This study aims to identify the contribution of new tourism objects around the Borobudur Temple area in increasing Magelang Regional Revenue (PAD), identifying driving and inhibiting factors to optimize the attractiveness of tourists in new tourist attractions around the Borobudur Temple, as well as develop integration strategies that can be carried out by the Magelang Regency government in developing new Tourism Objects around the Borobudur Temple using the SWOT analysis method. The expert respondents in this study were 2, namely Bappeda and the Magelang Regency Culture and Tourism Office. The results showed that the contribution given could boost the tourism sector to Magelang regency's regional income. It was seen from the percentage of contributions from several new tourism objects that were higher than the existing cultural tourism, Pawon and Mendut Temple. The inhibiting factor is road access to some tourist attractions in the less adequate district in Borobudur. The driving factor in the development of tourist attraction is the level of tourist arrivals has increased in each year (due to the) location of strategic tourist attractions and close to each other. The integration strategy of developing tourist attraction in Borobudur Subdistrict in order to increase the local revenue of Magelang Regency by optimizing the development of tourist attraction to become a superior tourist attraction in order to evenly distribute tourist visits to the Borobudur District is not only focused on Borobudur Temple. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kontribusi objek wisata baru di sekitar kawasan Candi Borobudur dalam meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Magelang, mengidentifikasi faktor pendorong dan penghambat untuk mengoptimalkan daya tarik wisatawan di tempat wisata baru di sekitar Candi Borobudur, serta mengembangkan integrasi strategi yang dapat dilakukan oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Magelang dalam mengembangkan Objek Wisata baru di sekitar Candi Borobudur menggunakan metode analisis SWOT. Responden ahli dalam penelitian ini adalah 2, yaitu Bappeda dan Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Magelang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi yang diberikan dapat meningkatkan sektor pariwisata untuk pendapatan daerah Kabupaten Magelang. Itu terlihat dari persentase kontribusi dari beberapa objek wisata baru yang lebih tinggi dari wisata budaya yang ada, Pawon dan Candi Mendut. Faktor penghambatnya adalah akses jalan ke beberapa tempat wisata di kabupaten Borobudur yang kurang memadai. Faktor pendorong dalam pengembangan objek wisata adalah tingkat kedatangan wisatawan yang meningkat setiap tahunnya (karena) lokasi tempat wisata yang strategis dan berdekatan satu sama lain. Strategi integrasi pengembangan objek wisata di Kecamatan Borobudur dalam rangka meningkatkan pendapatan daerah Kabupaten Magelang dengan mengoptimalkan pengembangan objek wisata.

The purpose of this study was to determine the D'MOOAT Tourism development strategy in Moat Village, Moat District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research lasted for 3 months, from February to April 2019. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from direct interviews with 51 people consisting of D’MOOAT owners, employees, Sangadi (Head of Village) and visitors who came to the tourist attractions. This study uses a SWOT analysis model (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunity, Threats). The results showed that the D'MOOAT tourist attraction has a very attractive tourist attraction that offers a natural panorama of the moat lake where the playground for children also offers a view of the strawberry garden and ornamental flowers which are an attraction for tourists who come to these attractions.*eprm*

This study aims to find out how the development strategy of Lembang Dano situ in Village of Cipada, and to get the right strategy for the development of Lembang Dano tourist attractions. The data has taken of primary data and secondary data, where primary data is obtained from questionnaires and interviews to predetermined sources and secondary data obtained from agencies and agencies related to this study. The analytical tool used the SWOT analysis method the results of the research show that the development strategy needs to first determine the factors that are strengths and weaknesses (internal environment) ourism potential in Lembang Dano Cipada Village, then combines with the opportunities and threats from outside (external environment). The research objective was to describe the potential for waterfall tourism in Sambangan Village and to analyze strategies to develop the tourist attraction of the waterfall in Sambangan Village. Collecting data by means of observation, interviews, and document recording was analyzed with qualitative analysis to describe the potential for waterfall tourism in Sambangan Village and SWOT analysis to formulate a waterfall tourism development strategy. The results showed (1) classification of waterfall tourism potential in Sambangan Village, namely the classification of low tourism potential (Barak Wall Waterfall), medium tourism potential classification (Changing Waterfall, Dedari Waterfall, Cemara Waterfall), and high tourism potential classification ( Aling Aling Waterfall, Kembar Waterfall, Kroya Waterfall, Pucuk Waterfall) and (2) A strategic plan for developing a waterfall tourist attraction, namely by developing and improving various components including tourist attractions, accessibility, facilities, institutions, and preservation. environment to increase tourists to the waterfall in Sambangan Village.

Tourism is one of the important things for a country, with tourism, a country or more specifically the Regional Government where the tourist object is located, receives income from the income of each tourist attraction. This study aims to identify and determine tourism objects that need to get a priority scale as a leading tourism to be developed; how the strategies that need to be formulated in the context of developing tourist objects in the City of Tidore Islands. The number of research samples was 70 people. The test tools used are analysis weighted product, simple linear regression, SWOT analysis. The results showed that: (1) the leading tourist attraction in the City of Tidore Archipelago is the Kie Kedaton Kie tourist attraction in the Tidore Sultanate, which is ranked 1; (2) service quality on visitor satisfaction shows that the level of service quality has a significant effect of 73.3% on visitor satisfaction at the Kie Kedaton Kie Sultanate of Tidore; (3) The strategy for developing the leading tourism objects in the City of Tidore Islands is as follows: (i). Improve the quality and quantity of human resources (HR) so that managers of tourist attractions are more optimal, (ii). Development of supporting facilities to build vacant land, which is governed by policies and development of investment marketing and tourism marketing, (iii). Collaborating with third parties (private) or community self-help parties, (iv). Increased promotion through print media and tourism social media in its development so as to attract investors, (v). Increasing the improvement of the development concept development program by following the era of globalization without reducing its historical value to attract visitors so that they are ready to face competition between tourist objects, (vi) Accelerating building activities that have been designed considering the approaching year-end and holiday period (vii) Increasing the quality of the workforce professionals in the management of tourist objects so as to reduce environmental damage due to arbitrary developments.

Slangit is a village in Cirebon, West Java that has potentials to be used as a cultural tourist attraction. These potentials include tradition and custom ceremonies, traditional art of masks and mask performances. This article investigates the the development strategy of cultural attractions in the village of Slangit. Data collection are conducted by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data was analysed using a descriptive qualitative method and by using SWOT analysis. The result shows that theattempt to use arts potential as tourist attraction has been fairly developed by artists group but it is far from adequate becausethe lack of coordination between artists group and the authorityresponsible to promote culture and tourism. It is suggested thatthe government to work together with communities and artists topromote the village potentials as cultural tourism attractions bothas away to preserve arts and to develop tourism as source of localeconomy.

Ecotourism Destination of Tangkahan is located at the edge of Gunung Leuser National Park, within the Sub-regency of Batang Serangan, Regency of Langkat, Province of North Sumatera, Indonesia. The Ecotourism Destination of Tangkahan relies upon a distinctive tourist attraction, namely elephant trekking that is undertaken along the edge of the river and in the Gunung Leuser National Park (GLNP), as well as the diversity of flora and fauna available at the GLNP. There are many activities can be undertaken by visitors at this destination, such as: elephant trekking, wildlife watching at the GLNP, trekking at the edge of Buluh river and come back by swimming wearing life jacket, tubing (traditional rafting) and canoeing at Batang Serangan river, swimming at Buluh river, camping and outbound activities at the camping ground, village tour at sub-village of Kuala Buluh, and traditional massage (pijat / kusuk) by local therapist. The research was undertaken to develop strategies which could be used as guidance in managing and developing this ecotourism destination. The proposed strategies were based upon the results of SWOT analysis. Data were assembled from the visitors’ survey, focus group discussions and workshop involving tourism stakeholders and several interested groups. Based upon the analysis of existing tourist attractions offered at the Ecotourism Destination of Tangkahan, it could be said that the nature based tourist attractions were considered to be interesting up to very interesting. The uniqueness of elephant jungle trekking in the GLNP was the tourism icon of the Ecotourism Destination of Tangkahan. Camping ground, plant nursery, and agriculture plantation were potential to be promoted as tourist attractions at the Ecotourism Destination of Tangkahan. Based upon the results of SWOT analysis of the Ecotourism Destination of Tangkahan, several strategies could be recommended for ecotourism development at Tangkahan, namely, to maintain the diversity of flora and fauna at GLNP as ecotourism attractions at Tangkahan, to develop nature based tourism with consideration on the principles of ecotourism and conservation, to improve safety measures for visitors and guides who are undertaking tourism activities at the ecotourism destination of Tangkahan, to revitalize the traditional music and dances that are existed at the community of Tangkahan to become a tourist attraction, to establish an effort to extend the elephant trekking attraction that has been available at Tangkahan, to increase the number of elephants at the Community Respons Unit (CRU) Tangkahan, which are available for elephant trekking for tourists in order to accommodate an increasing demand of the elephant trekking in the near future, to organise the schedule of elephant trekking activities during rainy season, to improve the quality and quantity of the accommodation available at Tangkahan, to establish an emergency system (Search and Rescue - SAR) at Tangkahan, establish a solid waste management system at Tangkahan, to develop sewarage treatment systems for accommodation and restaurant at Tangkahan, to develop land transportation facilities (particulatly roads) at Tangkahan, to improve the accesibility to the locations of tourist attractions within the ecotourism destination of Tangkahan, to establish a banking facility at Tangkahan, to build public toilets, as well as to establish a management of public toilet at Tangkahan, to establish an institution to manage parking area at Tangkahan and to establish electricity networks at the centre of Tangkahan tourist area.

Jembrana have a number of cultural potentials that can be developed as tourist attractions, one of which is the art of gamelan jegog musical instrument. Gamelan jegog made of bamboo and produce a beautiful tone. This study aims to identify the potential and constraints gamelan jegog as a tourist attraction, and to formulate an effective development strategy to be implemented. Data collection techniques used in this study were the observation, structured interviews with 11 informants from the community and the government that has insights of gamelan jegog. The method used is descriptive-qualitative and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the gamelan jegog potential can be developed into a tourist attraction in Jembrana by minimizing the constraints owned. Through SWOT approach then obtained jegog gamelan development strategy in the form of SO (strength-opportunities) strategy, namely the development of tourism potential in the district of Jembrana and increase cooperation and utilization of technology.

Bondowoso is one of the regions in Indonesia that has the potential for tourist attraction with approximately 28 existing tourist attractions. The development of the tourism sector in Bondowoso has now also been directed at the basis of agro-tourism by the local government, such as the existence of tourist destinations in the form of coffee picking, tourism in the plantation area, tourist forest, and others. Lereng tancak kembar is one of the agro-tourism destinations in Bondowoso which has many visitors. The increase in the number of visitors to the Lereng tancak kembar agro-tourism area has provided an increase in income for people who run agriculture-based businesses (agro-industry) in the region. However, the management of agro-tourism on the Lereng tancak kembar is still not running optimally, so this condition also affects the agro-industry sector around the area. The purpose of this study is to analyze the conditions in the field in order to design a strategy in order to develop the Lereng tancak kembar Tourism, Bondowoso. The analysis technique used is the SWOT (Strength-Weakness-Opportunity-Threats) analysis with 12 internal strategy factors and 8 external strategic factors. The results of the study produced 10 alternative strategies that could be recommendations for development of the agrotourism sector of the Lereng tancak kembar Bondowoso Regency.

This study identifies the potential of tourism products in Sukajadi Village Bogor Regency based on ten (10) tourism components as well as its development strategy, which is currently included in the category of a newly developing tourist village. The results of this research are aggressive and serious development strategies in all aspects of the tourism component, namely increasing the quality and diversification of tourist attractions and activities, accessibility, improving the quality and quantity of tourism amenities, improving the quality of human resources & institutions, community support, land use, tourism industry cooperation, as well as marketing aspects. This research type is a descriptive qualitative with a case study exploratory approach. Primary data is obtained from direct observation and interviews with key informants, namely Pokdarwis and the Village Head, while secondary data is the result of literature studies and research documentation. The analysis technique of this research uses SWOT analysis and Matrix, analysis of the work program of the vision for tourism development of the Bogor Regency Government which refers to local government master plan for tourism development (RIPPARDA), and also analysis of the Cleanlines, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) guidelines.

The aim of being able to see what development strategies are suitable for mangrove tourism in Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City. The research objective was to see the strategy for developing mangrove tourism in Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City with a SWOT analysis. The data collection used was a questionnaire method with a list of questions to the respondents. The analysis method used is a SWOT analysis to see internal factors and external factors, which will then be entered into the SWOT matrix. The research results obtained from the analysis of internal factors and external factors. The result of the internal factor is a strength (strength) of 2.75 while the weakness (weakness) is 1.46, so the value of the internal factor is 2.75-1.46 = 1.29 while from the external factor the opportunity (opportunity) is 2 , 52 and for the threat (threat) is 1.58, the value of the external factor is 2.52-1.58 = 0.94. Based on the analysis diagram, the SWOT strategy is in the Cell (quadrant) I position. This shows that the SO strategy in the SWOT matrix is an aggressive strategy. This strategy explains that Kampung Sejahtera mangrove tourism can take advantage of the surrounding environment. The environment around mangrove tourism is still natural so that it is very likely for the community to add stages such as trading, opening food stalls, and lodging businesses around the mangrove tourism of Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City, and Utilizing mangrove forests so as not to abrasion around mangrove tourism Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City, which makes the tourist area safe and tourists who visit are comfortable and not worried about abrasion
