Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran (Wilayah pengaruh), peran pimpinan dalam mengarahkan program, serta peran pimpinan dalam mengawasi program kegiatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dakwah santri di Pondok Pesantren Cipari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode deskriptif, melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Peran pimpinan Pondok Pesantren Cipari dalam mengarahkan proses pendidikan guna meningkatkan kualitas dakwah santri terus dikembangkan, hal tersebut terlihat dari terus berjalannya kegiatan-kegiatan para santri untuk menunjang kemampuan dalam berdakwah dan hal tersebut tercermin dalam salah-satu kegiatan pondok pesantren yaitu muhadharah yang rutin dijalankan setiap minggunya. Peran pimpinan Pondok Pesantren Cipari dalam mengarahkan program terlihat pada proses pengorganisasian yang menghasilkan sebuah rumusan struktur organisasi dan pendelegasian wewenang dan tanggung jawab, pola yang dibangun sangat khas, musyawarah untuk mufakat selain pemimpin pun menjalankan fungsinya sebagai penentu kebijakan. Proses pengawasan yang biasa dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Cipari dengan mengambil jalannya pelaksanaan kegiatan, mengukur keberhasilan dan kegagalannya dengan standar sebagaimana yang telah di tetapkan. The usual surveillance process at Pondok Pesantren Cipari by taking the course of the implementation of the activity, measuring its success and failure with the standard as it has been set.

The objective of the study was to analyze the role of islamic boarding school in preventing radicalism in Rejang Lebong regency. The study used qualitative approach with descriptive method. The data collection was done though interview, documentation and observation. The result showed that in playing the role, islamic boarding school recently became the target of people's distrust: this was the place of radicalism and terrorism. According to the analysis, there was no school found as the place of radicalism and terrorism. Some schools even actively prevent radicalism and terrorism effectively. In conclusion, the role of islamic boarding schools in Rejang Lebong to prevent radicalism and terrorism through the tight control was effective. Tujuan penelitian mengungkapkan konsep pelayanan prima, rancangan pemberian pelayanan, dan bentuk pelayanan KBIH Maqdis terhadap jamaah dalam meningkatkan kualitas bimbingan ibadah haji. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun langkah-langkah penelitian yang ditempuh; penentuan lokasi penelitian, pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan,  dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa konsep pelayanan prima KBIH Maqdis dalam meningkatkan kualitas bimbingan ibadah haji dilihat dari konsep pelayanan prima yang diterapkan KBIH Maqdis meliputi: kemampuan, sikap, penampilan, perhatian, tindakan dan tanggungjawab. Kemudian rancangan pemberian pelayanan prima KBIH Maqdis diantaranya: regulasi layanan, fasilitas layanan, peranan tim pengarah dan budaya pemberian pelayanan. Selain itu bentuk layanan KBIH Maqdis terhadap jamaah dalam meningkatkan kualitas bimbingan ibadah haji diantaranya KBIH Maqdis menyediakan pembimbing haji yang profesional dan materi bimbingan ibadah haji. The purpose of this study is to determine the concept of excellent service, the design of service delivery, and the form of KBIH Maqdis service to the congregation in improving the quality of pilgrimage guidance. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. The research steps taken; determination of research location, data collection by using observation technique, interview, literature study, further documentation of data analysis by means of data reduction, data classification and drawing conclusion. From the result of the research, it is concluded that the concept of excellent service of KBIH Maqdis in improving the quality of Hajj guidance from the concept of excellent service applied by KBIH Maqdis include: ability, attitude, appearance, attention, action and responsibility. Then the design of service delivery prime KBIH Maqdis include: service regulation, service facility, role of steering team and culture of service delivery. In addition, the form of KBIH Maqdis service to pilgrims in improving the quality of haj pilgrimage services such as KBIH Maqdis provides professional hajj guide and pilgrimage guidance material.

As an institution of supervision Inspectorate have a responsibility to review  the drafting of RKA SKPD. In carrying out the functions of supervision, often found the existence of the expectation gap i.e. a difference of wishes or expectations of stakeholders towards the APIP work with the reality of the work shown by the APIP. Expectations of stakeholders sometimes exceeds what the roles and responsibilities of APIP. This research aims to analyze the expectation gap between APIP and stakeholders (auditee) regarding the role and independence of the APIP in supervision of the preparation of the regional budget in the Government of North Sulawesi province. This study used a qualitative approach by taking the location of research in 5 (five) SKPD on the Government of North Sulawesi province with criteria of informant is APIP in North Sulawesi Province of Inspectorate with experience more than 5 (five) years and auditee has the task drafting of RKA. The results of this study showed that at the role of APIP, there is no an  expectation gap but for the issue of perception the limitation of responsibility of APIP, need to be evaluated especially in things still lacking with regards to his responsibilities include improving the quality of human resources such as the understanding of the regulation and its changes and also their skill. Whereas toward independence, on the issue of the perception of the independence of APIP there is no expectation gap but about the influence of the organizational structure of the role and influence of the role of APIP as a consultant found the existence of the expectation gap.   Keywords :  Expectation  Gap, The  Role  Of  APIP, Independence  Of  APIP, Supervision of  The Formation Of The Regional Budget

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran pimpinan pondok pesantren YPI An-Nur Garut dalam penentuan metode dan program pengembangan dakwah dan bentuk pelaksanaan serta evaluasi dalam kegiatan pengembangan dakwah. Metode deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini karena metode ini dipandang relevan untuk menggali dan menganalisis fenomena yang terjadi secara empiris. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan analisis data kualitatif. Berdasarkan pengamatan dan analisis data penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa peran KH. Ahmad Badruddin dalam pengembangan dakwah, dipandang sebagai seorang tokoh, pemimpin teladan, juga penghubung. Dalam penentuan metode dalam peningkatan kualitas para da’i, menggunakan tiga. Kemudian program yang dikembangkan, meliputi pengembangan pondok pesantren, madrasah, ekstrakulikuler, serta pembinaan dan pengembangan organisasi. Bentuk pelaksanaan dan evaluasi kegiatan tarbiyatul mubalighin memiliki beberapa mekanisme sendiri, diantaranya dari tahap perencanaan sampai dengan evaluasi. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the leadership of the YPI An-Nur Garut Islamic boarding school in determining methods and programs for the development of da'wah and the form of implementation and evaluation in the development of da'wah activities. Descriptive method is used in this research because this method is considered relevant for exploring and analyzing phenomena that occur empirically. The research technique used was observation, interviews, documentation, and qualitative data analysis. Based on observations and analysis of research data, it is concluded that the role of KH. Ahmad Badruddin in the development of da'wah, is seen as a figure, a role model, as well as a liaison. In determining the method of improving the quality of the da'i, using three. Then the program developed includes the development of Islamic boarding schools, madrasas, extracurricular activities, as well as coaching and organizational development. The form of implementation and evaluation of tarbiyatul mubalighin activities has several mechanisms of its own, including from planning to evaluation.

The first education for children from an early age is that of the parents. This study aims to describe the role of family education that will affect the quality of children through parenting and parenting. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method to obtain information related to family education about children's calories. Children's calories need to be supervised by parents to determine whether or not the child's nutrition intake is sufficient to fulfill nutrition in children so as not to excess calories in early childhood. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that parents assisted children by guiding children in learning and doing assignments from educators, a series of habituation models in speech and behavior.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran pondok pesantren At Taubah di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Klas II B Cianjur mengenai pembinaan Akhlak Narapidana. Dengan memahami perencanaan program dan pelaksanaan pembinaan akhlak narapidana. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Peran pesantren At Taubah yang berada di LAPAS Klas II B Cianjur dalam membina akhlak narapidana yaitu memberikan sumbangsih besar terhadap pembinaan yang secara umum merupakan tugas dari Lembaga Pemasyarakatan. Hal ini terlihat dari kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh pesantren yang begitu terorganisir.   This study aims to determine the role of the At Taubah Islamic boarding school in Cianjur Class II B Correctional Institution regarding the Moral Guidance of Prisoners. By understanding program planning and the implementation of moral guidance for prisoners. This research uses a descriptive method. The results showed that the role of the At Taubah Islamic Boarding School in the Class II B Classroom in Cianjur in building up the morals of prisoners is to contribute greatly to coaching which is generally the task of the Penitentiary. This can be seen from the activities carried out by pesantren that are so organized.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan fungsi manajemen pada Masjid Al-Anshari dalam meningkatkan Jama’ah Shalat Shubuh dan Shalat Jum’at. Secara lebih rinci tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk pengetahui proses perencanaan, proses pengorganisasian, proses penggerakan dan proses pengendalian di Masjid Al-Anshari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dipandang tepat untuk digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yakni dengan cara observasi, wawancara, rekaman audio dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Masjid Al-Anshari di dalam meningkatkan jama’ah Shalat Shubuh dan Shalat Jum’at memiliki proses perencanaan berupa penyusunan unsur tujuan, unsur kebijakan, unsur kemajuan, dan unsur program. Proses pengorganisasian yang dilakukan dengan pembagian kerja melalui struktur organisasi, departementalisasi dengan deksripsi kerjanya, distribusi otoritas, dan koordinasi yang dilakukan setiap Briefing di Coffee Break. Proses penggerakan dilakukan melalui proses motivasi, proses kepemimpinan dan proses komunikasi. Proses pengendalian dilakukan dengan memperbaiki penyimpangan-penyimpangan yang ada.   This study aims to determine the application of management functions in the Al-Ansari Mosque in improving Jama'ah Shubuh Prayer and Friday Prayers. In more detail, the purpose of this research is to find out the planning process, the organizing process, the mobilization process and the control process at Al-Ansari Mosque.  This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, considered appropriate for use in this study. The data collection method is by observation, interview, audio recording and documentation study.  The results of this study indicate that the Al-Ansari Mosque in improving the congregation of the Shubuh Prayers and Friday Prayers has a planning process in the form of compilation of objectives, policy elements, progress elements, and program elements. The organizing process is carried out with the division of labor through the organizational structure, departmentalization with its work description, distribution of authority, and coordination that is carried out every Briefing at Coffee Break. The mobilization process is carried out through a motivational process, a leadership process and a communication process. The control process is carried out by correcting the existing deviations.

The purpose of this study is to determine the KBIH strategy in improving prime service in the form of customer needs or practical pilgrims as well as the needs of customers or pilgrims emotionally and the process of providing services in KBIH Maqdis in terms of improving excellent service for prospective pilgrims. The method used in this study is descriptive method using a qualitative approach. The research steps are taken by: determining the location of research, collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, literature studies, and documentation then analyzing data by means of data reduction then data classification and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the KBIH Maqdis strategy in improving excellent service is quite good because this can be seen from the practical needs given by KBIH Maqdis to prospective pilgrims. The KBIH Maqdis party provides good service in terms of its service, supervisor, management and chairman. Because the effort to provide good service is expected that pilgrims feel satisfied so that they can tell others about the quality of services provided by KBIH Maqdis to worshipers. The process of implementing service delivery can also look good, that is seen from the provision of excellent service in KBIH Maqdis, Bandung.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi KBIH dalam meningkatkan pelayanan prima berupa kebutuhan pelanggan atau jamaah secara praktis maupun kebutuhan para pelanggan atau jamaah secara emosional dan proses dari pemberian pelayanan yang ada di KBIH Maqdis dalam hal meningkatkan pelayanan prima terhadap calon jamaah.Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun langkah-langkah penelitian ditempuh dengan: penentuan lokasi penelitian, pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tehnik observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi selanjutnya analisis data dengan cara reduksi data kemudian klasifikasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan.Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi KBIH Maqdis dalam Meningkatkan pelayanan prima cukup baik karena hal ini dapat dilihat dari kebutuhan secara praktis yang diberikan KBIH Maqdis kepada calon jamaah haji. Pihak KBIH Maqdis memberikan pelayanan yang baik dari segi pelayanannya pembimbing, pengurus maupun ketuanya. Karena dengan upaya memberikan pelayanan yang baik diharapkan jamaah haji merasa puas sehingga dapat memberitahu kepada orang lain tentang kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan pihak KBIH Maqdis terhadap jamaah. Proses pelaksanaan pemberian pelayanan pun dapat terlihat baik yakni dilihat dari pemberian pelayanan prima yang ada di KBIH Maqdis Kota Bandung.
