Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi yang telah dirumuskan K.H. Agus Yudhi Mubaarak dalam pengelolaan pesantren, program K.H. Agus Yudhi Mubaarak dalam pengelolaan pesantren, dan implementasi program K.H. Agus Yudhi Mubaarak dalam pengelolaan pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan menunjukan bahwa kemajuan pondok pesantren Sabiilunnaja tidak terlepas dari strategi yang telah dirumuskan K.H. Agus Yudhi Mubaarak yaitu dengan pengenalan sifat Rububiyah, juga mengenalkan pembiasaan mensinergikan antara hubungan horizontal dan vertikal serta meningkatkan intelektualisme dan spiritualisme. Kemudian strategi tersebut dipolakan kepada program-program kegiatan santri. Diantaranya ada program jangka pendek, menengah, dan jangka panjang. Implementasi dari program tersebut berjalan dengan lancar yang tentunya melibatkan seluruh santri dan dewan guru. Dengan demikian, maka seluruh kegiatan santri menjadi dasar berkembangnya Pondok Pesantren Sabiilunnaja yang dikelola oleh K.H. Agus Yudhi Mubaarak dalam pengelolaan pondok pesantren. The purpose of this research is to find out the strategies that have been formulated by K. H. Agus Yudhi Mubaarak in the management of Islamic boarding schools, K. H. Agus Yudhi Mubaarak's program in the management of Islamic boarding schools, and the implementation of the K. H. Agus Yudhi Mubaarak program in the management of Islamic boarding schools. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of the study found that the progress of the Sabiilunnaja Islamic boarding school was inseparable from the strategy formulated by K. H. Agus Yudhi Mubaarak, namely by introducing the nature of Rububiyah, also introducing the habit of synergizing between horizontal and vertical relations and increasing intellectualism and spiritualism. Then the strategy is modeled on the activities of the santri programs. Among them are short, medium and long term programs. The implementation of the program went smoothly, which of course involved all students and the board of teachers. Thus, all santri activities are the basis for the development of the Sabiilunnaja Islamic Boarding School which is managed by K. H. Agus Yudhi Mubaarak in the management of Islamic boarding schools.

The objective of the study was to analyze the role of islamic boarding school in preventing radicalism in Rejang Lebong regency. The study used qualitative approach with descriptive method. The data collection was done though interview, documentation and observation. The result showed that in playing the role, islamic boarding school recently became the target of people's distrust: this was the place of radicalism and terrorism. According to the analysis, there was no school found as the place of radicalism and terrorism. Some schools even actively prevent radicalism and terrorism effectively. In conclusion, the role of islamic boarding schools in Rejang Lebong to prevent radicalism and terrorism through the tight control was effective. This study aims to describe the model of Muslim personality development that is developed based on in-depth observations of what is practiced by the pesantren community in order to develop the personality of their students. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach in the form of ethnography. Subjects were taken from three Islamic boarding schools in Purwokerto City, namely An-Najah Islamic Boarding School, Darussalam Islamic Boarding School, and ath-Thohiriyah Islamic Boarding School. The results showed that the Muslim personality development model practiced by the pesantren community was based on several principles and values ​​that were understood and practiced by the pesantren community, including scientific enthusiasm, independence, responsibility, simplicity, togetherness, leadership, and sincerity. The process of developing students' personality is done through understanding, exemplary, accustomed to, worshiping, and deepening the values ​​of pesantren. The Muslim personality development model that has been practiced in the pesantren community can be said as an answer to the need for a personality development approach that is appropriate to the religious cultural context of Indonesian society. This model is worth discussing as indigenous personality development, which is a pattern of personality development that is rooted in the values, perspectives, or traditions that exist in a community.

This paper aims to explore an Intensive Course Program in Arabic learning at one of the Islamic Boarding schools for girls in Indonesia. it is expected that Students in this Intensive Course understand two skills in Arabic, namely speaking and reading skills. Also, it aims to identify the strengths and weaknesses of Intensive Course Program. This study utilized a descriptive qualitative approach with three data collection techniques; observation, interviews, and documentation. It used Miles and Huberman’s technique in analyzing the data. This study showed that: 1) Implementation of Intensive Course Program in Arabic learning at the one of Islamic Boarding Schools for girls in Indonesia aimed to improve language skill including reading and deductive skill including speaking. 2) Pertinent to the strengths and weaknesses of the Intensive Course, the learning system is advantagous to enhance other specific skills, ranging from students’ proficiencies in reading and speaking in Arabic. However, there are also drawbacks. For example, an excellent Arabic environment has not been created due to the lack of students’ awareness of making them accustomed to speaking Arabic.

This study aims to find out the riot planning at the Cipaganti Grand Mosque in increasing the comfort of pilgrims, to find out the application of riayah at the Cipaganti Great Mosque in increasing the comfort of worshipers, to find out the evaluation of riayah at the Cipaganti Great Mosque in increasing the comfort of worshipers. This study uses the descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The techniques in collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation studies as evidence of riayah's management in an effort to improve the comfort of pilgrims at the Cipaganti Grand Mosque. Based on the results of research conducted at the Cipaganti Grand Mosque from the implementation of riayah management in improving the comfort of pilgrims it can be concluded: First, that the planning of riayah in the Great Mosque of Cipaganti formulates work programs, facilities, and physical maintenance of the mosque. Second, that implementation means that whatever has been formulated must be implemented. Where in making work programs in accordance with the standards of mosque management so that the physical maintenance of the mosque can be directed and run in accordance with expectations and goals, namely to foster a sense of comfort towards worshipers. Third, that evaluation is a corrective action if the results are not as expected. So in this case the evaluation can be done in the short and long term.

Penelitian ini menjelaskan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan evaluasi Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan Santri (LDKS) yang dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihsan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip dan fungsi manajemen modern. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, untuk menggambarkan dan memberikan penjelasan tentang manajemen Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan Santri (LDKS) di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihsan.  Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa LDKS di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihsan sesuai pada prinsip-prinsip manajemen modern sudah terbukti dengan adanya penerapan fungsi-fungsi manajemen modern dalam pelaksanaan LDKS. Penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa fungsi manajemen telah diterapkan secara teratur dalam kegiatan LDKS di Pesantren Al-Ihsan, karena panitia menerapkan fungsi-fungsi manajemen dalam kegiatan LDKS ini sehingga kegiatan dapat berjalan dengan lancar, sesuai dengan tujuan yang telah di tentukan. This study describes planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating the Santri Leadership Basic Training (LDKS) held at the Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School apply the principles and functions of modern management. The method used in this research is descriptive method, to describe and provide an explanation of the management of Santri Leadership Basic Training (LDKS) at Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School. This study shows that LDKS in Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School in accordance with the principles of modern management has been proven by the application of modern management functions in the implementation of LDKS. Research also shows that management functions have been applied regularly in LDKS activities at Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding Schools, because the committee implements management functions in this LDKS activity so that activities can run smoothly, in accordance with the goals that have been set.

E-cigarettes were first created in a modern way by a pharmacist from China in 2003 and patented in 2004 and then began to spread throughout the world. The results of a survey conducted by the International Tobacco Control Survey in America, Canada, Australia, and England, currently 29% of former smokers use electronic cigarettes, 7.6% have tried using electronic cigarettes and 46.6% are aware of the existence of electronic cigarettes. Some conditions that can arise from long-term use of nicotine are increased blood pressure and heart rate, as well as an increased risk of developing insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, and heart disease. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Based on in-depth interviews with the informants, it was found that the informants had various reasons for using vapor, both for health reasons and for environmental reasons.  All resource persons also argue that the dominant factor that makes a person use vapor is environmental factors.  Meanwhile, when viewed from the behavior of all informants, they do not use vapor continuously but at certain times, even one of the informants still uses conventional cigarettes to be accompanied by vapor.

The purpose of the research was to know whether the implementation of Human resource competency at Jasa Marga (Ltd) has been run well in terms of employee recruitment. The two variables being compared in this study were the competency of the employees who hold positions and the work competency itself. The study focuses on analyzing the existing employees competency with the needed job requirements.  The research used descriptive method with qualitative approach by interviewing related parties and conducting a field observation concerning the problem being researched. From measuring competency of the employees who hold positions at Jasa Marga (Ltd) it was found that there were still a few employees whose qualification were below the job requirements. It was proposed that Jasa Marga (Ltd) should continuously increase the quality of the human resources through development training in short term and long-term programs in order to fulfill the predetermined job requirements. The application of the employees competency training should be conducted interactively to produce professional and transparent human resource because it function as initial filter from the early employees recruitment and selection programs.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran (Wilayah pengaruh), peran pimpinan dalam mengarahkan program, serta peran pimpinan dalam mengawasi program kegiatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dakwah santri di Pondok Pesantren Cipari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode deskriptif, melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Peran pimpinan Pondok Pesantren Cipari dalam mengarahkan proses pendidikan guna meningkatkan kualitas dakwah santri terus dikembangkan, hal tersebut terlihat dari terus berjalannya kegiatan-kegiatan para santri untuk menunjang kemampuan dalam berdakwah dan hal tersebut tercermin dalam salah-satu kegiatan pondok pesantren yaitu muhadharah yang rutin dijalankan setiap minggunya. Peran pimpinan Pondok Pesantren Cipari dalam mengarahkan program terlihat pada proses pengorganisasian yang menghasilkan sebuah rumusan struktur organisasi dan pendelegasian wewenang dan tanggung jawab, pola yang dibangun sangat khas, musyawarah untuk mufakat selain pemimpin pun menjalankan fungsinya sebagai penentu kebijakan. Proses pengawasan yang biasa dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Cipari dengan mengambil jalannya pelaksanaan kegiatan, mengukur keberhasilan dan kegagalannya dengan standar sebagaimana yang telah di tetapkan. The purpose of this research is to know the role (the region of influence), the role of leadership in directing the program, and the role of the leader in supervising the program of activities to improve the quality of preaching santri in Pondok Pesantren Cipari. The method used in this research is to use descriptive method, through qualitative approach The role of the leadership of Pondok Pesantren Cipari in directing the process of education in order to improve the quality of da'wah santri continues to be developed, it can be seen from the continuous activities of the santri to support the ability in da'wah and it is reflected in one of the activities of boarding school that is muhadharah routinely run every week. The role of the leadership of Pondok Pesantren Cipari in directing the program is seen in the organizing process which resulted in a formulation of organizational structure and delegation of authority and responsibility, a pattern that is built very distinctive, deliberation to consensus other than the leader also performs its function as a policy maker. The usual surveillance process at Pondok Pesantren Cipari by taking the course of the implementation of the activity, measuring its success and failure with the standard as it has been set.

Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses manajemen yang dilakukan oleh Pondok Pesantren Al-Ittifaq meliputi kegiatan bagaimana perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengawasan  yang dilakukan Pondok Pesantren Al-Ittifaq. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, adapun teknik pegumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pondok Pesantren Al-Ittifaq dalam membentuk santri yang berjiwa entrepreneur dalam menerapkan pola manajemen sudah cukup berhasil melalui perencanan yang  meliputi konsep dan strategi yang matang, memiliki patokan sasaran yang ingin dicapai, serta jelasnya garapan dan program kegiatan santri yang akan dilaksanakan. Pengorganisasian yang dilakuan meliputi pembagian kerja pengurus dan pembagian tugas ke dalam sebuah struktural, serta penempatan kerja sesuai keahlian yang dimiliki santri. Pengarahan yang di lakuan meliputi kegiatan pengajian malam selasa, tausiyah subuh pada hari Selasa, kegiatan pelatihan, dan ada juga terdapat pada slogan dan pepatah-pepatah yang di keluarkan oleh Pimpinan Pondok Pesantren Al-Ittifaq. Pengawasan yang dilakuan meliputi kegiatan pemantauan langsung ke lapangan yang di lakukan pemimpin atau pengurus pesantren, pantauan tidak langsung melalui kegiatan rapat evaluasi, serta adanya tolak ukur dan faktor pendukung keberhasilan berupa faktor fisik dan non fisik sehingga tercapailah tujuan pondok pesantren yang telah direncanakan sebelumnya. This study is to determine the management process carried out by the Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School which includes the activities of planning, organizing, directing, and monitoring carried out by Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School. This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, while the data collection techniques used were interview observation and documentation study techniques. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School in forming students with entrepreneurial spirit in implementing management patterns has been quite successful through planning which includes mature concepts and strategies, has a target benchmark to be achieved, as well as a clear plan and program of activities for the students to be. implemented. The organization that is carried out includes the division of work for the management and the division of tasks into a structural, as well as job placement according to the expertise of the students. The briefing includes recitation activities on Tuesday night, dawn tausiyah on Tuesday, training activities, and there are also slogans and proverbs issued by the leadership of the Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School. The supervision carried out includes direct monitoring activities in the field carried out by the leaders or administrators of the pesantren, indirect monitoring through evaluation meeting activities, as well as the existence of benchmarks and success supporting factors in the form of physical and non-physical factors so that the goals of the pesantren that have been planned before are achieved.

The purpose of the study was to find out the title role of Pesantren believer Cooperative Mandiri Sidoarjo towards economic empowerment and independence employee boarding schools. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach to the case study method. Data collection was carried out by interviews and direct observation to informants, namely those in charge of pesantren, cooperative and cooperative employees (santri). And secondary data collection comes from journals, text books and other literature. The result of this study is the Mukmin Mandiri Pesantren Cooperative plays a major role in enhancing the empowerment of cooperative employees (santri) and playing an optimal role in supporting the independence of the cottage. The economic empowerment of pesantren employees conducted by the Mukmin Mandiri Pesantren Cooperative is by making the Cooperative a work field, a place to apply knowledge and a place to increase income. As for the independence of the cottage, that is to become the main source of funding for Islamic boarding schools in carrying out operations and the sustainability of Islamic boarding schools. Going forward, the Cooperative will further optimize the empowerment of union employees (santri) to print better students in the field of entrepreneurship and religion.Keywords: Cooperative Boarding School, Economic Empowerment, Independence of Islamic Boarding Schools
