The purpose of this study was to determine the D'MOOAT Tourism development strategy in Moat Village, Moat District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research lasted for 3 months, from February to April 2019. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from direct interviews with 51 people consisting of D’MOOAT owners, employees, Sangadi (Head of Village) and visitors who came to the tourist attractions. This study uses a SWOT analysis model (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunity, Threats). The results showed that the D'MOOAT tourist attraction has a very attractive tourist attraction that offers a natural panorama of the moat lake where the playground for children also offers a view of the strawberry garden and ornamental flowers which are an attraction for tourists who come to these attractions.*eprm*

This study identifies the potential of tourism products in Sukajadi Village Bogor Regency based on ten (10) tourism components as well as its development strategy, which is currently included in the category of a newly developing tourist village. The results of this research are aggressive and serious development strategies in all aspects of the tourism component, namely increasing the quality and diversification of tourist attractions and activities, accessibility, improving the quality and quantity of tourism amenities, improving the quality of human resources & institutions, community support, land use, tourism industry cooperation, as well as marketing aspects. This research type is a descriptive qualitative with a case study exploratory approach. Primary data is obtained from direct observation and interviews with key informants, namely Pokdarwis and the Village Head, while secondary data is the result of literature studies and research documentation. The analysis technique of this research uses SWOT analysis and Matrix, analysis of the work program of the vision for tourism development of the Bogor Regency Government which refers to local government master plan for tourism development (RIPPARDA), and also analysis of the Cleanlines, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) guidelines.

Lebih Village is a village located in Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency, famous for its coastal tourism, which is Lebih Beach. Lebih Village have been included in the criteria for Tourism Village, however, their certificate has not been issued for this year. In addittion to the coastal tourist attraction, it turns out that the village has more potentials to be developed into a tourist attraction. Theses potentials include a natural, cultural and artificial attraction. These potentials still need to be developed in order to run in the tourism sector. In connection with this, the author tries to examine the “Analisis Prioritas Pengembangan Pariwisata di Desa Wisata Lebih, Kecamatan Gianyar, Kabupaten Gianyar. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with qualitative descriptive analysis technique and SWOT analysis, to analyze the tourism development priorities in Lebih tourism village. The purpose of this study was to determine how the existing conditions and to find out the priority strategies for tourism development in Lebih Village. Sources of data from primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques using observation, interview and literature study, and interview instruments in the form of interview guidelines. The research of informant in Lebih Tourism Village in this research use purposive sampling technique, to get accurate data about tourism development priorities in Lebih tourism village, Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency. The conclusion of this research is the exisiting condition in Lebih Village with component 4A which explains the attractions, accsess, facilities, and additional services. In addition there is a main priority strategy for tourism development in Lebih Village which is to develop the potentials they have, collaborate with another stakeholders, conduct training for the community, build tourism facilities, conduct promotions and improve management. The results of this research is the strategies obtained by the SWOT analysis, which were used as a priorities development strategy of tourism in Lebih Tourism Village, Gianyar. Attractions Puger Beach in Jember District, East Java Province. Puger Beach 35 km northwest of the city of Jember known as a fish auction, will Puger Beach has a very interesting beauty with a large waves also can be used for surfing. Another potential that can be developed is the island of Nusa Barong is located not far from Puger Beach, Development of attractions that must be done with more focused and sustainable.The formulation of this research is how is the strategy of puger beach tourism development in increasing the tourists in Jember District Government? So the purpose of the research is to analyze the strategy of puger beach tourism development in increasing the tourists. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by conducting interviews to tourism managers, the public. Related offices and visitors who are in the location of research, while secondary data obtained from BPS, Department of Culture and Tourism Kab. Jember, libraries and internet, data analysis techniques used using Descriptive Analysis method while to obtain tourism development strategy using SWOT analysis.Based on the results of data analysis and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded tourism object. Puger Beach can be developed using aspects of attractiveness, accessibility aspects, aspects of activities and facilities, social, economic and cultural aspects. Mountains, Wilderness, Sea, Beach, River and Cultural Art or often known as GURILAPSS are the characteristics of tourism in Sukabumi Regency, so when speaking GURILAPSS, Sukabumi is the destination. The formulation of the problem in this research is “How is Sukabumi Tagline?”. This study aims to determine the device to determine the tourism development of Sukabumi District throught the GURILAPSS Pesona Sukabumi Tagline.This study uses a centralized interview approach (Focused Interviews), with research. This research data collection technique uses two data sources, namely primary and secondary sources. Primary data obtained by interview and observation. Secondary data obtained by documentation. The key Informant in this study was the Head of tourism marketing and promotion in Sukabumi Regency. While supporting informant s consisted of one Head of Culture and one Head of Culture and six people of Sukabumi Regency.Technical analysis of data in this study using the model of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the Tourism Development of Sukabumi Regency through the tagline GURILAPSS the result showed the Development of tourism in Sukabumi Regency through the tagline GURILAPSS the charm of Sukabumi uses three basic elements in its development, namely the emergence of motivation and desire for tourists to visit a tourism through the development of attractions and tourist attractions; there are supporting tourism facilities such as roads, accomodation, information centers and shopping centers through amenitas and tourist accommodation and transportation to take to tourist attraction. The conclusion in this study Sukabumi Regency tourism development through the tagline GURILAPSS enchanment Sukabumi has used aspect of the development of attractions and tourist attractions; tourist amenities and accomodations as well as tourist accesbility.Keywords: GURILAPSS Enchanting Sukabumi,  Tourism Development; Tagline.

This study aims to find out how the development strategy of Lembang Dano situ in Village of Cipada, and to get the right strategy for the development of Lembang Dano tourist attractions. The data has taken of primary data and secondary data, where primary data is obtained from questionnaires and interviews to predetermined sources and secondary data obtained from agencies and agencies related to this study. The analytical tool used the SWOT analysis method the results of the research show that the development strategy needs to first determine the factors that are strengths and weaknesses (internal environment) ourism potential in Lembang Dano Cipada Village, then combines with the opportunities and threats from outside (external environment). The research objective was to describe the potential for waterfall tourism in Sambangan Village and to analyze strategies to develop the tourist attraction of the waterfall in Sambangan Village. Collecting data by means of observation, interviews, and document recording was analyzed with qualitative analysis to describe the potential for waterfall tourism in Sambangan Village and SWOT analysis to formulate a waterfall tourism development strategy. The results showed (1) classification of waterfall tourism potential in Sambangan Village, namely the classification of low tourism potential (Barak Wall Waterfall), medium tourism potential classification (Changing Waterfall, Dedari Waterfall, Cemara Waterfall), and high tourism potential classification ( Aling Aling Waterfall, Kembar Waterfall, Kroya Waterfall, Pucuk Waterfall) and (2) A strategic plan for developing a waterfall tourist attraction, namely by developing and improving various components including tourist attractions, accessibility, facilities, institutions, and preservation. environment to increase tourists to the waterfall in Sambangan Village.

This study aims to analyze the tourism potential of Santolo Beach and formulate a development strategy for Santolo Beach so that it can be developed as a marine tourism area to increase tourist visits. The research was conducted at Santolo Beach in January - March 2021. This study used a case study method using primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained from questionnaires and interviews as many as 60 respondents consisting of tourists and Santolo Beach managers using purposive sampling method as the research sample.Secondary data were obtained from related agencies. The analysis used is a SWOT analysis to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Santolo Beach which will produce a development strategy for Santolo Beach. The results of the study are based on calculations carried out through SWOT analysis, the final value of the strengths is 1.64, the weaknesses are 1.44, the opportunities are 1.78 and the threats are 1.41. It can be seen from the results of these calculations that the Marine Tourism of Santolo Beach, Garut Regency has dominant strengths compared to weaknesses and greater opportunities than threats. If these values ​​are included in the SWOT Quadrant Diagram, it can be seen that the position of marine tourism development to increase tourist visits in Santolo Beach, Garut Regency is in the position of the Growth Strategy / SO Strategy, which is to make optimal use of the strengths and opportunities it has.

The purpose of this research is to know the management strategies of tourism Pine Lahendong and know what are the factors that’s encourages and inhibit Pine Lahendong Tourism management strategies. The problem in this research is how Tourism Pinus Lahendong management strategies and what are the factors that inhibit and encourage Tourism Pinus Lahendong management strategies. Tourism is one of the things that are important to a country, the existence of this tourism, then a country or more specifically the Government of the region where it is tourist attraction, will get the infusion of revenues per tourist attractions. The marketing strategy is basically a thorough plan, integrated and fused in the marketing field, which gives guidelines on the activities that will be executed to achieve the marketing goals of a company. Tourism Pinus Lahendong strategy and potential for managed, developed and marketed because it has beautiful natural scenery and a sulfur hot springs into a visitor attraction. This research which means to understand the phenomenon or strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats from Tourism Pinus Lahendong holistically with described it in the form of words and language so as to produce a depiction on the phenomenon that happens. the results of the SWOT analysis conducted in the Tourism development of tourism policy, then Pinus Lahendong is improving promotion through various media, to improve the existing facilities in order to provide convenience for visitors and capitalize on potential at once elaborated the opportunities that can be sold and can attract visitors.

Badung Regency is more dominated by beach tourism. More than ten famous beaches in Bali are in Badung Regency. These beaches are only located in a few districts in Badung Regency. Inequality between sub-districts also occurs between areas that have tourism potential such as beaches and areas that have other tourism potential such as waterfalls or other tourism. This will create new problems for Badung Regency in the future. In fact, sub-districts that do not have coastal tourism potential have challenges as well as opportunities to develop. One of them is Petang District, Pelaga Village. This village does not have beach tourism but has other natural potentials that can be used as an attraction for tourists to come and visit Pelaga Village. These potential differences must be implemented which can then be used as opportunities for Pelaga Village. The purpose of this research is to produce a strategy to develop Pelaga Village as a tourism destination. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data obtained from primary data and secondary data. The data is then processed using data triangulation techniques to reduce the researcher's subjectivity and is also analyzed using SWOT analysis to produce a development strategy. In this study, it was found that Pelaga Village has a lot of potential for agro-tourism and can be developed such as asparagus and some hydroponic plants. . Not only that, the community's high interest in developing agro-tourism also supports the development of Pelaga Village. After assessing the potential that is owned by the opportunity, the threat from Pelaga Village came up with several development strategies for Pelaga Village, namely to further activate the community, especially farmer groups in developing their agro products. increasing the existence of the Agricultural Culture Festival in Pelaga Village, refining the missing destination components such as the availability of restaurants and inns, creating an organization that can bring together various farmer groups in Pelaga Village, in relation to the community in developing and managing the potentials of Pelaga Village.  


East Nusa Tenggara Province surrounded by many potentials nature-based attractions, one of them is Mulut Seribu beach, in the Rote Ndao Regency. This beach is one of seven priority tourist attractions by the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government. Local Government initiation is welcomed by the local community and this research aims to create a strategy to develop the Mulut Seribu beach attraction with marine-based tourism to support sustainability. The research type is using descriptive qualitative, with interviewing stakeholders from five key informants living around the tourist attraction namely government representatives, tourists, and the local community. The results showed that according to SWOT analysis Mulut Seribu Beach is among Curve 1, which means the development of this destination still aggressive to be developed with a concentration of development in SO, namely strength and opportunity. This result is shown by the Mulut Seribu festival as a form of coordination between community and government participation in developing marine tourism in Mulut Seribu Beach.
