There is no specific regulation in input cost standard regarding the consumption costs of education and training activities causing a high variation in the allocation of unit costs in the consumption. This study aims to determine the need and urgency of special arrangements for education and training consumption costs. The study was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method with data sourced from budget work plans and interviews with several education and training units. The results showed that the unit compiles the allocation costs by referring to one meeting consumption unit as the highest limit. The unit requires special arrangements for training consumption costs. The recommendation from this study is that the regulation of consumption costs for training activities is given at a maximum of 80% of the unit cost of meeting consumption. This arrangement will answer the needs of the unit in making a cost reference, as an efficiency measure and establishing a similarity  allocation.

Effectiveness of Education and Training in Increasing Auditor Performance at the Lamongan Regency Inspectorate of East Java Province. This study aims to find out and analyze education and training to be the driving factors for improving the performance of auditors at the Inspectorate of Lamongan Regency, East Java Province. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive method with an inductive approach. The conclusion of this study is the effectiveness of education and training carried out through technical training programs held by the Lamongan District Inspectorate and the implementation of functional training and technical training outside which aims to improve the performance of the Lamongan District Inspectorate auditors, including being effective. This can be understood from the results of the overall study through interviewing the author with sources and direct observations. The indicators of effectiveness of auditor participation to carry out technical training carried out by the Inspectorate and functional training and technical training held outside of stating that, every implementation. Education and training can have a positive impact on the auditor of the Lamongan District Inspectorate in improving performance to carry out their duties and functions as internal government supervisors.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengetahui (1) perencanaan              (2) pengorganisasian, (3) pelaksanaan, (4) pengawasan dan evaluasi pelatihan dakwah  di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihsan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penerapan manajemen pelatihan dakwah dalam meningkatkan mutu SDM santri dan pondok pesantren,               (1) Perencanaanya: analisis kebutuhan pelatihan, tujuan pelatihan, peserta pelatihan, anggaran biaya yang diperuntukan untuk fasilitas peserta, sarana dan prasarana peserta dan pelatihan, waktu dan jadwal kegiatan pelatihan, penentuan pemateri dan kurikulum pelatihan. (2) Pengorganisasiannya: penyusunan struktur kepanitiaan, penataan kebutuhan pelatihan dan pembagian kerja. (3) Pelaksanaannya: merealisasikan program yang telah dibuat dan disepakati.(4)Pengawasan dan evaluasinya: melibatkan pembimbing, dan pengurus dalam setiap kegiatan pelatihan. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan manajemen pelatihan dakwah di UKS FOSDAI telah dilakukan dengan baik dan dapat meningkatkan mutu SDM santri dan pondok pesantren. Kata Kunci : Penerapan Manajemen; Pelatihan dan Mutu SDM The Purpose of this study is: to find out (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) implementing, (4) supervising and evaluating da’wah training at Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School. The method used is this study is a qualitative descriptive method. Based on the result of the study, based on the results of the study, the application of da’wah training management in improving the quaity of human resouurces of santri and islamic boarding school, (1) Planning: analysis of research needs, research objectives, trainees, budget for participants facilities, facilities and infrastructure of participants and training, time and schedule of training activities, determination of speakers and training curruculum. (2) Organizing: organizing committee structures, structuring training needs, and division of labor. (3) Implementation: realizing the program that has been made and agreed upon. (4) Supervision and evaluation, invloving supervisors, and administrators in each training activity. It can be concluded that the implementation of the da’wah training management at UKS FOSDAI has been carried out well and can improve the quality of human resources of santri and islamic boarding schools. Digitalization has transformed all aspects of life, from social interactions to the working environment and education, something that accelerated with the emergence of COVID-19. The same stands for education and training activities, where the use of digital tools has been gradually advancing and become merely online because of the virus. This brought forth the need to discuss further the applications, benefits, and challenges of digital tools within the framework of the education and training process, and the need to study examples of successful applications. This study aims to support both these requirements by presenting the case study of REFUGEEClassAssistance4Teachers project and its outcomes.

This study aims to determine the strategy of developing human resources through education and training at the Makassar City Manpower Office. Using a qualitative descriptive approach. The main instrument in this study is the researcher himself using a cellphone, and using a field note that is by recording data related to research found in the field. Data collection was carried out by using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Analysis of the data used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the strategy of developing human resources through education and training at the Makassar City Manpower Office was in a fairly good category, seeing the focus in this study, namely: 1) determining needs has been determined quite well, 2) determining targets that are in in the good enough category, 3) the determination of the program content is in the good enough category, 4) the principles of learning get pretty good results, 5) the implementation of the program gets pretty good results, 6) identification of the benefits of getting pretty good results, and 7 ) the evaluation of program implementation got quite good results

This study aims to apply innovative learning methods. New methods that are expected to provide references for teachers, especially low-class teachers. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques are based on observations that cover several aspects. Observations are carried out in stages by comparing classes that apply the new method and those that do not. The data analysis technique is done by qualifying the observational data. The research results are shown based on observations by the teacher during the learning activities. There are differences when learning with the same material, but delivered by different methods. That is because the new method has several advantages, among others: children are more enthusiastic to play together, familiarize children with tolerance by not picking friends, class conditions more orderly, creating a pleasant atmosphere, and training children to work while learning in group dynamics.

<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> This study aims to evaluate the entrepreneurship education and training activities program that uses the Kirkpatrick evaluation model. Data collection using questionnaires, observations, interviews and document studies. Data were analyzed in quantitative descriptive qualitative. Qualitative data analysis was carried out through three stages: The results showed that at the reaction level, 85.20% of participants were satisfied with the organization of entrepreneurship education and training. At the learning level, knowledge aspects did not experience a significant increase. In the aspect of attitudes and skills of training participants considered very good. At the behavioral level, 6 people have done business planning and have successfully run their businesses, 5 people have planned businesses, but have not yet started their businesses, while 14 people have not had business plans.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong><em> </em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program kegiatan pendidikan dan pelatihan kewirausahaan yang menggunakan model evaluasi Kirkpatrick<em>.</em> Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif kuantitatif. Analisis data kualitatif dilakukan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada level <em>reaction, </em>sebesar 85,20% peserta puas terhadap penyelenggaraan pendidikan dan pelatihan kewirausahaan. Pada level <em>learning</em>, untuk aspek pengetahun tidak mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Pada aspek sikap dan keterampilan peserta pelatihan dinilai sangat baik. Pada level <em>behavior</em><em>,</em> enam orang telah melakukan perencanaan usaha dan telah berhasil menjalankan usahanya, lima orang sudah merencanakan usaha, namun belum memulai usahanya, sedangkan 14 orang belum memiliki perencanaan usaha.

Implementation of services, especially in education and training services has not run optimally. Especially if the training is held in two different locations, Bandung and Cisolok. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of education and training services in Diklat Teknis Pelaksana I (TP I) in 2018 held in Bandung and Cisolok, Sukabumi. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach based on the author's observations as one of the instructors in the training and analysis of the results of the evaluation of the training implementation and an interview. The informant is the one of the training officer that involved at Diklat TP I. The expected results of the study are recommendations for better implementation of Diklat TP I in the future and the implementation of education and training in the PPSDMA in general. The other expected results of this study is to be a reference for the implementation of training that is more optimal in accordance with the services applicable in PPSDMA. ABSTRAKImplementasi pelayanan, khususnya pada pelayanan diklat belum berjalan secara optimal. Terlebih jika penyelenggaraan diklat dilaksanakan didua lokasi yang berbeda Bandung dan Cisolok. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa implementasi pelayanan diklat pada Diklat Teknis Pelaksana I (TP I) pada 2018 di Bandung dan Cisolok, Sukabumi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan pengamatan penulis sebagai salah satu pengajar pada diklat tersebut dan analisis data hasil evaluasi penyelenggaraan diklat serta wawancara. Informan penelitian adalah salah satu petugas di bidang penyelenggaraan diklat yang terlibat pada Diklat TP I. Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah rekomendasi untuk pelaksanaan Diklat TP I yang lebih baik di masa depan dan penyelenggaraan diklat di PPSDMA secara umum. Hasil lain yang diharapkan adalah penelitian ini bisa menjadi referensi untuk pelaksanaan pelatihan yang lebih optimal sesuai dengan pelayanan yang berlaku di PPSDMA.

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the resource pengembangkan apparatus in improving job performance in Financial Management Board and the Regional Asset (BPKAD) and explain the factors supporting and inhibiting. This study focused on BPKD efforts in developing the ability of its employees. This study is qualitative descriptive. Data was obtained through interviews, observation and document, and then analyzed using an interactive model. The results of the study explained that the development of human resources in BPKAD been done through delivery of education and training of employees, increase employee competence, work and award mutation or motivation. The results of these efforts is quite good, but not optimal in improving employee job performance BPKAD Kutai Barat.Keyword: development, human resources, job performance
