This analysis highlights the semiotic naming differences between the pronouns, nouns, and verbs. It capitalizes on the role of Peirce’s Object in assigning names and the special character of pronouns and verbs to hasten notice of Objects. It showcases Peirce’s indexical sign as an individuating instrument, by arguing that nouns do not name the Object uniquely. The invoking notice of shifting places via pronouns/verbs is paramount. Naming begins with the most pure Indexes (pronouns), then nouns (which draw upon similar features); afterward, verbs emerge to name the dynamic event profile, illustrating the indispensability of the index. The advances in deictic individuation establish and reinforce the joint attentional ventures: co-signers are compelled not merely to attend to the same Object but to recognize distinctive participant roles in events as well.

This analysis highlights semiotic naming differences between pronouns, nouns, and verbs. It capitalizes on the pivotal role of Peirce's Object in assigning names, and the special character of pronouns to hasten notice of Objects. It showcases Peirce's indexical sign as an individuating instrument, by arguing that nouns do not name the Object uniquely. The indexical sign alone forces attention on unique entities. Their capacity to invoke notice of shifting places via pronouns/verbs is paramount. The findings indicate a particular developmental course: a noticed “something,” classified object, individuated sequence of actions. The naming begins with the most pure Indexes (pronouns), then nouns (which draw upon similar features); afterwards, the verbs emerge to name dynamic event profiles. This illustrates the indispensability of index in the naming process. Advances in deictic individuation establish and reinforce joint attentional ventures: co-signers are compelled not merely to attend to the same Object, but to recognize distinctive participant roles in event structures.

This book is designed to remove Peter Kropotkin from the framework of classical anarchism. By focusing attention on his theory of mutual aid, it argues that the classical framing distorts Kropotkin's political theory by associating it with a narrowly positivistic conception of science, a naively optimistic idea of human nature and a millenarian idea of revolution. Kropotkin's abiding concern with Russian revolutionary politics is the lens for this analysis. The argument is that his engagement with nihilism shaped his conception of science and that his expeditions in Siberia underpinned an approach to social analysis that was rooted in geography. Looking at Kropotkin's relationship with Elisée Reclus and Erico Malatesta and examining his critical appreciation of P-J. Proudhon, Michael Bakunin and Max Stirner, the study shows how he understood anarchist traditions and reveals the special character of his anarchist communism. His idea of the state as a colonising process and his contention that exploitation and oppression operate in global contexts is a key feature of this. Kropotkin's views about the role of theory in revolutionary practice show how he developed this critique of the state and capitalism to advance an idea of political change that combined the building of non-state alternatives through direct action and wilful disobedience. Against critics who argue that Kropotkin betrayed these principles in 1914, the book suggests that this controversial decision was consistent with his anarchism and that it reflected his judgment about the prospects of anarchistic revolution in Russia.

The future of dwelling has a very board context and will continue to be discussed, it is possible that the discussions about “dwelling” is come from the environment of farming and fishing. Things that are not much cared for but still have a role in the survival of the world. Therefore this matter will be discussed using the role of architecture as space, to be able to create an ideal system by paying attention to the quality of farming and fishing for the future, and leaving a trace or memory to be able to carry messages for the future. Talking about the future of an interaction that occurs between the general public and farmers and fishermen, especially considering that farmers and fishermen themselves can be compared to two different poles, a liminal space is needed, which may already exist indirectly in the environment. By letting go of individual egos and emphasizing ego to the point of view of farmers and fishermen. To present a common space, or a place that contains a special character of a city that contains a message for the future.

Multiculturalism is the recognition that different cultures can exist in the same environment and benefit each other. Multicultural societies have become a special character of the nation more specifically in Indonesian society, and have been discussed in various activities, seminars, discussion forums and in academic environment. Multicultural society is a society consisting of several kinds of cultural communities with all its advantages, with little difference in the conception of the world, a system of meaning, values, forms of social organization, history, customs and habits The role of religion will constructively make religious ties more stringent, often even exceeding the bondage of blood and nasab or ductility relationships. Then because of religion, a community or society will live in unified harmony and peace and unity. Conversely, destructively, religion also has destructive power, destroys unity and can even break the bond of unity. It makes a conflict with a religious background difficult to predict the end. The religion has the potential to generate an internal and external conflicts that ultimately can harm the community itself.

The subject of this article is the first pilgrimage by John Paul II to Poland in 1979. An analysis of his speeches delivered during this pilgrimage and the historical circumstances of the pilgrimage itself (the first pilgrimage by a Pope to Poland, a country with a socialist system at that time which promoted atheism; a visit by a Polish Pope to his home country shortly after his election to the Holy See; a visit to a Pope’s homeland other than Italy – a phenomenon unknown in the history of the papacy for the previous 455 years) allows us to capture its special character in the history of Poland and in the life of Karol Wojtyła / John Paul II. The Pope was faced with a difficult pastoral and diplomatic task, which was to fulfil his religious mission (strengthening the Christian faith in Poland and in other Slavic nations; showing the path of development for the Church in Poland; showing gratitude to the Polish Church for her heroic perseverance in the People’s Republic of Poland; emphasising the cultural role of Christianity in the world) and also to change the image of Poland in the world (while carefully avoiding any escalation of tensions between the Church and the state authorities and the influence of the USSR in Poland). This was accompanied – from a sociopsychological perspective – by his taking up the role of leader of the universal Church, a role which he had to learn, and, at the same time, maintaining the style of communication with his countrymen which he had developed earlier while a church dignitary in Poland.

In my opinion, it is only in the framework of a research dealing with abductive cognition that we can analyze important cognitive aspects of human and machine capacities. From the point of view of human (and of some animal, mammals for example) capacities the phenomenological concept of anticipation (seen as a kind of abduction), which is related to the problem of the spontaneous generation of spatiality and its three-dimensionality, will be central. I will describe that anticipations can be seen as types of visual and manipulative abduction and also fruitful to illustrate, in the case of human and machine capacities, the respective role of two kinds of strategic reasoning: locked and unlocked abductive strategies, which characterize the basic cognitive pro- cedure of “reading ahead”. The specificity of these contrasting inferential strategies is also related to their potentiality in producing different kinds of hypothetical outcomes, which in turn represent dissimilar levels of knowledge creativity. This diversity is also fundamental to depict the special character, the kind of creativity (often amazing), and the limits of current computational deep learning AI systems, such as AlphaGo, which realize abductive cognitive processes.

All of this is strengthening decentralizate educational systems and also is contributing to set upper the role of parents in education. Informal and non formal education are a very special way to make education in family environment. This article is trying to find out about the meaning of such concepts. It sounds as if «formal», «non formal» and «informal» could be distinguished amoug them according to the special character —directly or non directly educative— we can asign toothe «stimula» that we use in heteroeducational process. Again and again, the key-question is the role of intentionality in educational human action, whether educator or pupel.

This chapter explores some of the political myths about police and policing by reviewing the research evidence on police practice. It considers the police role in theory and practice by focusing on three questions: what is the police role? what do the police actually do? and how well do they do it? It explores the original historical purpose of the police, the governmental authority on which it is based, the role of public opinion, why people call the police, the role and effectiveness of the police in crime control, and in broader social functions. The chapter concludes that the core function of the police is best analysed not in terms of any of their social functions but rather the special character of the means the police can bring to bear. Underlying the diversity of situations to which the police are called is the core capacity to use legitimate coercive force.

The importance deliberation models in the formation and streamlining of political democratization is crucial in the context of deepening of the global crisis. In the article are emphasized several important aspects regarding the specific of the contemporary global crisis in the perspective of better institutionalization and instrumentalization of normative and deliberation-election components of political democratization. The stringent necessity of overcoming the global menaces imprint a special character to the political processes such as elections or public deliberations, creating new forms of political behavior. These political processes have to be better organized and more efficient in the way to fulfill functional goals of the strategy of overcoming global crisis. The socio-political, economic, cultural, religious, ethical, mental or technological-communicative differences, with a major impact on living standards, on the quality of life standards in human communities inhabiting planet Earth, contribute to the strengthening of mankind's potential to cope with the most violent and destructive effects and results of the multidimensional global crisis, through the diversity of chances and identities it generates. Moral and legal norms must be respected as well, for minimizing the macro-systemic impact of any types of deflections during democratic deliberations and elections. In this piece of work is discussed as well the contribution of ethical conceptions to the facilitation and increasing of the deliberative liberty as a basic condition of the contemporary processes of democratization of the society. Amplifying of the insecurity at global scale plays a negative role of the adverse social-political environment in the progress of democratization and freedom of political debates and elections.
