Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengetahui (1) perencanaan              (2) pengorganisasian, (3) pelaksanaan, (4) pengawasan dan evaluasi pelatihan dakwah  di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihsan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penerapan manajemen pelatihan dakwah dalam meningkatkan mutu SDM santri dan pondok pesantren,               (1) Perencanaanya: analisis kebutuhan pelatihan, tujuan pelatihan, peserta pelatihan, anggaran biaya yang diperuntukan untuk fasilitas peserta, sarana dan prasarana peserta dan pelatihan, waktu dan jadwal kegiatan pelatihan, penentuan pemateri dan kurikulum pelatihan. (2) Pengorganisasiannya: penyusunan struktur kepanitiaan, penataan kebutuhan pelatihan dan pembagian kerja. (3) Pelaksanaannya: merealisasikan program yang telah dibuat dan disepakati.(4)Pengawasan dan evaluasinya: melibatkan pembimbing, dan pengurus dalam setiap kegiatan pelatihan. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan manajemen pelatihan dakwah di UKS FOSDAI telah dilakukan dengan baik dan dapat meningkatkan mutu SDM santri dan pondok pesantren. Kata Kunci : Penerapan Manajemen; Pelatihan dan Mutu SDM The Purpose of this study is: to find out (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) implementing, (4) supervising and evaluating da’wah training at Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School. The method used is this study is a qualitative descriptive method. Based on the result of the study, based on the results of the study, the application of da’wah training management in improving the quaity of human resouurces of santri and islamic boarding school, (1) Planning: analysis of research needs, research objectives, trainees, budget for participants facilities, facilities and infrastructure of participants and training, time and schedule of training activities, determination of speakers and training curruculum. (2) Organizing: organizing committee structures, structuring training needs, and division of labor. (3) Implementation: realizing the program that has been made and agreed upon. (4) Supervision and evaluation, invloving supervisors, and administrators in each training activity. It can be concluded that the implementation of the da’wah training management at UKS FOSDAI has been carried out well and can improve the quality of human resources of santri and islamic boarding schools. Abstract   The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide physical condition training to novice athletes, training programs for physical trainers at Padepokan Judo Ksatria Bhayangkara (PJKB). This training needs to be done because the training process is still minimal. Trainers have the obligation to provide training and make athletes excel, but there are still limitations in doing so. Training for novice athletes is still very much needed because of the lack of planning and maturity in carrying out training activities both in terms of training material and from the intensity given. Higher education as an institution that produces trainers and educators, as well as an organization that organizes community service activities, has a moral obligation to carry out coaching and training. For this reason, community service programs providing athlete training are the way to be taken to overcome this problem. Activities include physical condition training. The material discussed is the judo training program. The training is planned to be held on October to December 2020.   Keywords: Judo, Physical Condition, Training   Abstrak   Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kondisi fisik kepada para atlet pemula, program latihan kepada para pelatih fisik di Padepokan Judo Ksatria Bhayangkara (PJKB). Pelatihan ini perlu dilakukan karena adanya proses latihan yang masih minim. Pelatih memiliki kewajiban untuk memberikan latihan dan menjadikan atlit berprestasi, namun masih ada keterbatasan dalam melaksanakannya. Pelatihan bagi atlet pemula masih sangat diperlukan karena kurangnya perencanaan dan kematangan dalam melakukan kegiatan latihan baik dari segi materi latihan maupun dari intensitas yang diberikan. Perguruan Tinggi sebagai lembaga penghasil pelatih maupun pendidik, sekaligus lembaga yang secara terorganisisir melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat memiliki kewajiban moril untuk melakukan pembinaan dan pelatihan. Untuk itu program pengabdian kepada masyarakat menghadirkan untuk memberikan pelatihan atlet adalah cara yang ditempuh untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Kegiatan meliputi pelatihan kondisi fisik. Materi yang dibahas adalah program latihan judo. Pelatihan direncanakan akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal Oketober hingga Desember 2020.   Kata kunci: Judo, Kondisi fisik, Pelatihan

This chapter argues that today’s society renders traditional management practice incomplete. To better position managers in their organizations, they need to embrace and apply a spiritual connotation to the work they do. The task set forth in this chapter is to explore how management education and training needs to change to include a managerial mindset that accepts both the call to control and the need to be responsive to the spiritual side of both manager and employees. The chapter first describes traditional management theory and then applies a spiritual application to the traditional work of management. It describes new skills and activities needed to engage in spiritual management. With this new understanding, managers can prepare themselves to help workers be productive and useful while also helping them find meaning and personal fulfillment in the work.

This research was conducted at the Division of Training Coorporate Forum For Comunity Development, Jakarta, which aim to identify CSR training management process. This research was conducted on April 2015 to January 2016. This research used qualitative approach with descriptive methode. Data was collected through interview, observation and documentation study. Data sources was gained from Managing Director, Training Manager, Managing Secretary, and several supported informants such as Training Manager Assistant, Training Instructor and CSR Training Participant.Planning of CSR training was conducted by analyzing training needs, arrange curriculum, materials, teaching materials, schedule and organizing recruitment of participants and instructor. While the implementation of training activities carried out through two stages including basic training dan advance training. Evaluation was held by asessing the organizers, training program, materials, instructor, facilities and training participants through four ways to measurereaction,learning, behavior and result.Training Division should be more active and cooperative while planning a training schedule, and give socialization and publication about the importance of CSR training baed on ISO 26000 as much as possibe, altering group discussion formation in order to give encouragement for passive participants to become more active, Reminding participants anymore about the importance of filling evaluation form, establishing cooperation with government and stakeholder to achieve prosperity of civil society by conducting CSR program based on ISO 26000

This research discuses about effect of the placement officer of organization’s performance Tanggamus Regency DPRD secretariat and how the placement strategy officer. Design in this research using descriptive analysis with quantitative approach, which involved 78 respondents from the Legislative Secretariat officials Tanggamus regency, which is determined by using sampling techniques saturated. While the strategy in the placement of employees using SWOT analysis. From the results of the research revealed that this can influence the performance of employees against the organization secretariat DPRD Tanggamus regency determinan coefficient with a value of (r2) of (0.869)2 or (75.50%) which can meant that the Organization Secretariat Performance Legislative Tanggamus regency influenced by the placement of employees. Strategy in the placement of employees based on the SWOT analysis, namely (1) Develop a system of planning and management of employee career employees based on the needs of the organization, (2) Develop and maintain the Quality of Life work that condition, (3) To re-orientation education and training activities through the identification of Training needs for the organization, (4) To update the analysis of the position, work load analysis and analysis of job placement of employees as a basis. ABSTRAKPermasalahan utama yang dihadapi kelompok pengrajin Airnona dan Sikumana adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengerjakan finishing pada produk olahan kaju jati yang mereka geluti. Mencermati permasalahan tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan edukasi dan pelatihan tentang berbagai metode finishing pada produk hasil kerajinan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan mengasah keterampilan para pengrajin tentang proses finishing produk olahan kayu jati. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi dilanjutkan dengan praktek finishing produk yang difokuskan pada jenis aplikasi milamin. Setelah Kegiatan pengabdian ini selesai dilakukan, diharapkan peserta pelatihan mengetahui salah satu metode finishing yang baik dan mampu mengaplikasikanya. Ada empat tahapan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini, yaitu: kegiatan persiapan yang meliputi diskusi kebutuhan pengrajin, kegiatan manufacturing yaitu mempersiapkan modul produk yang akan difinishing, kegiatan pelatihan finishing produk yang berhubungan dengan aplikasi milamin, dan kegiatan pelatihan manajemen yang meberi wawasan kepada pengrajin tentang tata cara pencatatan dan pengelolaan keuangan. Dari hasil evaluasi terhadap kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan terlihat bahwa pengetahuan peserta pelatihan terhadap proses finishing produk olahan kayu jati semakin meningkat dan telah mampu mengaplikasikan jenis finishing milamin pada produk olahan dengan baik dan benar. Dari hasil pencatatan keuangan terlihat ada kenaikan penghasilan pengrajin setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini. Pengrajin berharap ada kesinambungan kegiatan seperti ini dimasa yang akan datang. Kata Kunci : kayu jati; finishing; pelatihan. ABSTRACTThe main problem faced by the Airnona and Sikumana craftsman groups is the lack of knowledge and skills in finishing the processed teak products they are involved. Observing these problems, it is necessary to conduct education and training on various finishing methods on handicraft products. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and hone the skills of artisans about the process of finishing teak wood products. This service activity uses the lecture and discussion method followed by product finishing practices focused on melamine application. After this service activity is completed, it is hoped that the trainees will know one suitable finishing method and apply it. There are four stages carried out in this service activity, namely: preparation activities which include discussing the needs of artisans; manufacturing activities, namely preparing product modules to be finished, product finishing training activities related to melamine applications, and management training activities that provide insight to artisans about procedures for recording and managing finances. From the results of the evaluation of the service activities that have been carried out, it can be seen that the trainees' knowledge of the finishing process of processed teak wood products is increasing, and they have been able to apply the type of melamine finishing to processed products correctly and adequately. From the results of financial records, it can be seen that there is an increase in the income of artisans after implementing this service activity. The craftsmen hope that there will be continuity of activities like this in the future. Keywords: teak wood; finishing; training.
