Mangrove Tourism Development Strategy for the Prosperous Village on Baai Island, Bengkulu City

The aim of being able to see what development strategies are suitable for mangrove tourism in Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City. The research objective was to see the strategy for developing mangrove tourism in Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City with a SWOT analysis. The data collection used was a questionnaire method with a list of questions to the respondents. The analysis method used is a SWOT analysis to see internal factors and external factors, which will then be entered into the SWOT matrix. The research results obtained from the analysis of internal factors and external factors. The result of the internal factor is a strength (strength) of 2.75 while the weakness (weakness) is 1.46, so the value of the internal factor is 2.75-1.46 = 1.29 while from the external factor the opportunity (opportunity) is 2 , 52 and for the threat (threat) is 1.58, the value of the external factor is 2.52-1.58 = 0.94. Based on the analysis diagram, the SWOT strategy is in the Cell (quadrant) I position. This shows that the SO strategy in the SWOT matrix is an aggressive strategy. This strategy explains that Kampung Sejahtera mangrove tourism can take advantage of the surrounding environment. The environment around mangrove tourism is still natural so that it is very likely for the community to add stages such as trading, opening food stalls, and lodging businesses around the mangrove tourism of Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City, and Utilizing mangrove forests so as not to abrasion around mangrove tourism Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City, which makes the tourist area safe and tourists who visit are comfortable and not worried about abrasion

Indonesia to be the world’s second-largest contributor of plastic waste in the oceans. Every resident in Indonesia can produce 0,52 kg/person/day of waste. Efforts to overcome the problem of waste by processing it into Pellets, which contain calories from 2,800 to 3,300 kcal/kg using the peuyeumisasi method, so that they can use for co-firing in PLTU. Trial for direct co-firing coal and RDF Pellet from Klungkung Bali, will be carry out on Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion (CFBC) boiler. The goal of study to analyze the feasibility for co-firing with SWOT analysis. The SWOT analysis questionnaire was compiled based on internal and external factors, which was carried out through the study of literature and document. After the questionnaire was compiled, the questionnaire was given to respondents who collected 10 people, selected based on factors of relevance and understanding of the issues discussed. The results of the questionnaire show the main indicators, which are divided into 2 parts, internal factors consisting of strengths, weaknesses and external factors consisting of opportunities and threats. Then implemented in the SWOT matrix, to get the best strategy and whether the decision is feasible or not. The results is feasible to be implemented in the PLTU MSW, with internal factor value of 3,03 or rounded to 3 (strong) and an external factor value of 2,6 or rounded to 3 (strong). Several strategies are designed to use the strength to take advantage of opportunities, reduce weaknesses and threats.

<em>This study aims to determine the magnitude of farm income coconut sugar in District Puring Kebumen, knowing internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external (opportunities and threats), to formulate a possible strategic alternatives and identifies priorities for the strategy to be applied in the development of farming of palm sugar in District Puring Kebumen. The research method used is descriptive method. Data analysis method used is the Revenue Analysis, Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE), SWOT Analysis and QSPM. These results indicate that the amount of income of Rp 37,323,400.00 for the period June 2015 - June 2016. Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) showed that coconut sugar farm has five strengths and four weaknesses. External Factor Evaluation (EFE) show gardens coconut sugar farm has four opportunities and five threats. SWOT Analysis generate alternative strategies that can be implemented that improve product with open innovation and their consumer confidence, create attractive packaging so that the consumer response is high, increase competitiveness through cooperatives or associations for joint marketing, and to expand the market by leveraging information technology such as the Internet. QSPM produce good strategic priorities to be implemented is to increase competitiveness through cooperatives or associations for joint marketing.</em>

The first purpose of the research were to identify and analyze potential of agrotourism Bukit Flora and potential area to support development agrotourism Bukit Flora. The second purpose is to identify and analize internal and external environment agrotourism Bukit Flora the factors into strengths, weaknesses, oppurtunities and threats for development  agrotourism of Bukit Flora and the last purpose in this research is formulate appropriate strategies for development strategy of agrotourism Bukit Flora.Data analysis method use descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the potential of agrotourism Bukit Flora and identify the main factors to give weight to the factors that we have setconsisting of strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats by comparing the rows and columns of each variable on internal factors (IFE) and external (EFE). While the use of qualitative analysis in the form of a SWOT analysis and SWOT matrix IE matrix is used to analyze the development of agrotourism strategy using analysisQSPM.IFE total weighted scores of 2.56 and 2.30 for EFE. Placing agro Bukit Flora is in cell V. Based on the results of the SWOT matrix analysis, it can be obtained by four alternative strategies that can be taken in the development of agro Bukit Flora. Based on the results QSPM matrix, the value of the attraction was highest at 3 strategy with the total amount of the appeal (TAS) was 6.26.

Abstract Bread can be found in various food outlets as bakeries, departement stores, stalls, vending sellers or canteens of school and campus. In Bandar Lampung, some bread is produced by small units of bakery either by individual or joint business. The research is aimed at learning some problems of product marketing and some aspects significantly influencing the marketing strategyof the new campus bakery. The research shows that the internal factor evaluation analysis value was at 2,564 that indicate medium value, while the external factor evaluation analysis was at 2,265 which indicate medium value. The internal-external analysis shows that the bakery was at V position, strategy can do in these conditions is market penetration and product development. Strength, weaknesses, oppourtunities, and threats analysis found that the bakery apply 11 businnes strategies developed based on the internal factors – the strengt and weaknesses – as well as the external factors – the opportunities and threat. Environment (external factors) and user attributes (internal factors) affect the user's response to the environment. This study aims to uncover how the quality of the environment in high school as an external factor and student motivation as an internal factor affects the academic performance of the students. The research was conducted with qualitative and quantitative approach. Data were collected by survey using an online questionnaire. From the regression analysis, it was found that the dimensions of external factors of "classroom order", "social interaction and supervision" and "air quality" further increased the effectiveness of student learning rather than internal dimensions of "resilience and capacity building". Meanwhile, the decrease in air quality, noise, and environmental pollution can cause student learning disruption. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the learning environment plays an important role in shaping the effectiveness of student learning.

This study is aimed to find out an alternative strategies of creative industry development of pearl jewelry craft sector in Mataram city. The research uses descriptive research design. The data collected by interview and observation methods which is analyzed by using Internal Factor Analysis (IFE), External Factor Analysis (EFE), and SWOT analysis. The results shows that the internal environment of the industry has a strong position where the strength has a total value of 2.46 compared to the weakness of 0.64. The industry’s position of the outside environment also has strong position where the industry ‘s opportunity has a total value of 1.80 versus threat 1.04. Based on the value of IFE and EFE can be obtained coordinate point in the axis system is 0.91,0.38. One product from the sugar cane is brown sugar cane. ‘UKM Bumi Asih’ is one of the producer of the sugar cane in Bondowoso Regency. Brown sugar cane has potential prospect to developed because it can be used to any purposed (for household needs and beverage industries). This study was aimed to identify the internal and external factors that affected business development of brown sugar cane. The study were used the methods of internal factor evaluation (IFE) and eksternal factor evaluation (EFE). Internal factor analysis was performed to identify the company's internal strengths that can be used and anticipated weaknesses. External factor analysis was conducted to identify opportunities that can be exploited and threats that can be avoided. The scores output from matrix IFE and EFE were all categorized with total score 2.812 for internal factors and 3.0315 for external factor. Both scores were above 2.5 which meas that the internal position was strong enough. So its has the ability above the average to take advantage of the power and opportunities to anticipated the internal weakness and the threats. <p class="Abstrak"><strong>Abstract:</strong> This study focuses on identifying internal and external factors from Crystal Guava Production and Service Unit of SMK 2 Batu. Therefore, strategies for the development of Production Units as edupreneurship can be obtained, namely vehicles for practicing work and entrepreneurship for students by doing creative and innovative efforts, the use of technology at the time of the guava crystal production process and its marketing implementation. Based on the internal factor analysis of the UPJ in SMK 2 Batu at 1.19 and the external factor analysis of 1.15 which is then analyzed using the SWOT matrix at the coordinate point (1.19:1.15) which means the quadrant I (SO) namely having to develop their internal power be`1cause the opportunity to develop UPJ in SMK N 2 batu is widely opened. The SO strategy that has been developed based on the SWOT matrix is (1) making Guidelines for production activities of Production Units that propose Curriculum, (2) product development and the use of the latest technology in organic crystal cultivation, (3) expanding market share with promotional media on social media, (4) increasing student involvement in cultivation and marketing (sales services, promotion in social media), (5) increasing collaboration with industrial parties to transfer knowledge and technology of crystal guava cultivation and maintain continuity of guava products.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengindentifikasi faktor internal dan faktor eksternal dari Unit Produksi dan Jasa Jambu Kristal SMKN 2 Batu sehingga diperoleh strategi-strategi pengembangan Unit Produksi sebagai <em>Edupreneurship</em> yaitu wahana berlatih bekerja dan berwirausaha bagi siswa dengan melakukan yang usaha kreatif dan inovatif, dan penggunaan teknologi pada saat budidadaya Jambu Kristal serta pemasarannya. Berdasarkan analisis faktor internal dari Unit Produksi dan Jasa SMKN 2 Batu sebesar 1,19 dan analisis faktor eksternal sebesar 1,15 yang selanjutnya dianalisis susuai matriks SWOT berada pada titik koordinat (1,19: 1,15) yang berarti pada kuadran I (SO) yaitu harus mengembangkan kekutan internalnya karena peluang untuk mengembangkan Unit Produksi dan Jasa SMKN 2 Batu sebagai <em>Edupreneurship </em>terbuka lebar. Adapun strategi SO yang dikembangkan. Adapun strategi SO yang telah dikembangkan berdasarkan matriks SWOT ialah (1) pembuatan Pedoman kegiatan produksi Unit Produksi yang mengaju Kurikulum, (2) melakukan pengembangan produk dan penggunaan teknologi terbaru pada budidaya jambu kristal (organic), (3) memperluas pangsa pasar dengan media promosi di media sosial, (4) peningkatan keterlibatan siswa dalam budidaya dan pemasaran (layanan penjualan, promosi di media soasial), (5) Meningkatkan kerjasama dengan pihak DU/DI yang sejenis untuk transfer ilmu dan teknologi budidaya jambu kristal dan menjaga kontinuitas produk jambu.
