Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengetahui (1) perencanaan              (2) pengorganisasian, (3) pelaksanaan, (4) pengawasan dan evaluasi pelatihan dakwah  di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihsan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penerapan manajemen pelatihan dakwah dalam meningkatkan mutu SDM santri dan pondok pesantren,               (1) Perencanaanya: analisis kebutuhan pelatihan, tujuan pelatihan, peserta pelatihan, anggaran biaya yang diperuntukan untuk fasilitas peserta, sarana dan prasarana peserta dan pelatihan, waktu dan jadwal kegiatan pelatihan, penentuan pemateri dan kurikulum pelatihan. (2) Pengorganisasiannya: penyusunan struktur kepanitiaan, penataan kebutuhan pelatihan dan pembagian kerja. (3) Pelaksanaannya: merealisasikan program yang telah dibuat dan disepakati.(4)Pengawasan dan evaluasinya: melibatkan pembimbing, dan pengurus dalam setiap kegiatan pelatihan. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan manajemen pelatihan dakwah di UKS FOSDAI telah dilakukan dengan baik dan dapat meningkatkan mutu SDM santri dan pondok pesantren. Kata Kunci : Penerapan Manajemen; Pelatihan dan Mutu SDM The Purpose of this study is: to find out (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) implementing, (4) supervising and evaluating da’wah training at Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School. The method used is this study is a qualitative descriptive method. Based on the result of the study, based on the results of the study, the application of da’wah training management in improving the quaity of human resouurces of santri and islamic boarding school, (1) Planning: analysis of research needs, research objectives, trainees, budget for participants facilities, facilities and infrastructure of participants and training, time and schedule of training activities, determination of speakers and training curruculum. (2) Organizing: organizing committee structures, structuring training needs, and division of labor. (3) Implementation: realizing the program that has been made and agreed upon. (4) Supervision and evaluation, invloving supervisors, and administrators in each training activity. It can be concluded that the implementation of the da’wah training management at UKS FOSDAI has been carried out well and can improve the quality of human resources of santri and islamic boarding schools. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan memahami bagaimana tipe kepemimpinan dan proses penyusunan kebijakan serta bentuk program yang dilakukan oleh Pondok Pesantren Darul Ihsan yang berada di Desa Dano Kecamatan Leles Kabupaten Garut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Metode tersebut digunakan untuk mempelajari mengenai latar belakang keadaan sekarang dan interkasi lingkungan suatu unit sosial: individu, kelompok, lembaga atau masyarakat. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini meliputi tipe kepemimpinan yang dimiliki KH. Agus Ahmad Syihabudin adalah tipe kepemimpinan demokrasi. Sedangkan, proses keputusan induced merupakan proses keputusan yang dilakukan beliau. Keputusan induced itu sendiri adalah suatu keputusan yang didahului dengan cara menganalisis data, fakta serta informasi dan mempertimbangkan situasi dan kondisi. Selanjutnya dalam penetapan program-program di pesantren, beliau menetapkan kebijakan programnya mlalui musyawarah. The purpose of this study was to study and learn how leadership and policy-making processes were made by the Darul Ihsan Islamic Boarding School located in Dano Village, Leles District, Garut Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive method. The method used to discuss current background and environmental interactions on social units: individuals, groups, institutions or communities. From the results of research issued by the type of leadership possessed by K.H. Agus Ahmad Syihabudin is a type of democratic leadership. Whereas, the induced decision process is the process of his decision. The induced decision itself is a decision that is preceded by analyzing data, facts and information and consideration of situations and conditions. Furthermore, in the determination of programs in the pesantren, he establishes the policies of his program through deliberation.

The study aimed at determining the training needs of the teachers of the Fine Language curriculum in Qassim region. To achieve this, the descriptive method was used. The study sample consisted of 58 teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, the study tools were prepared. The results of the study were as follows: Determination of the training needs of the teachers of my beautiful language curriculum. There are no statistically significant differences in the training needs of the teachers of my beautiful language curriculum due to the variables: The study recommended the following: - The need to pay attention to the training needs of the Arabic language teachers in general, and teachers of the curriculum of my language especially beautiful. And held training courses for teachers of the language curriculum based on their training needs.And reconsider the programs for the preparation and training of Arabic teachers Through the subject of ongoing assessments and development to keep pace with the requirements of the age. And the development of teaching methods of teaching the Arabic language in the colleges of education to keep pace with the latest developments and modern ways and methods.

This research discuses about effect of the placement officer of organization’s performance Tanggamus Regency DPRD secretariat and how the placement strategy officer. Design in this research using descriptive analysis with quantitative approach, which involved 78 respondents from the Legislative Secretariat officials Tanggamus regency, which is determined by using sampling techniques saturated. While the strategy in the placement of employees using SWOT analysis. From the results of the research revealed that this can influence the performance of employees against the organization secretariat DPRD Tanggamus regency determinan coefficient with a value of (r2) of (0.869)2 or (75.50%) which can meant that the Organization Secretariat Performance Legislative Tanggamus regency influenced by the placement of employees. Strategy in the placement of employees based on the SWOT analysis, namely (1) Develop a system of planning and management of employee career employees based on the needs of the organization, (2) Develop and maintain the Quality of Life work that condition, (3) To re-orientation education and training activities through the identification of Training needs for the organization, (4) To update the analysis of the position, work load analysis and analysis of job placement of employees as a basis. Character education for flight school students carried out off-campus in the open in the form of training that includes a variety of outbound activities management training by type of training provided is the emergency aircraft, the formation of water, the life craft, landing nets and hoist outbound Please. The purpose of education is to form character and cultivate good behaviour or attitude and value so that they can interact, communicate, and live together in accordance with the norms of the community. Tangible results seen from students who have undergone study. Through outbound training, it is expected that students can mentally ready, tenacious, confident, caring, helpful and accountable to God Almighty, self, community and nation that are implemented in real life everyday.

There is no specific regulation in input cost standard regarding the consumption costs of education and training activities causing a high variation in the allocation of unit costs in the consumption. This study aims to determine the need and urgency of special arrangements for education and training consumption costs. The study was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method with data sourced from budget work plans and interviews with several education and training units. The results showed that the unit compiles the allocation costs by referring to one meeting consumption unit as the highest limit. The unit requires special arrangements for training consumption costs. The recommendation from this study is that the regulation of consumption costs for training activities is given at a maximum of 80% of the unit cost of meeting consumption. This arrangement will answer the needs of the unit in making a cost reference, as an efficiency measure and establishing a similarity  allocation.

Effectiveness of Education and Training in Increasing Auditor Performance at the Lamongan Regency Inspectorate of East Java Province. This study aims to find out and analyze education and training to be the driving factors for improving the performance of auditors at the Inspectorate of Lamongan Regency, East Java Province. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive method with an inductive approach. The conclusion of this study is the effectiveness of education and training carried out through technical training programs held by the Lamongan District Inspectorate and the implementation of functional training and technical training outside which aims to improve the performance of the Lamongan District Inspectorate auditors, including being effective. This can be understood from the results of the overall study through interviewing the author with sources and direct observations. The indicators of effectiveness of auditor participation to carry out technical training carried out by the Inspectorate and functional training and technical training held outside of stating that, every implementation. Education and training can have a positive impact on the auditor of the Lamongan District Inspectorate in improving performance to carry out their duties and functions as internal government supervisors.

The transfer of mangrove forest into ponds of the silvofishery system becomes one of the solutions in managing the environmental impact. Many areas that have succeeded in developing and highly relevant are applied in other areas such as the area of ponds located in Budeng Village, Jembrana regency, Bali which began to be abandoned threatening to decrease the quality of the environment. The purpose of this research is to study the development of silvofishery system in Budeng village mangrove area.The study was conducted during January - February 2017. The method of plotting plot with combination of stripping path was used to obtain the biotic and abiotic environment of mangrove. Data analysis with qualitative descriptive method according to land criteria for silvofishery development.Biotic and abiotic mangrove environment parameters obtained by pond location in Budeng Village were matched with development table for silvofishery system recommended for silvofishery area. However, it is necessary to stage the addition of mangrove vegetation stand before the silvofishery system is applied because only the vegetation density factor is lacking.

<div class="page" title="Page 1"><div class="layoutArea"><div class="column"><p>This study focuses on deliberative democracy practices in Caturtunggal village, specifically in the sub-village (<em>dusun</em>) of Seturan, Karangwuni, and Ambarukmo. The study assesses the quality of deliberation in these dusun by applying the three out of  five indicators of deliberative democracy theory by Fishkin (2009), namely information, subtantantive balance, and equal consideration. This study deploys qualitative descriptive method and case-study approach with in-depth interview as the main data gathering technique. This deliberation has put Village Consultative Board (BPD) period of 2013-2019 as a mediator and to consider arguments and deliberative results. Based on the indicators which proposed by Fishkin, Seturan and Ambarukmo are categorized for having semi-ideal deliberation, meanwhile Karangwuni is categorized as not ideal. The study also finds elite capture practices in Seturan and Karangwuni, but they do not impact significantly. </p></div></div></div>

Sport as a model of human creativity is a form of physical activity that has very complex dimensions, which undergo a systematic process in the form of all activities or efforts that can encourage, arouse, develop and foster one's physical and spiritual potential. as individuals or members of society. in the form of games, competitions/contests, and intensive physical activities to obtain recreation, victory, and peak potential. Sport is currently a trend or lifestyle for some of the general public, even to the point of becoming a basic need in life. National development through the development of sports in Indonesia in this reform era has become a strategic vehicle, especially improving the quality of human resources, as well as the formation of the character and character of the nation, in this paper many factors play a role in success in the field of sports, one of which the author wants to examine the differences and similarities between the performance sports system that runs in Indonesia and China. This study aims to compare the development of achievement sports systems carried out in Indonesia and China in order to improve the quality and competence of sports. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through documentation studies. The results of this study conclude that the government's contribution is needed in preparing winning strategies, training facilities, increasing competition opportunities and increasing resources that can be assisted by a team of academics and researchers from universities to find new techniques in training to support the maximum use of sport science.
