Jembrana have a number of cultural potentials that can be developed as tourist attractions, one of which is the art of gamelan jegog musical instrument. Gamelan jegog made of bamboo and produce a beautiful tone. This study aims to identify the potential and constraints gamelan jegog as a tourist attraction, and to formulate an effective development strategy to be implemented. Data collection techniques used in this study were the observation, structured interviews with 11 informants from the community and the government that has insights of gamelan jegog. The method used is descriptive-qualitative and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the gamelan jegog potential can be developed into a tourist attraction in Jembrana by minimizing the constraints owned. Through SWOT approach then obtained jegog gamelan development strategy in the form of SO (strength-opportunities) strategy, namely the development of tourism potential in the district of Jembrana and increase cooperation and utilization of technology.

The research objective was to describe the potential for waterfall tourism in Sambangan Village and to analyze strategies to develop the tourist attraction of the waterfall in Sambangan Village. Collecting data by means of observation, interviews, and document recording was analyzed with qualitative analysis to describe the potential for waterfall tourism in Sambangan Village and SWOT analysis to formulate a waterfall tourism development strategy. The results showed (1) classification of waterfall tourism potential in Sambangan Village, namely the classification of low tourism potential (Barak Wall Waterfall), medium tourism potential classification (Changing Waterfall, Dedari Waterfall, Cemara Waterfall), and high tourism potential classification ( Aling Aling Waterfall, Kembar Waterfall, Kroya Waterfall, Pucuk Waterfall) and (2) A strategic plan for developing a waterfall tourist attraction, namely by developing and improving various components including tourist attractions, accessibility, facilities, institutions, and preservation. environment to increase tourists to the waterfall in Sambangan Village.

In Indonesia, tourism has become one of the most important sectors of the economy. The government is aware of this so they are trying to develop tourism seriously. Things that can add value to the attractiveness and competitiveness of tourism are the creativity and spirit of society. One of the tourism potential in the form of artificial objects that can be utilized by the community for purposes of irrigation but also as a tourist attraction is embung. Wonokerto is one of the villages in Sleman area that has built an embung, but not yet used it as a tourism asset. Realizing the potential of Embung Sangurejo in Wonokerto Village, a feasibility study of the embung is required. The analysis used in this research is SWOT analysis. This analysis found the way of Embung Sangurejo development as a tourism asset to improve the welfare of the people of Wonokerto Village which is directed at the efforts for more and more tourists coming. In addition, length of stay is increased by creating a variety of tourist attractions, such as rosulan, manakiban, pencak silat, and others. Keywords: Embung, Creativity, Tourism

The purpose of this research is to know the management strategies of tourism Pine Lahendong and know what are the factors that’s encourages and inhibit Pine Lahendong Tourism management strategies. The problem in this research is how Tourism Pinus Lahendong management strategies and what are the factors that inhibit and encourage Tourism Pinus Lahendong management strategies. Tourism is one of the things that are important to a country, the existence of this tourism, then a country or more specifically the Government of the region where it is tourist attraction, will get the infusion of revenues per tourist attractions. The marketing strategy is basically a thorough plan, integrated and fused in the marketing field, which gives guidelines on the activities that will be executed to achieve the marketing goals of a company. Tourism Pinus Lahendong strategy and potential for managed, developed and marketed because it has beautiful natural scenery and a sulfur hot springs into a visitor attraction. This research which means to understand the phenomenon or strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats from Tourism Pinus Lahendong holistically with described it in the form of words and language so as to produce a depiction on the phenomenon that happens. the results of the SWOT analysis conducted in the Tourism development of tourism policy, then Pinus Lahendong is improving promotion through various media, to improve the existing facilities in order to provide convenience for visitors and capitalize on potential at once elaborated the opportunities that can be sold and can attract visitors.

Melasti beach is a tourist attraction of the beach that is just starting to develop. Melasti Beach still in development in the governance by the village of Ungasan and yet the existence of a management system. Melasti beach is located in Ungasan, South Kuta, Badung Regency, has the potentialities are wonderful and interesting to develop. The assumption behind this is based on the chosen research topic "melasti Beach Development Strategy as a tourist attraction in the village of Ungasan, South Kuta, Badung Regency. Data types and data sources that are used i.e. qualitative data, primary and secondary data. Data collection done by way of observation, unstructured interviews, study kepustakan, documentation, research instrument is the guidance interview. The analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative data analysis with the use of tourism potential and analysis approach to SWOT analysis which clearly sets forth the findings based on the issues examined with accurate data sources. In the results of this research demonstrating that the Melasti Beach has the potential of nature is very beautiful, it also has the potential of culture as well as potential human or artificial to developed, capable of attracting tourists visit. Although still in the development phase is already visited by tourists and foreigners to the archipelago. The conclusions from the results of Shore Development Melasti is need for management systems, many still lack facilities to complement the tourist attraction due to the lack of funds and contributions from the Government is still waiting for him. The research aim is to determine development strategy of Banjar Samu as a tourism village. This research used qualitative and quantitative data with source from primary and secondary data. Observation, interview and documentation are data collection techniques. The sample method used purposive sampling while data analysis used descriptive qualitative and SWOT analysis.  Based on the results, the research indicate is that Banjar Samu have tourism potential which is consisted of natural potentials include panorama of rice fields and water springs. While the potential of culture include: community activities, hospitality and attitude of mutual cooperation, temples: building architecture and religious activity, sacred art of barong landung and another arts entertainment such as joged bumbung, arja, gambelan geguntangan, as well as local craft communities such as wood carving, silver handicrafts, yoga-meditation activity and sekaa such as sekaa gong,  joged, geguntangan, arja, angklung, subak and sekaa santi. Based on the analysis of SWOT Matrix, the results obtained by SO strategies are improving the quality of tourism potential and establish tourist activity. ST strategy is improving the security services. WO strategies are increasing cooperation with the government college, arranging some promotion. In modern times, the potential opportunities of the regions are studied using  different methodological approaches to achieve sustainable socio-economic development,  and zoning is carried out in different directions to stimulate their future activities. The  zoning is based on the demand for available resources and takes into account the level of  socio-economic development of the region. At present, the study of tourism in the Republic of Azerbaijan by regions is encouraging  attention due to its relevance. However, research work on the identification of tourism zones in the country and the zoning of these  areas is weak. From this point of view, the article studies the tourism potential of Gusar region and provides a scheme for its tourismrecreation zoning which meets present-day requirements and attracts attention due to its relevance. The article analyses the development  strategy of tourism, which is a new and promising field in the Republic of Azerbaijan, identifies the main directions of this strategy,  and explores ways to solve existing problems. For this purpose, first, the criteria for zoning of tourism and recreation resources were  determined; then natural and anthropogenic tourism resources were assessed through the example of Gusar region; information on  natural and historical-architectural monuments of interest to tourists was provided; the number of hotels operating in the region over  the past five years, the number of rooms, full hotel capacity and overnight stays, as well as the income, expenses, and the difference between them were made on the basis of statistical and comparative analysis. Based on the information obtained, for the first time, a  “Zoning Map of Tourism and Recreation Resources of Gusar Region” was compiled; the strengths and weaknesses of the tourism sector  were identified, and future threats and opportunities for the development of this sector were analysed by means of the SWOT analysis.  According to the analysis, the strengths of the region included the favourable economic and geographical position, the availability of  unique natural and historical-architectural monuments, the availability of natural and ecological conditions to provide recreation for  tourists, and opportunities for ecological, rural, religious, trekking, and other tourism types, etc. Weaknesses included the concentration  of hotels mainly in the region’s centre, insufficient promotion of tourist attractions, poor level of service and vocational training, lack  of guides, etc. The opportunities were high tourism potential, organisation and development of local tourist routes, an abundance of  labour resources, etc., while the threats included the aggravation of the geopolitical situation in the border areas, the intensification of  natural disasters, etc.

Abstract. This study aimed to identify what factors affecting the development of tourism in Kuri Caddi Beach, Nisombalia Village, Maros Regency. As well as to identify a strategy for developing tourism potential on Kuri Caddi Beach, Nisombalia Village, Maros Regency. The variables used consisted : (1) Tourist Attraction; (2) Supporting Facilities; (3) Safety and Comfort; (4) Information and Promotion; (5) Accessibility; (6) Job Opportunities; (7) (Income). The analytical method used chi-square, likert scale scoring, and SWOT analysis. There were four variables that have effect on the tourism potential development strategy in Kuri Caddi Beach, which are tourist attraction, safety and comfort, job opportunities and income. Meanwhile, there were three variables that have no effect, such us supporting facilities, information and promotion, and accessibility. The strategy that can be used for developing tourism potential on Kuri Caddi Beach is by utilizing the tourist attraction of Kuri Caddi Beach by referring to the Maros Regency Regional Regulation number 2 of 2014, concerning the implementation of tourism, involving the community in developing Kuri Caddi Beach tourism  based on the Regional Tourism Development Master Plan, and involves investors in developing Kuri Caddi Beach tourism, so that PAD and local community income are increased.. Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pengembangan pariwisata di Pantai Kuri Caddi Desa Nisombalia Kabupaten Maros. Serta untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pengembangan potensi pariwisata di Pantai Kuri Caddi Desa Nisombalia Kabupaten Maros. Variabel yang digunakan terdiri dari tujuh diantaranya: (1) Daya Tarik Wisata; (2) Sarana Penunjang; (3) Keamanan dan Kenyamanan; (4) Informasi dan Promosi; (5) Aksesibilitas; (6) Peluang Kerja; (7) (Pendapatan). Metode analisis yang digunakan berupa chi-square, sistem skoring Skala Likert dan analisis SWOT. Variabel yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap strategi pengembangan potensi pariwisata di Pantai Kuri Caddi ada empat variabel yaitu daya tarik wisata, keamanan dan kenyamanan, peluang kerja dan pendapatan. Sedangkan variabel yang tidak memiliki pengaruh ada tiga yaitu sarana penunjang, informasi dan promosi, serta aksesibilitas. Sehingga strategi yang dapat digunakan dalam strategi pengembangan potensi pariwisata di Pantai Kuri Caddi Desa Nisombalia Kabupaten Maros yaitu dengan memanfaatkan daya tarik wisata Pantai Kuri Caddi dengan mengacu pada pada Perda Kabupaten Maros nomor 2 Tahun 2014, tentang penyelenggaraan kepariwisataan, melibatkan masyarakat dalam mengembangkan wisata Pantai Kuri Caddi berdasarkan Rencana Induk Pengembangan Kepariwisataan Daerah, serta melibatkan investor dalam mengembangkan wisata Pantai Kuri Caddi, sehingga dapat meningkatkan PAD dan pendapatan masyarakat lokal.

This research has a specific purpose: (i) determine the potential of coastal area can be developed as a tourism product, (ii) Knowing constraints are faced in developing the tourism potential, and (iii) determine strategies that can be used in developing the tourism potential of the coast as a creative tourism products Yeh Gangga Beach, Sudimara village, Tabanan Bali. The general objective to be achieved is to improve the performance of the tourism sector in the welfare of society Tabanan through sustainable tourism development by developing creative potential.. The research found that (i) Yeh Gangga Beach has some potential creativity attraction, such as : art market, handycraft,video and photography, music and art performance, scenery, and accomodation; (ii) The main problems encountered are (i)Most strategic land has been switched ownership to investors. The strategy should be applied is (i) Maintain Yeh Gangga Beach as tourist attraction developed Tabanan through local regulations, (ii) increasing public awareness of tourism. The implications are (i) theoretically enriching literature of sustainability in tourism coastal area, (ii)practically could enhance the government to develop coastal tourism in Tabanan Bali.

Every tourism potential owned by Bali needs to be studied, researched and developed in order to meet the needs of the economy community. One of the tourism potential that needs to be developed in Bali is the wine tourism. Buleleng Regency is one of the largest wineries and also the house of the oldest wine factory on the island of Bali. But there are still many foreign tourists who are not aware of the existence of the wine producing region. This study aims to determine the perception of tourists about the wine products and to know the development strategy that must be done in order to support the activities of wine tourism in Buleleng Regency. The results of this study showing that the tourists perception regarding Bali wine product shows that they feel the quality of the products is good and also shows their interest to do wine tourism in Buleleng Regency. Based on the results of SWOT analysis, there are several strategies that can be applied to develop the wine tourism such as increasing the promotion of tourism in Bali to be better known by foreign tourists, government working together with the wine-producing companies to jointly develop wine tourism activities in Buleleng, and the last by expanding the area of wineries in the district of Buleleng so there is an image or existence of wine tourism in Buleleng. In connection with the results and discussion in this study, the suggestion that is expected to be done by the government is to work with companies that produce wine in improving the quality of products and services, and pay attention to periodicity and innovation on a regular basis.

The purpose of this study was to determine the D'MOOAT Tourism development strategy in Moat Village, Moat District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research lasted for 3 months, from February to April 2019. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from direct interviews with 51 people consisting of D’MOOAT owners, employees, Sangadi (Head of Village) and visitors who came to the tourist attractions. This study uses a SWOT analysis model (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunity, Threats). The results showed that the D'MOOAT tourist attraction has a very attractive tourist attraction that offers a natural panorama of the moat lake where the playground for children also offers a view of the strawberry garden and ornamental flowers which are an attraction for tourists who come to these attractions.*eprm*
