The purpose of this research is to find out how the process of human resource training conducted by the Synergy Foundation, how the process of human resource education conducted by the Synergy Foundation, how the career development process is carried out by the Sinergi Foundation in an effort to improve the quality of employee performance. The method used in this research is descriptive method, using a qualitative approach. Based on the results of the study, the training process carried out was based on the results of the annual Sinergi Foundation evaluation. Strategies carried out in training by on the job, and recommending their employees to attend training outside the institution. Furthermore, the process of employee education is more focused on employee theoretical understanding. Straregi is used by conducting education within the institution and sending its employees to study outside. Development of the quality and quantity of employees, the leadership has policies and directives for all employees in the structural to have a new concept with the aim that each department has innovation about the development of its department.

Human resource is a very important element in achieving organizational goals. If the organization has a good quality of resources, the organization will be more effective. While the effectiveness of the organization is reflected from the employee performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of workplace spirituality on Islamic work ethic, Islamic work ethic on employee performance, workplace spirituality on employee performance, and the influence of Islamic work ethic as an intervening variable on the relation between workplace spirituality and employee performance, with samples from PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Hospital, and IPHI Pedan Hospital, Klaten. The result of the research shows that workplace spirituality has significant effect on Islamic work ethic with, Islamic work ethic has no significant effect to employee performance, workplace spirituality has no significant effect to employee performance, and Islamic work ethic as mediation variable on relation between workplace spirituality (STK) to employee performance has no significant influence.

Background of this writing is whether there is influence of human resource competence in PT Sunthi Sepuri who have implemented ISO 9001: 2008 with the quality of employee performance. The organization's environment faces dramatic and spectacular changes. Environmental change is a challenge for businesses to reorganize business, structure, and direction of work. Increased growth is identical to the complexity of the work. Company in anticipating change, implementing strategy of orientation of MSDM and competence, training. For employees themselves require skill / skill adaptation / adaptation. The fact that happened to the company PT Sunthi Sepuri is competence and training is not as expected of the employees. Who has applied ISO 9001: 2008 In this research is to know the extent of competence and training applied by the company and how the effect on employee performance. So the purpose of this research is the influence after PT Sunthi Sepuri implement ISO 9001: 2008 on employee performance.

This research was conducted to find the process of transaction activity between citizen and government through e-Government in West Java Provincial Government (thereafter called Pemprov Jawa Barat). This transaction activity is a two-way communication to better deliver information and public services in Pemprov, Jawa Barat. This transaction activity involves giving government information and replying to questions and complaints through the website and social media. If some OPD of Pemprov Jawa Barat have SOP more than just interaction through answering questions and complaints, they will make and use another application more than just through website and social media. The response to this activity is positive, as indicated in the increasing number of interactive activities between citizen and government after Pemprov Jabar using e-Government to give public services. Pemprov Jawa Barat was recommended to increase the number and to provide more human resource training to improve the quality of transaction activity.

Starting in 2010 the Government of Yogyakarta, according to regional regulation about parking and levy on the edge of public street parking. This policy expected to increase parking levy’s revenues, more secure services and convenient parking, and traffic flows smoothly. This research used qualitative descriptive method. This research analyzed qualitative indicators of quality of service: 1) tangible 2) reliability; 3) transaparant and 4) security. This research found that public street parking less well and yet according to the wishes of the community. This is because the layout of the parking spaces are not in place that interfere with the capacity of highways and disrupting the pedestrian capacity. Then the rates charged by parking operator which do not comply with official rates. Human resources of Transportastion Department that monitor directly into the field just a pick up that add up to 12 people to keep an eye on the parking lot 900 people outside the parking operators so ineffective, so that a parking lot of cheating.Keywords: Parking Service Quality, Parking Space, Lack of Human Resource.

ABSTRACT Influence of the quality of Human Resource and motivation to work the Performance of employees and the Impact on the effectiveness of the organization of the people’s welfare regional secretariat District Karawang. the Purpose of this study to obtain empirical evidence and found the clarity of the phenomenon and conclusions about the influence of Quality of Human Resources and Work Motivation Against Employee Performance and Its Impact on Organizational Effectiveness in the Public Welfare Section Karawang District Secretariat. Basedon data analysis, it indicates regression equation Z = 0,35 X1 + 0,62 X2 + 0,889 Y + ԑ1 + ԑ2. The result show that the quality of human resource, motivation to work and the performance of employees perform positive and significant effect on effectiveness of the organization. Determination test indicates that the value of adjusted R square is 0,79 which means that 79%quality of human resource and motivation to work. Meanwhile, 21,1% is affected by other variables which are not investigated in this research Keywords : Quality of Human Resources, Motivation, employee performance and organizational effectiveness

The purpose of the research was to know whether the implementation of Human resource competency at Jasa Marga (Ltd) has been run well in terms of employee recruitment. The two variables being compared in this study were the competency of the employees who hold positions and the work competency itself. The study focuses on analyzing the existing employees competency with the needed job requirements.  The research used descriptive method with qualitative approach by interviewing related parties and conducting a field observation concerning the problem being researched. From measuring competency of the employees who hold positions at Jasa Marga (Ltd) it was found that there were still a few employees whose qualification were below the job requirements. It was proposed that Jasa Marga (Ltd) should continuously increase the quality of the human resources through development training in short term and long-term programs in order to fulfill the predetermined job requirements. The application of the employees competency training should be conducted interactively to produce professional and transparent human resource because it function as initial filter from the early employees recruitment and selection programs.

The quality of Human Resource of any organization is regarded as an asset as well as a success factor. So every organization must improve the quality of Human Resource by investing time as well as resources. This can be achieved through the process of training. Training positively affects the job performance of the employees. Training plays an important role in inculcating positive changes in skill, knowledge and attitudes. So in today's fast changing world regarding technology and environment, training and development programmes are very essential to improve the performance of the employees at each and every level. Training is very necessary in Education sector also. This paper aims to determine the relationship between training and its impact on the performance of the employees in the education sector of Rajasthan. This study assesses whether training has positive impact on employee performance or not. For this study, a questionnaire was designed with structured questions to collect primary data from employees of various public and private sector institutions. In this paper, the impact of training and development on the working efficiency of employees especially in technical and professional institutes of Rajasthan .We all know that Education Industry is a growing industry now, where numerous private institutes have been opened so proper development of faculty as well as students has become an indispensable part since they are the future of our country.

CV. Bintang Karya Putra in Surabaya is one of a  private company in construction area and cleaning service. In facing emulation is required by pre-eminent human resource and professional, therefore hardly is required quality of human resource, causing can reach optimal performance executed by all company employee. Employee performance hardly influenced by organization culture, stress job and commitment of employee. This research aim to know are there influence between organization cultures, stres job and commitment to employee performance. Sample taken is 75 employees of CV. Bintang Karya Putra in Surabaya. Based on result of knowable finding:Based on result of  the research earns to know that there are significant influence between organization culture to employee performance of  CV. Bintang Karya Putra.Based on result of  research earns to know that there are significant influence between job stres  to employee performance of CV. Bintang Karya Putra.Based on result of the research earns to know that there are significant influence between commitment to employee performance of CV. Bintang Karya Putra.Variable that is very dominant influential to employee performance of CV. Bintang Karya Putra is variable organization culture.Contribution given by organization culture, stress job and commitment to employee performance of CV. Bintang Karya Putra is 83,50 %. While the rest 16,50 % is variables that is not predicted in this research

Public organizations as a place for providing services to the community must be supported by quality human resources. This is inseparable from the human resource development system, in creating superior human resources and having good performance so that the services provided can increase public satisfaction. This research is a quantitative type of research, which is conducted at the Civil Service and Civil Service Agency, Population and Civil Registry Office and five District Offices in Central Mamuju Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 102 people. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires, observations, interviews and supporting documents related to the research topic. The results showed that the development of human resources through employee performance had an influence on the quality of public services in Central Mamuju Regency with an F calculated value of 15.668. greater than the F table, which is 3.09. For the probability value, the value is 0,000, smaller than 0.05.
