study turbine is a helix shaped, 1 kW Darrieus turbine, for which other numerical analyses were available from a previous study, including the results coming from both a one-dimensional beam element model and a more sophisticated shell element model. The resulting data represented an excellent basis for comparison and validation of the new aero-elastic coupling in QBlade. Based on the structural and aerodynamic data of the study turbine, an aero-elastic model was then constructed. A purely aerodynamic comparison to experimental data and a blade element momentum (BEM) simulation represented the benchmark for QBlade aerodynamic performance. Then, a purely structural analysis was carried out and compared to the numerical results from the former. After the code validation, an aero-elastically coupled simulation of a rotor self-start has been performed to demonstrate the capabilities of the newly developed model to predict the highly nonlinear transient aerodynamic and structural rotor response.

The purpose of this study is to structure a model of relationships among barriers in the implementation of CG in Pakistan. It also points out a key barrier in embarking on the regime of CG. The design of research consists of a literature review, data collection and analyses. Modeling methodology entails ISM coupled with MICMAC. Findings revealed that “lack of investigation about the rights of minority shareholders” is the most critical barrier since this occupies the bottom of the model. Whereas, barriers namely “basic shareholders rights are not often protected, minority shareholders rights are often violated, lack of autonomy on the part of the auditors and rules requiring equity ownership disclosure are not followed” are least critical since they occupy the top of the model. MICMAC analysis revealed that three barriers fall in the independent quadrant, six in the linkage, six independent and two in autonomous. This study is helpful to regulators and corporations to successfully embark on the regime of CG.

Abstract Goals to be achieved through this research are as follows: (1) the scientific explanation about the initial conditions of fishing effort in the area of research in this area is South Minahasa; (2) To obtain information on the historical development of the fish processing industry in North Sulawesi and Minahasa south in particular; (3) To be informed of the obstacles and challenges faced by the fisheries sector investors, especially fish processing timber. This research focuses on one unit of the fish processing industry wooden fish processing plant, and then in the case study method is relevant. The case study method is expected that researchers can examine more detailed and focused on problems experienced by fish processing company. As a consequence the results can not be generalized as like which would otherwise require science. Unless some case studies on the same topic on other companies and the result is the same, the efforts generalizations can be made. However the results of the case study can paint a picture on the history, constraints and barriers to investment that occur in similar industries and other industries. The initial condition of fisheries business investment in South Minahasa in 1995 was still dominated by small-scale businesses, which is limited to household livelihoods of fishermen. How governance is still very traditional in terms of business objectives just to meet daily food needs. Wooden fish processing technology already existed and developed since the year 700 BC in Japan. In Indonesia, especially in North Sulawesi started introduced in 1927 by a Japanese man named Hara Ko. The new investment started in 1971 until now. Investment in fish processing faces many obstacles and challenges, namely (1) the limited market share, (2) Legal certainty is not guaranteed, (3) Investors from outside the region and abroad to invest by holding on minimal information about the culture and traditions of local communities (4 ) morale of local residents very traditional if not arguably worse. (5) The investment policy is supported by the local government level only at the Regent while Assiten level, down to the village more displays of terror and intimidation to investors.

Cocoa is commodities third largest foreign exchange earner after oil palm and rubber. In 2012 production totaled 833 310 tonnes of cocoa with an average growth of 1.56%. There are two major challenges in the development of the national cocoa industry, the increase in quantity (production and productivity) and quality. To support these efforts the role of research and development is needed to ensure that the procedures adopted are appropriate and fit. This study aims to study the role of research and development and other supporting factors in addressing the problems of the national cocoa. The study is in the form of survey respondents which are R&D institutes, universities and cocoa processing industry. The results show that there is a problem of national cocoa industry in all aspects, here the cultivation aspect is the biggest problem. The next aspects are mentoring, institutional, business scale, quality, policy, processing of intermediate products and processing of downstream products. The study also shows that there is still a lot of research results that can not be utilized by the cocoa industry, the rest has to be applied even if but only for a small scale so that the less significant. In the small and medium scale of cocoa enterprises, the equipment used is generally low capacity so inefficient.

In the Covid Pandemic 19, sharia cooperatives must be a solution for the welfare of their members and the UMKM that they support so that they can move up in class, but how if it is difficult to access, therefore sharia cooperatives must be digital-based and include collaborating with fintech. This study tries to answer the problems that occur, strategies, and stakeholders involved in the development of Islamic cooperatives in collaboration with sharia fintech in Indonesia using the Interpretive Structural Model (ISM) approach. The core problem faced in developing sharia cooperatives in collaboration with sharia fintech is the lack of education and promotion of Islamic financial institutions collaboration, especially in sharia cooperatives with sharia fintech (E9), which initially became competitors to financial institutions because they were very flexible and fast and have become OJK's instructions that fintech must collaborate with financial institutions including sharia ones. Furthermore, it can be suggested for legislators, actors and drafter to constantly monitor and improve the process in the context of the progress and welfare of cooperatives and SMEs in Indonesia.
