Abstract The aim of the article is to outline the relationship of the concept of CSR with the issue of digital transformation. Significant advancements in technology and wide access to the Internet has resulted in what is named the Digital age. In the Digital age, CSR and digital transformation are becoming one of the main factors of the company’s competitiveness. Digital transformation is currently the most important element of the Fourth Industrial Revolution that changes the way of doing business. It requires the necessity of deep changes in the sphere of awareness of people working in the businesses. Digital transformation seems to be an effective solution to the main problems that appear in the competitive business environment. Corporate Digital Responsibility (CDR) is standing out as the new direction changing the relationship between labour and technology as well as shaping the ethical use of new technologies.

Finance digital transformation has become the most commonly used words in the last decade. Enhancing the efficiency and the survival of institutions is related to the adoption of innovation of digital changes. Redesigning the organizational structure of any institution starts with employees and their skills and competencies. This article aims to show how the process of digitalization of the financial system and the adoption of new technologies have changed the approach of the workplace, the way of doing business and redefined the parameters of the financial products and services offered. The research presents the challenges faced by organizational design in the banking industry and how the structure of employees it is changed. Starting to form financial institutions cases and extrapolating to the labour market, in general, the paper underlines the movements of the job market and the possible solutions to redirect the specialization curriculums in order to equip people with those qualifications and skills which will make them employable on the current digitalized business environment.

The objective of this paper is to investigate relationship between CSP and CFP using contingency perspective derived from the strategic management domain.  The investigation will be done using lens of slack resource and good management theory.  This study is expected to provide a new insight on the link between corporate social performance and corporate financial performance using contingency perspective as suggested in the strategic management and accounting literature, an area has not been examined<br />in the prior studies. The result of this study can resolve the existing conflict<br />in the literatures by developing an integrated model of the link between <br />CSP and CFP and the notion of corporate performance which, in strategic management, is highly affected by four factors: business environment, strategy, organization structure, and control system. The model will explain<br />in what condition the relationship of CSP and CFP is valid.

Relevance: one of the accumulation key areas of macroeconomic stability — entrepreneurial activity, faced country’s insurmountable difficulties in 2020. Supporting the business sustainability, it is ready to overcome these difficulties only with the participation of the parties concerned. First of all, entrepreneurship support is the authorities responsibity, and it has already come to life in Russia and in other countries of the world. For their future performance, companies will be influenced by the relationship of society to business and by the business participants, such as as founders, owners, employers. It is obvious, that in the conditions of the current coronavirus pandemic some companies face uncertainty, discordance, and they do not accept forced downtime participation in the business processes. Entrepreneurship support, business support institutions, relationship of companies’ entrepreneurial activity and stakeholders formed the conceipt «entrepreneurial culture». The level of its development will depend, on national-cultural characteristics, which will be reflected in the study. Purpose: to highlight the parametric dilemmas of the national entrepreneurial culture, to evaluate their actions as exemplified by Finland and Germany. Methods and methodological apparatus of the study: models of entrepreneurial culture: cultural dimensional characters by G. Hofstede; the development model of intercultural sensitivity by M. Bennett; cultural dimensional characters by F. Trompenaars and C. Hampden-Turner; parametric dilemmas of the national entrepreneurial culture by Yu. S. Sizova and A. B. Ilyin [6]. Main results: the concept of entrepreneurial culture is defined; the models of entrepreneurial culture and the restrictions on their use are noted; authors dilemmas of entrepreneurial culture and their use in Finland and Germany are presented and the features of entrepreneurial culture of these countries are determined. Scientific novelty: for the study of entrepreneurial culture, a complex elements that includes the parametric dilemmas of national entrepreneurial culture as the lack of state support — the attendance of state support was defined: «lack of state support — state suppor existance»; «restrictions for non-resident entrepreneurs — neutrality for non-resident entrepreneurs»; «lack of support institutions — support institutions existence»; «noncompliance to national features in doing business — compliance to national features in doing business»; «lack of the laws supporting entrepreneurial activity — availability of laws supporting entrepreneurial activity»; «lack of business controlling by the supervisory authorities — existence of business controlling by the supervisory authorities»; «adverse business environment — conducive business environment». Practical relevance: the results of the study may be used by enterprises of different levels.

We are witnessing how new technologies are radically changing the design of organizations, the way in which they produce and manage both their objectives and their strategies, and -above all- how digital transformation impacts the people who are part of it. Even today in our country, many organizations think that digitalizing is having a presence on social networks, a web page or venturing into cases of success in corporate social intranet. Others begin to invest a large part of their budget in training their teams and adapting them to the digital age. But given this current scenario, do we know exactly what the digital transformation of organizations means? It is necessary? Implying? Is there a roadmap to follow that leads to the success of this process? How are organizations that have been born 100% digital from their business conception to the way of producing services through the use of platforms? What role does the organizational culture play in this scenario? The challenge of the digital transformation of businesses and organizations, which is part of the paradigm of the industrial revolution 4.0, is happening here and now in all types of organizations, whether are they private, public or third sector. The challenge to take into account in this process is to identify the digital competences that each worker must face in order to accompany these changes and not be left out of it. In this sense, the present work seeks to analyze the main characteristics of the current technological advances that make up the digital transformation of organizations and how they must be accompanied by a digital culture and skills that allow their successful development. In order to approach this project, we will carry out an exploratory research, collecting data from the sector of new actors in the world of work such as employment platforms in its various areas (gastronomy, delivery, transportation, recreation, domestic service, etc) and an analysis of the main technological changes that impact on the digital transformation of organizations in Argentina.

We investigate the relationship of corporate social responsibility (CSR) (often assumed to reflect corporate voluntarism) and government (often assumed to reflect coercion). We distinguish two broad perspectives on the CSR and government relationship: the dichotomous (i.e., government and CSR are / should be independent of one another) and the related (i.e., government and CSR are / should be interconnected). Using typologies of CSR public policy and of CSR and the law, we present an integrated framework for corporate discretion for engagement with public policy for CSR. We make four related contributions. First, we explain the dichotomous and the related perspectives with reference to their various assumptions and analyses. Second, we demonstrate that public policy for CSR and corporate discretion coexist and interact. Specifically, we show, third, that public policy for CSR can inform and stimulate corporate discretion and, fourth, that corporations have discretion for CSR, particularly as to how corporations engage with such policy.

PurposeThe purpose of this paper is to investigate the direct and indirect effect of the existence of risk management on the relationship between audit committee and corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure in Palestine.Design/methodology/approachThe study utilizes a panel data of 31 Palestinian listed companies from 2010 to 2016. It also utilizes structural equation modeling (SEM) model.FindingsThe results of SEM model find a significant positive relationship of the existence of risk management, audit committee meeting and audit committee size with CSR disclosure. However, audit committee financial expertise has a significant negative relationship with CSR disclosure. The results also find a significant relationship of audit committee meeting and audit committee financial expertise with CSR disclosure through the existence of risk management.Practical implicationsThis study is important to policymakers, accounting professionals and shareholders on the extent to which audit committee related to such committee efficiency in monitoring CSR disclosure.Social implicationsThis study adds to the existing literature by investigating the direct and indirect effect of the existence of risk management on the relationship between audit committee and CSR disclosure in Palestine as one of the youngest market in region that assists to test the validity of agency theory in a young and small emerging market context.Originality/valueIt is the first study to investigate the direct and indirect effect of the existence of risk management on the relationship between audit committee and CSR disclosure in Palestine.

In recent years, consumers are increasingly interested in corporate social responsibility activities for the community. Many companies have begun to focus on CSR activities as it can contribute to improving the company's image in customer's perception. In Vietnam, although there are also some studies about CSR, the quantity is limited and there are certain limitations. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the relationship between CSR activities and customer loyalty through trust, customer company identify, and satisfaction. With the data being collected by survey questionnaires, the authors test the model and research hypotheses by using PLS-SEM techniques. The results show that CSR activities have a positive impact on customer loyalty through factors of trust, customer company identify, and customer satisfaction. This study helps business managers to develop effective policies and to have a new perspective on CSR activities as well as its values. In addition, the positive outlook of the customers on the business will bring many benefits, contributing to improving the brand value and reputation, enhancing competitive advantages towards sustainable development.

Purpose – to analyze strategic company management in the digital business environment. Design/Method/Approach. General scientific methods are applied: systematization, comparison, generalization, analysis, and synthesis. Findings. The essence of strategic management and its significance to a company has been analyzed. The relationship between strategic company management and digital business environment has been elucidated. Basic trends for doing business in the digital environment have been defined. Theoretical implications. Theoretical significance of the research is in the advancement of opinion on the strategic company management in digital business environment. Practical implications. The practical value of the research is in the possibility of applying the results obtained by both international and domestic companies for strategic management in the digital business environment that emerged as a result of the Fourth industrial revolution. Originality/Value. The main trends of modern business in the digital environment have been identified. The choice of strategies of multinational companies has been identified, as well as the areas of their application in digital business environment. Research limitations/Future research. The prospects for further research are to study the strategic management of international companies and analyze the impact of digital business environment on their development. The rapid development of Industry 4.0 as a result of the Fourth Industrial Revolution brings back the relationship of pedagogy and production to mutual integration that has been their characteristic since ancient times. The study revealed high digital readiness of students (4.24 according to the student assessment and 2.82 according to the teacher assessment on a 5- point scale) and very low readiness of production to accept integrated learning (1.68 and 2.67, respectively), as well as the poor digitalization of the educational process according to the students and teachers, who are more closely familiar with the reality of production (2.03 and 2.45, respectively).

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of profitability (ROA) on stock prices with corporate social responsibility (CSR) as a variable that moderates the two variables. The object of this research is companies incorporated in JII and SRI-KEHATI indexes that meet the test sample criteria during the period 2016 - 2018. This study uses a quantitative approach. Analysis of the data in this study used a moderation regression analysis (MRA). This study uses 20 samples for the JII index and 21 for the SRI-KEHATI index. Data obtained from the company's financial statements incorporated in JII and the SRI-KEHATI index for the period of 2016 - 2018 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website. The results showed that Return On Assets (ROA) had a significant effect on JII stock prices and SRI-KEHATI index stock prices. Furthermore, with CSR as a moderating variable showing the results of research with JII that is partially CSR disclosure shows a significant value which means CSR disclosure is able to moderate the relationship of ROA with JII stock prices. Overall (simultaneous) independent variables (ROA, CSR, ROA * CSR) significantly influence the stock price of JII. Furthermore, the results of research with the SRI-KEHATI index partially disclose CSR as a moderating variable showing a significant value. This means that CSR disclosure is not able to moderate the relationship of ROA with JII stock prices. while overall (simultaneous) independent variables (ROA, CSR, ROA * CSR) affect the stock price of the SRI-KEHATI index.Keywords: Profitability,StockPrice,ROA,CSR
